PURO Wrocław Stare Miasto

For me, PURO is the perfect hotel. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. on weekdays, I can check in online, and there's no hassle at reception! The whole team is highly professional and takes care of everything. There's great room service, access to a gym right next door, and free bike hire from the hotel itself. The rooms are ultra-modern and you can control everything via the room's own tablet. The Puro is perfectly located, quiet but still central! I love it.

Great location, just 5 mins from main square. Staff were fantastic from the reception, dining room and cleaners. Such a very friendly hotel. The hot drinks machine in the lobby was fantastic and very generous of the hotel to provide it. Room was spotless and the shower superb. Don't have one negative thing to say about the Puro Hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so positive.

10/10. The place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The regular double room was well furnished, floor heating in the bathroom, comfortable beds (you can even ask for free harder pillows), daily house keeping etc. It was very quiet. The doors were a bit loud but it wasn't crowded so we didn't really care. Everything (lights, heating, room service, do-not-disturb, extra room cleaning etc.) controlled through a tablet, very well digitalized! The kitchen is under renovation so we could have the included (8€ pP per day) breakfast next door at HINT. No vegan stuff but a great variety in foods so it didn't really matter to us. Free coffee, hot chocolate and tea 24/7 take-away and in house. Access to a gym that we didn't use. The staff is very friendly, professional and always happy to help and give recs. We were more than happy to stay there and the price for what you get is very reasonable. Behind the hotel is another gate that gives access to a little park/green area next to the river. The location is very convenient since the old town is basically around the corner. And there are nice restaurants that are open until 23:45/11:45pm (Konspira for example) which we thought was very convenient. They also have a co-working space next to the lobby. We were all in all super happy with our 3night stay in PURO wrocław and would always choose this accomodation again

PURO Hotel Wrocław Stare Miasto exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay— the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, very modern, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality facilities throughout the hotel. From the moment you walk in, everything can be managed digitally, which is both convenient and efficient, and the team was always quick to respond to any requests. The location is excellent, right in a great area of Wrocław. Highly recommended.

We had a good stay. I'm impressed with the details. One can see that the owners think a step ahead and predict the customers needs. I've found it nice to have not just a vanity kit in the room, but a full box of small necessities. Also, sweets and coffee improved my life quality. Next time in Wroclaw will stay here, since the location and the staff are also perfect.

First-class hotel. Rooms are rather compact, but contain all the essentials in high quality. Location is very good and central, yet you feel like you are in a quiet area. Breakfast is definitely worth the money, especially the à la carte options. The lobby is very cosy and invites you to linger while enjoying complimentary coffee or tea, which is always available. There are also complimentary tickets for a nearby gallery, which is a great extra, even though the current exhibition wasn't entirely to my taste.

We are huge fans of PURO hotels, our love started from PURO in Warsaw Stare Mesto, and since then we only try to stay in PURO Hotels in Poland. I can always be sure in awesome stylish rooms, awesome food both at breakfasts and dinners, perfect service and perfect weekend. Honestly guys, best thing ever

Another great stay, at a Puro Hotel. The outdoor area/terrace was lovely on this one. There was a path that connected you to the walkway along the river. |Easy walking distance to the old town. Several good restaurants within the block. We ate at a pub and an Italian Restaurant on the same block. Both good.|The room was consistent with the other Puro hotels rooms. Not the largest but had everything we needed. We were very appreciative of the coffee machine in the lobby.

I cannot pronounce the name of this amazing city no matter how many times the locals help, but I can say PURO!! An absolute gem of a stay with elegance that is both affordable and gracious. A short walk from the highlights and a breakfast buffet that is stellar. A special thank you to Kasper - I hope you make it to New York one day. I would definitely recommend and Poland is a wonderful and unexpected glory of a country given the many options in Europe.

My favorite place to stay in Wroclaw. Can get a bit noisy but great location, price and service - good for tech folks on business.

A beautiful, funky and clean modern hotel in a great location. I spent 5 days at the Puro and the staff can't do enough for you. Also a big thank you to Elana who looked after our every need.
