Disappointing Experience Despite High Hopes
I was really excited to try this restaurant with my family—but unfortunately, the experience fell flat. When you hear "Korean" in a dish, you expect bold, flavorful, and maybe even spicy food. That wasn’t the case with the Korean Zoodle Bowl. The flavors were bland and underwhelming.
My son’s burger and my wife’s Brussels sprouts with sauce were also a letdown—neither dish met their expectations. Like mine, their meals lacked the flavor and quality we had hoped for.
What made it worse was the service. I considered sending my dish back, but the front-of-house staff seemed so indifferent that I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up. They were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to basic guest needs. For example, my iced tea sat empty the entire meal—no one offered a refill or even checked in.
To me, attentive drink service—alcoholic or not—is a basic expectation for a sit-down dinner. Feeling ignored set the tone, and we all ended up just tolerating the mediocre food.
For a $100 meal for three in a beautiful location with mountain views, I expected so much more. Sadly, both the food and the service were as flat as the flavors.
