PURO Hotel Gdańsk Stare Miasto

Overall very good! Nice location, nice room and ok facilities. Very heavy doors that sound a lot when people close (slam?) them in the morning. No coffee on the room, but free from lobby. Small but nice gym, and a small spa with two saunas. Can absolutely recommend!

The most elegant and stylish hotel I’ve ever been in 😍 great breakfast, very kind service, comfy rooms. Located in the heart of old town in Gdańsk. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. Hotel located just outside old town. Less than a 5 min walk to get to the entrance. Hotel room was unbelievably quiet and dark. Lots of space for bags. Brilliant. The breakfast was also really good. Lots of options. The staff are also very helpful. Great stay.

Yelp doesnt seem to have the functionality to update a review so here it is ! Someone carefully read my review and noticed i mentioned the location as Krakow. Obviously the location should be GDANSK !! I recommend this hotel for a stay there.

The two stars are for the hotel itself- the smart-room and concierge were the only things that would warrant a return. The staff in this hotel were some of the rudest people I have ever encountered in a professional setting. The staff in the rooftop bar and in the restaurant genuinely seemed like they did not want our business. Both were empty and both times my family and I were dumbfounded at the lack of care to assist us. We had to ask if it was open then asked if we could switch tables in which we got a nasty "nie"- no. I will not be returning to this hotel frankly due to the less than professional staff working the hotel (save the few courteous people at the front desk). Not sure if it was the fact that we are foreigners to this country, or simply a lack of charm, but a very sad experience here. Hotel sufficed if you had no human interactions with the staff.
