Pure Roots Provisions

The food was decent. What a great concept for those that can't make up their mind. Everything from BBQ, to sushi, to burgers and salads. I wish our sliders didn't have soggy bottom buns. The sushi roll was the best thing. Shrimp and grits were no southern craving dish and was more like an app and not an entree. Our salad was a good size though. Delivery was 5 minutes early! I wish they would include what is in each sushi item as some may be more inclined to try something else. We will try again and I will update my review.

Pure Roots has really good food. The portions were just right and the price for the area was just right. I had the salmon from Bread Box and it was nice and flaky. Prepared just right. Along with that I got the cheesy cauliflower pictured below along with mashed potatoes. All were great. My husband ordered from Sparq and got the 2 meat combo (brisket and ribs) both cooked well. The Mac and cheese was really cheesy and the Cajun fries were delish. All in all a great experience.

Really impressed with this new delivery & takeout place! We got a salad, bbq, and the spicy chicken sandwich !! They were all SOOOO good. The food was delivered steaming. The chicken was so juicy snd flavorful. The salad was fresh, and large portions. Highly recommend!

I ordered the the Poke Bowl and it was absolutely phenomenal. I Love the variety of options that Pure Roots has to offer and I’m excited to try their other options!

Convenient and delicious. Great for multi-person orders. I do miss it getting delivered to my car but not a deal breaker.

Food delivered to the cafe at work is always on time and fresh. The selection available on the website always has something tasty. I like that the containers are reusable plastic that get returned and washed, what a great alternative to styrofoam boxes!

Pure Roots delivers delicious and tasty lunch options consistently and on-time! It is my go-to lunch ordering option. I often have leftovers for a second lunch!

I got the wings in Alabama white sause. It was delicious and I got 1/2 French fries and Onion rings. All on point!

Exploring the options to find something that is worth the price and stumbled the poke bowl. Advertisement picture makes it seem like the chicken, and other components is a vast major of the food, but when eating it you discover those ingredients are scarce and its most white rice. This dish should probably be priced around 7-8$ but is currently sitting at $16. Not worth the price.

A great addition to the area. I have ordered bbq and was not disappointed. The portion was very large. Delivery price was reasonable and more than timely. The food came before the projected delivery time and I loved the delivery tracking feature it was very accurate. I tried the pulled chicken, pulled pork, green beans and mac and cheese. They even threw in cornbread. The meat was moist and super flavorful. The Alabama white sauce is a must order. My favorite thing was the Mac and cheese. Super creamy and cheesy. The coleslaw was delicious and a night light component for a rich meal. Will definitely order again and can't wait to try the myriad of options.

I had to try this place when I heard that it is like six restaurants in one because my husband and I have different tastes and dietary needs and sometimes struggle to agree where to order takeout from. The food did not disappoint! Poke bowls were so good and fresh and I'm excited that they have sushi now too. My husband loves the burgers and fries and we both thought the bbq we got was fantastic. They keep adding more and more, we could order from here multiple times a week and not be bored! They are located in an area of KOP that really needs more food options and have curbside pickup so we are thrilled!

I will preface this review by saying I will give them another go, but my first experience with Pure Food Provisions was very average. I ordered brussel sprouts and chicken Parm and was underwhelmed with both the flavor and the portion size (especially compared to the price). The tomato sauce lacked seasoning, it was so bland I ended up doctoring it up quite a bit. The brussel sprouts did have the added flavor of chunks of bacon, which was nice, but the size was so small! I will say the pick up process was smooth despite an glitch in my app. I will try them again because there variety is so interesting, but will be aware of portion sizes when ordering.

Food arrived cold not sure if it is made to order but didn't taste fresh at all. Quality was ok it's just not what I'm used to egg was dry but not terrible.

Amazing! We ordered from Pure Roots after seeing some online advertising. I was mostly intrigued by the fact that you can order from different restaurants at one place . GAME CHANGER! The Poke bowls are fresh and tasty, the short ribs perfection! My kids absolutely devoured the burgers , fries and wings ! We couldn't be happier to have these options here. Delicious and a great price!

Place is great. Couldn't be easier to order a mix of cuisines and pick up at the curb. Food was delicious. We will be back for sure. Thanks!

This place is the new food service provider for the company I work for. The food is fantastic. It was the first day and everyone who I spoke to that also ordered loved the food. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
