Order Sweet Flaky Pastries at These Bakeries in Las Vegas

"This Japanese bakery bakes loaves of milk bread swirled with chocolate ad red bean. But also stop in for buns filled with curry or red bean, jumbo cream puffs, and sakura financiers." - Janna Karel

Every time I fly into Las Vegas — and before I fly out — I make it a point to stop at Pullman Bakery for some amazing treats. It’s become a must-visit tradition! The peanut butter and jelly sandwich is absolutely to die for, and if you’re an egg lover, you’ll be in heaven — they have a variety of delicious egg sandwiches made on incredibly fresh bread. The quality and flavor are next level. Their specialty desserts are my personal favorite. The sushi-shaped rice triangles (I’m probably saying the name wrong!) are so unique and unbelievably good. I also love their strawberry cake and cream cup dessert — it’s one of the best sweet treats I’ve ever had. The marbled breads and croissants are fantastic too — light, flaky, and full of flavor. Truly, you can’t go wrong with anything here. On top of the amazing food, the staff is some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Every single person greets you with a smile and genuine kindness. Everyone I’ve brought here before a flight has fallen in love with both the food and the service. If you’re flying through Las Vegas, don’t miss this gem — Pullman Bakery is a must-stop spot!

This was our 1st time and it was great ! I'd only seen some of these foods online in traveling videos. We tried several of the items and everything was perfect. The sandwiches were soft and delicious. The Mango dessert was perfect. The shrimp was tasty, just had to be heated.

I came here as it was recommended to me by a couple of people. It's a small and cozy place with a very nice atmosphere. The workers were helpful and they had a wide variety of different foods and drinks. I only ended up getting the egg sando and curry pan. It reminded me of Japan konbini runs and put a smile on my face! I would definitely come back on my next trip to Vegas to try more things.

I was traveling into Las Vegas late at night. I was in the mood for some Japanese baked goods. To my delight Pullman bread was open! The bakery was located in a shopping center. The Bakery is nice and clean with bonsai tree vibes in the middle of the bakery giving the very peaceful vibe. The employees are very nice and have a ton patience. I order the melon bread, matcha and strawberry, strawberry pull bread, matcha late, strawberry milk and tea. Everything was very delicious and fresh. Highly recommend this authentic Japanese Bakery!

I stopped by Pullman Bread in Las Vegas and tried the Melting Mango tropical fruits shortcake 🍰🥭. The texture was enjoyable — soft sponge, smooth cream, and juicy fruit. The mango and blueberry worked well together without feeling heavy. It’s a clean, refreshing dessert that looks great and tastes even better with tea. It is a bit pricey, but worth trying at least once. They offer a Nevada resident discount, which helps. I also had the Shokupan bun 🇯🇵. The texture was soft and airy inside, with a crumbly outside. It tasted mildly sweet and would be better to enjoy with coffee or tea than on its own. The shop is polished, thoughtful and open 24 hours. I’d come back for the Melting Mango.

Google
Place was really cool, my girl and I decided to try a loaf of Japanese milk bread, strawberry shortcake sponge cake , fried shrimp, and a garlic croissant. The fried shrimp was really big and meaty, enjoyed the katsu sauce with it. The bread was super soft and delicious we made it with Philly cheese steaks, excited to try more tomorrow with some French toast. All said and done cool experience, will def go back to try more treats.

Although it’s a 24 hour Japanese bakery, items do sell out. So glad we went at 6pm instead of 5am to get the hot baked goods. I wanted to get more items but we didn’t have a fridge at the hotel to keep it fresh. We got the baked beef curry bun, Jumbo cream puff, dashimaki egg sandwich, matcha red bean loaf, egg sandwich w jidori egg and salty garlic butter bread. We already had dinner or else we would get a plate of the rice dish. I saw the mochi cookie and wanted to try but said next time because the young man already rang us up. The owner must have heard my expression because he stopped us on the way out and handed me the mochi cookie to try at no charge. Everything tasted delicious. The best beef curry bun. We preferred the dashimaki over the jidori egg sandwich. The breading were so soft and flavorful. There’s a table to heat up your items with microwave as oven. This will be on our list as a must stop every time we’re in Vegas.

Upon entering Pullman bread I was pleasantly greeted by all of the staff there. It was a warm welcome followed by this sheer amazement at the selection of finally crafted Japanese bread and treats. Lots to choose from anything from sweet to savory. The beef Curry buns were excellent. We also had Delicious Sweet treats. The girl who helped us was so polite and informative. I came across a gentleman and thinking might be the manager or owner but he was so involved in each customer there. When it came our turn he greeted us kindly. I had brought my two little ones with me and he let them pick a treat a piece and he gave me a warm freshly baked apple bun. It's places like this that I love and cherish. Please if you're ever in the area, you owe it to yourself to stop by this gem and experience the warmth that comes from the people there and the food!

Yelp
We've been hearing good things about Pullman Bread & had to try it for ourselves. The store front is a walk in, order & take out. Cute & relaxing atmosphere. We had a couple people help us & both were extremely nice & helpful. Shout out to Marinella. She was very friendly & made recommendations. Now for the food! We ordered several things to share. We ordered the Beef Curry Bun, Chicken Karaage, Crab Croquettes, Wagyu Beef original. Everything was so good. I wish I would've order more of the Beef Curry Buns to save for later lol. I don't have photos because we dig in before thinking of taking pictures. We will be returning!

Yelp
Pullman Bread has been on my bucket list of places to try for a minute, and I finally got to check it off my list. It is located on Blue Diamond, in a small strip mall with more places I am interested in checking out. The store front is small, but thoughtfully arranged and decorated. The display is beautiful, easily matching the fancy bakeshops and patisseries on Las Vegas Blvd. As it was my first visit, I opted to get a few different items, and was happy with most of them. Baked Curry Bun - Pretty good good, but definitely a lot better once it is reheated in the microwave for a few seconds. The spicy beef curry filling has a hint of spiciness, which is just perfect. The bun has just the right chewiness. Solid 5! Sausage Bun - Fancier version of the ones I used to get as a kid in Taipei. Definitely a comfort food for me and so yum! Solid 5! Matcha Pudding - Super nice presentation. The culinary execution is worthy of the top pastry kitchen from the luxury Strip casinos. Taste-wise it was just okay for me. 4 out of 5. Strawberry Heart Sando - Looks pretty, but not a wow! for me. Most likely because strawberry is not in season. It is my very first fruit sando. Will try again in the summer. 3 out of 5. Looking forward to try the Egg Sando, and the onigiri next time. Also if you are out late, they do offer 30% off some items as part of their End of Day Sale starting at 11PM: Curry Bun, Salt Butter Bread, Onigiri, Karaage, Crab Croquette and Soft Shell Crab. 4 out of 5.

Yelp
They were very nice and truly helpful. I had a few questions and all were answered and made choosing much easier. Everything look delicious and I was unsure what to try for my first time here. Something that I can appreciate but it can be good ABD bad is that they seem to add and remove items from their menu quite regularly and you try something and enjoy it but head back and it's already gone. I don't mean they run out of it, I mean it's no longer made. I see that the are no longer open 24/7, that was one thing that was unique to them. All in all my experience was a good one. FYI: Uno, which was directly next door to them seems to have closed permanently :(

Yelp
Adorable Japanese bakery !!! When I walked in the delicious smell of the bakery like no other !! Wow !! Everything is individually wrapped super cute. Super delicious.!!! From base trees to puddings to sandwiches such a cute bakery hopefully they open one soon and Henderson I absolutely love it.!!!!! This staff is wonderful, super friendly, super attentive.!!! they also offer cappuccinos and Matcha as well!!! !!! it's mainly for pick up to go orders since there really isn't any place to sit inside!! it would be perfect and just wonderful if they had some tables outside that would just make it a 10 star!!

Yelp
Pullman Bread saves the day as my just a bit over an hour flight was delayed 6 hours. Got to Vegas much later than I'd like, and thankfully Pullman was open. I walked in and wow, the place is so cute!! A lot of Japanese decor, both traditional and modern. They have quite the variety too, such as breads from flour from Hokkaido, flavored rolls, chicken karaage, onigiri, matcha strawberry tiramisu, fruit cream sandwiches, and so much more. As I missed dinner with friends, I got an onigiri and a truffle butter roll since airport food wasn't enough. A friend got the matcha tiramisu with strawberries and that was so pretty. Everything we tried was delicious. The texture of the breads were superb. Can't wait to go back and try more.

Yelp
For the price and taste, I would not need to go back here. It's very cutely packaged little treats that I could get as gifts for friends. I get the concept of sweet Japanese bread, but it doesn't meet my expectations as fully as other bakeries do. I got a chocolate bun thingy, a strawberry sandwich that was reminiscent of cool whip, 2 creamy crab balls, a strawberry mousse, and some other stuff. It was okay.

Yelp
I took my partner here because she really loves bread shops and pastries. The shop is quaint and smaller than I expected inside. They had a few onigiri available in about 6 flavors, and a bakery display with different kinds of desserts in it. The sandwiches with fruit and cream stood out to me the most. They also had some savory varieties. There were an array of cakes in cups, and I expected my partner to pick the matcha strawberry tiramisu. However, she decided on a package of butter mochi instead. She let me know she felt it was pricey but tasted a lot like her childhood. While I don't care much for mochi, I will admit it was pretty delicious. They also serve Japanese curry bowls here and a few varieties of tea. Everything looked really well presented and perfectly curated. That being said, the prices prevented us from trying as much as we wanted to. I felt that $8-9 is too much for the most of the desserts offered, so we skipped out on ordering anything else. I know that the desserts are made with imported flour - but it felt like too much of a splurge to spend $20 on two small desserts. I liked the interior of the shop a lot. It was an interesting layout with a little decorative display in the center that had some Japanese snacks and candy on it, and some areas to microwave or heat up your food on the way out. Everything was done in a lovely wooden theme inside, which was a nice change from the stereotypical Vegas shops that are sterile and minimalistic. This was a cute stop on our way home from IKEA, but it wasn't really for me personally. I like that it made my partner happy and that such a shop exists for those who are craving the sweet side of Japan. It's a very cute spot and I recommend people at least stop by and check out some of the neat selections they have.

Yelp
Love this Japanese bakery! It reminds me so much of Japan. They have the perfect-sized sandwiches and desserts, all beautifully made and delicious. The egg sandwiches and croissants are super fresh and tasty! It's a to go place, not much seating. They're open 24/7, which is awesome! Service was fast and friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
I don't know how they do it but they managed to open for 24/7. That's a good concept but the selections are very limited when it's late at night. I love to buy their original toasts to make at home toasts. Their curry bun and the covid bun is best. But I haven't seen them sell the covid bun in a long time. Their melon pan is too hard on top and it's just not fluffy in general so I'll focus on buying their other good stuff like the egg Sandos, their parfaits and tiramisu.

Yelp
I need to go back! There are so many things I want to try here and not enough space in the stomach though to be fair, I feel this way about most bakeries. Cute place and clean when you walk in. We went here because we heard it was open 24 hours but it looks like it's only open to midnight. We ordered an assortment of sandwiches and a couple of onigiri, all of which were tasty and delicious! I want to go back and try some pastries and more onigiri. The lady behind the counter was super nice and attentive and made sure to offer us samples . We are already planning our next visit!

Yelp
Food: 7/10 Service: 9/10 Ambiance: 10/10 This appt is super cute! The ambiance and Japanese-influenced decor wasy favorite part of the experience. I hoped the baked goods would be the highest rated part, but the bread tasted more processed than I expected. That said all of the sweets were still very good! My favorite were the monkey cakes which happened to be on sale as a BOGO.

Yelp
Tried a few things tonight, from onigiri to the mixed fruit sando. Need to try more to give it 5 stars. Quality products, excellent service & great Vegas hours to satisfy a late hour snack!
google avatar

Lily L.

Yelp
This place is smaller than expected, no real seating area (just two standing room only tables) and pretty much grab and go! The food is good, but a tad expensive. We drove out to just to try the melt in your mouth pastries. The garlic croissant did not disappoint! I'm closer to Chinatown and prefer that area and prices, but thank you Pullman for being there for folks near blue diamond area. 3 stars because you can't sit and have a chat with friends.

Yelp
I'm in love with this place. It's official. I'm going to get down on one knee and ask Pullman Bread for its hand in marriage. I saw some videos about this place online and was so excited to try it during my short trip to Vegas from LA. It is so cute and cozy inside and the employees are super nice! I didn't get her name, but the woman helping us with blonde hair was the nicest person ever. When we told her we were traveling back home today, she helped us and gave us some ice and helped us pack our order to fit in there nicely. We got their egg sandwiches (delicious and so soft), their onigiri (favs: Char-Siu&Jidori Egg, Tuna Mayo, Grilled Salted Salmon), and some sweets. Their egg sandwiches are absolute perfection and so soft. Their onigiri is delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The rice... is something... I cannot even describe. It is so soft in a way that you do not get at other places that sell onigiri. It's incredible. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors at all. EVERYTHING is good here. I truly wish I lived here just for Pullman's!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this Japanese bakery for a while- but it's so far away from me. Recently I braved the trek down blue diamond to this cute little bakery. My expectations were exceeded! The onigiri was amazing- the seaweed was crunchy and flavorful (if you've ever had mediocre seaweed you know).... Every pastry I had was so good. Better than any other Japanese bakery in town. Prices were a little steep- but competitively priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped into pick up some dessert. We went around 11 pm and not once was the store ever empty of customers! *Fruit Pudding - creamy, rich, pudding with a caramel bottom.

Yelp
Pullman bread is my go to late night spot, they are 24/7. My Las Vegas People know late night food is hard to find other than fast food... This place is always fresh and service is always friendly, they have a great selection of desserts and bread right up in front. If you don't see somthing in the rack don't be afraid to ask they will make most of the items fresh you just have to wait. The onigiri for example is made to order most of the time late night, just ask they will make it for you, they have hot food as well in the side warming box some stuff can be made others if they are sold out then that can't be helped. The staff here is always willing to answer questions and help you navigate with the different choices, as you can see in my pictures they have tons of Japanese Sando!!!!! They are all super fresh. My go to choices are the classic egg and the tuna also the ham and cheese with egg... When it comes to onigiri I love the plum and tuna and mayo also the grilled eel rice is so good!!! Head on down and give this place a try and happy eating....

Yelp
This place is awesome. The inside is so pretty and peaceful, and feels like you step into a different country rather than just another store. The customer service is amazing, especially Kai, who took his time to explain everything there and how recent each item was made. I spent about $100 there and everything that was purchased was delicious. So much variety. The apple bread was cute too, how it is made to look exactly like an apple. I would've taken pictures of my order, however it didn't last long lol Definitely stop by if you're in the area!

Yelp
I've heard great things about this Japanese 24 hour bakery in Las Vegas. We were in town and made sure to drop by to see what all the hype is all about. We arrived on a late Tuesday night. The bakery is located in a nice plaza off Blue Diamond in Vegas. There is easy and accessible parking in the large parking lot. Once inside there is a nice Japanese cultural decor going on. Pastries, sandos, dessert, hot items, etc are looking fresh and appetizing in the display windows. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered the seasoned egg sando, the Dashimaki egg sando, strawberry shortcake cup, 3 salmon onigiris, and chicken karaage. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Both egg sandos had the right consistency of fluffiness and egg creaminess. The karaage was crispy and tender. Finally the shortcake cup was full of sweetness. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Pullman Bread. I appreciate the 24 hours availability of the bakery. The variety of choices was a nice touch. We will definitely be back to try other goodies.

Yelp
Sweet tooth Day definitely hits the spot just smooth and not overly sweet. Clean shop friendly staff nicely decorated for fall 2025.

Yelp
Wanted to make a hot sandwich so was looking for Asian toast slices so that is how I found Pullman. I got a loaf of the honey bread, chicken kaarage, beef curry bun, strawberry shortcake and egg sando. The chicken kaarage was too oily, don't recommend. The beef curry bun was small and average. It was quite expensive at $6. The honey bread was ok, the flavor was good, but it's not that soft as I was hoping for the Japanese shokupan, not even close. The egg sando was nicely seasoned and delicious. The strawberry shortcake was a nice portion size and when they put it in a cup there's less cream so that is good. I also liked that the strawberry was sliced so in each bite you can have strawberry, cake and cream together. They had really cute cat shaped loafs. Overall, quite expensive, so I'm not sure if I will come back often.

Yelp
My husband and I love our late-night snacks, so we were glad to find a place like Pullman Bread open 24/7--especially since it has the kinds of snacks we enjoy. I got the shrimp tempura onigiri, chicken onigiri, seasoned egg sandwich, matcha strawberry tiramisu, and a sausage bun. We enjoyed every single thing we ordered. The person helping us was very kind, and we had a great conversation with her. I loved the variety of foods--pastries, rice, curry dishes, noodles, cakes, and more. We'll definitely be back. The inside is very nice. You order at the counters, and they ring you up after gathering your items.

Yelp
Hit this bakery first thing this morning. A bakery open 24/7? With a place like this, offering tasty treats, why not! Located in a nice strip mall, the bakery is welcoming and decorated classically. There are ovens and microwaves to heat items you purchase. Nice offering. Onto the goodies. Delighted to see chicken karage in the heated shelving. Absolutely delicious, crunchy, perfectly seasoned and perfectly hot. 5/5 The strawberry sandwich: perfection! Perfect crustless bread filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Presentation is beautiful, bread is the perfect density to hold the whipped cream and berries. Loved the sweetness level. 5/5 Butter mochi twin pack. Delicious. Perfectly chewy and one was plain, the other topped with coconut. Yummy! 5/5 Curry meat bun. This was the only thing that want to my liking. I loved how the top of the bun was super thin. How do you get that so thin?! The amount of filling is generous but the curry flavor had a flavor I wasn't familiar with and it didn't hit. Service was good, cleanliness was top notch. I highly recommend this bakery. Any time you feel the inkling for a great variety of Japanese treats, go to Pullmans!!!!

Yelp
There were so many different Japanese foods to choose from, I wished I had a larger stomach. I ended up choosing Autumn Purple Pudding, Apple Filled Bun, and Seasoned Egg Sandwich. The cashier was so sweet and gave me a free Chocolate Custard Cream Bun. My favorite was the Autumn Purple Pudding which wasn't too sweet and had a nice purple potato flavor to it. The Apple Filled Bun had a nice balance of tart and sweetness. Even though the Seasoned Egg Sandwich was so simple, the savory sandwich was delicious. The Chocolate Custard Cream Bun was a bit on the sweeter side for me, but I love the texture of the soft bread. Would love to come back here to try other pastries!

Yelp
Cute little bakery. Loved that it's 24 hrs. We had a late dinner, and stopped here probably around midnight. We browsed for a bit. A lot of yummy looking snacks and pastries. My cousins and I grabbed a couple items each. I got the Buttery Black Truffle Bread and Strawberry Marble Bread slice. Both were soft and tasty. Didn't wow me, but were both good. My cousin felt the same with her pastries, and my other cousin enjoyed her sandwiches. Wish I wasn't so full when I went; I might have wanted to buy more pastries to save to try later.

Yelp
We had Strawberry Cream Sandwiches Salmon sandwiches Tuna sandwiches Egg and Ham sandwiches Salt Bread with truffles Plenty of parking in front of the building for accessibility. The filling for the sandwiches were light and creamy. The bread while good is not the same soft, fluffy and airy shokupan we had in Japan. Close, but not exactly. Five stars for the freshly baked salt bread with truffles. This was more memorable than the sandos. We find the sandwiches were overpriced but the bakery is open 24 hours so it could be the reason for the high prices.

Yelp
What a gem! Beautifully prepared artisanal baked goods and the customer service is impeccable. Being our first visit, we had a lot to take in - they offer so many treats! We were given a description of each item in the case that we may have had a question about, which provided us with a point of reference for what to expect. For our visit, we decided upon a Las Vegas High Roller Suites Sandwich (AKA cream fruit sandwich $8.99), a Kinako Mochi (AKA warabi mochi $5.99), and a Beef Curry Bun ($5.99). Let me tell you, I was genuinely surprised at how excellent every item tasted. The cream fruit sandwich was such a pleasant surprise. I had expected it to taste like just whipped cream and some fresh cut fruit between two pieces of sandwich bread, but no way! The level of flavors (tangy and lightly sweet) were so wonderfully delightful, refreshing and light. The fruit was some of the best tasting fruit I've had in a very long while, and the bread- that ain't any regular sandwich bread! The texture and taste was reminiscent of a light sponge and angel food cake mix. This sandwich was a very pleasant surprise. I had also been wanting to try warabi mochi for a few years now and the moment I saw that they offered it, I jumped at the chance. It too was all I had wishes for. Last but certainly not least, the beef curry bun *chef's kiss*. It was SO FLAVORFUL, a tad spicy with heat, and the bun was soft yet with a nice crust and slight chew. I must note how lovely, clean, and organized the interior of the bakery shop is too. It's warm and inviting. Not to forget, they're open 24 hours AND offer a Nevada locals discount. I don't think it can get any better!
google avatar

Yelp
I don't know what's happening here but hopefully this review is a sign to them that they need to get back on track. I was really irritated that I went last night at 1:30am and they were closed. They were always open 24 hours. If you go to their website right now it says that they are open 24 hours but I guess they are no longer open 24 hours? Additionally, I've noticed other things going down hill over time such as taking away late night and locals discounts, display cases being empty like last time there were no curry buns at all. I'll gladly return if they can just get back to the way they used to be instead of slowly sliding into a complacent rut. It makes it difficult to be a customer when there is no consistency.

Yelp
Cute Japanese bakery!! And it's open 24 hours!! So great for late night munchies. They have a nice selection of sweet and savory items! The staff are so friendly and nice. I got the marble chocolate bread (super fluffy and sweet) I almost ate the entire loaf. I also had the simple butter croissant ( so buttery and salty it was just perfect). They also have late night discount and local discount! (I don't think you can combine the discount). It is slightly on the pricier side I would say but I think it's worth it (plus there's discounts and always new items!)

Yelp
The fact that they're open 24 hours is reason enough to give them five stars. Had a road trip to Vegas and stopped by here before getting to my family's place. I was amazed at the variety of different sandos and onigiri they had. It was hard for us to not get one of everything. The prices were a bit more than I was hoping they'd be, but they do a 25% discount for Nevada residents which is nice of them! Unfortunately that didn't apply to us, but it's nice for residents! Each sando cost about $6, and I think their onigiris cost a bit less. Honestly blacked out and bought like 4 or 5 sandwiches, and a couple onigiris to bring to our family. My faves were the classic egg salad and the mentaiko onigiri. They also had fruit and whipped cream sandos, and other sweet pastries available, but I didn't grab any (next time!) The service was great! There's usually only one person working the front counter, so be prepared to wait a bit as they take one customer at a time. Both employees who helped us when we first initially got to Vegas and when we dropped by on our way home (yes we went twice because we loved it that much!), were super nice and helpful! Also, although it's a smaller bakery with no seating area, it's clean, and bright, and everyone seems to love it here. This is definitely a great bakery to grab something quick and yummy to eat. I will definitely be back again!

Yelp
I've been coming to Pullman since they have opened and I love all the changes and updates they've made since then. Their sandwiches are still as good as they were since day 1 and I love all the newer additions like the pork bao (new fav), beef curry bun and snow crab croquette. There are also onigiri and bento boxes available as well. I loved the different sweeter options like the strawberry parfait and will be aiming to get the Mont Blanc next. They freshly slice your bread if you purchase a loaf as well. The team there is super kind and helpful. The store is clean and very aesthetic and easy to browse. They even have some Japanese snacks available for those who may be looking for them. Overall - Pullman is still great and a place I love to stop by when I'm in the area!

Yelp
Breakfast in Las Vegas, Nevada... Our friend, Cece, flew over from Northern California to spend the day with us. We asked her: what's on your list of places to visit in Vegas? One of the stops included: Pullman Bread I vaguely remembered reading Jessica P.'s review - and how thrilled she was to have Japanese goods that reminded her of when she lived in Japan. I went on to read Terri C.'s review and learned the history of the name of this Japanese bakery... George Pullman found out that three loaves of this bread could fit more efficiently into the same space as two loaves of round top loaves in the kitchens of the Pullman Railway system! Ah... Our turn to make foodie discoveries... The free parking was much appreciated! The interior of the shop was like being in Japan because of the decor... especially the zen garden and bonsai tree! I started grabbing pastries when I realized that the efficient, polite worker will collect items for customers. Sorry! We got two musubi: beef Wagyu and Grilled Salmon. We also got a Apple Filled Bun, Salty Buttery Bread with Garlic, and a Hawaiian Breeze Butter Mochi. All items were delicious, but our favorite was the Salty Buttery Bread with Garlic, followed by the Apple Filled Bun! We're so happy that we had a chance to try Pullman Bread and hope to return soon! Thank you, Cece, for suggesting this stop!

Yelp
Ok, listen up folks, because I'm going to tell you right here, right now, how AMAZING Pullman Bread was. They have THE best sweets in all the Las Vegas valley and on Blue Diamond Road. Pullman Bread is home to a bunch of Japanese sweets, not just bread. And apparently, they are (were?) part of Uno Katso Sando located next door, which I believe is also a Japanese restaurant. Kyle looked up Uno on his phone and told me that they had closed down permanently. Besides all these sweet treats that they have on display, they also have various lunch items. One lunch item that I saw was a tuna sandwich, which was small in quantity but looked big in flavor. We ordered the following - a mango dessert cup, a strawberry dessert cup (topped with their own fruit, blueberries and filing in the middle), and a chocolate criolla (sp?) sponge cake with strawberry filling in the center. Immediately when we got home, I devoured that mango dessert cup and chocolate cake in less than an hour. Talk about sweet and savory at the same time. The mango sponge cake just made it even sweeter! Kyle said that he wants to come back to Pullman Bread just to have their strawberry dessert cup again, as strawberry is one of his favorite flavors out there. Bonus: they're open 24/7! So if you're in need of some bread or other type of sweet at 1:00am, then you're in luck!

Yelp
A cute 24-hour Japanese bakery. I arrived around 11:30am-12pm on a Sunday and some of their onigiri and bread options were already sold out! All the onigiris are incredibly fresh and made the same day, you can tell from the rice and nori sheets used that they're high quality! I originally bought 3 onigiri and after trying them, I went back to buy another 3 different flavored onigiris. 5/5s Grilled salmon onigiri - A classic filling! Eel onigiri - Meaty cuts of eel and not your typical eel sauce! Beef curry bread - VERY DELICIOUS, has actual pieces of very tender beef! Simple egg sando - This filling is just the minced egg whites. Reminded me so much of the konbini sandos in Japan! The taste is mild and delicious! 3/5 - Karaage- I could have used a dipping sauce or more seasoning. But overall it's double fried well! Spicy Takana (pickled mustard greens) - I enjoyed the spiciness level, but I would have liked the mustard greens to be more pickled! Premium Wagyu onigiri - The beef isn't shredded, but flaked might be the best description? I wasn't as big a fan of the soy sauce ginger marinade.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2025 #34: We just got home from a 30-minute drive from Pullman in Blue Diamond. Tonight's visit was worthy of a review update from a year ago thanks to the best service provided by Noah and Alfonso. We haven't been to shop in months because it's quite a trek but every visit is definitely worth it. I noticed they changed the layout a bit so, we were a bit disoriented. Noah and Alfonso were very patient with us while making our selections. I picked some onigiri and they told us they were buy one get one free (except for the Wagyu onigiri). The lady in front of us wanted an onigiri that wasn't on display and Alfonso told her they could make it for her - that's service! What we picked up tonight: Kinako Mochi x2 Matcha Strawberry Tiramisu Montblanc Corn & Mayo Bread Wagyu Onigiri x2 Salmon Onigiri x2 Noah asked us what bakery items we haven't tried yet and gave us a sausage bun, and a mozzarella bun for free! Actually, every visit has been great because of the service and the food. The same polite and friendly service you'd get in Japan but in Vegas. Good customer service is quite lacking in most places nowadays but it's the norm at Pullman! My favorite items: Curry Bun Anything with matcha Onigiri Sandos: egg salad, and strawberry Kinako Mochi (the closest thing to warabi mochi) Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of their stuff. Everything's delicious especially if you love Japanese treats. If you're missing Japan, Pullman will help you relive those memories.

Yelp
How I miss Japan and this place reminds me of their famous sandwiches or they call it sando. We bought a marble bread and egg sando and fruit and cream sando and tiramisu. Yum yum yum. Marble loaf bread is soooo good and the dessert sando is goood!!! Almost the same taste as in Japan. I'm glad they're 24 hours!!! The only thing is they're expensive, the marble loaf bread as tiny as the cut is it's $7. But I guess you can't cheapen quality !! This place is only a grab and go, so bring your coolers as it is hot right now. The line was long when we were there late at night around 9 PM, only 1 cashier who also helps with getting your order. It must be popular !!

Yelp
I travel a lot for work and when I get home the only thing open is fast food and that's until I found pullman bread!! for being open 24 hours the quality does not disappoint. when you walk in, it's like you are transported somewhere else, it's clean and such a relaxing aesthetic with greenery and natural wood. I loved how streamlined the ordering process was, it took us 5 minutes from walking in to walking out, and they had so many different options. we tried the tuna sandwich, tuna rice ball and my personal favorite was the bittersweet chocolate strawberry tiramisu. that sandwich was so soft and yummy and the rice ball was a good serving size. the tiramisu was so flavorful and was the perfect sweetness. everything was so fresh. definitely coming back for more.

Yelp
I had shrimp tempura rice ball and apple bread I forgot the name. I liked Apple bread. It was so good. I hope it was bigger though. I haven't been there for a long time. The store layout was changed a little bit They looked better. I didn't know they opened 24 hours.

Yelp
Overall- 5/5 Very fast service but there is no seating area, so this would be only a quick bite to go! They had a huge variety for pastries and onigiri, the inside was also nicely decorated. It is also in a plaza w/ a free parking lot!

Yelp
It's not what you give, but how you give it I visited this bakery for the first time today. The staff offered me 2 free pastries and added one more as a bonus, which initially felt like a thoughtful gesture. However, the extra pastry was expired 10/5, today is 10/7 and had visible black mold spots. Giving customers expired food is unacceptable, regardless of whether it's free. This kind of gesture undermines trust and reflects poorly on the bakery's quality control and hospitality standards.

Yelp
With the great reviews, I stopped wanting some Japanese pastries. There was no one in there when we walked in however, by the time we walked out, there was a long line. So I'd say it's a popular spot. We ordered the egg sandwhich, cream bun with homemade Custard and salty buttery "garlic" bread. I enjoyed the garlic bread the most. It was soft and tasty. The egg sandwich was a no and the custard was also good but not great. Overall, I'd return again to try different parties and savory items. TIP: They have late night HH prices.

Yelp
Came here for a quick lunch bite and definitely enjoyed it! The rice ball wrapping is so divine it keeps the seaweed separated from the rice so it doesn't get soggy; it was warm and very fresh! Fruit sandwich was very refreshing and satisfied my sweet tooth! Definitely recommend this spot!

Yelp
Omg what an underground gem is this spot! I am so happy i came across this place. Such amazing and kind staff, taking the best care of their clients. I came in here around 2:30 AM and it was actually surprisingly busy for that time but that's awesome because those are the benefits the business gets for being open 24/7! I ordered the Strawberry Uji Matcha tiramisu "Everlasting Love" and the "Strawberry Shortcake" as well as the rice balls of salmon and wagyu. Everything was sooo delicious! wow honestly i couldn't be happier with this place- it totally cured my late night cravings. They have all kinds of sweets and salty items, their sandwiches really caught my eye as well that i definitely will be back to try. i will DEFINITELY be returning as well as recommend this lovely bakery to anybody that wants to come in at any time of the day and night. -:)

Yelp
I was having high expectation about this place as I normally love Japanese bakery for their quality like Okayama kobo in Anaheim. Or the most famous cream pan. The ordering process is straightforward--you tell the staff what you want, and they'll grab it for you and bring it to checkout. I ordered two types of egg sandwiches, and they turned out to be the biggest disappointment. The bread was dry, crumbly, and made a mess in my car. I only managed to eat one and ended up throwing the other away. The matcha tiramisu, however, is a five-star delight! The cream is light, fresh, and not overly sweet--definitely something I'd order again. I also tried the salt and butter roll, which was just okay. It lacked the fluffy texture that Okayama Kobo's famous salt and butter rolls have. This one was pre-bagged, and I noticed the same issue with Okayama Kobo rolls during COVID when they started pre-packing them for pre-orders. Overall, I enjoyed the dessert, but the bread didn't impress me.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this place for months. We got 6 things to try and it was hard to pick a favorite. Must try: wagyu beef rice ball, classic egg salad sandwich, and strawberry sandwich. Pass: nothing! The young woman helping me with the order had amazing recommendations (so sorry I forgot your name...Lucia?) anyway, she was great! There is no seating, but you can just enjoy your sandwich in the car.
