Beloved Indian-Texas Food Truck Puli-Ra Is Moving On | Eater Austin
"I'm reporting that Puli-Ra, the highly praised food truck from chef Deepa Shridhar, is leaving its location at Texas Keeper Cider in Manchaca, with its last day there on Sunday, November 11. For its final weekend at the cidery it is celebrating with favorite dishes like naan croissants, honeycomb ghee, dirty chai, and white pumpkin pickles, plus products available to take home; the truck's hours for that weekend are Friday 2 p.m.–9 p.m., Saturday noon–9 p.m., and Sunday noon–8 p.m. Puli-Ra opened at Texas Keeper Cider in January after a stint at Still Austin Whiskey Co., and Chef Shridhar says she will keep the truck while shifting back toward her supper-club roots with pop-ups and potentially a storefront in the future." - Erin Russell

I don't have a very adventurous palate but Deepa doesn't disappoint! The food is delicious every time and I've come to love foods I never thought I would. Deepa is very sweet and puts a lot of hard work and sweat into her food. We never go to Texas Keeper without ordering something. She's got lifetimers outta us! - Josie and Robert .

Amazing food every time. The best local ingredients presented with bold flavors you can't stop eating. I would lick my plate if it wasn't frowned upon.

Over priced hipster fusion nonsense. If I'm paying $13 for dan dan noodles, I should at least receive actual dan dan noodles. I was given a wooden cutting board with 4 rolled up fettuccini noodles that tasted raw.

Indian fusion, so tasty! Had the boudin board which was parefectly crispy and savory boudin, served on naan. Garnished with pickled vegetables, including hot peppers. Proceed with caution on the peppers.

Terrible! Over priced and pork butt was tough as shoe leather. Also, only 3 items on the menu!
