Puckett’s Market and Restaurant- BNA D concourse

Rude and unprofessional bartender. Yelled at his manager for 30 minutes in front of customers. Then kicked everyone who was sitting down out at 4am because he said they’re were open. I asked if I could order something, because we just stayed the night at the airport and were hungry. He said no. He then turned the music up super loud until everyone left. Once we left he turned it back down. Mind you he never asked once nicely, just started yelling at us at 4am. So much for southern hospitality. This guy needs fired. I work in the food service industry too and would never treat customers like this. Update: 5 mins after I posted this he came up to me irate and again yelling at me telling me I lied in this review. Then he went and told the gate agent something, not sure what. Seems like bad customer service is the norm at this place based on other reviews. Take your money and tips elsewhere!

Puckett's market and restaurant at the airport offers some market items like bottles beverages and bagged coffee and coffee mugs. The restaurant section offers a varied menu including a kids menu with a 3 veggie plate. I chose the sweet potato fries, crispy and hot for a snack. Last time here, I ordered the tomato soup, yummy. This venue offers live music, usually one singer and a microphone. Sit in the accessible tables near the music for a jam or sit father away at accessible tables or at high tops at the full bar, a bit farther from the music to enjoy the entertainment as quieter background music. Great service here.

Service was slow and not extremely knowledgeable. The fried green beans were disappointing — fried cornmeal was flat, dense and not crunchy. Also super salty. The fried pickles — double-breaded and deep-fried crisp — were crunchier, but the BBQ chipotle ranch was overpowering IMHO. I did really enjoy the live music entertainment by Steven Cade singing on his guitar.

Live music doesn't fix service. The food decent, but when I wave at 6 different people who look at me then keepwalking just to get some freaking utensils, that's a problem. I understand forgetting to provide utensils. I understand being busy, but how poorly paid are the staff that they literally look at me then walk past or turn around?

Food was decent. 30 minute wait AFTER getting seated is when someone decided to take my order. Watched two tables get sat and waited on.

Got to be the worst service I’ve ever had. Our server took forever to grab our drinks to start and then got the drink order wrong. We had a friend with us on a different flight and told her right away that we needed his food to come out before ours since his flight left earlier. His food came out as the same time as ours after we all waited for 30 minutes. Do they not realize people have flights to catch, no airport food should ever be 30 minutes. Right when we got the food, our friend with the earlier flight asked for the bill so that he could pay. Server (shocker) forgot about it, so he left and told us he’d Venmo us once we got the bill. After asking the server for our bill it took another 25 minutes to get ours and the server again had to ask us what we ordered (never have had that happen before). After she finally brought them we had extra chargers on some of the checks. First time in all our lives we’ve never tripped after a sit-down meal. They pull you in with the music and it looks cool, but this place is an abomination. Avoid

Great ambience and atmosphere , we had breakfast before our flight. Staff super friendly, Live music while we waited but not loud, it was perfect.. so if you ever at the Nashville, TN airport please stop by this Location. They also have a Bar sit down if you want to enjoy a nice cocktail before you depart!!!

The guy with the tattoos that works at this location is rude and should get removed from this location if you want it to have any chance of growing as a business. We were misfortuned by the airlines that resulted in us staying at the airport overnight. We found booth seats that we could comfortably rest in as we waited for the flight the next morning. We were RUDELY awoken by this individual yelling at us to leave his restaurant because he was open. As we were just reacting and trying to understand if we missed something, he BLASTED his music and continued to yell at us to leave. My fiancé asked if we could purchase something since he was open and it was an issue us staying there. He was dismissive and said NO continuing to tell us to leave. I am trying to understand how a business can operate by denying people service and being this rude. If you want what’s best for this business get rid of him.
