Went in just after 21:00 on Tuesday evening in early August on a hunt for some delicious pizza! And it was a complete success. Yes, it was quiet in there when I visited. But there was one group of four people at one table and another couple at another table and that was enough for a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were polite and helpful. The kitchen was very quick and the pizzas were incredible. I can highly recommend the smuggler!

The pizza tastes very unique and delicious, so does the chicken salad ( huge portion), staff are very friendly, highly recommended.

The location and ambience is excellent . This visit in May 2025, I felt the pizza was not worth the price.

I was there for lunch, rather late bur there was still about four or five pizza options to chose from as well as a lovely salad buffet. Great value for only 10,20€ with a nice atmosphere and view on the river. Very friendly staff. Suitable for veggies as well.

Pretty good pizza with an awesome crust for an acceptable price !!! Nice cozy atmosphere and an excellent service. The menu (available in english) contains many unique pizza compositions that you won't find anywhere else.

Basic Moilas gluten free pizza with artesan prices. Seeing the praising comments for their regular pizzas, was disappointed finding out they did not have a proper gluten free pizza, but the frozen Moilas pre-made, dry pizza. Seagulls attacking the terrace seemed to be a real problem, as the staff did not pick up the plates and food fast enough, nor did customers bring them in when done. The regular pizza was good (or so I was told), this review is towards the gluten free option.

Food was a bit inconsistent. I ordered Hilda = beetroot and goat cheese pizza which was really delicious and our daughter ordered Algoth that was good. My partner ordered calzone that should've stayed a bit longer in the oven as it was slightly raw. Restaurant was empty inside but terrace full and that might be the reason service seemed a bit out of balance. Customer communication was friendly.

Yelp
I visited Pub Niska on a sunny Saturday in September with my family. We picked a seat on the patio (terassi) and ordered some peltileipä (thin bread crust as a base for a pizza) and enjoyed the views. We thought the pizzas were tasty though they left us hungry. The patio furniture were very nice and original - or at least I haven't seen similar tables and chairs elsewhere. The views of course were great too since the place is next to the Aura river. For some reason, there were some seriously annoying bees flying around everywhere that day and they just would not leave our pizzas alone. It was really infuriating. This of course was not the fault of the restaurant but definitely lowered our enthusiasm although we otherwise enjoyed our visit. Pub Niska (niska = neck) is a pub that's famous for the pizzas. I don't know how famous it is for good beer etc. Most people seemed to be drinking beer - probably Lapin Kulta or Karhu. I can only imagine how popular the patio is during the summer as even in September it was nearly packed by the time we left. I'd come again for the views and to chill with a drink.
