Walked in and received a very warm welcome from the front desk, which set a great tone for the evening. Decided to have dinner here with my partner. We ordered the Passiflora, grilled octopus, and seafood linguine. There was unfortunately a mix-up where the octopus and seafood linguine were sent to another table, which resulted in a longer wait despite us checking in with the staff a few times. That said, the manager handled the situation exceptionally well—took ownership, apologised sincerely, and ensured our dishes were rushed out promptly. When the food arrived, it was absolutely worth the wait. Everything was delicious and well executed. We also enjoyed the live music while waiting, which made the experience pleasant despite the delay. Thanks to how professionally the situation was handled, my wife and I still had a great dining experience. Kudos to the team, especially the manager on the ground, for turning things around. We’ll definitely be back again. Well done!

Dined in a few times. My favorite dishes so far are the calzone and hamachi carpaccio, which I think is replaced by beef carpaccio in the menu, I prefer the former. Calamari is lighted breaded. I didn't really fancy the Carbonara. Will try pizzas next. Tiramisu is good. As for drinks, I love the cocktails! Atmosphere is nice with the greenery, especially the outdoor area when it's not super sunny, or rainy.

Birthday dinner here! ordered the pugliese burrata, prosciutto pizza, and crab ravioli. I especially enjoyed the ravioli, it’s literally stuffed with crab it was so good. The saffron and sage butter goes with it really well! The pizza dough was so fluffy! Very generous with the prosciutto and parmiggiano :) they even served a complimentary chocolate cake with raspberry! Thank you so much!

Great place. Excellent food and drinks. Expensive. Over 100SGD per person. The food and service were top class.

Publico Ristorante at InterContinental Hotel Singapore Robertson Quay - Monday 29th September 2025. Egaplant Parmigiana Layered & Fried Eggplant, House-made Tomato Sauce. Mozzarella, Parmigiana & Basil * Good cafe level dish. Tomato sauce is good just not enough of it. Eggplant meat very nice. I would have layered some tomatoes half way through it. Others might love the thick layers of eggplant. Crab Ravioli House-made, King Crab & Mascarpone Filling - Saffron & Sage Butter, Parmesan Crumb * Aroma very good. Saffron sage butter wow now that’s very tasty. * Ravioli excellent soft perfection pasta. Powerful king crab is tamed with the decadent sauce. Very good dish. * The key is the harmony of everything with the butter & Parmesan crumb. Extremely noisily like a good old pizzeria cafe. Good atmosphere nice service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It’s a great open place with good atmosphere nice service.

Thank you, Phoo Phoo and other staff for looking after us during our visit. They were warm, friendly and super helpful. We really enjoyed our dinner. Pizza and pasta were tasty but the Tiramisu was the highlight! The truffle french fries were generously portioned. Paired really well with the Limoncello Spritz. Thank you for the birthday cake too!

We had lunch here today 28/9/25. We ordered starters to share and a main each. The lunch menu offers the smallest portions I have ever seen. The pastas were served in what looked like small dog bowls! Totally ridiculous looking, made the small portions look even smaller. The ‘Handheld’ that I ordered was essentially a piece of over cooked card board wrap with fillings. I ordered the vegetarian’Handheld’ and there was no burrata and no heirloom tomato as described in their menu. I mean, honestly, presenting this inedible cardboard will such basic filling is just a rip off. Furthermore, the menu description said smoked burrata ( there was none in the sandwich) and heirloom tomatoes (there was a basic local tomato) was just such bull crap. I feel completely cheated and deceived. You cannot get away with serving food like that and charging money for it. There is no integrity and I find that the most difficult thing to stomach. The service staff…. Some bordered on condescending. As a customer, I don’t need that. This is a shameful excuse of an Italian restaurant.

Our first morning in Singapore could not have started better than the first sip of the latte. The food is excellent with a great variety of local and western food. Hard to pick just one thing that we liked most. Even if you are not staying at the Intercontinental, I would starting your day with breakfast here. The service was incredible as well. Vera was pleasant, provided excellent customer service, and kept our table not just clean but pristine. The entire staff was amazing! We highly recommend Publico Ristorante!

Nice cocktails and we enjoyed the ambiance. It's a good food option to have at the hotel although prices are a little high.

This is a super cute Italian brunch spot next to Robertson Quay. The outdoor seating had a great date ambience. I had the maccheroncini amatriciana, which was really good. One pasta dish was not enough for one person, but I just wasn't used to the tiny restaurant portions in Singapore. It was pricey but to be expected. The water was also very expensive at $11 for a small glass bottle.

This is a very buzzy, hip location filled with gorgeous people. Service was passably attentive considering how they seated me in a private corner. The food was pretty good if on the pricey side! We shared two pastas and an appetizer: calamari and cauliflower fritti which had way more calamari than cauliflower, I would have preferred the proportions the other way around the two pastas we shared were delicious, one was a basic tomato spaghetti from the regular menu and one was a asparagus sauced pasta from the specials menu. My friend and I concluded that both were delicious but the tomato spaghetti somehow had a more inviting flavor which I'd go back to eat again.

Great ambiance and service. Food was delicious, might be abit too rich for some people as the flavors are very strong and heavy

I would give no stars if possible. Food so-so, whatever. The WORST service I've ever experienced in my entire dining out life on 3 continents. If you want to waste your money and be made to feel like an afterthought by a staff full of complacent, malcontent peasants, by all means sign up for this trough of trash. Reservations for a special birthday? Can't even flag down a server. Care for a drink? Gesticulate wildly for the overweight kitchen staff who fob you off. The GM had good teeth and seemed genuinely apologetic, but epic fail on every possible front in terms of service. Stay away for meaningful dining. Such a letdown. Never again.

Not sure how this place isn't top of all the lists here. The staff, the vibes, the drinks, the food, all fantastic. If you're a visitor of this country come here. It's a great representation of the diversity and greatness of this place

We ordered a starter of mixed meats and cheese. For the mains we had a Tomahawk steak with bone marrow. Very good food. The steak was tasty and juicy and seasoned just right. The place has a very nice vibe. Sophisticated casual. Definitely can come back.

Not a good dinner experience, the food is not up to the expectation, the lady who seat us is not friendly.

Service was great the ambience is perfect with the open style 180 bar that extends to the inside and outside patios this place is kid friendly but not recommended a very good place for business after work and or a place for the young adults crowd to hang out

Beautiful restaurant, excellent staff. We came in at 9:45 because it says they are open until midnight. This is incorrect info. The kitchen closes at 10 (on Thursdays at least). However, I am glad we dId not know because we would have passed it up for something open later and you definitely don't want to miss this one.

The service is absolutely shit. Customers need to beg for the staff's attentions and rude restaurant managers

Stopped by with my friend because the menu looked appealing. We sat outside, and there was a nice vibe to the whole set-up. She had the ravioli and I had the margherita pizza. Most of my pizza was crust, and didn't even taste good. Overall, there are way better restaurants nearby.

Joined some work colleagues for dinner. I had homemade pasta. They had chicken and beef. Everyone was very pleased with their choices. Service was fantastic.

For gin lovers Such as myself, I love the drinks offered here while yes slightly pricey. Selection of beer is also awesome! Food is great. Pizza and the ravioli was good! Serving portion was also good given price point. All in all, I loved it! The ambience, food and drinks! Service wise I feel that cause the place is huge, even the most attentive waiter would miss out sometimes! But still I feel they did a great good!

I love this place! I've been here several times for dinner, happy hour, and even brunch! Their pastas are delicious, the pizzas have an excellent crust, the tiramisu is one of THE BEST I have ever had, and the servers are always welcoming and eager to please. The place is decorated in lovely blues and greens to provide a surreal and comfortable dining environment.
