PURO Hotel Wrocław Stare Miasto

The hotel is great. The team and service are very good. The standard double room is small, cozy, and very clean. The windows are soundproof, and you hardly hear anything from outside. ||||The location is also excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the main market square in Wrocław. Breakfast was good, with a selection ranging from muesli to salads, cold cuts, and cheese. A small but tasty buffet. The seating area is lovely. You can look straight into the garden while having breakfast and enjoy your coffee under the trees. Shady, with a breeze – perfect for relaxing. Drinks are expensive. We paid €6 for a beer. Best sleep I've had this trip. The rooms are a bit small but perfect if you have no luggage. The rooms are very comforting and the views are really nice. The street isn't bothering at all and there's even a parking spot outside for my car which had a box up top. (Outside their underground parking) Animal friendly, the staff was incredible and their restaurant had excellent food. I truly recommend.

Great hotel in the heart of the city. We have already been in other PURO hotels, bit it was 1st time we stayed at PURO Wrocław and we had a great time as always. |PURO Wrocław offers great standard and very supportive staff so you can feel like you were at home. We will certainly come back next time we visit the city!

Amazing hotel. Quiet at night. My room faced the road. Room darkening curtains. Air conditioner is quiet and works great. Great location. Close to Old Town. Staff is amazing! All are very helpful.

We had an amazing experience staying here! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, within walking distance to everything, including fantastic restaurants just steps away. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was more than adequate for our two-night stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the blackout curtains and soundproof windows, which made for a restful sleep. The concierge was friendly and accommodating, and the lobby area was a standout—elegant, spacious, and simply decorated with plenty of comfortable seating. One of our favourite perks was the 24-hour espresso machine in the lobby, complete with non-dairy milk options—such a thoughtful and appreciated touch! Parking at the hotel was a bit pricey, so we opted for a more affordable city parking option nearby. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!

Cool looking urban chic hotel , outside and lobby . The floors had looked like what was black carpet however upon further inspection the black was the embedded wear and tear As it was a green carpet. The rooms are clean and detailed according to being in an updated mode however I had to call downstairs to get out as the lock was broken , the air conditioning is nowhere to be found as in no thermostat , the phone is nowhere to be found near the Bed as well as it was this backwards ( which they concluded to be forwards ) pad that you needed to use to do anything and everything . The shower in order to be chic has this ridiculous concept of no door as the water just flows on to the bathroom floor where you need to place an abundance of towels if you attempt to shower . Same with the toilet roll as it’s in this chic compartment where if you use it just falls out. I give it a courtesy 3 rating as the staff is friendly, the hotel on the outside is quite attractive and the lobby is very welcoming.

Superb hotel! Great location and very well considered hotel room. In-room tablet is really useful. Rooms exceptionally clean and modern. Staff all brilliant, breakfast delicious. 5*!

Puro service was incredible. Any time we wanted for anything the staff were smiling and happy to help us. Particularly Filippo in the restaurant who went above and beyond when I was sick and making my tea with a ton of honey. The rooms were cute but small. The a rainfall showerhead was a nice touch and the beds were comfy. They would be 5 stars if there were either more pillows or an option for a firmer and lighter ones upon arrival.
