Publix Super Market at Parkway Centre

I adore Publix! They have very good selection of high quality products for decent prices. Their produce section is gorgeous, every fruit and vegetable is premium. Their frozen section has some of the best tasting vegetables on the market. Publix brand cut green beans and corn taste better than fresh! They certainly beat Bird's Eye on flavor but how great is it that they also best them on price! But greatest of all are the staff. They set the standard for customer service and it's a high bar. Every employee smiles and says hello. If I need help finding an item, they walk me right to it. When I check out, I'm always asked if I need help getting to my car. Often, after I have loaded my groceries in the trunk, there is an employee right there offering to take care of the empty cart for me. If I have to return an item, they treat me with respect and concern. When I was moving to Georgia, one of the check marks on my list of desirable factors was having a Publix. They are that good!

I went to the deli to get chicken tenders. I asked for 2 pounds to see how many I would get, and then I asked for one more pound to make it 3 pounds and the guy acted like I was gonna take all of his chicken tenders. He ended up giving me 2.75 pounds. I didn’t argue with him. I just left. All you gotta do is fry up some more. Not good customer service. I usually like Publix but this was a bad experience.

Stopped in yesterday (5/22) with my boyfriend to get some popcorn chicken since it's BOGO this week. It was okay, but you could definitely taste the old grease flavor. Really messed my stomach up

Can't complain about Publix, but service this past Sunday, March 23, around 7pm at the Subs station was poor. 4 people waiting for subs only one lady at the counter trying to do as fast as possible. Other employees looking around or doing other chores until the lady at the counter had to ask for help. (She even dropped to the floor half of a sub she was making) The worst part was that two customers that came later went to the "meal to go" section and were taken care of before the other customers waiting for subs. I had no idea you could skip the line for subs by going to the "meals to go" section. One customer who purchased a meal to go also asked for a sub, and his sub was made before the other already waiting customers 🙄 Maybe management has to use the same number system at subs stations as is been used at the deli section 🤔

I just used the pharmacy, and the pharmacist was amazing! Her staff, on the other hand, needs lessons in customer service... horrible attitude!!!

Very good Publix compared to all the ones that I have been to I would say this one is on the better side of them decent prices and great meat and seafood selection I would recommend going if you want good groceries I want this review to be over 200 characters so I can get a badge on here

Everything good , except they stopped selling my Beer I bought every week for 4 yrs
