"Puttshack in Center City is the only place in town you where you can have a tech-fueled, nine-hole mini golf experience. Expect if to be full of dates and friends getting super competitive, or corporate teams trying to boost morale with something other than pizza in a break room. There are multiple bars in the colorful, neon-lit space and a solid Maryland crab dip that can console you when it turns out you don't have the skills to make your dream of becoming a PGA golfer come true." - Candis R. SO FUN!!! I was a little disappointed that I only got 9 holes (it’s my fault cause I read wrong) but wish you could have priority to buy another 9 holes after without needing to reserve. Don’t always know if people want to play all 18 holes, but by the time you are done with 9 almost all reservations are sold out. super fun regardless and food & cocktails were pretty good especially for an activity centric place. overall an awesome place & it’s so nice to have activities that aren’t overran by kids 24/7!!! (Although still saw kids having fun!) a great balance.

Did a family girls' day and decided to check this place out. Great concept. The mini golf holes are really fun, and there's about 4 different courses. My 12 year old niece wanted to do 2 courses, something to consider if you're bringing the kids. Bar service was a little slow due to the number of people there when we went, but all of the staff were really friendly (and the drinks were strong!). I will definitely be back! Also recommend making reservations online. You prepay and check in when you get there. Very easy process.

Went here for my birthday. Golf is fun, the microchip balls aren't super accurate but it's mini golf so does the score really matter? Everything else is awful. Ordering at the bar will take at least 20 minutes to get a drink, even longer if it's non-alcoholic. Do not try to eat here. We were seated in an area that was pretty much the bar and then yelled at by what I assume was the manager for sitting in the walkway. After we ordered we got the wrong dishes multiple times and had to remind the waitress of our correct order, after a hour of waiting and asking the waitress 3 times we got our shrimp skewers. This place is only worth it for the golf. Don't go here for anything else. They don't care about the customer's or what they think. They reply to negative reviews saying to email them and just send an automated reply saying "thanking you for submitting a request for help. It has been received. Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, one of our associates will follow up you within a business day."

Kid friendly. 4-5 unique mini golf courses. Bar. Food menu is ok I had chicken wrap with fresh chips and it was great. Drink was good! This is a cute date night spot.

This place lights your mini-golf ball's route in the dark of knight. Puttshack makes mini-golf great again! This is the way it should be done. Gone are the days of those little pencils and paper to track your score. At Puttshack, your ball has a chip that identifies you as the player. Your score shows automatically on a screen. Your strokes are automatically counted using their technology. Detective tips: • You have to play all the way through. That means player one goes through all of their strokes before player two begins. • You are assigned a color that identifies your nine holes. For example, we were assigned Amber, So we had to look for the holes that had an Amber light next to them. • Since they are tracking you, your hole order doesn't matter. So if the line is too long because jokers are clogging hole two, jump the whole seven and knock that one out. Riddles! When booking our dinner reservation on the website, it errored out and told us to call. When we called they said you can only do reservations on the website. We planned to eat before going due to the x Factor of not knowing table availability. Ironically, we showed up and they said they were all booked for dinners, however, there were several tables that remained open throughout the evening. The drinks were good, however on the pricey side! Report summary: Go golfing but not eating. P.S. leave your tiny Gotham kiddies at home ID after 7pm. That is 21 and over hours.

Google
Loved mini golf here! They have different courses of 9 holes. One hole you have to answer trivia, another hit into hoops, and a lot of fun interactive holes. The food was pretty good as well. They have a bar and tables next to each hole to put drinks down while playing. It gets crazy busy sometimes so might want to make a reservation beforehand if it’s the weekend.

Google
Attended a dinner event at the Puttshack - Philadelphia. The wait staff team was attentive and friendly. They were able to handle our group. The environment was very loud and hard to carry on a conversation. The food was your average bar food. The mini-golf was fun. 🏌🏼‍♂️

There was a problem when we showed up. The software was being updated and the website was not designed well. So we couldn’t reserve a space for ourselves, and they couldn’t make a reservation for us. A very terrible system. But the gulf itself was fun. It was a nice flow to the 18 holes. I came with family and we all had fun.

Yelp
Upon entering, you'll immediately be at the host desk. From there, you can either get a table or go to a screen to select what time you'd like to play mini golf. You can always skip golf and go straight to a table by the host or go to the bar. If you play golf, you are pre-selected at one of four courses. They are all pretty cool, so whatever one you get assigned, you'll be happy. If you've been there before, and would like to select a different course, you can always request it, and they can easily move you over. There are nine holes in each hole has some kind of game theme to it. Also, each course is associated with a certain color. There's a little tables at each hall to put your drink down at and somehow your ball has some kind of sensor on it and it just can tell who's ball is who's. No need to keep tally because the machine automatically does that for you. I thought it was such a neat concept I loved it, especially if you've been drinking while playing because who can remember to fill up a little card. After seven, they check IDs for everyone because they have anyone under 21 leave at that time. The entire staff was great. I interacted with two bartenders, a host, several weight staff, a store, manager, an employee to help me get my golf club and ball. Shots were about $9. We had the green tea and the jolly rancher and they were both fabulous. we also ordered a porn star martini and some kind of spicy pineapple Mezcal margarita they were both very good. I ordered the shiitake potstickers and really love them and will definitely order them again. My boyfriend ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Unfortunately they used too much oil in the sauce and he didn't eat part of his bun and also the very center of the chicken sandwich was really tough, we let the server know and she said she pass the information on but it's too bad it happened. all in all, I had an amazing time. I will definitely be back with some more people to try a course. I haven't played yet.

Yelp
Cool concept for an indoor mini golf outing. We were a party of 6 (four adults and two teenagers) on a Saturday afternoon (5:00 PM). Reservations are needed, as this place gets packed. You have a 30 minute grace period, so if you get held up at the long coat check line like we did, you'll still be okay. Speaking of which, while we checked our coats, we asked our niece and nephew to check us in by the golf ball area. The guy working the area was quite rude and told them that our entire party needed to be present to check in, and for them to "go away". My niece was so taken aback by this. Uncalled for and discourteous. She is a sweet girl and shouldn't be spoken to like this by a man with an obvious complex. My sister-in-law called him out on his rudeness when were finally able to check in. Each course has 9 holes. We were bottlenecked a few times by a large group ahead of us. We were trying to stay out of each other's way while congregating off to the side. We weren't in a rush, so it was okay. The group ahead of us had a few technical issues with their golf balls, but the team was able to resolve it. I wound up winning, which was 10 times sweeter because my group is competitive! They have a back area which looks ideal for unique group parties (team building events, birthday parties, etc.). No one under 21 is allowed in after 8:00 PM. Probably wise!

Yelp
Technologically advanced and well-run. We only did one of the courses, but I was very impressed by the creativity and design. Food was also above average for a place where its main business is mini golf. I will have to go back with my team in the future! Note: we went after work on a weekday and it was relatively empty and not overly packed Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Taste: 5/5

Yelp
Putt Shack has long been on my list of newer establishments to check out. The west side of Chestnut Street is a bit devoid of "activity" places in the wake of the pandemic so a new mini-putt location is a beautiful sight. ENVIRONMENT I'll admit I was surprised at the sophistication of the mini-put setup. Upon entering, you are advised to veer to one of several mini-putt course environments(each with different games). The balls have sensors which keep track of your scores and you are guided around your course via screens that showcase your reservation. The overall design was quite sleek. FOOD I'll admit the food service started off a bit shaky. I was sitting for 10+ minutes before my server arrived. However, the delay was acknowledged and the service I received afterwards was prompt. The food was tasty and "elevated" for the expectations of mini=putt cuisine. There wasn't a single dish that was a disappointment and the brussel sprouts were a standout! Overalll, this is the perfect place to consider for a first date, corporate get together(there was one happening during my visit) or a relaxed night out with friends. The min-putt course and food were far above average. Happy swings!

Yelp
Came here as a pit stop after seeing STOMP at the Miller Theater (see my review!) and going to dinner at Sura Indian Bistro (see my review!). My kid and I had an ok time people watching and having some drinks at the bar. Puttshack is an over-the-top mini golf place combined with a bar food type restaurant. The music blares and the couple hundred people we saw on a Saturday afternoon seemed to be having a good time. The mini golf courses (three of them named after colors) were in well kept shape and there were lots of tricks on each hole to get the best score. I'd say that if you've been to electronic bowling with the screens showing the scores of everyone in your party would be the best analogy to how they show scores here for everyone. It's very high tech and looked like fun. Apparently, you can register for times to start online. If you were a walk-in, then the wait could be hours. Based on what I saw on the screens for party tee times they were in 10-minute intervals for at least two hours. There are putters in boxes along the courses and somehow the balls come out of different places to start. My kid and I did not have time to play and probably couldn't due to the very crowded facility. There were all ages here. Families, college friends, workplace comrades, etc. But I did read that after 7pm it's adults only. We sat at the bar rather quickly and were met quickly and very friendly. My kid had a Porn Star Martini and I had a mixed drink off menu. Both were excellent. It took a while before being asked if we wanted any more and I did. The bartender made a recommendation for a different soda and I agreed. This is where we got overlooked. Instead of immediately making our drinks, she took other orders at the register and made theirs. Then she made some more. And again. Then she saw me looking and waiting and pointed out to her other bartender that we were waiting and did offer a "yelled" apology towards us. But, after a few more minutes, we would not have enough time to make our dinner reservation, so we had to leave without the third drink. I don't know if it was ever made. It was just too long to wait and yes, they were busy, but drinks should come out in the order they were requested. $38 not including tip for a cocktail and mixed drink. Server was very friendly but got caught up in the mass of other people ordering and took too long for us. Maybe we'd be back for the mini-golf and some food. Not sure of those prices.

Yelp
Wish I could put 0 stars. Staff are rude and don't know what they're doing. We arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 reservation. Max coat check on a cold night is 20, so the rest of the 100 people are holding their coats. Then we waited over 30min for the mini golf. The machines don't work. The staff aren't helping move the games along. The ball machines malfunction and the staff have no clue what's going on. Bathrooms don't have toilet paper. No paper towels. This is the worst place to go for a good time. Please don't waste your precious time and money. There's a long line and everyone is waiting up to an hour to play. One good thing was the prompt order of drinks. I got the ultimate top margarita which was good.

Brian W.

Yelp
Three reasons for a 3 out of 5 1) they had one of two check in machines to start your putt golf experience down and we had a long wait. Then we had some tech issues with the balls being read on the putting greens. 2) My sister spent nearly 20 minutes at the bar to get drinks, then another 15 to get waters. We held up other players due to the delays. I was surprised they didn't offer walking around wait beverage service. That would be a money-maker in a place like this. 3) We had a dinner table res which we were not a bit late for, no worries, they did seat us right away. However, while our starting shareables came right out we waited nearly an hour for 1 dish to come out and we were wrapped in conversation so didn't think much but when we did inquire it was another 20-30 minutes before it finally came out.... funny we added another shareable not being sure our actual dish would come out. So long waits and lost food is my reason. However, as for our play experience, we had a blast and loved the cleverness and creativity of the putting greens. Wish however they had the trivia questions at more putts. The 2 we saw helped drive conversation and get us into a happy mood. Hence, room for improvement. Will be back because it was a fun experience but we might not say to eat or drink.

Eileen Z.

Yelp
You can get a free course for your birthday and for black friday they also had a gift card sale, buy $50, get $10 free! With that in mind, I think the experience was totally worth it. The courses are very unique and interactive. I went with my boyfriend so it didnt take us long to complete as two people but i can imagine it taking much longer with a larger group. We went on a weekday afternoon so there was no line and it was straightforward to get set up. Great ambiance, the bar aesthetic is very nice and the courses themselves are arcade-like. We didnt order food or drinks so can't speak on that part

Jacky C.

Yelp
This is a great activity to do with a group of friends or even have a date night. I was in town for the weekend with my fiancee and we decided to do this as an activity. You need to book a reservation, or you can book the reservation at the facility and wait around at the bar. There's 4 different courses and it doesn't seem like you can choose. Also not really sure if the 4 courses are all the same courses. The indoor mini golf course has 9 holes, and the theme of each course is combined with our games you may be familiar with such as beer pong, air hockey, pinball, tetris, connect 4, etc. The golf ball uses a "Trackball Technology" that will keep track of the score for you. Sometimes it works well, other times it's glitchy, but that's mainly because you're not following directions on what not to do (*side eye). We finished all 9 course in about 45 minutes as it was crowded and we did wait on other groups to finish. Overall it's a fun activity and enjoyed my time here.

Komal R.

Yelp
Super fun place! We went on a Saturday night and the place was packed! We did the 9-hole game and it was not expensive at all. It is even more reasonably priced during happy hour. We had a couple cocktails, they were surprisingly well presented and delicious. We'll be aiming for the HH next time.

Vanessa N.

Yelp
I wanted to do something fun over the weekend, but still get some good food so a bunch of us decided to go to Puttshack and it didn't disappoint!! Not only can you carry drinks around as you play rounds of mini golf, but they have a full bar and restaurant area too for when you're done! They have a pretty big menu (I loveeed the chicken tacos) and the restaurant part is really pretty! You can even order fun shots for the table (we did scooby shots) I definitely recommend eating here if you're coming to play

Janese F.

Yelp
The coat check was down, so they could only take 20 coats at a time. People were holding or wearing their coats while trying to play mini golf. The balls in my group malfunctioned a couple times which caused delays at the holes. With how packed it was, you had to wait in line and skip holes just to keep things moving. It was a bit much, so we ended up eating and drinking somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend going on a weekend night and can definitely see this place being a vibe if it wasn't packed.

Gabriella L.

Yelp
The vibes were immaculate. I'm not big into golf/mini golf, but I do think this place was very fun. The technology was very cool, the ability for the course to track your ball was different from anywhere else I've ever been. The people that were helping run the course were very helpful as we had a technical difficulty. They were able to quickly resolve the issue We didn't get food, but I have heard it's very good!

Hector S.

Yelp
Puttshack is a fun place to spend time with a group of friends. They have three mini golf courses and a large bar in the center. The golf courses aren't anything too extreme or extensive so it's a fun time for any skill level. The technology and scoring system makes for a fun and competitive environment. Their drinks are okay too but I didn't try the food. It's an indoor mini golf with a bar nothing more nothing less, fun times.

Marissa L.

Yelp
This place was super fun. Took my 10 year old daughter. The mini golf games were super unique and fun. My only complaint is the courses are pretty short only being 9 holes but we got the 50% off for a 2nd 9 holes and took advantage. It would probably be more fun with an older crowd and drinks.

Adaeze A.

Yelp
Overall I'd say this is a nice place to visit with friends or family for an outing. There were 9 stations and for a group of 6 took us about 1 hour. The food I enjoyed. I got the jalapeño burger with fries, small portion of fries and didn't live the cheese whiz but just me. I like the large menu with lots to choose from. Service was great I rlly like our waiter. The chef came over to our table to ensure things were going smooth as well.

Frances U.

Yelp
We had a blast! Bring your friends, bring your family, bring everyone. There were 5 of us and it was under $20 a person, I believe $17 or so. Idk if it was a group rate or not but it was more affordable than I would've expected. We came dressed as old lady's for my friend's birthday and had so much fun. If you've never golfed before like me, don't be scared, some holes are def more challenging than others but you get points for every attempt, which is nice. Drinks were nice too but we didn't eat here so no comment on food. The staff made the visit worth it, we had the best bartender and amazing golfing attendee. It's also very diverse in here so I highly recommend!

Jasmine G.

Yelp
This is a nice spot to hang out with friends! The food was good and the vibes were nice! This is in the downtown area and if you are driving get ready for parking because it's about $21-40 to leave your car for some days or hours. The games were fun and the staff were really nice and helpful. The place was very clean and the bathrooms are fancy!! lol If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely come back!

Tanvi G.

Yelp
Fun mini golfing spot that's opened up in Philly. I throughly enjoyed my experience here.

Lauren D.

Yelp
Drinks were okay, but the atmosphere and food was so fun! Everything went smoothly and was a lot of fun.

Brittany G.

Yelp
Puttshack is a great idea, but kinda poorly executed in ways. We weren't able to try the food since you need a reservation on most nights. The games were fun however, some of them kept getting stuck, forcing us to go to the next hole and circle back. You then have to stand in line AGAIN to get back to the hole you missed. That was annoying. I can say the music was amazing, and the staff were friendly enough. I plan on retrying throughout the week hoping for a better experience.

Kevin B.

Yelp
Looking for something to do one afternoon while we were visiting Philadelphia, we opted to make a reservation for Puttshack, an indoor mini-golf spot right in the heart of downtown. The course is setup so you play nine holes and being it was a weekday afternoon the course was pretty open so no lines really existed the entire time. The course itself is unique and not like your traditional mini-golf course as the ball has a chip in it so keeps score for you along the way. The course has a lot of neon and vibrant lights and it was a fun way to spend an hour while on vacation. The pricing was a bit on the expensive side and wouldn't be the sort of the thing you'd look to do all the time if you lived in the area. Though you can eat and drink there, the food looked like pretty much every other chain restaurant's menu so we opted against eating there and just had a beverage post-golf.

Linette S.

Yelp
Been to Puttshack twice since it's opening (yep - it's that fun). The first time we went was on a Sunday afternoon and the second time was a Saturday night. The environments are completely different during both times. Sunday afternoon was very chill, while Saturday night felt like a night at a club that happened to have mini golf. The positives: the price is great for a game and the courses are all unique and fun. There is a live DJ on the weekends. Mocktails are great. The cons: when I went Saturday night, it seemed that everyone was assigned to the Amber holes even though the others didn't seem too crowded. Because of this, it took us 20 minutes to get our balls. The people in the group both in front of us and behind us were incredibly impatient even though there were so many people waiting to play. I'd recommend Puttshack to rethink the way groups are being placed especially during these busy times. The pictures included are from Sunday afternoon's game. I didn't get any pictures from the crowded Saturday night one.

Bhavika P.

Yelp
It was my first time visiting here and I totally loved it. Great place to hangout with friends. I was here for a company event and it was great to hangout, drink, eat and play. Could easily spend a few hours here playing and hanging out. The play area is very well planned with drink stands all over. Definitely recommend it for group and company events.

Sarita M.

Yelp
We came on a Wednesday night to celebrate a birthday. I can't imagine what this place might look like on the weekend since on a Wednesday night at 8:40 pm, the mini golf area was POPPING. We were in the sapphire room and it was a little annoying having to wait a while for other parties to finish the holes before you. Seems like quite a few reservations for the same time. But the actual mini golf was fun and we loved how all the info is stored in the golf ball and came up on the screen. Even if you're a beginner or not particularly skilled you'll have fun. I had less of a great experience in the restaurant side. We made 9:30 reservations online but got there early and we're seated by 9:22. The table had the "reserved" sign on it but was dirty. A person returned a few minutes later to wipe the table down (we didn't say anything). After introducing herself, The first thing the server says is that we need to hurry to order since the kitchen closes in 20 minutes. Why make late reservations available then? Never offered any water but otherwise the service was ok. The cocktails had fun names and were creative but were watered down. My friend could not finish his chicken sandwich, said it wasn't good. The key lime cheesecake is great but don't be like me, please read the menu: it is meant for 3-4 people...was humongous. The music is awesome though, 90s and early 2000s bangers.

Tina S.

Yelp
Such a fun place for a group! Had reservations on a Saturday night for a friend's birthday. When we arrived we met our party at the Ruby course and received our clubs and the ball we had to use to keep track of our score. I really loved that we could complete the course in any order as long as we did the 9th hole last. This was really helpful because it was a bit crowded so I would move onto the next hole while people finished up. We didn't get any food but the cocktail I had was great! I told our server I wanted something sweet and she suggested a berry mule which was so good! Will be back with my husband during the week for a casual date night!

Sunn C.

Yelp
Went with my boyfriend and some friends, we had an amazing time! I love the concept of the golf balls detecting our scores, it's genius! It does get packed quick but the lines go quick. I love how colorful everything is and the creative names for the games. All the drinks looked amazing! Also there is a bartender (forgot his name‍) that knows how to make his drinks! He was amazing and kind. We will be back!

Dylan P.

Yelp
Very good service and a lot of different options on mini golfing wise. You are aloud to take beverages along while golfing. Lights are not that bright and give a nice vibe while having nice music in the background.

Caroline C.

Yelp
All in all, a great time for 5 of us on a super packed Friday night! Not without some hiccups, but a high-tech 9-hole mini golf activity in a really cool space. We had a res for 8pm on their first Friday open and it was jam packed when we got there, a bit of waiting to get to our course and it was pretty backed up while playing. The digital score keeping kept things orderly but we were waiting so long for the people in front of us to get through their holes. I think this couple was high out of their minds and the wait they caused putzing around was stressful. We "missed" our dinner reservation there because golf took longer than it needed to. There were open tables so we would have been fine, but the Friday night DJ was so loud we opted to go eat after elsewhere. The food looks decent, if over priced. Definitely recommend this place for something different to do in center city!

Janay M.

Yelp
Honestly, such a vibey place! You walk in and you're treated by a lovely atmosphere and people to direct you to your correct location. We only played mini golf because we ate earlier. We were able to immediately start playing our game even through we arrived early. There are many sections to play so it doesn't feel like there are a lot of people playing. The technology is SOOO COOL. The course recognizes your ball when you put it on the green and it tracks your strokes and points. We didn't have to do anything but play. It was 9 holes so it wasn't that long. The holes were very unique and had cool features. I definitely recommend this place for a night out with friends or a date night. Make sure you make a reservation.

Joshua W.

Yelp
Great time, awesome staff and amazing bartenders. Don't know what to expect, and it was better than great. We didn't eat, but enjoyed the entire atmosphere.

Kenneth T.

Yelp
Overall it was good. It was a little confusing and disorganized. At one point, one section was completely closed off because someone was drunk, fell, and hurt themselves which threw everything off for everyone. It was fun but more organization would have allowed us to get through things sooner to where we probably would have had dinner here as well.

Jessica T.

Yelp
A very unique mini golf experience! Just know it's 21+ after 8pm. It's pretty pricey and is a bit short but it's really cool since the balls track each player. The courses are very unique and well built. Overall a good place to visit at least once.

Ryan M.

Yelp
The putt putt was really fun! The whole place is a fun date experience. The drinks are pretty pricey and nothing too special. The service was kind of slow at the bar, but everyone was very friendly. The food was definitely not that great. I ordered the pizza with hot honey and pepperoni and my friend ordered the chicken sandwich. Overall I would go back for the golf but not the food.

Thomas R.

Yelp
Puttshack is a ton of fun but the overall organization upon arrival borders on cartoonish! We got there on a Saturday night which I completely understand is likely the busiest time. There were tons of people standing around, unsure what to do, with little to no guidance. We had a reservation and completed our check in. From there you get a text that more or less says hang in there. Lots of people had no idea what to do or where to go. About ten minutes later we got another text directing us to the course to start. We got there and joined another line and then got started. Overall the holes and course design are fun, creative, and make for an interesting experience! The game play is VERY slow. Depending on the size of the groups in front of you it could take very long. There was no real course drunk service as we only saw a waitress once the entire time we were on the course. I imagine this being a once and done thing until maybe it calms down a little or they get more organized. Overall it was a fun alternative to the typical night out!

Yelp
I've been here twice and look forward to coming back for more because the mini golf is just really that fun. Its like nowhere else, it's creative, and each course offers something a little different. The drinks are also strong and very good and the food is pretty good. My only complaint is that while the staff has all been nothing but very friendly and wonderful to interact with, service has been very slow both times I've gone. I don't blame the staff personally, I just think Puttshack maybe underestimated how busy their Philly location would be when they opened and didn't hire enough staff because the staff always looks BUSY with all the people there. With that said, I still recommend getting drinks and food here as long as you keep that in mind. The staff is also accommodating if you're late for your game (at least for us they were!) and allowed us to switch to another time slot 20 minutes later easily enough while we waited for someone in our group was running behind in arriving

Yelp
This place is so fun. I really enjoyed the course and it was unique and challenging. They have a huge bar and the bartender was friendly and helpful. We didn't order food. Only negative is the prices are sky high.

Yelp
I went Saturday around 10pm and the vibes was GREAT. The music was Great, and the drinks were even GREATER. It's a beautiful place they did replacing Ruby Tuesdays. A great location. The food look great i definitely need to go again. Great for any event

Yelp
Pre purchased 9 holes for 4 people and the place was clearly overbooked and having technical difficulties. My party was redirected to a different course after waiting in 30 mins to play, only to wait in another non moving line. After waiting an hour after our reservation time and still not even getting close to the course entrance , we had to leave as we had dinner reservations. Not my issue as I understand- stuff happens. My problem is when asking for a refund, I was told I could fill out a piece of paper "but nothing is guaranteed". If I pay for a service and you have technical difficulties that make it impossible for me to utilize the service I should get a refund. Also tried to reaching out after the fact on their website for a refund- no response. Bad business! Will not be going back.

Yelp
Great for large groups! I went for a work event and we had so much fun! It definitely wasn't what I was expecting the mini golf is all virtual and mimics arcade games but it was pretty cool! The food was great as well! I'd definitely do it again!

Yelp
This place is super fun! Good music, drinks and staff! Since it's indoors it's perfect when the weather is crummy outside. Fun concept of indoor putt-putt type golf, but with really unique stations that are lit up glow in the dark. We went with our 14yr old and he also had a blast. Highly recommend and def best if you make reservations online before you go.

Yelp
It need to restrict drinking to after 5pm. I brought my granddaughter at 1pm and drunks were in full force. Also how can a restaurant no have coffee? They requure you to leave, buy it elsewhere then you cant bring it inside. They overbook it was very crowded. Coat check was full so you had to carry your coats with you. Empty and half full(breakable) glasses were left unbussed on stands near putting lanes.

Yelp
2nd time back at Puttshack in less than 2 months. Back in March 2024, when we first checked out Puttshack, I couldn't believe what I saw. It was minigolf on steroids. The golf ball can detect the total number of strokes you've made at each hole and tallies up your strokes on the screen so you don't have to keep track of your score on a piece of paper with a lil pencil. Like regular mini golf, you can play the 9 holes out of sequence, and the golf ball will still tally the scores accordingly. There are 4 courses at Puttshack - Sapphire, Amber, Ruby, and Emerald, all powered by technology and designed after different types of games, which was really cool to see. Back in March, we played 1 game on the Amber course. This time around, we took advantage of the weekday Get-50%-off-on-your-2nd-game-of-minigolf. The plan was to play the Ruby and Sapphire courses. We finished our 1st game at the Ruby course and were making our way to the Sapphire course when we learned that it was closed. We also tried the Emerald course, but that was closed as well. It was ~30 minutes before closing time, so these 2 courses were the first ones they shut down. Bummer. So, back to the Amber course, we go for our 2nd game. Puttshack was still super fun the 2nd time around. We definitely plan on coming back at least a 3rd time to check out the Sapphire and Emerald courses. If you're planning on checking out Puttshack, be sure to make a reservation online. The place can get very busy, and you want to secure your spot to play.

Yelp
Gosh I'd come to puttshack all the time if it wasnt so expensive. The game is fun, but I wish there were more holes. Their online reservation system didnt work the several times I tried. It was confusing anyway. The workers are very nice. The food and drinks-- very expensive but strong. Why was the pizza just so good? I need to make their margherita flat bread from home!! Overall I'd recommend puttshack to people its so fun and the pizza is yummy.

Yelp
Fun night out with friends. Only downside was the party behind us was with children who were blowing through their set so that sped up our play time.

Yelp
Puttshack is easy, affordable, and fun. From start to finish, the friendly staff keeps it simple and enjoyable. You can check in at the kiosk upon arrival, and then a staff member will give you all the instructions you need to know in about 5 minutes. Your golf ball has a chip in it tied to your name so the computer keeps track of your strokes and bonuses. All you have to do is drink beer, play, and have fun. Each hole has a special bonus task which you can try for to get extra points. Your scores display on monitors at each hole so it encourages friendly competition among your group. The game takes about 30-45 minutes depending on your group size. After golfing, there is a large bar and table area with a robust food and drink menu. Everyone in my group was very happy with their food choices. Puttshack is a great afterwork activity. Keep it mind for your next office outing or co-worker birthday.

Yelp
Really cool place to play mini golf. The balls must use rfid or something and it recognizes the amount of strokes and whose ball it is, which it pretty cool. Courses are very fun. The food is pretty good, although a little greasy sometimes. Service was friendly and helpful, and the place gave off strong arcade vibes, if that's your style. Overall pretty solid location for a fun night out.

Yelp
Puttshack was a fun experience. I came on a weekday night and it was surprisingly busy. We did 2 rounds of golf and some of the holes (like trivia) repeated between courses so next time I think just one round would be better. It's a really cool concept though. You sign up and get a ball registered under your name and your group can go in any order for the holes and within your group as the course recognizes the player as soon as the ball is placed down. Just make sure to do the last hole at the end as it'll take your ball to recycle for new players! Tips: you can reserve online which is helpful for larger parties. I wouldn't come here with a large group again though as there's not a lot of space to move around and it feels cramped. In addition, I wouldn't bring a purse you need to carry or I would coat check it because I had to lug around my coat and purse as we were moving from hole to hole and it was pretty inconvenient. Overall a really great time! Recommend for friends or for a more interesting date night.

Yelp
Hope you like listening to dubstep for five hours waiting for your meal. There I was, my brother's birthday- NO I DO NOT WANT YOUR GUEST WIFI NOT EVEN YOUR NETWORK CONNECTION CAN MAKE ME FORGIVE YOU. My apologies, dear viewers, I have been apart of a potential, yet attempted bribery. Lowering itself lower than Puttshack's standards for treating its customers, a banner notification appeared offering me the deal of a lifetime- free wifi. It'll take a little more than stealing my data to win me over, Puttshack. While you may have a fun time "accidentally" tossing your golf club into one of the many flashy TVs, Puttshack employees find even more fun in drowning your fries in a gallon salt. And I thought the saltiest things in this place were the people here, but boy howdy was I wrong! I could have been convinced their fries were just frozen sticks of compacted salt painted a golden brown. As I mentioned before, it was my brother's birthday. We couldn't get even a nibble of food, no more than a crumb a mouse would desire because the kitchen was closing in 20 minutes. Despite this decent amount of time, they utterly and defiantly REFUSED to cut our pizza. Bound to our only cutting instruments- a mere knife and fork- we were left with tears welling in our eyes as we sawed our tools into the margarita pizza. Keep in mind, it was my brother's birthday. What could be more tragic than the bittersweet realization you are a year older- closer to the inevitable, bony hands of death? The fact that because their kitchen was refusing to remake our burgers after getting the order wrong for my brother and I. Even WORSE, the burger contained a deadly toxin, unknown to the general public but was spicy enough to make my brother cry (manly) tears. He was turning 1 year old, after all. Not once was he told to have a happy birthday. Not even an UNHAPPY one, which I feel even more insulted by. In conclusion, to quote the women's restroom, "Stop looking at my putt."
