Denver has an incredible craft beer scene, and I’d rather spend my money at a place that actually values the people behind the bar. The fact that the owner of this brewery testified in favor of cutting their own employees’ pay by $4 an hour says everything I need to know. Supporting local businesses means supporting fair wages—this place doesn’t deserve my business.

Google
4 stars only because there was no signage about what time they closed and no last call was given at 9pm. Also, we tried to use the QR code provided to get sexy pizza at 10% off but that was a bust. The delivery had an hour and a half to two hours wait for delivery although they are only a half mile down the road. Thank goodness I didn’t decide to order from there since the brewery was closing in an hour although I had no way of knowing that. We ended up ordering pizza from Kaos which came fast. Maybe public offering should consider their restaurant affiliation since sexy pizza can’t fulfill orders. Overall, I thought the brewery was really cool! I was actually walking down to go to Grandma's House to meet with a group of friends when I discovered this bar and asked everyone to change venue. I have passed by here, so many times, and never noticed this place. The ambience is very nice and the beer is very delicious! There is a lot of seating from low top, high top tables and lounges sitting area. The beer selection wasn’t very big compared to photos that I saw online but we still had great brews to drink and it was a great place to socialize. I would love to hang on the patio in summer. Will be back!

I used to really enjoy coming to Public Offering - great beer, good atmosphere, and friendly staff. However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that the owner is actively lobbying for a bill that would cut tipped workers’ wages by $4/hour. It’s frustrating to support a business that thrives on hospitality while its leadership is working against the very people who create that experience. Until this changes, I can’t in good conscience continue to spend my money here. I hope they reconsider their stance and start supporting their employees instead of undercutting them. It is unsettling and it is not the sort of business ownership me and those I know will be supporting.

Do Not Spend Money At Businesses That Are Attacking Working Class Employees. The owner of this brewery is publicly supporting and lobbying for legislation to reduce hourly wages for employees who receive tips. In this case assaulting the wages of his very own employees who have the ability to make or break his business. Business owners and politicians are not addressing costs that are far more detrimental to restaurants, bars and breweries. Such as the out of control costs of utilities, taxes, property, rent, insurance, etc. Instead businesses are working with politicians to take the path of least resistance and attack the wages of working class employees. The outrageous cost of living in Denver is painfully high. Which makes it virtually impossible for service industry workers (along with numerous other jobs) to earn a survivable living wage. The brewery serves good beer in a beautiful taproom. But the taproom is usually overrun by screaming unsupervised children running around and throwing things, strollers all over the place, making it an extremely unpleasant environment to have a beer in. Of course, the responsibility of corralling the children and dealing with the entitled parents falls upon the beer tenders. There are so many better breweries to have a drink in throughout Denver, especially ones that aren’t attempting to hamper their own employee’s ability to earn a fair wage.

Google
Public Offering Brewery is hands down my favorite brewery in Denver. They’ve got an great selection of beers for all kinds of tastes. Their hoppy beers really shine, and honestly, when I compare them to places like Comrade Brewing, I think Public Offering might have the edge. The hops are bold, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, making each sip super satisfying. But hey, beauty is in the eye of the beholder—picking a favorite between these hoppy powerhouses is basically impossible, they’re all that good. Their stouts, lagers, and fruited sours are on point too, so there's something for everyone, no matter what you’re into. What really makes Public Offering stand out, though, is the vibe. The place has a super laid-back feel, perfect for hanging out with your crew inside or outside on their huge patio. Whether you’re all about the hops or just looking for a chill spot to unwind, Public Offering Brewery is the place to be.

Had a good sour - nice ambiance, fairly quiet this time of day. Lots of seating inside and out. A food truck outside.

Google
Incredible spot in Denver to meet up with friends or family. Great beers and a high quality space with nice indoor and outdoor seating. This is my go to brewery in Denver! It also has a food truck on site most days/nights (just check the schedule) and great staff and service.

If you want to drink really good beer in a welcoming setting, this is your place! The beers are brewed from interesting and progressive hops varietals, which make them unique, approachable, and super tasty.

Yelp
I'm such an air ahead. I could have sworn I reviewed Public Offering but went to look at their hours and saw this review half written as a draft. Guess I can't drink and review or it doesn't get done. Figured I'd finish it and send it through. Located next to my guys tat shop we've become regulars to our neighborhood brewery. Given Marcin's cheerful happy go lucky attitude / service is what brought us in and kept us coming back, we tend to be a bit partial to him. Although I wished he worked more often and they opened up earlier in the day, it's probably not beneficial to my wallet. I couldn't tell ya which Melissa is which but that doesn't matter given the 2... or 3 of them that work here are all super nice and fun. Other than good beer and even better company. This brewery has got the best trivia and bingo host around. Totally worth bearing the cold to go out and hang and play.

Yelp
Some of the best beer in town. I just wish I didn't have to drive across town to get the beer every time! Current favorite is "Fall For You" - I've fallen head over heels for it. This is the new spot now that Grandmas House has closed - RIP.

Yelp
Public Offering is located in the Platt Park area near Grandma's House and Corvus Coffee. They have a parking lot right behind the brewery so street parking is not the only option. They've got a nice patio area in the back and the interior is very spacious and welcoming. It is pretty family friendly so this could be a pro or con depending on who you are. I got their Hey Neighbor! Oatmeal Stout. I think that it is really cool that they partnered with Corvus coffee the coffee shop that is right next door to make it. I have never had a stout that I did not enjoy, so I did enjoy this though it was just an average stout to me. I was not too interested in their other options for beers. If you do not want anything from their draft list they go also have cans of other beers in a fridge near the counter. They also have non alcoholic drinks in this fridge. If you are in the area check them out, but I would not go out of my way to come here.

Yelp
Wow!!! Beautiful brewery!! Amazing beer selection, outdoor patio, and plenty of indoor seating. Staff was quick and friendly and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. 10/10

Yelp
Looooved the beers! The hazys were certainly delicious and the overall vibe was great. If you're up for a snack, don't skip out on the popcorn. Get a flight and then pick your favorite pint.

Yelp
We LOVE Public Offering. We come here almost weekly now because the beer is so good, and the service. Marcin is awesome! We're hazy snobs and our favorites in Denver/Colorado are Cerebral, Outer Range, and Westbound.. their hazy's here are just is good, if not better! The space is also great, you can tell they put in a lot of money. We have a newborn and it's a really been a great spot to bring her and get some mom & dad juice!

Yelp
Public Offering is the latest brewery to open up on South Broadway. Smack dab between Grandma's House and Corvus Coffee, this three-pronged force of businesses is sure to keep the block busy! After one visit, I'm a fan. First thing you notice when you walk in is a wide open space beautifully designed. Bright yellow walls, hanging plants, and a glass panel allowing you to see inside the brewhouse. It was a moderately busy Sunday afternoon with a food truck parked out front. Lots of kids, lots of strollers, but also lots of beer loving folk. You order at the counter (find the "order here" sign). Yesterday they had around 10 beers on tap, with one kicked keg. I think they're planning to expand to 16 taps down the road. Nice variety of crisp, hoppy and malty options. + Sweet As Sauvin, NZ Pale Ale (5.7%) // Sweet fruit aromas and lemon, key lime and gooseberry flavors. Medium bodied, mild sweetness with a slightly dry finish. On a fifty degree winter day in Denver, this beer teleported me to summertime. Crisp, hoppy and mildly fruity. + 'Ello Lovely Milk Stout (5.2%) // Dark chocolate and lightly roasted coffee aromas and flavors. Medium body with smooth and slightly sweet finish, contains lactose. They were out of their Corvus Coffee (next door) collab stout, but this one went down smooth. A milk stout that wasn't too heavy, just a touch of sweetness, and nice malty aroma. Felt like a porter to me. Based on their website, they want this place to be a true neighborhood hot spot. A place where the community can come together and drink the beers they like to drink. Also love the employee spotlights on their social media. So far, so good at Public Offering!

Yelp
Beautiful space, good beer. The two bartenders on duty were rude- the kind of situation where you felt like you were inconveniencing them by being existing.

Yelp
Good location and a beautiful building with light, bright ambiance. Stopped in late on a Saturday to try out some new beers. About a dozen offerings on tap with several IPAs the star of the show, but also a solid Pilsner and a fruited sour we thought well of. We sat inside since it's February, but it looked like they also have a nice patio out back. Bartender was very pleasant and we chatted for a bit between customers. All in all, a solid addition to the Denver brewery scene.

Yelp
This was my final stop on a day when I went to six different breweries. I got a flight of four beers. I enjoyed each and every one of them. They were all superb. The taproom is nice and clean. Nice merchandise too.

Savannah K.

Yelp
Public Offering is a chill vibe to grab a beer (or a few) and hang out. There is a large, outdoor patio section as well as numerous tables inside. While they don't serve food, there are often food trucks outside to compliment your delicious brew.

Jody F.

Yelp
The four of us were looking for a good place to stop before we went home and we found Public Offering. What great beer and so so cold!! Will Come back again!!

Austin S.

Yelp
Amber had a great review so I won't yearbook sign. It would be great so see some lagers and sours on the menu. The Kölsch is fantastic though and I have enjoyed the IPAs I've tried. Brand new brewery with ample seating options and minimalistic decor. Bar seating, table seating both low and high tops. Lower chair seating in loungers by the windows and a large outdoor patio. They have some parking available out back by the patio but you can always park on Broadway or the nearby neighborhoods, paying attention to parking time signs, and take a short walk over. Bar staff has always been quick to make suggestions and pour beers. Same for food trucks when we've gone with friends. Varied and quick to get orders out for customers. Seven or eight beers are available now but more are coming. They also have a number of sodas available for kids or non drinkers. Excited for more canned beer options to go but currently you can grab a crowler to go of your favorite draft beverages. Glad to have another brewery in the area. Looking forward to many more visits with friends and summertime out on that amazing patio. Cheers!

Yelp
New-ish spot on S Broadway and I'm digging it! We stumbled upon this place, when the in-laws were watching the kiddos. It was the last hour before closing for the night (during the week) and I'm so happy we got to check this place out for ourselves. The space is huge and has a great feel between the decor as well as staff. We got to meet Marissa that evening and she is awesome. I tried the 'Ello Lovely Milk Stout and the hubs had their Kölsch as well as an IPA (but I can't recall the name). He told me that all of his were tasty, but my stout was excellent! Super aromatic and very delicious. Looking forward to our next visit. PS - They get extra points for a great selection of Kettle Head Popcorn. A personal fave of mine :)

Shane E.

Yelp
We love going here for trivia night! Always a good atmosphere and vibe. I like my sours so I'm super glad they have some here. It's has indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is great for bigger groups! On certain days they'll also have food trucks on site.

Pete C.

Yelp
Great place! Really tasty beers - not a huge selection, but they brew it right. Very cool space - open and roomy. Patio out back with a food truck. Place is pretty new - go support them and get some tasty brews!!! Everyone here was super cool. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.

David G.

Yelp
Very nice place! Good beer! Another of the growing brewpub scene on South Broadway! They have food trucks there pretty often, including BeauJo's - our favorite pizza!

Kyle B.

Yelp
The beer absolutely takes the cake, but we need to talk about the cherry on top. Or should I say the cherry on Toph? Toph is a bonafide cicerone level beer connoisseur and his knowledge of beer is deeper than a crevice in the Atlantic. But let's get shallow real quick, because Toph Namath is a dashing lad that had my heart thumping (and that wasn't due to alcohol-induced blood pressure). I wouldn't trade public offering for anything in the world, it makes me feel on top(h) of the world!

Amber L.

Yelp
New spot on Broadway. The decor is awesome and has more of that industrial coffee shop feel. I've gone on Sundays and enjoyed the calm atmosphere. Plenty of seating and they have a patio out back too. There is one tv where they may have one of the games on, but the sound is most likely not on. Occasional food trucks too. Also very baby/kid friendly. Enough room to park a stroller near your table and they have a couple of high chairs. So far the beers are mostly hoppy but that's because the beer is new. Give them some time and you should see some more variety soon!

Melyssa B.

Yelp
Their beer is great, we love coming here. However, there needs to be some sort of restrictions on the kids in the brewery thing. We came today and the kids situation was out of control. Kids on roller skates, kids yelling and screaming and running around, there's 25+ kids having a birthday party at a brewery. Not appealing for beer drinkers.

Peter G.

Yelp
This place has a very clean, modern feel. There is lots of seating including a patio in the back. There are also large doors that open in the front by the sidewalk which we thought was cool! We tried the brown ale, raspberry sour, and double hazy and enjoyed them all.

Beth L.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a while. Close to home, pics look amazing and good reviews. We are so glad we stopped! Great beers--we had the hazy and the double hazy--both were great! We brought our dogs and hung out on the (shaded) patio. We loved everything about this place. Found a parking spot in the lot in back, had great beers, and enjoyed the chill environment. We'll be back for sure!

Kyle E.

Yelp
On the Kyle & Tom scale of 0-4 this place is a 3. There is nothing bad on the menu and if you're around, go there. You won't be disappointed.

Susanna S.

Yelp
Tried this place out with a friend who is a fellow IPA-lover, and we were impressed! The space is huge and beautiful, with a lot of bar space and many tables, including a large patio outside. It has a real community feel despite spare design. You can see the brew kettles, but they are behind clear dividers, so you don't feel like you're hanging out in a warehouse. Both the New England hazy and the New Zealand style were tasty.

Brandon Z.

Yelp
Solid beer, great ambiance Would come back again forsure. The hazy and the raspberry sour is a hit.

Bob A.

Yelp
Really enjoying our visits to Public Offering on Broadway . The space is great, lots of options including an outdoor patio and garage door style bar seating. Beers are solid, can only speak to the IPAs - WC. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a point system for free beers. They could probably up their game with the food trucks and add some music. Well done for a newbie.

Sarah A.

Yelp
Super solid place, ambiance was great, the decor/environment was great, owner(s) definitely invested. The few beers I tried all fell a bit flat for me relative to flavor, but was not hard to find something to drink. Stay at the bar, bartender was great, helpful and attentive. Was not busy at the time, (mid-afternoon Friday) so not sure how service may change holistically as they got busier.

Mackenzie T.

Yelp
I am a big sour person. Their raspberry sour here is SOOOO good. Great atmosphere and large dog friendly patio. My boyfriend loved their beer here too. Highly recommend.

Ben P.

Yelp
Fantastic beer, and a high end but cozy feel make this brewery stand out among other breweries in the area. The owners have definitely put a lot of consideration into the overall vibe and feel of the space, it's so welcoming. I've visited 4 times since it opened and every time I've been served quickly and had a good experience. Most nights there is a food truck posted outside. The Sweet As Sauvin NZ Pale Ale is my top pick so far. I'm usually more of an IPA drinker but this is the best pale ale I've ever had. So glad to have this brewery in the neighborhood. Excited for warmer weather to enjoy the back patio space.
