It's nice!! But to me it's a place to have fun, relieve some stress. Have a cocktail. I've been trying to go for months so I went alone. 2 is better than 1. Nice place to take a date to get to know each other. I had the $5 mimosas for the Saturday brunch deal, which were excellent. The avocado toast was very good! I'm definitely going back!

Absolutely legendary, down to the last bite! Miss Ty took such great care of us, and her recommendations on food and drink were spot on. My husband loved his hibiscus punch 🌺, and my strawberry Palmer was epic🍓. I ordered the carnitas tacos 🌮 -- excellent flavor and texture -- and Joe ordered the strawberry cream pancakes 🥞, which we agree are the best pancakes we've ever had. We also had the guacamole 🥑 and salsa 🌶️ nachos, and the flavor of both was amazing. We can't wait to come back (often), and we will always ask for Miss Ty. May the 4th be with you! ✨

This place is huge! Came here for an Alt95 concert. I was a little let down by the service when I got here. I came around 8 pm, and the bartender was very nice and a little busy, but I was left sitting at the bar for a hot minute before I even received a salutation. But that was quickly turned into more waiting to just receive a menu. I wish the bartender had greeted me with a menu shortly after I sat down. That would have given her time to do the other things she was working on. As the night continued, the bartenders were pretty spot on refilling my drink, so they made up for it. The food I ordered came pretty fast, but was just a little greasy 😅. *note: do not eat the fries at the bottom of your skillet 😂 a little too greasy for me, but the alcohol made me not care hahaha it started to get pretty packed around 1030/11 pm as everyone else was filing in for Punch Bowl and the surrounding venues. All in all, I definitely plan on coming back, especially to check out their patio dining and bowling 😁

Huge places with several bars, 5 lane bowling, and several other games, roof top area, and also small patio area that is dog friendly. Menu is a typical fun and eat fare. Service was good, but food is so so. Had Carnitas nachos, Carnitas was bone dry, then Queso? it got hard like a wax and we had to chip it off the plate with a knife. Carnitas taco was good. Then had a wedge salad, which came out after we finished the main. Iceburg was hot, the dressing was soupy and warm, it was a swamp salad. I guess people go there for drinks and games, but DNB food not great but eatable, here not so great. Out of 100 places I visited last year, I will rank 98.

While we enjoyed our initial experience and service, when we went to the bartender on the first floor near the karaoke room, she was very rude (07-27-25 | 9pm). She also became very aggressive towards us after we didn’t tip due to her being inhospitable. She needs to be re-trained when it comes to customer service, and we will very likely not be coming back again because of this!

Bland and not hot is the best way to describe my food experience. I had the tacos which was underwhelming to say the least. Just look at the photos. The fish sandwich we ordered was cold. I will say the service was great. The manager was nice and was attentive to our concerns. The Mozzarella sticks were very good.

Better than the overall rating would suggest but not likely to blow you away. Had a big group dinner last night. Taco bar was pretty good. Tortillas were a bit small and the beans lacked a little flavor but the rice, meat, and toppings (quac, cheese, cilantro/onion, etc) were good. Drinks were included and there were several bartenders to keep up with the large group. Had fun with some of the games and we had folks bowling, throwing darts, and having a good time.

I love the activities they have set out it's great if you're looking to play games with friends while you drink. The staff has always been really nice, I've been a few times.

Queso came out in the Form of a solid. I ordered chips and queso because I thought it was pretty fool proof....boy was I wrong. The other person with me ordered chips and guacamole which was dark brown. Service was super slow and never came back or noticed that I could hold my queso upside down and nothing would come out.

My husband and I came on a Saturday around 12:30 to watch the air show from the rooftop. The rooftop hadn't opened yet, opened at 1, but service didn't start until 2, so we sat inside. There had a N/A beer and a couple mocktails on the menu which was nice. We ordered the Falafel sliders and they were delicious! Roof top was a hit though.

Visited during the final four for a few parties. All employees were really nice even during large crowds. The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean. Major plus for me is they carry Athletic na beer. I'm allergic to most things that come in a glass, so I appreciate it. Super hard to find an na beer in a can still at local places. I order some shrimp tacos. It came with 2 shrimp tacos and some beans. Warning I love spicy but the beans were so spicy they made my nose run. The menu does not warn of this. Very filling and perfect portion. Everything was cooked perfectly. Only issue was we couldn't get closed captioning on for the Final game even after asking management 3x. For a social place that everyone is present for a major sport game you would think this would be a priority. Will definitely give them a try again when in the east bank of the flats looking for a bite to eat!

We went with friends to check out the rooftop patio. It was a great time. Very comfortable with fun, festive decor. Drinks were tasty and strong enough. The bartender was nice and provided quick service. Overall, it was a nice afternoon in The Flats!

It's in the "Flats" district - neat area and more to come there it seems. If you're thinking "slushy drink place" it's not really that but do have a few bowls for drink options. Great modern bar vibe. Lots of games to play, but we stayed on the first level. Service was great, and gave honest opinions. There are so many options I wanted to try - going back! My drink was a mezcal margarita and I loved it - not sweet/sour just pure tequila and agave. Great place!

Food was ok for bar food, but was served less than hot. Queso should be served hot, don't you think? Our table of six had our food come out in 4 parts, not together. Still not hot. Mine had to be sent back. Oh well! Won't be back to eat. Bowling and trivia could be fun.

Punchbowl social is still one of my favorite places to visit. The vibe is always amazing considering that the staff are extremely friendly and you're always met with smiles throughout the duration of your service. They're also very good on how they pour their drinks if you're looking for a stiff drink. The nighttime bartenders are absolutely superb. Also, just the location being in the flats as well as the atmosphere is always amazing and on point. Shane our waiter tonight was beyond phenomenal. He made sure that we had our drinks and our food. The temperature was great on the food, and he checked on it he answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend coming back here just for Shane's service alone. Also, the young lady who greeted us as we came in the front door with the Afro. She was sweet as pie and let us know which TV was playing the semifinal games. Also there was a young man who started tonight was his first night and he brought out our appetizers. He had a line up with curly hair. He was just the sweetest. My husband and I will definitely be back again. The entire experience was amazing.

Punch bowl is a pretty big part of the flats with a lot to offer. It has a nice vibe with music, big TVs with the game, and games to play like big connect four and uno. The service was good as our waitress was kind and helpful. Although, to be blunt the food was terrible. The chicken quesadilla had a chemical taste to it. There was absolutely no flavor and I felt like I was eating a mix of some type of chemicals. That's the best way I can describe it, as weird as that is. The bison fries were overpriced and average. Fries weren't anything special, and the rest of the toppings were mediocre at best. Unfortunately, like most places at the flats, it's all about the environment, views and ambience. The food usually is not it. I hope it improves one day.

Had a fantastic view of the eclipse! The rooftop bar was fantastic. It is large enough to have a private night with a group of friends. The several levels were cool, each one has a bar and cool games to do. Very gay friendly.

I just wanted to pop in and give a HUGE shoutout to the team over at Punch Bowl Social in Cleveland. I recently threw a meetup at that location and we were only expecting to have about 60 attendees. 60 quickly turned into 120-150 people and the PBS team sprung into action. I know I definitely created some headaches for the staff but they really stepped up the the plate and knocked it out of the park. Kenneth, Jeff and the amazing bar staff made sure everything went off without a hitch and were always around in case we had any questions or needed some assistance. I can't recommend this place enough and can assure you that you will be in great hands if you hold an event there. We will definitely be looking to throw another event at this awesome location. Big thank you again to all of the PBS team and sorry again for the headaches!

Ok, generally poor service The three times I've been here but I keep coming back for the EXCELLENT Pork Belly sandwich! Best in the area.

I was just walking mamba on one the first of Clevelands warm break down here. Our walks are epic btw two hours min of trails and new sights (don't get at me I'm few months late April 16th to be exact) at the east bank flats when I walked passed and quickly turned around just to find out the pet policy and in a blink of an eye we were patio side under the umbrella ready to be served menue in hand and mimosas coming in right behind .. IT was pure bliss they also got mamba a nice bowl of cold water for his meal . We ordered a brunchin happy meal full of flavor spice n sweetness the chicken and the biscuit Mr. Chicken lova fried chxin to a nice breaded crisp on a melt in ur mouth biscuit I'm not done yet . I got the hot chili honey on the side for adult dipping (pup approved ) .. The buttermilk biscuit doughed to perfection soft no flaking on my plate with a side of outta the ring punch potatoes now u knoooo i had to add a side plate FOR THE TRUE FATTY woof woof lol bc our table couldn't n wouldn't be complete if we didn't get extra bacon am I right . Came out from California. Stopped by here to grab a bite to eat. Service was great. Good vibes and good food

Would I go back for the food? No. Service was horrible as well. First we ordered drinks and they brought out the wrong one. They also didn't tell us until I noticed it looked like something else on the menu. Thankfully they did then admit it was wrong. We had to ask for water multiple times because each time the waitress came she forgot. My dad had ordered the steak with fries. Asked for a steak knife. Again they never brought one so butter knife it was! Also the fries for my parents were both extremely cold so had to ask for warm fries. We then asked for a box for the sandwich to take home, again once back she forgot the box They weren't busy either when we went so not sure what the issue was. Will go back for the games but definitely not the food

A group of us were in town for the JT concert. We were running late but we were able to reach the restaurant to let them know we still wanted the reservation, no concerns there which was great. When we got there the place was pretty dead, maybe 3 groups. The overall look of the restaurant was really nice. We ordered drinks which took over 30 minutes to arrive. It looked like there was only one waiter and a few bartenders. The cocktails average $12 a piece, the ones we ordered tasted like pure sugar and no alcohol. Someone other than our waiter delivered the drinks so we were unable to order food then. Once the waiter returned we ordered food which took about 45 minutes to arrive. Most of the food came out cold and the proportions were crazy. A few people ordered salads and were told they were fairly large, they ended up being extremely small. We ordered a second round of drinks which didn't arrive until our food was gone and we asked for our checks.

Nice variety of activities, fun atmosphere I even service but my second time coming I guess we were having too much fun and they lied to us to get us to leave the bowling alley by saying they had someone with but they never showed up I didn't appreciate that. guys have to do better even some of your employees were over there having fun with

Cool place to get together with a group. They have lots of games and space. The chicken n waffles and tacos were really good, would not get the sandwiches. The drinks were also ok.

Chris made me the best espresso martini ever! I've been circling the flats for a while now and he absolutely delivers on taste for that drink! And honestly every other drink he's made me! Definitely recommend his service!!!!

This is a cute spot in the Flats that has a fun bar vibe with some games. Seems like it'd be good for a date night. We ordered hamburgers and a salad, and they were all decent. Food isn't phenomenal but a step up from bar food, which fits the vibe. Staff were friendly and the place is situated in a fun location. Would be good for a birthday party or a casual friend hangout.

Things that went wrong on Mother's Day: - Sat us 30 minutes after our reservation began, hostess was unapologetic and avoided us - Out of champagne...? - Out of ingredients to make a "punch bowl" - Brought appetizers with no silverware - Out of a drink ingredient, didn't tell us until all 7 other drinks were delivered - Gave my mom a rotten strawberry in her drink on Mother's Day - Food was way too greasy - Bowling is $25 per person - Bathrooms are disgusting - Dessert tasted soapy Thought it'd be fun to spend Mother's Day here since they have the arcade area, but poor service was hard to ignore.

Really great spot for a team event, outing, and a private space for a large group. Buffet style sliders, food, and we booked the package with beer and wine options (no liquor). And was a ton of fun. Bowling, arcade games, karaoke, pool, and great laughs! Enjoy!

We booked this place for a corporate mixer and I had an amazing time. The mocktails were delicious and the taco bar was right on. There were so many games/activities that you never really had to wait for anything. They had pool, ping pong, shuffle board, bowling, Scrabble...I was very much looking forward to karaoke, however the machine was down without any sort of explanation (making it seem like it had been that way for a bit and no one's looked into it...). So just taking off a star for that. It's in the flats so there's no parking. You kind of have to go into a paid lot because there are about 3 street spots outside.

They seem extremely understaffed. The last time we were there we had a reservation. Arrived early. It took 15 minutes for the hostess to seat us. When she did, there were no inside tables. Sat us outside at a filthy table. Took 10 minutes for a server to greet us. She said they were out of glasses for her to give us water. When she finally found glasses, one had lipstick all around the rim and another lettuce inside glass. An hour and 15 minutes later we got 1 drink and no food. Had to cash out to leave for our show. No hope of getting anything to eat. The server was working hard, she was just spread too thin. I saw her waiting on tables all around the restaurant. We dined here a month ago and had a similar experience. Will not be going back.

Two floors and both huge! First had a bar, shuffle alley, bowling, pinball, and I think pool! Upstairs had a bar and a great view of the surrounding area! Bartender and waitress were young and friendly. Food was reasonably priced and good!! If and when we ever return to Cleveland I'd eat there again! At night you might feel the most comfortable if between 21-39!

I was impressed with the selection and quality of food and drink here! Plenty of unique cocktails to choose from in addition to a handful of craft beers and various other beverages. Plenty of healthy and comfort food items ranging from chicken and waffles to a superfood grain bowl. They have a flexible scratch kitchen which allowed me to turn the superfood grain bowl into a low carb salad bowl and I really appreciated that. My mezcal drink with cherry and crème de violette was simple and refreshing! The games you play using a swipe card you purchase on site that can be reloaded. They range from bowling and ping pong to giant Jenna, pinball machines, and a hunter/shooting game. Quite fun and empty on. Wednesday evening.

I've been to Punch Bowl many times for late night get togethers, dancing, drinking, birthdays, and just hanging out. I now live about 10 min on foot... so I decided to take full advantage of, what I like to call, "Brunch Bowl" On this very windy Sunday afternoon, we were looking for something fun to do that didn't include staying inside... yet again. I said that's it, at least we can go to PB and play some games, grab some food, accidentally turn it into a Day Drinking extravaganza, but hey, that's the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. Or the way the champagne pours lol. Okay that's not an expression. We started at a little booth near the bar and took a gander at all the lovely brunch options. I was feeling "healthy ish" so I got some hummus, vegetables and chicken wings. I always do this when I have some illogical feeling that I'm going to start keto that day, and then how quickly the tides do turn. Back to the moral of the brunching story, my friend got tacos and if I hadn't been feeling some sort of "non carb" way - I would have too! Now DON'T get me wrong - the hummus was amazing and the vegetables were incredibly fresh. Like legit so cold and soaked up in water... the crunchiest. The hummus itself had a little lemon peel in it which was a cute touch. Not gonna lie, it kind of looked like mashed potatoes and gravy because they topped it with honey! It was divine. The wings were awesome too - they definitely had a little kick to them and so the fresh cold veggies paired perfectly, not to mention that creamy dill forward ranch that I loved! Not too dilly dilly, just enough. As mentioned, the tacos were a homerun but I feel like that's probably a pretty obvious choice so I'm happy I branched out, ya know. We then proceeded to have the time of our lives drinking mimosas with floaters of tequila, playing Pop A Shot, pinball, skeeball, and we even went bowling! The only place for improvement would be the bowling area. I get it that you're not a real bowling alley but goodness those shoes had no slide and were kind of dangerous. Our lane broke a few times but luckily the girl working added more time for us. I even left my coat sitting by a random arcade game and one of the very nice workers came to return it to me. To sum it up, this was a really epic day! Thanks for the memories Punchy Brunchy. I look forward to more!

Pour me up another one! My first experience at punch bowl left a sour taste in my mouth back in 2019 but now?! I am so excited at their turn around; their menu; their service all of it! It's like an indoor party for everyone! You walk into a mini golf course, awesome aesthetic and décor, jumbo jenga, a bowling alley, dart boards, some classic arcade games and just an all around awesome vibe. The green chorizo fries were OUT of this planet, i mean seriously they were AMAZING. Paired with some siracha, MAN LISN. Also got the cilantro wings, which for me were not well done enough, i like my wings crispier, but it came with this awesome sauce and definitely bigger than usual wings so they were filling. The watermelon Palmer is delicious, pricing was great, fed the family for $100 and they enjoyed all the activities. This place is perfect to get out of the cold, spend a nice family day, take the ladies to brunch, it fits every event type. Our server was so beyond nice, patient and even when the order came out wrong she took full responsibility and made sure it was corrected ASAP. By far this place has done a complete 180 and for the better!

The ambiance was great they had a bowling alley, pinball, and pool ball. They had many places to sit including boths, bars, and tables. But why I am giving this restaurant 4 stars is because the boths from what I saw were ripped and very low, and the food took 40 minutes to get to are table ( and took us 5 minutes to eat). Other than that the server was great and very nice as well as the food was the best. I got the carnitas tocos and they were so good however very small.

I loved this place. All kinds of games to play and lots of seating inside and out. Extensive beer menu. Didn't order food this time around, but will on my next visit. Looks like everyone was having a great time. Bowling, indoor miniature golf, shuffleboard, and so much more. Entertainment overload! Definitely worth a visit!

They ought to be ashamed. The food was terrible, the drinks were terrible, the atmosphere was meh. I'd never come back under any circumstance....maybe karaoke but we were so disturbed by the poor quality of the food and drinks that we just wanted to leave. Our server Ashley was cool. If she had cooked the food we'd have been mad at her too, but she didn't and she did her job.

This is a fantastic place!!! What a great place for a party! There's bowling and foosball!!! There's several bars! Many drinks! The food at our party was top notch! There was fresh shrimp and appetizers such as dips! There was beef and chicken for our entrees and both meats were very tender! There were a variety of desserts that were excellent!

We really enjoyed the "vibe" of this place, and apparently so do many others. This place is always busy!! This is a fun place in the Flats to take friends and family to play games, bowl, Eat and/or Drink! On our two visits we only ate and had cocktails, and we happy both times. This is not a 5 star fancy chef restaurant, it is a fun comfort food casual place. They bring biscuits and jelly as an opener and the cocktail list is pretty solid. I had the fried chicken, and my husband ordered the chicken and waffles, and our friend had a burger. We were all happy. If you want a place to hang out and eat/play/drink, this is a great option! (Be ready for it to be loud...but everyone doesn't seem to mind)

A group of us went there tonight. There were 10 of us. We placed drink and appetizer orders (3 apps) immediately, and 1 hour later we had no food or drinks. Talked to the manager, no change, told the waitress if something doesn't come out in 90 seconds we are leaving and her answer was "I get it". Needless to say the time went by and we left. People that came in after us got drinks and food and finished and we still had 0. Will never be back.

Good food, great drinks, and Dominique's service was top notch! Recommend 11th and Main! If you're vegan, the chickpea and kale was yummm too!

They warned us the bread would take 20 minutes - cool. They didn't warn us that the food would take nearly 2 hours, and still never came. Waiter was nice - thankfully they comped the drinks and bread (also the 20 minutes on the menu is a lie - it took closer to 45.

Went here for a friends birthda. Julia was a great bartender. Super personable and fun to talk to. Made the experience 10 times better.

The service was terrible. Waited over 20 minutes for a waiter to come to the table. Brought over a pitcher of water without glasses, assumed we didn't need drinks because we ordered some at the bar while we waited for the table to be cleaned. Had to go up to the hostess to request a waiter to service our table. Left before placing a food order due to the lack of professionalism. Would not recommend. Plenty of better of others in flats, with awesome service and good atmosphere.

The food is a bar food, their fries are good. Their drinks are good too. There are multiple bars and lots of things to do. Some people from who you rent equipment from are not the nicest. But at least they are there.

Team putting this cold winter evening downtown Cleveland. 1 st time here the place was nearly empty but of course it's extremely cold and off season. Burgers, brats, chicken and waffles, chicken sandwich were all ordered. Food was typical and just ok. Had wings and loaded lobster fries as apps. Both ok but nothing special. Played a few games afterwards and were out by 8:45 pm. Good place for a group.

I hosted my husbands birthday party on the rooftop and OMG the view is amazing! It gives you incredible views of the downtown nightlife and the rooftop itself is huge with an amazing bar! The set-up was spectacular and my guest raves about the food! We had a simple taco bar but it was absolutely some of the BEST tacos ever! My favorite part of this was working with Nancy. She was so extra accommodating and made the process of booking my event absolutely seamless. We never even had to meet in person which is a benefit in this Covid era but I never felt slighted or that I wasn't getting 100 percent of her attention. We went back and forth a few times concerning menu and location selections but Nancy was very patient and flexible. Any concerns that arose she handled quickly and efficiently. Great service is a number one factor for me when choosing a vendor and Nancy surpassed my expectation. Overall this was one of the most memorable parties I have ever hosted and it completely set the bar on future events! Also would like to mention the bar staff and event lead that night were spectacular!

We came here for brunch after seeing a massive line up and it seemed like the spot to be. We were told while we were waiting for a seat that the venue was fully booked for brunch but, it was sparsely full. They mentioned reservations were required but, they had room at the bar. The venue itself was super cool. They had a small arcade, bowling alley and mini putt. I ordered the standard breakfast (bacon, eggs hash browns and toast) and my buddy ordered the avocado toast. We also split some monkey bread. The breakfast took some time to arrive, however our server was apologetic. When it did arrive, it was room temperature and the bacon was cold. We didn't have time to complain as it already took 30 minutes + to get it. My buddy said his Avocado toast was only okay and also room temperature. The monkey bread was decent but it wasn't clear that it came with eggs and bacon. The portion of Monkey Bread was small and sweet. It reminded of bread pudding. Our meal at Punch Bowl was a total disappointment. It may have been better to grab a drink here but, who wants to wait an hour in line for an overpriced IPA. The brunch was completely forgettable. The main issue was it came cold and the restaurant wasn't even that busy for Brunch. The only positive was the mini putt and arcade looked cool.

Bar staff not the best I have been here on multiple occasions and it's never busy at the bar. The bartender would t ever give me silverware. Apparently they were too busy. Night life is fabulous never have I had an issue. Might be back soon but not during the day that's for sure. -disappointed

The service was horrible. Before we could even get seated the hostess saw we had a cake and said "just so you know there's a $35 cake fee." Once seated we had 3 different servers none of them introduced themself. We sat for 20 mins waiting on drink refills. I had to get up to find a server to ask for refills. The food came out cold and did not taste great! We never got checked on to see how anything was. The best service was going to the bowling stand and getting a lane to bowl. They were super friendly and helpful. Maybe they can rub some of that off on the hostess and waitresses.

I'm so sad at my experience here. I went on Sunday for some drinks. The place was so dirty. Like no one cleaned from the Saturday night crowd. The water cup had lipstick on it. The bathrooms smelled and were clearly, visibly unclean. With no soap in one of the dispensers. I ordered rosemary fries as a side and they were cold, similar to McDonald's fries. Honestly they tasted like last nights fries as well. No one really addressed or apologized for the lipstick on the cups or cold fries. So idk what happen with their teams. Maybe short staffed from covid. But I'll probably never go there again unless I'm only drinking. Positive- the sangria was really good. The waitress was nice.

Every time I have been i have had a great experience. The food was great. The customer service was Good. Nice chill spot for a nice day.
