Publix Super Market at Marshall Commons

The staff is very friendly and helpful but the prices are the highest of any grocery I've been to in Louisville and the hot food coming out of the deli is always old and dry.

The new Publix design is clean, and offers a great variety of products. The store features a unique deli, with fresh fired pizza, made to order sushi, burrito bowls, deli sandwiches and a coffee/beer/smoothie bar. This sets the bar for groceries in the area.

We swung by Publix last Sunday, and wow, it was super clean and organized! Plus, the staff were so friendly, and they even gave everyone a bag—it was such a great experience.

I had been to this store on just one occasion to shop before ordering two birthday cakes for my kiddos. The staff was so helpful during my shopping trip and the store was so clean and organized (it is a new store so that was expected). The cakes turned out so beautifully, and really had a nice flavor for an affordable store-bought cake. One of my cakes was sprinkle-filled and it really had a good amount inside. The kids really loved that. I thought the cakes were very professionally done and they were boxed and ready to go at my pick up time. I'll be sure to use this store again for my bakery needs and also just regular grocery shopping.

Love buy one get one free...as their prices are higher than kroger meijer and walmart...the lady in bakery was SO helpful...talkative and genuinely seemed to love her job...the flat cinnamon sugar bakery crispy thing was AWESOME-- OVER THE TOP!! Pinched off it for over 5 days from the closed bag and it was SO good...going to pitstop to buy another one when I go in for a sale item or two

The customer service I experienced today was top notch. Every employee we encountered was so friendly. One kind gentleman loaded all of my groceries onto the belt at check out. Another unloaded all my groceries into my trunk while I put my kids in their car seats and then he took my cart back for me. My daughter loved her smoothie from the cafe. As we drove off my kids told me it was their favorite grocery store ever ☺️.

Here's the truth. It's very expensive and deceptive in their pricing. Buy one box of cereal get one free sounds good, until you realize the one box costs $12. I see people claiming it's clean, yeah, it just opened. So why did I give it four stars? Because they did what Kroger can't seem to do and make a decent loaf of in house bread. The Pub Sub is a good deal too.

The sweet peach heat chicken tender sandwich is a new fav. The vegan salted caramel cookies are to die for. If y’all opened a store in New Albany, Clarksville, or Jeffersonville I’d be there a few times a week 🙏
