The hotel is located just around the corner of Hermitage, and the ideal place to discover this beautiful city! The hotel rooms are very cozy, everything really clean, modern, very well thought through and stylish! The staff couldn’t be more helpful, kind and friendly. We felt really at home and loved everything about the hotel. Only with EU credit cards it was tricky to pay the “ordinary way”, however the entire hotel staff made even this procedure easy and feasible. A big shout out to Anna who even made it possible to reserve circus tickets from the distance. Breakfast is served in the beautiful restaurant next door, a small but fine buffet. The staff here prepared my vegan version of porridge all very sweet and helpful, thanks to Daniel Anna and all the others We will definitely be back and staying here again! Thanks to all the hotel staff, only to mention a few, Anna, Vasily, Antyon, Yulia and all the others who made our stay so special!

First of all the location was perfect. Overlookong the Moika river, minutes away walking distance from Hermitage complex, right next to Pushkin museum, and walking distance to many other major attractions.||The interior of the hotel was authenticly designed. The rooms wer cozy, quiet and comfortable.||Breakfast was amazing.||Best if all is the staff. They were so kind and helpful from the moment we contacted the hotel for booking, through our arrival, stay and to the last day. They made our stay easy and comfortable. ||I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Очень хороший !!||I visited in December 2024 and stayed in a room along the canal for 4 nights. The room was clean and stylish! There was not much traffic on the road in front of the hotel, so it was quiet! The hotel staff were also very kind and gave me a tourist map of St. Petersburg. It is also close to tourist attractions such as the Hermitage Museum. If you want to make the best memories in St. Petersburg, you should stay at this hotel!

As American sanctions on Australians prevent us from using our own credit cards, Pushka Inn staff were brilliant in accepting a reservation & allowing me to prepay my accommodation. They responded quickly to my emails & the staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly & spoke excellent English. The room was excellent & the location unbeatable. It is close to good restaurants & convenience stores. The price was excellent value for money

Thos Hotel is on a fabulous location close to the winter palace. The room was very comfortable and quiet.||||Most of all the staff very friendly and helpful. .The breakfast next door was delicious .I needed to leave early and was provided with a packed meal.

We stayed at Pushka Inn with our family and a bit of extended family. We had 1 child in our group and one aged person. Everyone liked the accommodation. We stayed in a suite on the 4th floor of the hotel. It is one of the cosiest, quietest and cleanest accommodations I ever had the fortune to stay at. The staff is extremely helpful. The property itself is located very conveniently. Close to hermitage, all of the historical landmarks and a rich variety of eateries. We would love to be there again.

Fantastic location on the Moika embankment. Close to all downtown sights and the Admiraltevskaya Metro Station. Quiet in winter, maybe a little livlier in summer thanks to the midnight cruise boats. Small, cosy place with extremely friendly and helpful staff in excellent English. I had a big room towards the river side with comfortale furniture and bed for six nights. There is no Restaurant or bar in the hotel itself but next door. Reliable and friendly airport transfer. Again, nothing beats this river location.

Room is very nice and clean. So surprising that our room has sky windows. We can watch stars at night lying on bed. It’s quiet in the room. We hardly can hear the sound from outside. The reception can speak english very well. The restaurant beside hotel is also very good. The price is cheaper for hotel guests.
