Puro Hotel Palma

Fantastic stay. Best location for checking out the city, shopping, dining and cycling. Check-in met us with a glass of rosé. Wonderfully comfortable rooms. The staff are very kind and accommodating. We were in for a long weekend and were able to keep our bikes with us. They also accommodated a late checkout as our flight was late in the evening. The beds are very comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was really fantastic, lots of selection and no pressure to leave the table - we were able to drink a long coffee and do a bit of work at the table. The rooftop terrace was a stunning place to enjoy the sunset with a bottle of bubbly. We really enjoyed the DJ who played on Saturday night while we had a drink in the lounge. Really felt right at home here and this will be our #1 choice when we return to Palma.

This was our first time staying in Mallorca and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. ||The location is fantastic among the narrow streets of Palma and near to many good bars and restaurants. It was easy to walk to any location in Palma.||The room (a suite) was superb with a mezzanine floor for the bed, bath and separate shower. On the main floor it had a well stocked minibar and plenty of chairs. The only problem was trying to work out the purpose of the many light switches.||The breakfast was a highlight with an excellent range of food including a table dedicated to local Mallorcan specialities. The gluten-free choice was extensive with the best gluten-free croissants we have tasted. The courtyard for the breakfast was a calm place to start the day. ||The rooftop terrace has several sections and many chairs and had a useful shaded area for the surprisingly hot weather at the end of October. ||When we arrived we had a warm welcome from the fantastic Anna who provided tips and suggestions for places to visit, restaurants for every taste, and made sure we knew how to find our way around Palma. All while sipping our glasses of complimentary cava.||We were shown to our room by the friendly and helpful Jesse who also delivered our bags to the room. He showed us where to find breakfast and the way to the rooftop terrace. ||We used a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport and the taxi driver did his best to find his way to the front of the hotel but had to stop a little way away because of all the one way streets. However we didn't mind because it was only a minute away and easy to find the entrance.

Fantastic hotel, the really friendly staff made the holiday special. The breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for exploring the city as well as heading out along the coast to visit beaches. The roof terrace was a lovely place to soak up some winter sun.

We stayed for a long weekend, what a great location and amazing service from the team where nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and very spacious bathroom. Nice touch with the welcome drink. We did have to request a kettle but that was brought up to us straight away. The roof terrace was lovely as were all the public areas.

This was my 4th time at Puro Hotel, and the hotel has more or less become my standard place of accommodation while in Palma. ||+ Very friendly, relaxed, and professional staff|+ Very central, convenient location close to a number of good restaurants, cafes, museums, and shopping opportunities|+ Well-functioning services (cleaning, maintenance, spa, car rental, etc.) at / through the hotel|+ Good breakfast that you can enjoy at a very cozy courtyard|+ Large, convenient, mostly well-maintained rooms||- The room that I had starts to be slighly / somewhat worn-out (however, it was otherwise a beautiful, spacious, nicely designed room with a very nice spa-like bathroom)|- Some of the breakfast items that are supposed to be warm were consistently cold (but it was definitely one of the most versatile breakfasts that I have experienced for a while)|- Noise insulation - it was impossible to sleep without earplugs because of noise coming from the street, i.e., Calle Montenegro (and this was not oftentimes even noise, but normal talk echoing around a very narrow street)||However, the overall experience was highly positive. Five stars is likely to be slightly too much, but one cannot give four and a half stars.

We stayed in a standard double for 3 nights over New Year. The room itself was comfortable, although a little basic for the price paid. The location is excellent which is the selling point for this property. The breakfast on all 3 mornings was poor, the hot selection was a joke and always cold or empty and the cold section was also slow to be restocked. The service for breakfast was also poor. Worth mentioning are the helpful and friendly reception staff.||In our opinion the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. We would not stay here again.

This lovely hotel is located in the historic center of Palma. The staff at check-in were very nice and welcoming. Bags were delivered to our rooms while we enjoyed a complementary glass of wine. The room was stylishly decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning (AC) worked well. The included breakfast had an excellent variety of choices. I would gladly stay at this hotel if visiting Palma again.

We had a great time at this hotel - lovely room, well located and very reasonably priced. We were also impressed with the breakfast, and they made my wife feel very special on her birthday after seeing the date of birth in her passport!
