Absolutely amazing experience with Puffy Cotton Candy! Puffy Cotton Candy turned our event into something truly magical! The cotton candy was not only *beautifully spun* but also *incredibly delicious* — light, fluffy, and full of fun flavors that everyone loved. The setup looked fantastic, and the staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation — every cone looked picture-perfect! Kids and adults alike couldn’t get enough. This place is amazing. We stumbled across it on our way up from Texas to New York and loved it so much that we made sure to stop again on our way back home. The second time, they made special request characters, which was beyond appreciated. Between the first and second visits, my kids watched all of their videos on YouTube and were starstuck to see the owner on our second visit. 🤩 Thank you for such a special memory on our cross-country road trip.

The cotton candy animals are on the pricy side so I would only purchase something like this for a very special occasion. Amazing service and you can watch them create the treat in minutes!

Super friendly staff We went on a Saturday afternoon, the line was a bit long, but for kids it's worth it! Staff was super friendly, answered all the questions we have, while kids are waiting for their cotton candy to be made, kids got a little taste of their cotton candy.

My Grandson wa visiting from OR and wanted to see Puffy Cotton Candy since he had heard so much about it. I's a Fun place to visit. He didn't find anything that he could carry on the plane...BUT I purchased a 7 layer Cotton Candy Cake!

First time to puffy cotton Candy store . It was busy but they have it under control and they were fast . Kids loved their cotton candy characters. 100% recommend for kids .

I am updating my review based on the owner's response. First of all I'm so thankful that he responded. Running a business takes a lot of time and responding to reviews is just one more task on the to-do list. But it does make a big difference to me when a business owner cares enough to respond to a review, especially when it wasn't complementary. Kudos! I do plan on stopping by to see the place myself and will further update the review based on that experience. But for now I am moving them up to 3 stars! This place is perfect if you are Ant Man. Full disclosure I didn't go to the store myself. My son called and asked if I wanted some cotton candy and gave me a choice of different sizes. I told him he could get two jumbos. When he brought the cotton candy to the car I thought he was joking when he handed me the bags. Think of the cotton candy that you get at the fair and then imagine getting 25% of that. I understand this is a new business and I am fully supportive of small businesses but $9 for cotton candy the size of Tinker Bell does not cut it. The bag wasn't even half full. And before anyone thinks my son might have eaten some of it, he doesn't like cotton candy. I was getting some for his sister.

Amazing cotton candy cake! Bought one for my sons birthday and thats the cake everyone loved. Everyone asked where i got the cake. They all loved it!

The cotton candy is so fluffy and great quality It did not just taste like sugar it really tasted like watermelon. The service was wonderful they where so helpful and had a great smile. They really wanted to make sure we where happy with our purchase. We drove from Huntsville to get a cake and will definitely go back again.

The kids loved this place. The only downside was they do not create characters after 6:30pm. However, they were willing to allow one for the birthday girl. I love when a business is willing to accommodate for a customer. Thank you!

I can't wait for this store to open! The characters are amazing and the cotton candy flavors are delicious. Plus there are so many flavors to choose from. This is going to be such a fun place to visit for young and old.
