--- Stopped by the Puma store at the Citadel Outlets and was really impressed with the sale they had going on. They had clearance shoes for just $25, which was a huge win for me since my son wears a size 10.5. I was able to grab 7 pairs of shoes for under $200! The Puma store at Citadel is definitely worth stopping by if you’re into sporty or casual gear. They've got a nice range of sneakers, workout clothes, and everyday stuff, and the prices are usually pretty decent—especially during sales. I’ve picked up a couple pairs of shoes there that were way cheaper than what I saw online. The store can get a little crowded depending on when you go, but the staff is cool and usually helpful if you’re trying to find something.

Great deals on most shoes. The only problem I have is that they don't have options for kids show sizes. They are very limited or they sell out very fast. I seen to struggle finding my 1 yr old son a pair of decent shoes. But other than that the store is good

Well organized. When we asked for help, it was easily available. Lots of inventory.

Just went and bought myself a third pair of Puma’s and some sunglasses, and that’s only in 2018 alone. They always have at least 50% off shoes and clothing, and sometimes it’s more like 75%! The shoes have to be broken in unlike some brands but they are stylish and finely crafted. Comfy too once you break em in. You can also get an additional 20% off on your next round of purchases from doing their online survey after purchasing.

I'm more of a Converse girl. But one day, I scored a pair of Pumas (from the Rihanna line) and I got hooked immediately. So when I learned there's a store in the Citadel, I had to make a stop - just out of curiosity. And talk about timing: they happened to have 30% and 75% off racks! I went through those racks like a maniac and found so many bargain buys. And once I was done with those, I grabbed a couple of their $10 shirts. And if that wasn't enough, I found a pair of slip on shoes that were cheaper in-store vs their online discounts. (See attached picture.) I came out of there feeling like a bandit. A definite must stop next time I come through Citadel.

I was looking for some royal blue sneakers to wear to the Dodgers games and this store had exactly what I wanted. The blue suede shoes were 50 bucks which I thought was a good price for the look and quality.

We visited this store today, while shopping at Citadel Outlets. My husband loves PUMA. He found several items that were 75% off and We left the store with quite a few bags and as happy customers!

My friend and I came here a day after Black Friday to stop for deals. I wanted to get shoes for my mom because the sales here were good. My friend held my shoes in a box for me as I was looking for more shoes. All of a sudden a rude employee came over and attempted to snatch the shoes from my friend's hand while saying, "If you don't want these shoes, I will take them from you." My friend replied that we wanted these shoes. The rude employee continued to forcibly take those shoes saying that she will take them. My friend let go and the employee proceeded with walking off with them. We both looked at the employee confused as we said we wanted those shoes and asked why she wanted to take them. The employee responded to my friend with, "Well what about those shoes in your bag?" My friend showed the employee her bag and replied with, "shoes? You mean more bags?" The employee rolled her eyes and handed the shoes back to her. Friend replied with, "Girl, don't come at me like that." The employee replied with, "Don't girl me", rolled her eyes and stormed off. Every customer had bags. My friend was the only target. We asked to speak with a manager. The cashier said a female's name and told the male employee who came over to get the manager. The male employee did not get the manager and asked us if we have any questions. My friend and I told him the incident. He told us he did not see the incident, and disregarded with what my friend said saying that it's not a "snatch", it's how we were "trained". I told the male employee that his colleague was being very openly racist and this was discriminatory behavior. This employee disregarded what I said as well and didn't see it like that even though he said multiple times that he was not there to see the incident. Manager was still no where to be found and the employees never attempted to get the manager after this. The manager must've been the racist employee who aggressively confronted my friend or there was no manager working at the time . This was the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Beware of the white female employee in her late 40s early 50s. She confronted my friend so aggressively and I'm sure she has done it to other customers too. The other employee was extremely rude to us. It's. A shame that this is the environment of this store. Puma needs to train their employees better especially teaching them how to provide customer service. We will not be shopping with puma in the future.

Quite often pretty busy in this outlet store on the weekends. Good deals on many shoes and apparel wear. Deals on shoes workout clothes. Ferrarri, BMW sportswear are common deals here also.

Zero items in my size. I think the company has come to the point of not even caring about big sizes. I've totally given up all hope on puma.

Came here to buy a pair of shoes and bag. I gave $100 bill to the cashier named Ana and said she couldn't accept it because it wouldn't pass the light test. Ana did not even try to use the light test to check if the bill was real or not. I asked her to check it but said she knows when the bill isn't real because has been working there for 10 years and refused to check it with the light. I even asked her to use the money marker but Puma cannot afford one apparently. What a horrible customer service I have ever experienced.

I was shopping for Suede Pumas. Daisy was extremely helpful and courteous! Daisy went above and beyond to help. I will be back for sure. The store was clean and had a great selection

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would not recommend this store to anyone. The store was filthy! There was clothes on the floor and open shoe boxes everywhere! Not to mention that all the employees were too busy being on their cellphone and didn't acknowledge their customers. Cesar, their shift manager did not seem to care for his customers as he showed no care towards the situation.

YAY! I love me some sales! So just real quick: -All shoes are %50 off original price (EEK!) -Most clothing items in the store are 50%-60% off. I would've totally bought some shoes if it weren't for the fact that I have so many tennis shoes as it is!

Rarely do multiple employees assist with carrying shoes to the front (two helped out!). Caesar was impressive and has a bright future anywhere he goes, he is an asset to this location. He went above and beyond (made numerous trips to the back). The manager was fantastic and courteous. Rarely are outlet employees from any company this friendly and welcoming. Will be back.

This store has great deals on clothes and shoes. There are T shirts for $10 which is a steal. I bought some sneakers for $30 that are extremely comfortable and are listed as $60 online. My shopping experience was hindered by the lack of employees. While shopping, I could not find my size shoe on the rack so I had to go to the front of the store (I was in the back) to just find an employee to help me. Thankfully she was very helpful and quick. I do wish there were more employees around to help customers because it was a mad house in there. When it came to checking out, I noticed there was a huge line and only two cashiers working. They were not ringing people up, they were chatting amongst themselves. There's a time and place for chit chat and it's not on the floor while there are many customers waiting. I think I will go to the store at the Outlets of Orange next time and pass on this location. I'm giving 3 stars because the store was clean, organized, and had great prices.

I have Anna as my cashier. I gave her an old clean $100 bill. She said she cannot take it. I ask what's wrong. She said it shows the stripe. I said the bill is real and suppose to have it. She said I don't need to check. I ask for the manager. She said she is not going to get the manager. Soo, no pen check, no black light check no manager. She deserve to be fire. Worst costumer service ever.

My review is going to be short and to the point. I stopped by yesterday to get some shorts for the husby and while I was looking, there was a couple that clearly needed assistance as they attempted to look through some shirts that were really high up. There was a sales associate that was about to go ask them if they needed help when another associate (who had been just standing there the whole time) told her to "let them figure it out on their own." Verbatim. Bible. She said that! I was APPALLED! I looked at her and when she noticed I heard she just hurried away. Rude! I gave them a star because their prices are cheap but it's sad to see that customer service is indeed dead.

Finally another Puma store near me! The only other one is at the Block in Orange. They have SOME cute things ONCE in a while, but not too much. SOME of their prices are decent, but most aren't that cheap. Isn't it supposed to be an outlet though? Hopefully I grab some kick ass deals one day... I'm waiting.

Excellente customer service I got the other from this lovely girl. I went to this location to return something I bought online and I had in mind just get my money back but when I got there and this girl helped me she took the time to explain some other options and suggestions I could get .. very attentive and nice.. I got what I wanted and even I bought some other stuff, they have good deals.. her name is Sade .. thank you so much for your help.

I definitely had better experiences at the store! However, today wasn't one of them days the girl (Claudia) there rang me up gave me a lot of attitude and I don't understand why considering I was one of the 1st customers to be in the door when the store first opened this morning... Also I was dressed in my work uniform (I work at "Sephora" black & red Smock) looking at shoes & a sales guy kept following me as if I was going to steal the items but never asked If I needed any assistance! This is the second time this kind of thing has happened to me at this location Which again it was only me an three other customers inside of the store at 10am & about 7 employees or more there. I don't like that feeling of being singled out when I'm trying to simply shop before I have to go to work- Please fix your customer service at this store & check the camera if you don't believe me!!!

This store is almost, always packed with families finding shoes for their little ones. I try to avoid really big crowds. Most of the time, I don't always find something I like here (good for my wallet!), and then there are rare occasions when I do find something I like (very rare!). The selection here is a bit small, but it's probably because I'm picky about my shoes (I want them water proof, not all white, and hip too).

Very disappointed in this store. As it is a high volume store the managers need to plan accordingly with staff and be a bit more professional. The manager Crystal was very rude when it was truly unnecessary. I asked a simple question and she had a quick response with tons of unnecessary attitude. The associate Edward was trying to be helpful but they can only do so much to make up for their managers behavior. You would think that because she's a manager she would have better customer service skills. Clearly not. She still needs to take courses on how to deal and speak to customers

I came to this store because i had a gift card to puma and i wanted to spend it here. Plus spend additional money. Although the cashiers seemed friendly, i didn't understand the reason why a security guard was called in the store the minute i walked in? Following me around and all that. I felt like i was being stereotyped because i was the only black dude in the store. I kept my cool because i was with my gf. I paid for my stuff and left. Once i left the security left too. Coincidence? I would have went back to return the $200 worth of stuff i purchased but my gf wanted us to leave. This is just poor customer service and i will not be coming back to this mall or to this particular puma outlet. Would have rated a 0 star if possible.

I am a crazy Puma fan, and have been a customer for many years. this time I bought 2 pairs of shoes and shipped them to my family in Egypt, after they recieved them it turns out that one of the pairs has only two left shoes .. Big deal.. Provided that I paid alot for shipping and customs in Egypt .. I called the store and explained what happened , they were super nice and truely helpful.. Daisy (one of the managers) promised to solve the problem. I asked if I could buy the two right shoes to make two pairs.. An hour later she called back and said their district manager said to give them to me for free. When I went to pick them up they really nice and I also bought an extra pair for myself, the floor manager gave me an extra 15% on my pair just for the Inconvenience. Now I am a Puma fan for life.. Completely satisfied.. Thank you Guys sooooo much.. Thank you Puma..

I like the Puma brand. I think the selection here is not too shabby. T-shirts, the nice standard ones with the large letterheads, were about $20 the time that I went. Fitness pants were a little more than that. Service was friendly enough. The store is like most other Puma stores: bright and white. The shoes however did not really strike a chord with me when it usually does. The selection here was questionable. At the end of the browse, I convinced myself to wait for an online deal though because those are usually better. Online, when the time is right, variety is plentiful and usually at 40% off.

Puma always had some deal; I never find shoes I like in here, the one I like but often do not show up in here. The Ontario one had better discount, but is not here for what you getting. This one located exterior of the outlet. There's no changing room and is limited seating. Staff is general friendly here. Make sure you do the receipt survey, you get 20% off for next purchased.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My bf and I were looking for shoes and nobody asks you if you need help or greets. They just keep eyeing you like if we have something stuck up our noses. Btw we had like one shopping bag and no type of huge purse etc. I know the drill I work retail but why yhey hire incompetent idiots like that. Sadly, they seem hispanic my race and they act with no type of customer service we just left they don't need our money! Ghetto ass store might as well hit the alleys for that type of atmosphere!

The puma store in Citadel had so many good deals and a really helpful staff. Especially a cashier named Edward he mention all the promotions and had great customer service. If a manager reads this he should give him a raise.

I got my pumas here for my Europe trip. They look exactly like the ones that I already have but in a green color. I love it! Cost about $35 (was 50% off). I liked the black one too but the top part by the laces that touch the top of my foot hurts. I don't know why they shaped the shoes like that. I really wanted them but couldn't get them because I have sensitive feet. Also got another pair of shoes for work. They were a little snug; if I went a 1/2 size bitter it was too big, so these better stretch and not hurt. My friend said they should stretch; I'm hoping that does happen. I got a puma beanie here too. I'm so ready to fit in with the Euro crowd lol

Not quite as big as i had hoped. limited selection, but its an Outlet, so I shouldn't expect much. this place gets pretty busy on the weekends. prices are fair. though the web has better deals on the same shoes. For a Brick and Mortar, its not bad. sometimes they have great deals, like additional discounts on top of what they sell discounted, so look out for those...

Very poorly maintained store. A pin from a security tag went through my shoe and thankfully I felt it before I got a free foot piercing. Maybe it's a happening bdsm place but I prefer to have a safe word first!

The selection here isn't great. In fact most of the clothes there aren't anything that I would ever wear. The shoe selection is okay, but could have been A LOT better, I was a little disappointed . Actually, I was a lot disappointed.

Awesome deals every time I come! Today they had 75% off, and even when the sales are huge the store stays organized and the lines go by quickly. There are always plenty of sales people around to help which is awesome.

They telling you to take the survey To get a 20 % coupon . Don't do that because they not going to take the coupon. Don't waste your time.

Great deals and good customer service. the female sales associates here where very helpful and knowledgeable as this was my first time shopping here. I found exactly what i wanted and got my workout gear for a great price.. I'll definately be coming back here for more deals.

I love the new Puma hat that's out (PGA Golfer Ricky Fowler wears it)...So I figure instead of buying it online and it turning out to not fit I wanted to try it on in person. So lets think...where can I go to get a Puma hate??? Awww thats right, PUMA has their own store, lets go there!! I show up and and the store looks about the size of a PayLess and they had 4 hats on a rack and a small selection of everything. Are you kidding me?!?! The employee told me they don't carry that hat and they get that request a lot!! Common on guys, put 2 and 2 together!!

it's a nice little store but it needs to be updated once you walk in the store the staff greet you and let you look for a while and approach and ask if you need any help or if your looking for anything in general the staff are very helpful and know what's in stock and what isn't but they could be a little more approachable but they do their work the merchandise seems like it hasn't been updated in a few months but there's still a wide selection and remember towards the back there are great deals there's 40%-60% off you won't find any other great deals very nice store
