Went to Punch Bowl Social with a group of 30+ friends and had an amazing time. The staff reserved an entire floor just for us, with food and drinks ready to go. Service was friendly and organized, and everything ran smoothly—no small feat for a group our size. After eating and sipping, we jumped into the many games available, which made it easy for everyone to mingle and have fun. The atmosphere is lively, the space is roomy, and there’s something for every kind of guest. Great spot for a night out with friends or team events. Highly recommended!

Was super excited to come here for the first time. Brought my whole family, young and old to the venue with hopes to do some bowling or karaoke. Was dismayed to be told that the wait for karaoke was four hours. Put my name on the bowling list and that was three hours long! We were there with a child (who isn’t allowed after 10PM) and arrived at 6, so we were looking at having to hang around until well past when kids were allowed just to do the activities we wanted to do. (let alone well past their bedtime). Ultimately, I struggled to put my finger on why I was so dissatisfied and will never return and determined that the venue was not good enough as a bar to be worth coming just for drinks, was likely not good enough for food to be a venue to seek for food, was not good enough for games to be more appealing than say the likes of Dave and Buster’s, and was clearly not capable of being good enough to even be able to provide the likes of karaoke or bowling to beat venues that specialize in those things to be appealing. The craziest thing of all was the second floor karaoke room was empty and vacant. So they clearly don’t prioritize these activities and clearly want to bring people on the door to buy alcohol and food vice the other activities. Unfortunate, because I really wanted to like this place. I can’t see coming back.

First time here, pretty cool, service was good but different. Then again I haven't been to a place like this in a while. In short, I had to ask for utensils, napkins, an order that was missed. The servers were specific, meaning you ask for a knife, you only get a knife. You ask for napkins you only get napkins.. it was different.. you'd think they give you everything you need at time of seating including plates for shareables. But all in all, aside from a different experience, food was good, I never got my water refilled and if you like games, bowling, karaoke, try it out!!

Google
Most bland and watery cosmopolitan I've ever had in my life- it tasted like someone rinsed out a red gatorade bottle with tap water... however the service was good, the kiwi drink was tasty, and the arcade games and photo booth are fun!!

Google
This place is a diamond in the ruff!!❣️ Great food, Great service, games, bowling, music, and a great atmosphere!! What more could you ask for❣️ We had a party of 18, we were well accommodated and our waiter was the business. He took great care of us 💙 I didn't take pictures of all of the food but everything we had was excellent 👌 The chicken sandwich, chicken & waffles, potato & cheese taquitos, guacamole etc. All good💯

Google
Super cool spot to hang out during the week or special events! It works great for big gathering. We tried the karaoke room it was very small but it was also very fun & functional we were allowed to eat &drink in there. I had a blast & will definitely be back. The problem in the beginning is we spent over 10 minutes waiting for help & the front desk. The spot was not busy on a Sunday evening...however no one was literally around anywhere! We had to go deep inside to find a random worker over at the bowling shoes station 🤷‍♂️ well forgiven cause drinks were awesome ! Super different, everything is aesthetic & also the service after that was awesome!

Google
Service is great. There was a lot to do as far as activities. My friend i sang our little hearts out in the karaoke room. The food is tasty and the drinks were perfection.

Google
Outstanding service everyone working there was top notch, professional and attentive. The food was excellent but I do wish they had a few more options or some kinda rotating menu. The overall vibe was hip, loud, fun with lots of things to do with the times I've been there. A lot of young adults, professionals and people celebrating an event. It can be loud but that's expected for a place that caters to multiple parties with a multitude of games, arcade , bowling, karaoke and etc.. It's a fun place to go but it's gonna cost you a decent price, worth it... indeed!

Yelp
A Night to Remember at PBS! Our evening at Punch Bowl Social in the Gaslamp District was unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the place buzzed with energy. The vibe was a perfect mix of fun and laid-back (very San Diego). We started with a few rounds of bowling (and drinks). The lanes were in top shape, and the atmosphere was fun but not too over the top. Afterward, we moved to the ski ball machines. It felt like stepping back into childhood, competing for the highest score - I won. The drinks were a highlight. The bartenders crafted some of the best cocktails we've ever had. Each drink was a work of art, balanced and flavorful. I got my fav, a Manhattan. But what really made the night special was the service. Our group had a slight hiccup with our reservation. Mike, the manager, stepped in. He didn't just solve the problem; he made us feel like VIPs. Mike rearranged things so we could get a better spot, checked in on us multiple times, and even brought us a round of complimentary drinks. His attentiveness and genuine care turned our night around. If you're looking for a place that combines fun activities, amazing drinks, and top-notch service, Punch Bowl Social is it. Thanks to Mike and the team, we had a night we'll be talking about for a long time. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We recently hosted a corporate event at Punch Bowl Social in downtown San Diego, and it was a fantastic experience! The venue is perfect for large groups, offering a unique blend of activities, great food, and an energetic atmosphere. Our team had an absolute blast. There's something for everyone here--bowling, karaoke, arcade games, and more. It's an ideal spot to unwind and bond with colleagues outside the office. During our event, there was a small hiccup with our reservation, but the manager, Mike, stepped in and handled it flawlessly. He was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Thanks to him, what could have been a stressful situation turned into one of the best nights we've had. Everyone left raving about the fun we had and the exceptional service. If you're looking for a great place to host a corporate event, Punch Bowl Social is the place to go. We can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I had a great time with my professional engineering group outing. I played Bowling, Foosball, and Jenga while drinking 12 beers! I AM DRUNK AND TAKING A LYFT HOME! What a great day! I enjoyed the bartender woman who nursed my alcoholism and the nice manager who fixed the bowling alley 4 times... I will come back someday and play video games when they fix the card distributor. Until then. PEACE!

Yelp
I've been here twice, and I've always had a good time. Bartenders Fro and Jane are great! They're super friendly and made us great drinks. Bowling alley - not oiled, if you don't care about your score, this is the place for you! Lol I recommend you don't curve your ball here because it'll curve way before the pins since it's not oiled. Karaoke room is a great time. Two mics. Easy to add songs to queue. Good amount of space. The first time I went, one of their cornhole bags had a hole in it so it was just spilling out beans. The second time, they had new bags and it was super fun. Ping pong was fun, but it gets really hot and there's like no ac. So we were kind of dying of heat inside. They have a shuffle board, jumbo jenga, darts, and foosball. You can ask for a deck of cards also. Theres a photo thing where you and your friends can take photos at. The bathrooms are clean. Parking is a kind of rough though because it's street parking. Food is kind of expensive, but I liked everything we ate. Bison fries are top notch, Brussels spouts were good, nachos were good as well. All in all, great time, but needs ac! And if there is AC, we didn't feel it.

Yelp
What a great place for fun and entertainment. Everything that we ordered was delicious. The PBLT was amazing. The sweet potato fries con carnitas plate was delicious. The chicken and waffles were unbelievable. Our server, Sergio, was on-point with his recommendations. And the service was outstanding. The after-meal entertainment includes an assortment of activities, including some freebies (darts, bocce ball, corn hole, board games, and cards). They also have several video games, foosball, ping pong, karaoke and bowling. If you are wanting to hang out and relax with friends and/or family, they have plenty of space for you to do so. This is a great spot for great food, drinks, and entertainment. I highly recommend Punch Bowl Social.

Yelp
Food : good (fave was the Brussels sprouts) Service : good Ambiance : huge cabin full of games like an adult camp with a bar They have a Foozeball table, ski ball machines, arcade games, bowling alley & karaoke room. We came to celebrate my friend's birthday. We had so much fun. The foozeball table was our game. They have card games as well. It's like a summer camp cabin for adults with a bar! Food was good, shareable portions. They have a huge punch bowl as well that serves 6.

Yelp
Punch Bowl Social has such a great vibe, and I definitely had an awesome time there. This place is packed with arcade games, a pool table, multiple bars, and various other activities. It is very spacious, so you would never bump into people despite it being a popular bar. For the majority of my time there, my friends and I stayed at the bar. We definitely were not planning to stay there the entire time, but because of the atmosphere, it just felt amazing socializing with one another, plus the bartenders were just amazing! We ordered multiple drinks, including shots and cocktails. The bartenders were very friendly and quick with their service. The drinks tasted delicious and definitely hit the spot! I highly recommend this place for your group of friends for a chill night. Whether you want to join in on the activities or sit and socialize, this is definitely a perfect spot for the night!

Yelp
Found Punch Bowl Social while waiting for an event to start. We were seated right away and server introduced themselves. I enjoyed the Happy Hour menu and ordered the chips & guacamole & taco. The guacamole was smooth and was a nice contrast the thin, crisp Tortilla chips. The carnitas taco was delicious - the pork was tender & flavorful which contrasted well with the salsa, onions, and cilantro The space is huge and offers several activities including bowling, karaoke, and more. This would be a good space for events and celebrations

Yelp
Overall experience was 5 stars for sure. Great date night spot. Met here on a Tuesday evening at 6pm. There was a private party in one area, and trivia upstairs, but didn't seem to get in our way at all. We grabbed a drink at the bar, I had a delicious Aperol spritz. And then went over to play ski ball. There was no wait so we played a couple of games. Then we went over to the actual dining area to get some dinner. Service was friendly and efficient. I was happy with my salmon platter, it tasted fresh. We then played some more ski ball and then found a large jenga set and played 2 rounds of that. Overall nice place to pop around and try different stuff.

Yelp
This vibrant spot is perfect for entertaining out-of-town friends. While the food is typical bar food and nothing extraordinary, I got the loaded fries (super spicey with jalapeños so watch out if your a wimp like me) but the atmosphere is what keeps me coming back. They have an extensive drink menu but I stuck with a beer. It's a great spot for a big party, it's lively, and fun. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, a friendly staff, and ample space. The bowling lanes and karaoke room are often fully booked, so it's wise to reserve in advance or arrive early and be prepared to wait.

Yelp
Great happy hour location! As soon as we walked in we were impressed by how any activities are available. From paid activities like bowling to free ones like corn hole and darts. The happy hour menu is also awesome! They have several drinks like margaritas and Tom Collin's and their punch of the day. Unfortunately, we showed up around 4pm on a Thursday and were told they ran out of punch. We still enjoyed other drinks and loved the 2 dollar mini tacos. Definitely recommend checking this place out for a girls night or date night!

Yelp
I am here right now, waiting for food, a salad, that my wife ordered 45 minutes ago! This place has the worst service I have ever seen. The place is noisy, some kind of kids arcade for grownups, it has lousy service. My granddaughter ordered some nachos, and the sauce was cold, like it had been in the fridge all day. I ordered the shrimp tacos, I can't go wrong, right? Wrong! The tortilla was cooked to the point that you couldn't fold it. All the ingredients were cilantro, shrimp, and cabbage. That's it. I had to use the cold sauce from the nachos to disguise the taste. I don't know what makes this place a restaurant. I would not come here again!

Yelp
I went to Punchbowl a few Fridays ago for my friends birthday celebration. There was about 10 of us that had a sit-down dinner and an additional 10 of us that joined for games and karaoke. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts if you're dining in. I was doing dry january, so I didn't try any of their alcoholic beverages, but feedback from my friends, they make some pretty good drinks too! The service was super attentive while we had our dinner. It did take a while for us to get the karaoke room. There was a waitlist. But we played cornhole and other games while we waited. I really love this spot, because there are so many games and activities to do. It's definitely more entertaining than just going to a regular bar. The karaoke room was so much fun! There's one karaoke room tucked away on the main floor. The rest of the karaoke rooms are located on the second floor. It was really cool and felt like your own private space. I would definitely go back. I'm contemplating to even have my own birthday here!

Yelp
Overall nice ambiance, great brews, appetizers were delicious . It being downtown parking is a pain just prepare for that. Staff was super friendly, attentive and nice. There was also a lot activities to do which was awesome. Cornhole, darts, foosball, bowling, arcade game, and more. Something for everyone, def recommend a really great time. I got the Stone Buenavisa amazing!

Yelp
I like the concept, alot of fun things to indulge in. Bowling is my favorite. The lanes aren't maintained to well, as someone who bowls in leagues. So there could be some improvement there. As far as drinks my wife likes a classic old fashion. I enjoy the NY steak, it comes with thick cut fries fried in duck fat. Yummy
google avatar

Polly M.

Yelp
We went for cocktails and games. The bartender was sweet and the cocktails perfect! We played darts, jenga, and had tons of fun. The ambiance was fun!

Yelp
We picked this place to try during the holidays so we went for brunch. This place is so cute, tucked in east village. You can bowl, shuffleboard, darts, video, games, bowling, and it even has a cute little photo booth and it place you can relax by the fire... we got the Punchbowl which was delicious, ahi salad, grilled chicken sandwich, chicken and waffles. I definitely recommend this place if you haven't been and I will be back .
google avatar

Yelp
What a great place to hang out with family and friends! When full access to all the activities is made available that is. I chose a weekday to book for a group of us to enjoy some food, drinks, bowling, and the other activities offered. Service was very slow when we finally got it, with us having to ask where some of the orders were at one point. And how do you "run out" of a cocktail drink at 4pm, when we just got there? That's two out of three times coming here that a private event closed down the bowling lanes. I feel that should be an update when booking, otherwise I would not have booked that date.
google avatar

Marisa G.

Yelp
After feeling a little uneasy about our reservation, as it had been cancelled a few times, my group was wary about the service. However, the manager, Angel, really turned our experience around. We love going on double date nights so we went in with another couple and were excited about going to PBS. After not seeing our server for a while we went up to the closest worker we could find who happened to be Angel and he came over and took our order in less than 5 minutes. I will admit I am a very picky eater and had a lot of modifications to my meal. He didn't give me a hard time at all and went the extra mile to make sure my sweet potato carnitas were perfection! My groups beverage order was a little complicated, but with an upbeat attitude he help us put together the perfect regular and spicy strawberry margaritas! We all loved them! Angel is such a sweetie and again, after being uncertain after several hiccups he made it all worth it! We will be coming back after his awesome service and personality! Thank you Angel!!

Yelp
The food is the star here, everything else has been ridden hard and put up wet. Plenty of large booths and tables for groups. It is loud, with concrete floors and industrial walls and ceilings. Introverts will be crawling into bed and covering your head with a pillow after this outing. We were here on a Thursday night around 8pm-10pm, far from peak capacity. Just know it is loud going in and you can manage a couple of hours. The food and wait staff were four stars. The menu looked good and what we ate was fresh and hot. The games are getting old and expensive for what you get. Skeeball, shufflepuck, and some of the table games are ok. The dart area has three boards and plenty of room. However the dart boards need replaced, clearly we're down to the metal here. Bowling is disappointing because the pins are on strings and never reset to the same position. The house bowling balls are some of the worst I've ever seen. The lanes are not properly oiled, and the seating is broken down, and the carpet is beer soaked and nasty. Anyway, the six lanes are good for drunk bowling and nothing more. Lanes 5-6 the ball return brake was non-functional so balls were slamming back home. Watch out or else ya get a smashed hand. The bocce ball and corn hole area is too small. The lounge and bar seating is plentiful. We did not see the karaoke room or the upstairs party room. Overall this is a good place to eat and entertain a group for an outing. The food is good but the games need upgrading and better maintenance. The wait staff and kitchen staff were good.

Yelp
Definitely a fun environment and great food! We came from out of town to celebrate a bday and thought that this was a must go to. Service wasn't the greatest. We went on a Tuesday night , mind you not very busy at all so you'd think the servers would be more attentive. We asked the bar back " when you have a moment can we please get ketchup" that was right in front of him, he stated he was too busy, yet there was no one around. Minus that and the front desk not knowing how to power up their play cards to play games or the Photo Booth, it was still an entertaining place to go into. We tried the chicken and waffles (loved the spicy syrup) and the steak with pull-a-part bread. All very yummy.

Yelp
Unfortunately we were not taken care of the way I would have anticipated hearing from my friends and their parties in the past with PBS. First of all the section promised us said we would have 4 couches and a few chairs and we had 3 couches, a few chairs and these tree stump side tables that we had to use as chairs for our guests. Second, it was promided we would have a Jenga and assorted games and we had no access to any of these and our waitresses, Taylor and Cassandra were unable to provide any of that to us for whatever reason, and that was unfortunate. Lastly, the service was not up to par from previous times I've been to PBS with friends. Assuming we were booked for a specific event we expected to have good customer service and even though we enjoyed having Cassandra as our waitress, I cannot say the same for Taylor. Also, our tables were not cleaned at all after our appetizers and dinner entrees. We were unable to use the tables to play games even if we wanted to or had access to the games, and we had to then use the couch for our own white elephant game because the tables were never cleared. (Pictures attached). On top of the fact that some of our orders also came out super late. It took forever to get my salad after my entree, an espresso and cappuccino also. Taylor was not pleasant at all, but Cassandra was amazing. Sadly, as the planner of this event since I had enjoyed myself at PBS a few times before, this experience was a bit embarrassing for me in front of my coworkers. We asked for spoons and knives for some of the shareable and they only brought 4 spoons and 1 knife for a group of 17 people. I really wished to add a good yelp review for this party but sadly I cannot. The 3 stars are mainly for the taste of the food, Cassandra our waiter, and the environment generally, even though the music was also so loud we couldn't even hear each other talk. Hopefully it improves after the holidays....

Yelp
A good place for groups but service can be improved. Unfortunately during our bowling experience we had too many issues and the time keep going, had to talk to server to get time back when he could've easily taken initiative.

Yelp
Good food! A little pricey. Great atmosphere, family friendly. Happy hour friendly! Limited street parking. Definitely a large indoor family fun center. Plenty of activities and food for everyone. Bowling, giant jenga, arcade games, shuffle board plus a bar. We ordered the queso dip, chicken & waffle plate, dirty fries and bacon wrapped polenta. Reasonable portions and average price. Will revisit again on the near future.

Yelp
I have visited Punch Bowl several times with friends and even hosted a work event upstairs at the bowling lanes years ago. The staff were always friendly, the food was fantastic, and the drinks were always perfect. I only wish they were somewhere with better parking.

Yelp
This place is the perfect place to go for a night out with friends. So many different activities to choose from, with the bowling, karaoke, darts, and different table games. The food and drinks are amazing, and the punch bowls have always been a hit with my group of friends. Would definitely recommend trying this place out if you need somewhere to go that you can spend your whole night at! Love it here and will continue to come back!

D D.

Yelp
Pros - the punch bowl we ordered was pride themed which was so fun and delicious - free darts, cornhole, bocci ball!! - one of the bartenders was so chill and nice Cons - the bowling is always booked and you can join stand by but both times I have come here, we never get called - a different bartender was very sarcastic and rude - this place can get busy so you might be fighting for space

Yelp
Honestly I've never felt the need to leave negative reviews, but man this place is awful. I've worked in the industry for 7 years and running and the service, food, and drinks here were embarrassing. There was 4-6 tables at the most during our visit and it took 20 minutes to get our drinks, which were a majority of beers (takes 2 minutes to pour 5 beers from my experience but maybe they have a special machine back there), we ordered chips and queso which took 30 minutes and came out cold and literally stuck to the bowl (Dairy Queen style), and our server did nothing to communicate the wait or even offer an apology. On top of that he forgot half of the tables food, and two people at our table didn't even get their food (we waited about 50 minutes for the entrees to come out). The Alabama Chicken sandwich tasted wet, and yes I mean that, literally zero flavor and just wet? The guac was mashed avocado with raw onion and no seasoning, and the burger was below average and had no flavor. My friend asked for a side of mayo, and the waiter said "We don't have anything like that or close to it" which is crazy because, surprise, her sandwich had mayo on it! He made contact with our table maybe 5 times, and tipping him felt a rip off (don't worry Yelpers we tipped). Look, if there was a 1/2 way full dining room we would have understood the wait and everything but it was literally deserted. We felt like we were getting pranked it was comical how bad everything was. I've been to other Punchbowls and have had a great time but obviously this one is an anomaly or something. You couldn't pay me to eat here again, 0/10.

Yelp
A very great setup they have going on here. We got here around 530pm on a Friday and it was nice and empty still. The drinks were great and the food was surprisingly good. I highly suggest you Uber, it is just easier. They have this pretty awesome selfie station right behind the check in counter, super cute for groups for sure. You can also book this place for private events. While we were here the whole upstairs was closed off for a private event. Check them out, it won't disappoint!

Yelp
Really busy spot on a Saturday evening as expected. Met up there with several friends for a birthday party. They mentioned they weren't even able to finish one complete bowling game in the time allocated to them. Sat at a table at the bar, saw several servers but was never approached by one. Had to order food and drinks at the bar instead. The chicken sandwich I got was tasty though. Although I wish a server or someone could've checked in on us so I could've asked for ketchup for the fries at least.

Yelp
This place is so fun! We came with a huge party as we celebrated two graduations. Punch Bowl Social easily accommodated us. Allowed us all to pay separate checks. The customer service was top notch! The food was ok. Nothing outrageous. Prices were fair. This place is more for drinks and fun. We played at the arcade, bowling and best of all karaoke! Drunk karaoke is the best. The decor is fantastic! I took a bunch of pictures to show ya'll. Enjoy.

Yelp
We have extra tickets to SEAWORLD, so I brought my Son's friends with us to Seaworld for VETERANS DAY. But afterwards they still didn't want to go home, so I decided to bring them to this place that I go to from time to time called "PUNCH BOWL SOCIAL" We already ate at Seaworld and the plan was to just Play at Punch Bowl Social 'coz Punch Bowl Social is a place to EAT, PLAY, and DRINK. But my Son's friends wanted to try the Food at Punch Bowl, the problem is that we didn't have a reservation, but we were glad that we still tried 'coz the Nice employee at the front desk was able to squeeze us in at one of their Tables. My Son and his friends ordered so quick 'coz they wanted to Play while waiting for the food to come. We ordered: *STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI *LOW COUNTRY CRAB FRIES *GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH *CHICKEN 'N WAFFLES *SEARED SALMON *CAST IRON NY STRIP *THE KNOCKOFF BURGER *A LA BAMA CHICKEN SANDWICH ALL of our food came all at the same time. My Strawberry Daiquiri was so good that I chugged it straight :) As always, I got the Chicken & Waffles. The chicken is so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, delicious. My Husband's NY STRIP was tender and well seasoned, he had no complaints about it. And my Son's GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH was good. I recommended the SEARED SALMON to my Son's Friend 'coz that's my usual order other than the Chicken 'n waffle, and he said that it was pretty good. I don't know about the other food 'coz it was my Son's friend's food, all I know is that they cleaned out their plates ;) I wasn't impressed about the COUNTRY CRAB FRIES, maybe we won't order that next time. The service from our server LLOYD was excellent, he is very interactive at our table, he is such a sweetheart. The place is Fun for any Age, it has many areas to play and sit, and they have a place to eat and drink. They have BOWLING, FOOSBALL, PINGPONG, KARAOKE, DARTS, and many more. I bought them 3 games after eating, they played BOWLING, PING PONG, and FOOSBALL. At exactly 9:45, I told my son and his friends that we have to leave 'coz at 10:00pm all people under 21 years old aren't allowed anymore. They enjoyed the food and the games and we left happy. And I thought that's about it for the day, but they still found another place to Hang out to at an Ice Cream place that's open until 12:00am ;)

Yelp
I do not know how businesses like this can stay in business in such a competitive climate. A group of staff have stayed talking during our entire visit. Our cups have been empty(as pictured) for 20 minutes. The two female bartenders keep looking at their phones and continuing their conversation while ignoring the few people sitting at their bar. We had to grab our own silverware and I had to ask a second time for a water. The food itself was just fine but the "service" is a complete joke. What appears to be management is also walking around and talking while guests wait with NOTHING in front of them. This place is truly an embarrassment.

Yelp
I had a great time here on NYE. The darts, giant jenga, and balloon drop at midnight were fun. The building is spacious and there is a lot to do. That being said, I didn't enjoy the mason mule or the canned Pinot Grigio wine I had. I did not finish either of them. I didn't order food so I can't speak on that. The bathrooms were pretty gross also. 2 stars since it was an enjoyable night with good company, but the drinks and bathrooms really need improvement.

Yelp
Have been here a few times and enjoy it! The drinks are good, slightly overpriced. We ordered some fries to snack on and the serving was just too big. The picture was after we had eaten half of them. I have also been here for an adult birthday party and that was great because there is so much to do. Bowling, karaoke, corn hole, and more. Worth the visit if you're in east village.

Yelp
Made a reservation, there's a 15 min grace period. Super stormy day, roads are bad, we got there 16 min after our reservation time (I had let them know we were on the way). Got a notice the reservation was canceled, we walked in at exactly a minute past and they said they 'couldn't open the reservation back up again' and invited us to sit at one of the free standing bar tables. There were tons of large tables available on the restaurant side open still. Was told it would be a 2 hour wait for bowling. We just left and spent money elsewhere.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour on a Friday with my co-workers and glad we picked this spot because there is so much to do and a great ambience to hang out and chitchat. We reserved a table which was a good idea since they tend to get busier on the weekends and a Friday, especially at night / later in the day. Our server wasn't so great, she was very slow and there were many times we wanted to ask her something and she kept ignoring us / walking by without saying anything. It took FORVER to order anything / get anything. One food item was also incorrect. The regular punch bowl tasted not that great.. it was interesting. The drinks here are good and the food is simple. Their is plenty of games for you to check out and play with friends / family etc. make sure you take the time to book your bowling / etc WAY AHEAD. There was a 2 hour wait for us for bowling so we didn't stay for that but wish we were able to bowl. It's best to go before prime time if you wanna do any activities as group. The space here is super spacious as well.

Yelp
My first time dining here, the customer services was great, the host, waitress and manager did a great job. The food is 2/5, it wasn't tasty, it didn't look appealing the way it was arrange. I got a Charcuterie board it came with assorted meats, cheeses, chicken Liver Pâté, apple mostarda, pickled red onions, cornichons, olives, strawberry-ginger jam, and warm breads. The only thing good was the bread and pate. Seared Salmon was my main dish, I didn't like how the yogurt feta was sitting beside the salmon is should be arrange in a separate dish, the only thing tasty was the Arugula salad. Afterward we wanted to bowl, shoe plus one hour of play per person is 16 each per person. That's isn't a bad price but not for the lanes that are provided. The ambiance was nice it's decor really well. Overall, I wouldn't come back here to eat, but the staff were great.

Yelp
I came here for the Super Bowl viewing party and had a blast. They were running a special for bucket of bud lite for $25. The venue is enormous with a bowling alley, small arcade area, pool, dart, etc. Our server was attentive and checked in often. This a solid place to hang out with friends and to top it off, kids are allowed until 10pm on weekends.

Yelp
This place suuuuuuucks! I came here early afternoon on New Years Eve when it was dead. We went to the bar to order a drink. There were 3 employees behind the bar laughing and joking with each other. Nobody acknowledged us or gave us a menu, so we were just sitting there waiting for these employees to finish their conversation so we could get a menu. I went and walked to another table to grab a menu and brought it to the bar. After 2 minutes of looking at the menu to order, I was ready to order and no one was to be found. There was an employee moving around the entire place with a ladder, making adjustments to their New Years balloons. While we were losing our patience at the bar to find a bartender to take our order, the employee with the ladder goes up to us and says "Can you move? I need to put this ladder here?!" That was it. We had enough and left and had some amazing service and drinks at You & Yours Distillery a couple blocks away. How does a place like Punch Bowl Social stay in business?

Yelp
The interior of Punch Bowl is amazing. I did my research before coming here by browsing the 3D Map; I was still surprised and stunned by how gorgeous it was. My partner and I got there during the happy hour time frame on a Monday night, so it was not busy. We got our food and drinks promptly. Service was good with different bartenders checking in on us. We got the Tiki Torch punch which was okay. The presentation was gorgeous with slices of pineapple. But the drink tasted like BBQ sauce - if that even makes sense. It was short from being refreshing. We also got the Sriracha Peanut Fries from the Happy Hour menu. Ample of food for the price that we paid. It was okay at best. The most disappointing thing about the experience was not being to do any games. We wanted bowling but it started at 10pm. We then wanted ping pong but it was booked for private party although I did call ahead. I understand that the employees were just doing their job but I couldn't help but feel disappointed. My main takeaway was that this is a great place to host big parties and private events but not so much for a date night.

Yelp
Great spot to hang out with big groups of friends, eat good food and drinks and just play a bunch of games. I came for a work event so everything catered was already curated for us but I thought it was delicious and the bartenders upstairs were really nice and made me some cocktails after I couldn't figure out what I wanted they made me a special drink. I didn't play any of the games but they seem to have a diverse variety like bowling, bocce, corn hole and others. Chill atmosphere to come and hangout.

Yelp
It was a cute place, but the service was a little slow. Our waitress took 10 minutes to get to our table because her manager was looking for her. It is self-seating so you have to make sure they see you sit so you can be attended. They were unfortunately out of waffles, any drink with the watermelon syrup, and also the breading for the chicken. It was rough to pick something off the menu since they were out of a lot of items but we made the most of it. The service was OK and the little bit of food that we consumed was good. I am hesitant on returning, but would like to give it another shot during the daytime when they might have more options. Tomorrow definitely don't come here if you haven't eaten all day.

Yelp
I had a bad experience on Saturday night with the a male server but this does not define this location. There is always a friend meet up here and my first experience was fantastic. The server was attentive and immediately brought waters and checked on the table continuously. Aww and I need to share about those dips queso and guacamole dip were great to snack on. Back to Saturday 3/2 night around 8pm. The issue was the server and when I spoke to the manager Angel he did amazing I was mad and he did what a good manager should he tried to help calm me down and I went back to my table. Then the server decided to come and try to make me feel stupid, he was to busy cleaning to help our table, said picking up glass and spills. NO YOU WERE NOT. The girls were handling it. The person who put up the yellow slip sign was a girl, the person sweeping up the glass again another girl. GIRLS BTW you were on your game with those spills. Now I was livid I used to be a server and a bartender. Yea, now I was done called the manager and told him what just happened and I was leaving. He did amazing with the situation assured me the servers were being changed for our table. ANGEL and all the girls servers You guys are killing it. Don't let one server define your place keep up the good work.

Yelp
Such a fun place! I I own a small business and have hosted two of my work events here. I love the bowling, karaoke and darts. I tend to visit every couple months or so. Their menu is nice and simple with unique and delicious dishes! I love the cauliflower nachos! I can't say enough about the staff! My favorite is Audrey! :) She is just the sweetest and always has a big smile on her face. You can tell she genuinely loves her job.
