This is my second time at the Restaurant. The first time was a mid-week lunch about 4 months ago with my parents and we weren't impressed because the place was empty but the food took forever to come. The food was not bad, but not great.
Since my husband wanted to come check it out, I decided to give it another shot. We came here on a Thursday night for dinner. While they did have a highchair for a child, they don't have cup with lid, so just make sure your kid don't accidentally knock over the cup like my did.... Or bring your own. There are approx 15 or so beers on tap, had all the basics like Bud, Sam Adams, Stella, Guinness, and some other local brews, not bad. We ordered the portabella mushroom sandwich with shoestring fries, Cajun mahi sandwich with steak fries, and the fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. It took a while for the food to come out and the place was only 40% full.
The Cajun mahi sandwich was way too salty but the fries were good. Portabella sandwich was good, but nothing to be raving about. My fried chicken dinner was yummy with crispy breaded coating.
It is a decent local hangout with average food but there are so many other great restaurants in the area, this won't be on our list to return any time soon.
