During our stay, we encountered maintenance at the seaside pool. When we checked in on Sunday, another front desk staff member did not inform us that the pool would be closed. As a result, we only learned this bad news the day before, which left us extremely disappointed. This is not the standard of communication we would expect from a five-star hotel. Although they adjusted and opened the pool until Monday 9 AM , we were still very disappointed.If we had been told on Sunday, at least we would have had one afternoon to enjoy the seaside pool. We stayed for two nights, and although the staff promised that a manager would speak with us, no one ever came. We were very disappointed with this broken promise.||The room was comfortable, but I would like to especially thank the front desk staff, BIWTY, for her assistance. She was patient and attentive in helping us not only find the bus website but also making a phone call to inquire about the bus schedule on our behalf, which made our trip much smoother. We are truly grateful for her professionalism and dedication! We also appreciated the thoughtfulness of the housekeeping staff.||These three points are given to them. Otherwise, because of the unannounced pool maintenance, we would have only given one point.
