Puro Hotel Palma

Hotel Puro Oasis Urbano in the heart of Palma is probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had. All the staff are friendly and efficient and so refreshing , their attitude is spot on and no request is an issue they are professional and have the best ethos. A huge congratulations to the management what an absolute achievement. The rooms are very tasteful and clean , their beds are comfortable and I haven’t slept so peacefully in a long time. The rooms are fully equipped and luxurious. The reception staff Lauren and Anay are amazing, welcoming and informative. I would definitely recommend a stay here above anywhere in Palma. Thank you and sad to leave tomorrow , I will definitely return to Puro and stay longer !

Wonderful hotel - we had a fabulous stay here for my husband's birthday. The hotel is in a great location and it's easy to walk everywhere. Our room was beautifully designed, staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with loads of choice. The only slight negative was that it was a bit noisy in the room at night because of the nearby bar, but this wasn't a huge problem (and they do provide earplugs if needed!). Overall, I would highly recommend booking a stay here and I would definitely return.

We had a great stay at the hotel! We had the Joy Suite for 3 nights and then moved into the Oasis Suite for 4 nights (we couldn’t get the latter for the whole trip) Both suites are lovely but the oasis was our favourite! It had a balcony and lots of space! Our stay included a buffet breakfast which was fabulous! Lots of choice for all eating options including mimosas and Bloody Mary stations! The staff were friendly and helpful! Great location with lots of restaurants in the area! We had no complaints and will definitely be back!

I had booked two places for the exact same time and I’m so glad that I chose Puro and canceled the other one. Just walking down the cobblestone Street and into the hotel, you feel like you can just breathe and relax. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the rooftop pool, although small, was a nice way to cool off While Sunbathing. The lounge chairs and the relaxing atmosphere were also so welcoming after a day of exploring. ||Speaking of welcoming, the staff was so friendly and courteous, and did whatever they could to accommodate me and my 91-year-old mother. Thank you to Joan, Luciano, Lauren, et al! ||Puro was close to the best shopping and sight seeing. Not to mention all of the art galleries, and the best bakery Forn De Teatre, and next door the most delicious variety of salamis you will Ever taste. |I would definitely stay here again.

From check-in to check-out everything about this hotel was great! The staff were all lovely, they couldn't have been more helpful. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance and there are plenty of really nice restaurants close by. The room was a good size for a twin and little touches such as two sinks were very handy. The unexpected free cava for a birthday we had whilst staying was an added bonus and such a nice touch! Would highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel ticks all the boxes and more. Nothing is too much trouble all the staff are friendly and professional and have a brilliant attitude. A huge congratulations to management what an achievement! I will definitely return and the rooms are sublime, fully equipped and tastefully designed. Definitely the best overall I have stayed in, in a long time.

Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. The room was perfect, beds & pillows amazing. The hotel is central to everything, great shops & lovely restaurants. The breakfast was amazing value & really tasty. Can’t wait to go back to Palma & will definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful hotel with top notch service. I stayed 4 nights and got welcomed by both Luciano and Lauren who were both so kind and fun to talk to. Everyone is available for you 24/7! Apart from the hotel having a great staff, they have an amazing breakfast selection so I do think it’s worth it to eat inside for breakfast if you can. Then, location wise, it’s pretty walkable;however you definitely need to rent a car if you want to explore the other side of the island but that’s nothing the front desk can’t help with. Again, shout out to Luciano and Lauren for making my stay in Palma so memorable.

I'm surprised at the terrible reviews because so far everything has been great! We arrived around midnight and I was worried that we would have difficulty checking in, but there was someone available to help us. He was very friendly and very eager to get us situated, going as far as walking us all the way to our room because he was worried it would be difficult to find (it was). Our room, despite being at the end of a very narrow hallway and up several flights of stairs, was very roomy and beautifully decorated. Everything looks like it had been recently refreshed, from the bathrooms to the furniture. All in all a good experience.

I stayed here for a few nights during off season and it was fine. The front desk staff were always very nice and helpful and the cleaning staff was nice too. I thought there would be more to do in Palma, but after staying there for three nights I would get a car and stay in the country side instead. Location wise Puro has a good location in the old city, but it is easy to walk to another part of town from the hotel. Our room was comfortable but I chose the room with the bathroom up a flight of stairs and instantly regretted that. The bathroom seemed like it could use a little refresh as it was a bit run down. I did enjoy the roof lounge area, especially during sunset.

DON'T COME NEAR THIS PLACE. The front desk and reservations office is dishonest. I had booked three rooms and had to unfortunately cancel, well in advance of the full week's notice. They claim I did not cancel. Instead they charged me for all three rooms for the entire stay. They had no concern about me and my party. And claim that I did not call to cancel the rooms. I can prove that I did cancel, but it's been almost a year long ordeal of fighting with them. STAY AWAY!!
