Purchased 6 bottles of wine from Pure wines - the service was prompt (even responding to my email very quickly). My package came very quickly (im in london but delivered through DHL). I was pleased with the selection of wines purchased at a decent price and range of naturals wines. We liked the Bobal Ancestral in particular for a rare hot summer day. Will certainly use them again!!

If you like to receive the things you order don't purchase from Pure Wine. I made an order on Monday, was told it would arrive Thursday and then received an email on Thursday saying the order was delivered the previous day to another city. No address, just the name of the city. I contacted support and was told it was being re-routed and they didn't know why it ended up in Conventry. I chased several times for an update and received nothing. In short, avoid.

Having been buying from here for over a year now and have no faults. Great prices and offers compared to a lot of the other natural wine sellers out there. Customer service always amazing, whenever they've been out of stock of anything I've ordered they've let me know and sorted me out with other bottles at equal or greater value. Highly recommended!

Pure Wines, Pure Service and Pure Quality. A great team, selecting great wines at affordable prices. Stop buying supermarket bottles for just under a tenner and shop here instead, the quality difference is chalk and cheese! One of the great things is the variety of stock. There are some staple classics which I buy again and again but I'm always excited to see what's new. A very good website too, so easy to order and super efficient delivery. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

5 stars all the way for incredible customer service!!! I needed to find a wine shop to send my dear friend some bottles for her birthday the next day. I was calling from the States and Guy was so unbelievably helpful and gracious. He had wonderful recommendations and guaranteed the bottles would arrive the next day. And they did! My friend was beyond excited and grateful. Thanks for taking care of your customers and going the extra mile. Will def. use again!!

Avoid this company. I ordered 12 bottles of wine and only received 11 bottles. To make it worse, 4 out of 11 bottles were substitutes. I received my order almost a week after the 'next day' delivery that was promised. I emailed the company twice in an attempt to resolve this, but it's been almost a week since my last email and I have received no response from them.

I ordered a box of 6 red wines, as this is the first time putting my toe in the water with Natural Wines. The wine was delivered swiftly and were well packaged! So far my husband and I have drunk 2 bottles and they did not disappoint. Looks like I won’t be drinking anything else going forward.
