I had such a great experience at this Indian restaurant. The butter chicken was absolutely delicious it was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, paired perfectly with the fluffy white rice. The samosas were golden and crispy, and the tamarind sauce and chutney took them to another level. The garlic naan was soft, warm, and perfect for scooping up the sauce. On top of the amazing food, the service was truly outstanding. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making the whole meal even more enjoyable. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and the portions were generous without being too heavy. I’ll definitely be coming back, highly recommend this spot if you want incredible Indian food and excellent service!

Punjabi Junction is a hidden gem in the DMV area. Delicious food, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. I drive out of my way to go to this place. I usually do carryout - the food is packaged well with generous portions. Highly recommend.

-- Jul 2024 -- Note, lunch buffet no longer offered now. -- May 2024 -- This will be a skewed review at best. We came because Punjabi just started to offer buffet for lunch. Most indian buffets [good ones] shuttered over the years so to see buffet options pop may indicate (a) lots of restaurant compeitition based on return to normal <and/or> (b) attempt to attract much needed customers. Nonetheless buffet is above average. In particular, whenever I can get endless succulent tender goat/lamb curry, you get 5-stars. Tender stewed goat/lamb IS the G.O.A.T. of all red meat stew dishes and of course far superior to beef short rib stew or oxtail soup IMHO. Regardless, the fresh butter naan is ridiculously addictive.

Punjabi Junction was an excellent source of authentic Indian cuisine! From the Byranis to the Tandoori, appetizers and desserts alike are simply delicious. The staff and servers work well as a team to ensure the customer has a great experience. Punjabi Junction has the best filtered tap water!! This is reflected in everything they offer and it makes this restaurant the first choice go-to for any occasion. Overall the restaurant is very clean and tidy. Punjabi Junction also offers accommodations for large parties. I definitely recommend Punjabi Junction, there is simply no place better.

I went on a weekday with my wife to post a movie for dinner. The ambience of the restaurant was pretty good. The food I thought was bland with very less salt and they don't provide salt and pepper on the table. (Which you guys should). After adding this, the food was manageable. The Tikki and Paneer Pakoda in the assorted platter was very good though.

Hands down the best chicken tikka masala in the area. It’s cooked in a typical Punjabi way with well balanced spices (I’m so glad the gravy isn’t on the sweeter side). The entrée also came with a side of naan/rice. My husband had the chole bhature and absolutely loved it. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Another big plus is the cleanliness of the restaurant & the beautiful ambiance. We will definitely be visiting this place again.

Been my go to restaurant which is just across my office. Before COVID they had a buffet system and weighed food. But they have stopped it now. I wish they open it back. Anyway apart from that , Punjabi Junction is a really restaurant with quite a nice ambiance, I have been going here for about 3 years now. I have always gotten a satisfied service and food. I have tried almost everything on their menu. I always rate their Channa Saag , Dal Tarka and Samosa as my favorite. Other dishes are quite good as well. But, chats are satisfactory. Being a vegetarian , these are go to dishes. My colleague mentioned chicken items are good as well. I recommend just having their main course not their chats. Overall very good restaurant. Must try !!!!

We got takeout and I feel like they forgot some our stuff. I wish they would label items because we weren’t sure what was what. I took a picture that I wanted to share because I feel like this was just extremely oily but not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be… overall the food tastes good! For the excessive oil and confused about items I give it 4 stars
