It’s really delicious! I can’t believe there’s such a fantastic restaurant hidden among apartment buildings. The beef, risotto, and seafood are amazing!

Been coming here for over 10 years and it’s still brilliant. Unpretentious, a warm welcome and dishes full of flavour. Get the arroz - it’s as good now as it was on our very first visit.

Best restaurant in Seville. We went here on our first night and had to go back the next day because we were so impressed. The chorizo lollipops and risotto were to die for. We also tried the salmon and tuna with almonds which were both delicious. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Staff were attentive and kind as well!

Really lovely food beautifully presented, friendly and efficient service, in a place where everyone was obviously enjoying themselves. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended, and I will be back!

Every dish was an absolute surprise. As you can see from the pictures the interior doesn’t scream culinary precision even though every dish absolutely was! We had the chicken salad, candied artichoke, mellow rice and mango custard/raspberry desert. The chicken salad tasted very soft and yet so many different flavors in one dish that go so well together. We loved it! The mellow rice was much stronger of taste with a light pesto topping it was really what filled us up, but our favourite was the artichoke! I’ve never had artichoke like this, both sweet, salty and acidic. It was really really good :) and then the raspberry was super foamy and the custard was very light. Both not too sweet or heavy. Delicious 😋 The lady who helped us along with the rest of the staff was super friendly and really took the time to help us with our choices. Thanks a lot for the great evening!

The best food we had in Seville - the chicken salad and mushroom rice were absolutely divine. Tucked away in a quiet part of the city, it's definitely worth a visit.

What a beautiful experience. Everything we ordered was made to perfection. Chicken was so soft in the chicken salad with mayonise, chorizo lolipop was a different kinda dish - yum. You have to eat the mushroom 🍄 risotto, we had a special treatment with beef tacos. And if you are into dessert - the mango and raspberry foam is a must try. And Angeles was just amazing, took care of our needs very well. So attentive and professional! Even got us a taxi 🚕 Go have a great night with your favourite person🌙

Wow, what an experience! We wanted an authentic Spanish experience outside of the busy city centre and this certainly fit the bill. Amazing prices and service and well deserving of a Michelin star in my eyes! Highly recommend the truffle rice and mussels. Desserts also incredible, be sure to try the specials too!

Yelp
Amazing food in Triana! My family and I were in Seville for 48 hours and visited Puratasca 2 times. We absolutely loved the down to earth vibe with delicious food and sweet wait staff! Some of the dishes we ordered were the cheese plate, chicken salad, rice with mushrooms, wok vegetables, cod with vegetables, scallops (special), pork tacos, chocolate mousse, and raspberry and mango dessert. Everything we tried was very flavorful, fresh, and spot on. While we agreed that we loved all of the dishes, my personal favorite was the rice with mushrooms (but it is a very heavy risotto like dish so keep that in mind if it isn't your style). The desserts were also homemade and were very unique but delicious! Dishes are small but good for sharing if you are okay with getting bites of each dish. The prices also seem fair for the quality of the dishes (total price for 4 people with 4 glasses of wine was around 60 euros). The people who work at Puratasca are also insanely sweet! We didn't have reservations (and almost all of the tables were reserved for lunch AND dinner) but they let us use a table if we promised to be in and out in under 1.5 hours. Obviously that means that you should make a reservation if you know for a fact that you'll want to give Puratasca a try! I also appreciated that the staff was able to speak English and had an English menu for us (I hate having to say that but my Spanish is not good so any help is greatly appreciated). All in all we loved Puratasca and I highly recommend trying them for lunch or dinner! You won't regret it! Food - 5 stars Price - 4.5 stars Service - 5 stars Atmosphere - 3.5 stars

Yelp
Very popular so arrive as they open or make a reservation if you want to get a seat. It's a little out of the way and not really on the tourist radar so expect to be sitting amongst locals to enjoy interesting and modern Spanish fare. The menu was all in Spanish and the staff were so kind to explain the menu and help us decide. Very attentive service which we really appreciated. It was nice to feel so welcomed and they even gave us a complementary caramel vodka shot at be end of our meal. The menu is diverse with a slight Asian influence. The standout dish was the langostine taco - fresh shrimp served in a crispy taco shell. We shared several dishes and had a couple of drinks each for around 60€ which for this kind of inspiring cuisine we thought was really great value.

Yelp
my friends and I all agree... RISOTTO! RISOTTO! RISOTTO! You will not be disappointed! i dont eat pork, but my friends really liked the chorizo. Also the Corvina (fish), the Bacalao and Foie are all really good! But the STEAK (Lomo -off the menu) was unparalled; so great. It was 8 of us and this was our first meal in Seville. The waitress Eva, was EXTREMELY accomodating! She was very sweet and given us the tip of eating the steak with the duck liver; which was an unexpectingly superior combination!

Yelp
What an amazing meal! It was so amazing that we went back again. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is wonderful. The sangria is to die for. It's on a quiet residential street away from all the tourist areas that rip you off and aren't half as good. Go to this restaurant! It's superb!

Yelp
The food made me sick last night. Their fried food is really bad, I'm not sure the pescado was cooked. Avoid the one st all costs. It's to bad I not hear long enough to report them to heath department but someone should.

Yelp
RUDE!!! Apparently this place thinks it's too good for the visiting customer without a reservation. We simply walked up as they prepared to open and when we dared to try and sit at one of there outside tables in 95 degree Fahrenheit heat, we were immediately confronted by a rude woman who scolded us as if we were transients, telling us that these were reserved tables and she would not know if we would be served until she had no shows or cancellations. She glared at us and clearly wanted us gone. We walked over to nearby Mesones de Serranito where we were treated wonderfully and with respect.

Yelp
This is now our go to dinner spot. We'll be back again and again! We had Sangria which was a wonderful blend of wine and fruit and bubbles. The Risotto (Arroz Meloso) was perfect, not under or over cooked. The Raviolis de Cordero which we expected to be a ravioli in red sauce, was a wonderful Fried Ravioli and in a delicate sauce which complimented it magnificently. The chef here is stepping out of the traditional spanish tapas cuisine and creating exquisite contemporary dishes. The next night I had the same items and again they were exceptional!

Yelp
Local neighborhood tapas that are fresh and original. Oh, and it is delicious. We went with 12 people and the staff was friendly and helpful. Service kept things moving. Highly recommend the risotto with duck, the bacon wrapped shrimp, the tuna (multiple styles) and the specials of the day!

Yelp
Very nice food, very nice people doing their best to translate in English. Really nice.

Yelp
I have an acquaintance here in Arlington who owns a couple of Spanish restaurants in the area. When my wife and I saw him recently and told him that we were heading to Sevilla, he told us that he grew up there, and he recommended a few restaurants in the area. Puratasca was one of them. We started off with a bottle of wine and oysters, and moved on to a duck dish (served in a Chinese take out container and chopsticks), and pork tacos. Everything was yummy, and the only thing that brought the experience down was the waitress, who seemed to not want to be bothered. I'm an intermediate level Spanish speaker, but she kept speaking English. After we were finished I had a quick conversation with the chef (in Spanish!) and it turned out that he and my Arlington acquaintance are long time buddies. We would check this place out again the next time we're in Sevilla. Hopefully by then they'll have a new waitress!

Yelp
Best food in seville. Charming, no frills, on a quiet street... worth the trip. Ask for sangria and mushroom rice, anything really. best meat quality ever.

Greg S.

Yelp
We just had an excellent meal here. The foie with pineapple chutney was amazing. Super small casual atmosphere, but the food is top notch. Highly recommend!

Christina V.

Yelp
Risotto is the best thing on the menu. And it is amazing!!! But other menu items fall short. I would get a risotto for one as a meal and a tinto.

Sarah L.

Yelp
Good food, modern feel inside - not as enjoyable or friendly as most restaurants in seville

Yelp
A lovely bar/restaurant nestled in the Triana barrio. It offers a wide selection of international-influenced tapas, and a well-balanced variety of meat/fish/vegetable dishes. Friendly and attentive waiter service. Fancy food but relaxed atmosphere - a little pricey, but good quality
