This place was really cool! I went here after a day of exploring in downtown Dallas. There was a little tram taking people around outside, what a fun feel. The staff was flexible with my ordering (swapping a turkey burger for the beef), and the food was amazing. I had the PB&J burger on a turkey burger. The decor in there is super cool, too. They had an entire window surrounded by old yearbooks from different schools on the wall. Definitely recommend!

We went here for Sunday brunch and it was fantastic. My mother had a Bloody Mary, while my sister and I shared a couple of mimosa carafes. But I tasted my mom's Bloody Mary and that's gotta be the best one in town. I had the classic chicken and waffles, it was wonderful I really enjoyed it, while my mom had shrimp and grits. She said the sauce was amazing and the grits were just right. My sister had the Egg White Scramble and she said it was super good. Our waitress was very sweet, as well! I'm suggesting people try this place for brunch, and I'll be back as well.

I went to Saturday brunch around 1:30 and it was not busy at all for being in a high traffic area. The temperature inside the restaurant was pretty warm for the end of summer. The food was just okay, nothing terribly special. I got the jalapeno poppers sandwich with tots, my friends got a PB and j burger, and a dish with protein and rice. The tots were the best thing about my dish. Overall, the experience was just okay and plain, for the prices there are many other places close by that have way better food!

Great location + love the patio for brunch. Server was nice, but service all around was too slow for the cost of food/drinks. Took 20+ minutes to get a Bloody Mary and food took too long. Tasty dishes, but I wouldn’t pay this much for entrees again when Dallas has so many other options. I’ve been here 5+ times and it’s always the same experience. It’s a convenient spot and I hope it improves over time. For now, I’ll only consider this place for their good happy hour specials. Buffalo cauliflower, avocado toast (to share!!), and PB&J burger are my top recommendations!

I was able to visit Public School 214 today and had a great experience. Today I was able to try different types of foods. For example, I tried the buffalo cauliflower which resembles buffalo wings but with vegetables of course. I really really enjoyed them. I was also able to try the bulgogi cheesesteak roll and it was very tasty. I love the grill onions and bell peppers, it was the perfect match! They had two different types of ketchup one was regular and one was with Sriracha and I felt that Sriracha version tasted better. I was also able to try the strawberry tangerine drink and it was so good and I would highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t drink I want to try something new aside from lemonade. I had a very attentive later and he made just the right recommendations for me to try since I’m a picky eater. I love where this is located in Dallas, and I would love to try this place again.

On our mystery picnic we stopped here to try the highly recommended Crushed Velvet cocktail. It's was amazing along with a great public school atmosphere. We didn't eat here, but the food passing by us smelled and looked absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be back to eat.

Great food and a really awesome concept - he composition notebook menus are an awesome touch for the “public school vibe.” Walked in on Saturday Around 12p to find out its so busy you need reservations but fortunately for us there was a bar seat table! Service was slightly slow, but given the hectic crowd it wasn’t surprising or irritating. Absolutely enjoyed our time - posted pictures of a bison burger, omelette, and the chicken burger. Great food. Only small review in regard to food -Lehigh knocked my experience down to 4 stars - sriracha Ketchup has a slightly funky taste and my table wishes we had regular ketchup, fries are bland and came out cold, and the carrot slaw was misleading. Other than that - if you’re visiting West Village - made a reservation and enjoy the experience.

This was my first time at their Dallas location (previously went in LA). I love the vibe of this restaurant chain because they really try to bring you back to school days down to the menu being a composition notebook. I started with the deviled eggs which were delicious! Then, I got a basic breakfast which they call the Dean’s List. The potatoes were under seasoned and the eggs had a strange texture. They have a great mimosa deal - $7 little carafe with an entree. I’ll have to try a different entree and rate them again!
