Google
A surprise stop for breakfast that turned into a great find!! Their bakery is full of delicious pastries and desserts to choose from if you are in a hurry to continue on the road but their breakfast is full of choices at a good price. Ample parking and service is amicable and super helpful. Will stop again for coffee and an empanada or for a full plate… by the way, don’t forget to try their Pan De Bono, wow wow it was amazing! Totally recommend when passing by Clewiston

the place looks nice. The plates looked pretty but the taste was not happening. The chicken and steak was over cooked and dry. I supposedly had an arepa which I had plenty in the past in my travels and this one did not look like one and it was hard. because of the price of meals these days, is not cheap so we normally do not leave food behind but this time we both left over hall our food. my wife had the breakfasts dish, steak and eggs and rice. the rice was the only thing that had flavor. this has been our most expensive experience that was not good. I tried talking to a man at the cash register to explain the issue and he apologized but still charged us full price, which I feel was not the right thing to do. The least he could have done is charge for one plate. I was told that a Cuban place just down the street called Julio is way better. I cannot vouch for that, but one of the locals did. I guess we will try that place next time. The reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because the place looks good and the waitress was kind.

Google
Tasty food. Clean place. Nice staff. You eat inside or outside the restaurant. They have tables outside and you can stay with your dogs eating. They are not pet friendly inside. But it's nice. Good parking.

Google
This place is amazing! We stopped by accident, but now we are planning to come often! Is a Bakery but also a great Colombian restaurant, their menu is really big! You have a lot of choices to pick, like empanadas, chicharrón, freshly bread and desserts. We also eat the Cholao, it was so good! The prices are good too! Totally recommended!

Google
This place is a hidden gem, the food is amazing!!! Very flavorful, the ambiance is very family oriented, but also a good place to share some time with friends while eating a cholao.

Deli la cholado de punto rojo!! Great music selection, makes you feel back in the home land. Spacious seating area. Very Clean bathrooms. They also have a variety of deserts and baked goods, Like rosquitas and buñuelos. Decorated with the colombian flags all over ! Will be back soon.

Tasty Colombian classics in a clean, friendly ambiance. The pollo empanizado serves two, maybe 2.5. The patacon, rice & beans, carne & veggies were well-seasoned. The cafecito, pan de bono & cake were nice in flavor, color & texture (yes, all that matters ;). Worth a stop- sharable entrees, the meat portions, at least. Will come again. 👌🏽

Google
A traditional little Cuban, bakery, and the eatery, right in the heart of Clewiston. The place is sparkling, clean with a lively atmosphere and terrific service. The food is amazing and the prices are good. Couldn’t ask for anything more. A must-go if you are in town.

Yelp
I drive between Winter Haven and Miami and to my surprise - a Colombian restaurant If you've never had any Colombian -- try the pastry, - pandebono a cheesy bread made out of yuca (cassava - same veggie that makes the boba tea balls); empanadas are great too If it's really hot try the cholado or the raspado-- these are like Italian ice with Fritos and sweet condensed milk-- it's soo delicious I have only taken things to go - but try it out

Yelp
Ordered a number 31 with fries instead of plantains and a rice pudding and a Tres leches in a cup with a strawberry on top, it was all good

Hugh P.

Yelp
The snapper was on point and truly delicious. Our the server was smiling and very happy to provide hospitality. The ambiance of the restaurant was welcoming and delightful decorated. The plantains, rice, and salad were all of top quality. To top it off the flan was amazing.

Yelp
I am in CLEWISTON a few days for work and I came across this quaint little restaurant. The service is good and the food is outstanding. I've had the whole fried red snapper twice and I'm on my way back now to get the Carne Asada. The salads are very fresh and delicious along with the sweet plantains oh, and don't let me forget to mention they are a bakery as well. They make empanadas cakes and all types of breads. I had a cheese and beef empanada. Those were both delicious. I will be sure to stop at this bakery/restaurant every time. I am in CLEWISTON.

Yelp
Breaded chicken and rice was bomb! High prices but the food is great. You will leave there full.

Yelp
Stopped by Punto Rojo on my way back home and I wasn't disappointed. New Hidden gem in this small peaceful area. They have a variety of Colombian dishes. They are a bakery & restaurant. I ordered a few of their empanadas and they were fresh! Their bandeja paisa was on point with a great portion and you know I love my reasonably portioned meals lol! the tres leches dessert was delish! This place is well known with locals and word of mouth so it's always busy. there's indoor and outdoor seating. What a great addition to Clewiston FL!

Yelp
Delicious find in Clewiston. Colombian restaurant that is perfect for a hearty meal. We didn't try any of the baked goods (regrettably) as too full from the generous meals portions! DO eat here!

Dalvys J.

Yelp
Really good food, amazing service and a chill ambiance, the prices are not bad at all, I'm here right now for the third time, let's see what I get.

Jose P.

Yelp
Wow I can't say Anything Negative about this Place. The Portions and Food are Heavenly Delicious. The Lady's are very Nice and this Place Feels like been in COLOMBIA all over again. Thank You.

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
Loved the food ! The portions are great also. Lots of food for the price. We went in a large group and the restaurant is kind of small and they moved all the tables in the back to make us for comfortable. Honestly good experience and great food. We didn't try the deserts but they looked amazing !!

Gina H.

Yelp
Colombian bakery and restaurant. We ate lots of baked goods. Everything was delicious. We also had a Cholata which is kind of a Colombian snow cone with fruits and condensed milk. It was amazing.

Faith M.

Yelp
Omg first off the pastries here are to die for!!! The dinners are fantastic most are enough food for 2. The service is exceptional!!!

William V.

Yelp
Horrible service made wait with no water holding our drinks for 40mins food was incomplete and pork belly was almost completely undercooked. The ambiance was ok but it got to the point that other customers were asking why we were waiting so long. Staff didn't even try to fix the problem was just met with attitude. Never stoping here again

Yelp
Headed home from Bahia Honda in the Keys. I was informed that fast food was not going to fly. We were pulling a camper behind us, I was NOT pulling off into Miami metro area. Clewiston was the one town for miles with ANY food options. Punto Rojo was wonderful. Very clean, and new decor. We split a Media Noche (Carne Asada, Cebolla, Lechuga, Tomate y Queso Grilled Steak with Onions, Lettuce, Tomato, Ham, and Cheese Sandwich.) and we loved it. Both the cheese bread, and fried yucca were good also. We also shared a tres leches cake in a cup flavored with guava, and a strawberry on top. Only downside is Clewiston (on US rt 27) is off the beaten path, and 2+ hours from home. We will stop again on our next trip to the Keys

Yelp
The food was so good. I can't wait to go back!! It's decorated cute, the servers were nice. A must!!

Yelp
I stopped at "Punto Rojo -- 728 E Sugarland Hwy, Clewiston, FL 33440" on my way to Montura Ranches. I decided to stop and try their food. This was a taco spot before, but it was sold and converted into this Colombian Restaurant, "Punto Rojo". This was my first time eating here, and all I have to say is, WOW!!!!! I had a typical Colombian dish called "Calentado." The meat was as soft as a Filet Mignon, The flavor of the rice and beans was excellent, the "Arepa" was perfect, the "Tosino" was full of flavor, and the medium fried egg blended with it perfectly, the portion was abundant, the service was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I was so impressed with the food that I would be willing to drive 40 minutes from my home in Royal Palm Beach just to experience this place again, even though we have many Colombian restaurants close to our home. This place, "Punto Rojo," really left me with the desire to taste their Authentic Colombian dishes again. I will be making the drive with my wife on our next date. I highly recommend it. 5 STARS for SURE. Being able to speak Spanish will get you a long way since Spanish is their first language, but I'm sure they will understand your order if you point to what you want. #LoveTheMom&PopSpot.

Yelp
My wife is from Colombia. I walked in and felt I was in a typical "anywhere" Colombian restaurant. Staff was nice and inviting, food was good, I was pleasantly surprised this was in the middle of Clewiston. Glad I happened to stop in, I took a bunch of pastries back to my family.

William L.

Yelp
Amazing Colombian food highly recommend. Delicious desserts tres leche and rice pudding, and more.
