Puro Hotel Palma

Hotel Puro Oasis Urbano in the heart of Palma is probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had. All the staff are friendly and efficient and so refreshing , their attitude is spot on and no request is an issue they are professional and have the best ethos. A huge congratulations to the management what an absolute achievement. The rooms are very tasteful and clean , their beds are comfortable and I haven’t slept so peacefully in a long time. The rooms are fully equipped and luxurious. The reception staff Lauren and Anay are amazing, welcoming and informative. I would definitely recommend a stay here above anywhere in Palma. Thank you and sad to leave tomorrow , I will definitely return to Puro and stay longer !

This Hotel ticks all the boxes and more. Nothing is too much trouble all the staff are friendly and professional and have a brilliant attitude. A huge congratulations to management what an achievement! I will definitely return and the rooms are sublime, fully equipped and tastefully designed. Definitely the best overall I have stayed in, in a long time.

Our family of three spent six wonderful nights at the Puro Urbano Oasis in old town Palma, Mallorca. The property is lovely and well situated on a quiet street in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, the Port and Cathedral. Our junior suite was perfect for three and housekeeping did an excellent job each day. Breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of healthy choices. The rooftop sundeck and small pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Most of all, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay and offered many recommendations around the island for restaurants and beaches that we thoroughly enjoyed. The Puro Beach Club was pure relaxation and our extended family who flew in from France to join us at the hotel and at the beach club had nothing but positive comments. We especially wish to thank Joan, Luciano, Anna and Lauren from the hotel and Annabel at the beach club for their kind welcome upon our arrival and their friendly advice throughout our stay. We very much look forward to returning to Palma and enjoying another stay at the Puro Oasis.

We have just had a 5 night stay at this hotel for a mother and daughter city break. The hotel is exceptional in all areas. The location could not be any more central, with lovely restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The hotel has a lovely modern feel with great vibe. Breakfast was served in the lovely courtyard and was a fabulous choice everyday. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay fab. |We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with top notch service. I stayed 4 nights and got welcomed by both Luciano and Lauren who were both so kind and fun to talk to. Everyone is available for you 24/7! Apart from the hotel having a great staff, they have an amazing breakfast selection so I do think it’s worth it to eat inside for breakfast if you can. Then, location wise, it’s pretty walkable;however you definitely need to rent a car if you want to explore the other side of the island but that’s nothing the front desk can’t help with. Again, shout out to Luciano and Lauren for making my stay in Palma so memorable.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. I had the single room that was small but well organized with big windows overlooking the courtyard. The morning breakfast was great. The staff friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the relaxing space on the rooftop terrace. By booking directly on their website it included a free day access to their beach club about 15 minute drive away.

I am currently staying at Puro Hotel Palma (with two nights left) and overall, it has been a very pleasant experience. We had a few small miscommunications at the start of our stay, but I was happy with how the team listened to my concerns and made sure everything was resolved. The staff has been amazing overall, and the hotel is truly lucky to have so many wonderful employees. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very modern, and comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous - served until 11:30am, which is wonderful if you like to sleep in. The spread offers many great options, and the atmosphere is relaxed enough that you can enjoy a long coffee while catching up on emails, which I really appreciated despite breakfast hours being over. The rooftop is another highlight, with a small pool, plenty of sun for tanning, and where you can order drinks. It’s a lovely spot to spend an afternoon. I think this hotel is especially well-suited for couples - the location couldn’t be better, with shopping, restaurants, and Palma’s Old Town right at your doorstep. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the Puro beach clubs, which we used and thoroughly enjoyed. As a guest traveling with my assistance dog, I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a dog bed and bowl in the room on arrival. All in all, this has been a very nice stay, and I’d happily recommend Puro Hotel Palma for anyone looking for a stylish, central, and relaxing base in Palma. I would also happily stay here again.

Thanks to all the Puro family.||Always made to feel so welcome and special from the moment we walk into reception until we are being helped into the taxi to go home.||Great location for exploring the city.||The rooms are lovely, breakfast has an amazing choice, great rooftop with a plunge pool.||The restaurant Beatnik has a really lovely courtyard and the food is delicious .||DJ at the weekend makes a good atmosphere in the bar area.||In the summer a day at Puro beach is very relaxing and chilled.||Looking forward to being back soon !!

I'm surprised at the terrible reviews because so far everything has been great! We arrived around midnight and I was worried that we would have difficulty checking in, but there was someone available to help us. He was very friendly and very eager to get us situated, going as far as walking us all the way to our room because he was worried it would be difficult to find (it was). Our room, despite being at the end of a very narrow hallway and up several flights of stairs, was very roomy and beautifully decorated. Everything looks like it had been recently refreshed, from the bathrooms to the furniture. All in all a good experience.

I stayed here for a few nights during off season and it was fine. The front desk staff were always very nice and helpful and the cleaning staff was nice too. I thought there would be more to do in Palma, but after staying there for three nights I would get a car and stay in the country side instead. Location wise Puro has a good location in the old city, but it is easy to walk to another part of town from the hotel. Our room was comfortable but I chose the room with the bathroom up a flight of stairs and instantly regretted that. The bathroom seemed like it could use a little refresh as it was a bit run down. I did enjoy the roof lounge area, especially during sunset.

DON'T COME NEAR THIS PLACE. The front desk and reservations office is dishonest. I had booked three rooms and had to unfortunately cancel, well in advance of the full week's notice. They claim I did not cancel. Instead they charged me for all three rooms for the entire stay. They had no concern about me and my party. And claim that I did not call to cancel the rooms. I can prove that I did cancel, but it's been almost a year long ordeal of fighting with them. STAY AWAY!!
