Publix Super Market at Marshall Commons

The new Publix design is clean, and offers a great variety of products. The store features a unique deli, with fresh fired pizza, made to order sushi, burrito bowls, deli sandwiches and a coffee/beer/smoothie bar. This sets the bar for groceries in the area.

We swung by Publix last Sunday, and wow, it was super clean and organized! Plus, the staff were so friendly, and they even gave everyone a bag—it was such a great experience.

Publix is awesome. This store is fantastic. It’s everything you want in a grocery store. Awesome and always friendly staff, exceptionally clean and pleasant atmosphere, reasonable prices and good weekly deals, and on top of that they have a great selection and variety of items. I can always easily find what I need as well as other new-to-me grocery items that pique my interest. I actually look forward to my grocery shopping the most when I know I’m shopping at this Publix.

The only grocery store in Greater Louisville area with an actual international section! English, Spanish, Caribbean products! Badía, Grace, tea biscuits, bun and cheese, etc. Lost a star because they apparently don't do overnight stocking. EVERY aisle had at least one employee with a pallet jack of products, blocking the aisle during busy pre-Christmas shopping.

Such a nice store with such friendly people. We came in at 8pm and Henry at the Deli was SOOOO nice and really took his time with us. Seriously made coming to get a salad a fun experience. Brian and Courtland checked us out and were lovely. I was just wowed by the service 10/10. And give Henry a raise. I don’t know what he makes but not enough. He should be the face of Publix. Live, Laugh Henry. Or Live. Laugh. Publix. Either one at this point. We will be back!!

I ordered the family turkey meal for Christmas Eve. It was awful! The meal was a fully cooked turkey,mashed potatoes, stuffing,gravy,marshmallow dessert, and cranberry orange sauce. When the potatoes thawed out,it was nothing but liquid and the potatoes were grainy. I had to throw them away and run to Kroger to get potatoes. No one ate the stuffing. The gravy was bitter. The turkey was super dry. The cranberry orange sauce was decent. The marshmallow stuff went to the garbage. Luckily, I made a lot of extra sides. Id advise n ot ordering this! And...it took about 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the deli counter with 8 people behind the counter. The cashier had no idea how to ring up my order and had a manager help. I usually love publix,but this was just an all around bad experience.

I had been to this store on just one occasion to shop before ordering two birthday cakes for my kiddos. The staff was so helpful during my shopping trip and the store was so clean and organized (it is a new store so that was expected). The cakes turned out so beautifully, and really had a nice flavor for an affordable store-bought cake. One of my cakes was sprinkle-filled and it really had a good amount inside. The kids really loved that. I thought the cakes were very professionally done and they were boxed and ready to go at my pick up time. I'll be sure to use this store again for my bakery needs and also just regular grocery shopping.

As a neurodivergent individual that doesn't like new stores because they give me anxiety, I finally set foot in this new store that's only 1.5 miles from me (I usually shop Aldi and Walmart) for ingredients that apparently everyone else had run out of at Christmas time. Not only is the store laid out in a visually appealing and organized manner, but the app is easy to navigate and the employees are helpful and friendly. Will be shopping here regularly now

Always fresh produce and fruit. Always great meat cuts and unlike some grocery stores they have folks in the meat department and fish is a great choice. Prices a bit higher, but BOGO's help and you always get a clean shopping experience and extra friendly service. Subs are big and bread is soft on oside and crusty outside, delicious Boars Head meats. Fun popcorn station too. Love shopping here and glad they are growing into the Louisville area of KY.
