I cannot say enough good things about PuroClean and their staff. The communication was truly the BEST customer service I have ever received. They were kind, respectful, incredibly and immediately responsive, and they kept me informed the entire time. They were so careful and respectful of our property- even our dog and children. I would recommend them anywhere anytime to anyone!!

Our Puro Clean team arrived the day after our 75 gallon hot water heater emptied itself into our finished basement. They quickly assessed damage and removed our wood laminate floor from the area that was wet. Set up fans and a dehumidifier to dry the wetness remaining. When checking progress the next day it was discovered the water had gone into ian unexpected room. That room was quickly opened up and dried overnight. The team was thorough, efficient and tidy. All wet trash was bagged and promptly removed. Very happy to have a dry basement space again!!!

My insurance agent recommended Rick at Puroclean and gave me his number on Saturday morning after my basement flooded. I spoke to Rick at 8:15 am and Chuck and Charne were at my house before noon. I live almost an hour from Columbus. They bailed me out for sure. Pulled all carpet, sucked up the water sprayed to insure I didn’t get mold and dehumidified the basement. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend the entire team. Thank you!

Communication would be the biggest complaint we decided to go with this company because they were referred & able to potentially give us the kitchen that we wanted in the budget that was allotted to find out that when everything was all said and done We supposedly went over budget considering I got the flooring at cost & they installer cheaper products which ment we were responsible for the balance. They didn’t even try to stay within the insurance approved amount and it took 6 months to complete the project I basic small project . The estimate given had different products (Cabinets) from what was install and they still charge for the expensive product and the cabinets installed were cheap. This is just one example of the estimate having high end materials and cheap product installed instead. My backsplash is cracking. They damaged & installed my floor incorrectly now spacing & gapping my baseboard look awful, and I could go on and on. So no I will not be recommending this company.

If you’ve experienced Highland Roofing and construction Or Manny Blessing’s, then you know the damages that they could cause to your home, puroclean came in. Took some of the wall out where it was leaking , cleaned the area all out, sanitized it , cleaned it up, taped it off with plastic and got some mold samples. They’re very professional and courteous. They’ll explain everything to you. In my case, It was a bad siding job that leaked around my whole house to the point The water was coming inside. I have breathing problems so I was worried about the mold in the air. I called puroclean , They came out and did their job, put my mind at ease, and I will be calling them again to test my son’s room !! Excellent company,, Excellent employees. I wish all people were as professional as these guys were.

Terry and Angel were great!! Our basement had a major leak and they were here promptly to clean everything up. We had just moved in to our new house and don’t have any fans so they left several to ensure our basement got completely dry before coming back to pick them up a few days later. Highly recommend!!!

Terry and Angel were very prompt and courteous. Very professional in what they did to ensure the mess was fully cleaned. Would recommend you all who needs a water disaster clean up. As far as the price for the work completed I am not sure of the cost due to the owner of the property is paying it.

10/10 will always recommend PuroClean! We woke up to a nightmare, our house flooding overnight. Standing water everywhere, leaking down into the basement. Walls, flooring, items destroyed, and ceilings caving in. Water damage is the worst! We called our insurance representative who quickly recommended and called Rick on our behalf. Within the hour, Rick was at our house providing his expertise and easing our minds by letting us know although the road ahead is going to be lengthy, everything is going to be alright. It was like I was speaking to a family member. Him and his team cared about us and our situation. A few hours after Rick arrived, Terry and Angel arrived and quickly got to work ensuring to mitigate and prevent mildew and mold. Extremely professional, friendly and again treated us like family and showed empathy for our situation. I can't stress enough that they were there to help within hours of us waking up to the water damage! They continued to check on our house daily! I will forever be grateful for their expertise, professionalism and how they quite literally saved the day! Thank you Rick, Terry, Angel and the entire PuroClean team!

We had a mold issue. Rick got back to us right away. There was no delay in having them come out to remedy the problem. The estimate they gave is what we paid. We had to have some plumbing work done and Rick recommended someone who came out quick and did a great job. Then their crew was right back out a week later to clean up the mold and re-drywall everything I would highly recommend this company. They do quality work.

They were great. Quality work on our house. You cant tell now our house had a serious fire. We were so impressed with their work we hired them to put in a covered porch. During the job there was a money issue. That was totally our fault. Rick was patient with us until we got it resolved. No other company could've done a better job. My opinion. Company did a great job after the water damage. they came in timely manner and took care of everything. The company gave us a quote to repair the bathroom and water damage. We made some changes to what we wanted completed and they agreed to complete the repairs. After that they abandon the job. Could get an update on when they would complete and when they could start. Left us high and dry with no shower, torn up walls, and a large hole in our family room ceiling. I would not recommend this company if this is what they would do to people. If they send Dave to your house, remember he won't follow up

We discovered mold in between our kitchen and living room area. When we contacted them, they were quick to respond. We got an estimate, and service date fairly quick (all within a week). The workers who came out were very friendly and did an incredible job. They were careful removing drywall and trim as to avoid removing any uncontaminated material. We will be using their services again if we ever need it. Highly recommend!

I had kitchen ceiling water damage the first week in December, puroclean came a week later removed the damage portion my kitchen ceiling, this was december 14th. I had a hole in my kitchen ceiling till the end of January 2022. They still have not finished the repair of ceiling. It now February 2, 2022. The project manager in charge, is slow to respond to calls. I always have to call him. My kitchen is still a disaster. I will never recommend or use this company again. Horrible customer service.

PuroClean took one of the worst days of my life and turned it into a fabulous experience and a beautiful bathroom. It started with 4 unique ceiling leeks in 5 weeks and black mold. They provided water and mold remediation and soon thereafter a total bath remodel and closet rebuild. Their staff is competent and caring. It is a testament to the owner and management team to have so many pleasant employees who truly love their work and the company they work for.

We had PuroClean come out to see if we had mold contributing to our health problems. Rick was very courteous and professional. We went through the various areas of concern in our house and we talked through each problem. He was forthright and helpful; he even provided specifics on how we could fix some of the minor problems ourselves. I was very pleased with his recommendations and will certainly be hanging on to his contact information for any additional needs that arise as well as referrals to others. Thank you!

Rick from Puroclean did an excellent job with my wife in inspecting damage from my father's flooded basement. Showed up on time, and great to work with, and provided simple, usable advise. Good man.

The recent deep freeze caused a pipe & coupling to separate, sending water shooting from the line into a bulkhead and one room. My first call was to Rick Gutridge/PuroClean because a friend recommended him to me; my 2nd call was to the insurance company. I called Rick at roughly 4:30p on a Tuesday, and he arrived within 2 hours with full equipment. He had the entire room dried and cleaned up by Saturday morning. Amazing! Rick & his two techs were courteous and caring, they permitted no surprises, communicated with me throughout, and always let me know likely outcomes and follow up times. Just amazing! Thanks Rick!
