Maribel and Joseph are continuing the tradition by offering excellent cuts to their community, working with ethical farms, and offering bilingual services for Spanish-speaking customers. They supply meat for Gibsons, One Off Hospitality, Tanta, and more, and have been recently providing meat to the public too.
