Bad quality. Trousers rippped when first time on use. I tried to complain via email. So bad service... I told two Times I have no order number because I bought them from the Tallinn shop but they just asked the order number. Maybe robot. But not My shop ever again

BEWARE OF THE DISCOUNTED ITEMS!! I was excited to visit the store since there isn't one yet in Helsinki and the location is in the posh area of Rotermann. I saw an item on sale which has a new price tag of 9.99€. I tried it on and when I left the dressing room, the saleslady said to leave the item on the rack, to which I replied "No I'm taking it". Then she said, "Are you buying it?" And I said "Yes, of course". Like what the heck? I have never encountered such shopping experience like that. Did she think I am not able to buy it or something? So I went to pay for the item and before I could tap my card, I noticed the price was 12,99€. So I said to the cashier the price tag says 9.99€. She responded unapologetically, "That is the price in the computer. I can't do anything, you pay that price or don't take it". Seriously?What kind of customer service do these people have? It's not that I can't pay 3€ more for the item I wanted but that was just not right. I left the store and will never set foot ever there again! 👎

I love this store! They always have super fashionable clothes, accessories, and shoes that is trending! Not only that but their products seem to be good quality that lasts. The shop is always tidy and the workers are professional and polite. Too bad finland doesn't have this store! It would be super popular no doubt.

Good news: new bigger space with larger selection. Bad news: really smileless, almost rude service. I'd give the place 5 stars as I like the brand, but if the person at the cash register doesn't even look at you when you pay, it's impossible to give more than 2 stars.

I have been fan of that label since many years, mostly while living in Spain/Valencia. Now that i moved to Estonia/Tallinn i was happy to find Pull&Bear here as well. However after my experince with their service in Rotermanni, i most probably will not return to that store. I ordered some items on the internet since they didn't have my size at the store last week, but that's not a problem. Today, as i came to the store to pick up my order, i asked the sales assistant to open the arrived package just to see if the items are correct. The young lady responded to me in a very rude manner,- "you can do it yourself"! Correct me if i am wrong, but i thought the job of a sales assistant is to ASSIST?! By the way, one of the items was indeed the wrong colour, so i returned it right away. Even though Pull&Bear is a "low-budget" chain, your team can still do an effort to offer customers a service not as low. Untill then i persoanlly will be enjoying my shoppings else where, sorry.
