"Pure Indian Cuisine gives diners Indian food and a pleasant view of planes arriving and departing from McCarran International Airport. Variety is the focus here; there are more than 100 menu items including a wide selection of bread specialties such as onion kulcha, kabuli naan, and aloo parantha. Other specialties include fish curry with basmati rice, goat dopiaza, and Indo-Chinese dishes such as lamb chili pepper and garlic shrimp." - Janna Karel

"OK, I’ll let our little secret out: if we want late-night food, and we want to stay away from the Strip, it’s all about Pure Indian Cuisine near the airport since Paras is half-Indian, I just make him order everything. Our table always has chana masala, chicken tikka naan, and their tandoori mixed grill. Foodies may turn their nose up at our favorite hangout, but this place checks all of the boxes for us cooks: (1) legit food, (2) cold beer, (3) great prices, (4) an amazing and gracious staff, and (5) just the right amount of Bollywood kitsch." - Susan Stapleton

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pure Indian Cuisine (Airport View Restaurant) and was highly impressed with the overall experience. The food was delicious and extremely well prepared. The service was also fast and efficient, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. What made this experience truly special, however, was the incredible airport view. It was absolutely stunning, and it was definitely worth the visit. I would highly recommend this Airport take off and landing View Restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal with a great view.

Hands down the best Indian food I've had yet! This is our 3rd time patronizing this business and it gets better every time we come. This was our 1st time trying the buffet which I highly recommend as you'll get more for your money; just come with an appetite! We took our brother who came to visit us from out of state and he's a big Indian food lover and can't stop talking about this place. A must go if you're in Las Vegas and it's only a 10-20 minute drive from the strip. Do yourself a favor and as your reading this review prepare to make your way to Pure Indian Cuisine; thank us later! Happy Traveling 😊

Pure Indian Cuisine is true to its name as they have a great lineup of items from appetizers thru deserts. They offer traditional vegetarian cuisine, creative vegan fare and also extend it to multiple meat entrees. We had a food tasting scheduled for my nieces wedding to be held in their banquet hall in the fall. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was and its presentation. AJ the owner is very nice and attended to our group. He checked in after each course to get our critique and insure the flavors were what we wanted. They paid particular attention to detail in everything we requested. Starters: Poppers with 2 different chutneys of herby Cilantro and sweet spicy tamarind. Appetizers: Vegan Samosas made with crushed lentils and potato. It tasted meaty and the crust held together nicely. A colorful vegan tandoori like dish of cauliflower florets sautéed and served on a bed of onions was a nice surprise. Vegan Entrees: Chenna (chickpea) masala and Potato pea curry were very lightly seasoned over Zeera (cumin seed) basmati rice. Meat Entrees: Tandoori boneless chicken and a saucy creamy Butter Chicken. Desert: Gulab jamun (fried donut balls) in a light flavored cardamom sugar syrup Kheer (creamy rice pudding) The whole food ensemble was deliciously flavored and every entree had its own uniquely different taste from the other. Presentation of each dish was enticing. Service was professional, food served hot and surroundings in their private room were a special touch! I did get a look at their buffet which was plentiful with a vast array of items both vegan and meat to satisfy everyone’s diets and taste!

This restaurant has a great ambiance and is good place for a date night. You can see the flights landing and pretty view of Las Vegas strip. Food was good as well. I was expecting the samosa chat to be more flavorful. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

The food here is amazing. I’m a spicy food lover and the server recommended a traditional Indian Cheese dish that is off the charts! It’s called Peri Peri Paneer, and it’s Indian cheese made with rich and savory tomato and herb sauce. The service could use a little work, as the server only checked on me once. But I recommend the food and amazing view.

TIP: Entrance us on the west side. Find the double doors, then make your way up the elevator to the 2nd floor. Also, watch out for signs for parking. Came here with a few girlfriends for the buffet. $14.99 is a pretty good deal. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala and a few other selections but forgot what it was called. The highlight was the Naan Bread. I've come to realize that it's best when I visit Indian restaurants during dinner. I'd return again to give them another try.

I always dine here whenever I visit Las Vegas. I was here today for the third time during a year period and really enjoyed the lunch buffet. If you want to try varieties of delicious Indian food, the lunch buffet is the perfect option with reasonable price. I also visited once for dinner but ended up paying huge cost for just three items! I would definitely recommend this place:)

If you are looking for decent Indian food for a date night I highly recommend this place the view of plan landing and takeoff is good and the food tastes so good. We ordered many items. Everything tastes fresh. The place can be better and less parking spots.
