Google
Absolutely LOVED it! We had a group of 5 ladies and opted to do the unlimited putt on a Sunday and had a wonderful experience! The staff members are friendly and interact with customers. For $25/person, you get unlimited putt all day on all 4 of their indoor courses. Each hole has it's own whimsically fun theme. We will certainly be back!

Google
Looks like a fun place. We stopped in out of curiosity and ordered lunch. Had just opened so was not busy at all. Waitress, Bobbie, was super nice and the bacon cheeseburger was phenomenal. We walked around and checked out the place, lots of fun putting games. Could only imagine what the place must be like on a busy night full of people. Definitely worth checking out, keep up the good work Pittsburg!

Had a great experience. Melissa, Lou, Jordan, and Evelyn were amazing. Toys were delish.. a decent happy hour. Love the laid back attitude of staff to accommodate the party’s needs/desires (food, break, etc). Cool ambiance. Multiple courses

Google
Never had so much fun playing miniature golf. A very modern, interactive, miniature golf experience, unlike no other. Lots of fun with big groups in a digital scoreboard lit up lights and acquiring different points based on how you get through the course.. On the last hole, people that are lagging behind have chances of getting into first, second and third place when it's been a struggle most of the game.

Me and my husband went for his birthday. At first sight, i wanted to leave, there was so many people. We stood in line about 20 minutes. Once we got to the front of the line the process was fairly easy. We did the 9 holes, it turned out to be fun. I took away 1 star because it was so over crowded, and i opted for a 21 and over time but it was still kids. But I did win against my competitive husband.

Took my 14-15 year old siblings and my boyfriend here to hangout, let me tell you that this place is perfect for everyone. Fun varies for all age groups, you can have a drink while hanging out with children and never leave their side. The staff was helpful and catered to our needs as well as making sure we were well informed before we started. I would recommend this activity for the whole family or even just a date night! ⛳️🍸

Google
Mixed review, the employees are great, the management not so much. We arrived 15 minutes early as per the instructions we received, but the facility wasn't open. There was a long line of people standing outside in the cold. A few crew memebers had to open the doors to put out signs and they apologized profusely for the inconvenience. The manager unlocked the doors at 11 and just walked away. She did not open the doors, did not welcome anyone, we didn't even know we could finally come inside until somone tried the door. Definetly sent the message that she didn't want our business. Our "reservation" was shared with 6 other groups, so we started 30 min later than expected, which threw off all of our other reservations. That should be made clear up front. Once we started golfing, it was fun. The starters at both courses were really great and the food was pretty good. Not having to keep score was nice.

Google
Pittsburgh's Puttshack was awesome. It was me and my boyfriend's first time therefore we did not know much about it. Alex was very helpful and friendly so he definitely added to our positive experience. It was a little overcrowded, but now we know why! We will be back!

Yelp
Was looking for something to do on a chilly night and came across Puttshake. It's definitely like no other mini golf course. You check in on an iPad and there are several game options. There are multiple courses to choose from, and you can take a mini break in between each. A game board keeps track of all the scoring so there is no tedious paper and pencil. All of the holes are so thought out and unique! The bar was great, and there are a little tables throughout. The only downside was checking in on an iPad and missing the opportunity to ask questions or get clarification. It was a little tricky how things worked and we had to ask several people while trying to get started.

Yelp
I've been to Puttshack many times and always had a great experience -- until now. On November 8, 2025, we made a reservation to play 18 holes at 4:17 PM, with a scheduled start time of 4:40 PM. However, we ended up standing in line for over an hour past our start time because the venue was clearly overbooked. When we spoke with the manager, we were told that no refunds would be issued, even though we never got to play & over charged for drinks. This was incredibly disappointing and honestly some of the worst customer service I've experienced in years. Many other guests waiting in line were just as upset. I've always enjoyed Puttshack in the past, but this experience left a terrible impression. Do better, management -- not refunding customers who didn't get what they paid for is simply wrong.

Yelp
While in the city, we were looking for something to do. This place came up on Groupon. I loved how big it was, the music they played, and the drinks they offered. They offer four different courses and we completed two of them. They do go by fast as they are short and there are only 9 holes. It took us about 30 minutes to complete each one. The best part is they use technology so the balls are tracked but this can also be a downfall because we ran into two issues on the Emerald track that caused the game tech to restart the game. Overall, I would mos def returned and I wish there was one of these in LA.

Yelp
Stopped here on a Friday afternoon on the way back to our hotel. With staying in the strip district right down the street from the Terminal, we had been to the Puttery across the street and not particularly liked the experience. The Puttshack was a little different: first there's room to stretch out. There is massive areas to sit and wait, to sit down and eat, a huge bar with tv's, and a variety of spaces-- not to mention 4 courses. Puttery is very tight and small. Just feels like you're a sardine there. Puttshack is more of a full experience. Would recommend.

Yelp
Darnell (aka Nelly) was a great host for our visit to Puttshack. He made the whole experience a pleasurable one, helping our family feel comfortable for our first time playing putt putt. Darnell was personable and kept the kids laughing. He explained the rules and we were on our way. In the end, my 15yo son said he thought it would be a terrible experience but as it turned out, he enjoyed it. The holes are challenging, but not impossible. Getting a hole in one is possible in several of the holes. One thing we really enjoyed was that the scoring is automated, so it makes for a fun and social environment. We recommend this for families and friends alike!

Yelp
Puttshack is one of the most premium mini golf courses I've ever been to. I'm visiting Pittsburgh and I've heard of Puttshack before, but this just happened to be our first stop in the Strip District. It wasn't lively in the dining area when we visited (2 PM) but the mini golf courses had a good amount of people playing. Our waitress, Crystal, was the best server we could've asked for. She kept our soft drinks refilled without us having to ask, and made sure we enjoyed our food. She raved about the things we ordered and it makes sense because everything we had was flavorful. To start, we ordered Shiitake Mushroom Potstickers. The ponzu soy and peach dipping sauces were fire! It was the perfect sweet/salty combo for dipping. For my meal, I ordered the Korean BBQ Bao Buns and substituted the meat for bbq jackfruit. The bao buns were pillowy, chewy and delicious. Not spicy whatsoever if you're someone who avoids spice like me. Finally, per Crystal, the dessert was a must, specifically the Key Lime Pie. Not tarty and just enough sweetness to kill the craving. The crust was excellent. Highly recommend! Everyone working at the Puttshack was polite and friendly and willing to help. Puttshack seems like it would accommodate large groups of people, too. A wonderful place for people of any age to have fun!

Yelp
The service is as great and friendly. I was there for a private party, so it wasn't too loud in the back room. The main room was very loud, but the atmosphere is great. The food and drinks were delicious and they even continued to serve drinks while we were mini golfing. The themed hikes are so much fun and there are tables around you can keep moving drinks to at each hole. Service at the bar after our party was also good. I definitely hope to go back with friends sometime.

Yelp
My wife and I went on a Saturday afternoon date to Puttshack. She got me a gift card for Christmas and it seemed like a great day to use it. Everything is digital from registering to score keeping. We were able to play nine holes on the Emerald Course (I'd do 18 next time because the holes are short). It was busy with groups and couples but not overwhelmingly crowded. There is a full bar and you are able to take drinks on the course. The holes had a fun theme to them and kept you engaged. After our nine holes we sat at the bar and had a pretzel and a Octoberfest pint. Bartenders were friendly. Puttshack has different golf specials throughout the week. It was a fun way to spend some time on a Saturday afternoon. I would definitely go again.

Yelp
DO NOT support this place! They illegally work their employees! They literally will not allow their employees to have breaks no matter if they're working 6 hour shifts or 10. They force them to stay after their scheduled shift ends AND they literally will change their schedules online an HOUR before start time. They make their employees work jobs that they aren't hired for ex. hired to operate games and made to be a barback. The customers berate the employees in the absolute worst way and try to fight the employees. Do not support a place that treats their employees as starved slaves and allows the customers to treat them like they do. Disgusting.

Yelp
We went on a Sunday evening and took advantage of the all-you-can-play offer which is DEFINITELY the way to go and well worth the price of admission! We did all four courses, and only ever really had to wait for the people in front of us on one of them. The technology behind these courses is amazing with the high-tech ball tracking and score keeping system, and the holes were unique and challenging along the way! Had I realized it would be this fun, I would have booked earlier and spent even more time playing courses again, because I can't overstate how much fun we had over the two hours we spent at Puttshack!

Yelp
PuttShack is a chain business that offers mini golf, foods, and drinks. Please see my attached photos for the Pittsburgh location's menus for May 2025. A couple of weeks in advance, through PuttShack's website, I purchased tickets for 4 people to each play 2 games of mini golf. The total price including tax was $118. On the website, I did not see an option for choosing the specific mini-golf courses. Days later, PuttShack emailed me to register everyone in my group. We had to register everyone's first names, last names, email addresses, phone numbers, and dates of birth, which I thought was a lot of personal information. On the day of our reservation, a Saturday afternoon, we arrived on time, and the employees assigned us to two courses that two people in our group had previously played. We would have preferred to have played the other two courses that nobody had previously played. Furthermore, an employee gave us coupons for a free game, but I had already purchased two games for each person, so we did not use the coupons. The holes consisted of creative games, and everyone in my group seemed to have fun. The courses were crowded with groups of other customers, so we had much waiting time in between holes. Friendly employees asked if we wanted to order alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. I drank one Passionfruit Lemonade mocktail and liked it.

Yelp
I've come here a couple times for mini golf! It's fun. Lots of photo-worthy moments and it feels very modernized. For example at one of the holes, it's trivia meets mini golf, it asks a trivia question on the screen, you shoot the ball in the answer for extra points. It's pretty quick, we've been done a whole round in like 20 minutes as 2 people. They have drinks and food too, with plenty of options to choose from and lots of seating. Plus a bar area. We got the Thai fried chicken as our appetizer. They were pretty good! And plenty on the dish for sharing. I got the Asian beef lettuce wraps as my main. It was different than I expected, marinated pulled beef instead of ground beef like a typical Asian lettuce wrap dish. It was okay but not what I expected. I'd skip it next time and get something else. My boyfriend got the bacon burger and liked it, and got a side of truffle fries. The fries were delicious though a little greasy towards the end.

Yelp
I've been to putt shack of three other occasions and it's always great! This time I actually was there for food and a game (versus an event). Our waitress Amanda was personable, promptly checked on us when seated and routinely followed up. She was gracious without being too attentive. We got drinks and apps- the bbq flatbread and pierogi egg rolls hit the spot! I had a spicy marg and old fashioned which were delicious. The tables were awkwardly long for conversation but it wasn't unbearable. There was a dj playing some throwback tunes that made me want to dance by instead I got my butt kicked in mini golf on the last two holes. It's definitely a good time and one you should experience!'

Yelp
Visited on a Wed afternoon with my teenage sons. What a blast! Alex was our greeter person who answered all our questions. He was so fun and personable. It added immensely to our experience. Very comfortable temp inside. Super fun and interesting course setups. Not annoyingly bright or flashing lights. The ball keeps track of the score. This is a definite "must hit" and worth the drive to the Strip. We did not try the food, but it looked decent for what we saw others eating.
google avatar

Christina S.

Yelp
I had a great experience here! While I didn't eat or drink anything--partly because it was a bit pricey and we had just eaten--I came for the indoor putt-putt golf, and it did not disappoint. It was so much fun, and the fact that it's indoors made it even better. Of course, winning the game made it that much sweeter! The venue offers four different indoor courses, though you don't get to choose which one you play--they assign it for you. The service was fine, and the ambiance was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. I'd definitely come back just to play again!
google avatar

Stacie W.

Yelp
Such a fun place. It was great because it was 21 plus only so no kids. Nice and chill environment and such cute game courses.
google avatar

Todd B.

Yelp
So much fun. The environment is very open, fun, inviting, and lively. Although it's busy it doesn't feel like it. We are all able to talk to one another without yelling. The staff, bartenders, front of the house, front desk are all so accommodating/friendly/welcoming. We aren't eating here, but from what I see, I definitely wouldn't mind eating some of their delicious southwest chicken quesadillas.

Yelp
We had a mutual day off and decided to give Puttshack a try. When we arrived and said we wanted to eat and play, we were directed to a section of iPads to book. I'm tech savvy but had trouble booking to eat first and play after. The hostess said to just book the game and it would be fine. The issue was that I then had to guess how long it was going to take to be served and eat. I chose a time that was 75-ish minutes later. We ordered an app & flatbread to share. The poutine was delicious though definitely saltier than it needed to be. The margarita flatbread was perfect. We didn't order drinks. We finished our food and it was nearly our tee time. And unfortunately we couldn't find our waitress anywhere. My husband stayed at the table while I went over to make sure we were set up. There was a private party and we had been assigned to their golf section so we needed to be moved. My husband did finally find the waitress but we were a few minutes late for our tee time. It wasn't a big deal because it wasn't that busy but I felt anxious being late. The 9 holes were all super fun. Your ball is linked to your name and it's very techy and challenging. Because it was just the two of us, we were done fairly quickly. Next time we want to bring a larger group for sure.
google avatar

Jacki B.

Yelp
With Puttshack and The Puttery just a few blocks away from eachother, we had to check them both out and agreed that we preferred Puttshack. We really liked the courses at Puttshack, with all of the sounds, lights, and unique games within each hole. While it was pretty crowded, there wasn't much of a wait between holes, and everything went pretty smoothly once we started. While we had a reservation, there was still a pretty long wait to get our balls and get started. It seemed pretty unorganized and chaotic, and the workers who were assisting were not very friendly. Our other complaint was trying to order a drink. The bar was also very packed, and we were overlooked by bartenders for almost 20 minutes.
google avatar

Nicole J.

Yelp
A group of us went to put Jack to celebrate our friends last day before moving and we had a lovely time. We started with drinks at the bar and then made our way to the Ruby section for golf. It was a Friday night and we didn't wait at all in lines which was super nice going home to hole. After we finished up our game, we got a table and ordered some items for dinner. Everything was super tasty in our waitress took great care of us.
google avatar

V G.

Yelp
What a great spot! We came across this by accident and thought it was such a. great concept, It was mid afternoon on a Saturday and it was fairly busy with couples and small groups. The lines were long for the putt putt but they seemed to move along fairly quickly. There was plenty of off staff around and they were engaging with the customers. Though we didn't have time this visit, I hope to have an opportunity to experience it fully on the next visit,
google avatar

Serinee T.

Yelp
This was the most fun mini golf experience I have ever had. The 21-hole experience was perfect for 2. Each had a fun design, and Scot was a huge help when we experienced several technical issues with our reservation and during our game. Nevertheless, I had a great time, the weekday offer was reasonable, and would overall return again.
google avatar

Trish L.

Yelp
Pete is the best!! Came in for a group event and our server was a 10/10. He was prompt, friendly, communicative, and helpful. The beers came quickly and we never had empty glasses. The food was just ok! Looked way better than it tasted, but was definitely not bad. Just what you would expect for average bar food. The course we played was somewhat challenging and a ton of fun. Some of the holes were more interactive than others and our group truly had a great time. The bright neon lighting adds to the overall ambiance of a fun night out.
google avatar

Kim B.

Yelp
We had a team outing here after a long day of strategy meetings. Visiting from out of town and loved this concept! It's kinda top golf style where everything is digital. Very creative way to putt putt! I recommend visiting as it's a fun outing!
google avatar

Alison C.

Yelp
Visiting for the weekend and we were recommend the PuttShack. We did 9 holes before dinner and 9 after. We definitely preferred after dinner, once the sun was set more and they dim the lights, way more fun inside. But worth a try either way If you have a small group (it was just 2 of us) the 9 holes go by FAST the holes are much shorter than a normal course. We really loved how the system interacted with us and mew who's turn was who's and kept score. I would 100% recommend doing 18 holes (with the second 9 half off) . Food was fine, what would may expect from a play like this. We shared Margherita pizza, thai fried chicken bites, and greek gyro sliders. Pizza was good, no complaints, chicken was fine, not bad just fried chicken you dip into a sauce, we did however really enjoy the sliders! Wish we each got our own order of them. Overall staff was friendly, we loved Steve who helped us get set up for golfing!
google avatar

Kimberley C.

Yelp
This place was SO cool! Scot was an amazing staff member, showed the best hospitality and really took care of us! DJ was also very friendly. We played 3/4 courses, Emerald, Amber, and Sapphire. Ruby was under construction. Each hole was interactive, some in multiple ways, between the bonuses, hazards, moving parts, and trivia! I loved that the computers kept score for you too, unlike your typical mini golf. I have to say so far, Sapphire is my favorite! From the bar: Mojito 10/10 Made to perfection! Love love love that the basil was muddled first too, not all bartenders do that.
google avatar

Allison J.

Yelp
Conceptually, I want to love this place. It's a creative idea that removes some of the annoying stuff about mini golf; I like that it's climate controlled, the holes are interesting and engaging, the system keeps score for you. The interior is clean, vibrant, and fun to explore. However, our experience was plagued by tech issues. Some of the holes would not register our play. Others would not move to the next person's turn, even though we followed the directions. It slowed us down considerably, which meant the people behind us were waiting, which also put a damper on things and kind of stressed us out. For what it costs, we should have had a smoother experience.

Yelp
it's Sunday, my wife's working, and I'm on kid duty, trying to come up with something different to do. Putt-putt has always been a family pastime of ours, so when I saw this new indoor interactive putt-putt course in the newly revamped Strip District, I figured, why not? We arrived right when the doors opened, and the hosts were polite, though I wouldn't say they were rolling out the red carpet for us. As first-timers, we were just trying to figure out the basics--how to log in, set up a reservation, where to go. Eventually, we made it to our designated area, which required a bit of logistical maneuvering. We got assigned to the blue section. Now, let's be clear: this isn't a cheap outing. But it's a unique one, and I'm all about doing something different with the family. For that reason, I'd say it was worth it. But would I take the kids again at this price? Probably not. Maybe just the wife and me for a date night--we could hit the bar, grab a drink, and really enjoy the vibe. We didn't try the food because, let's be real, taking kids out to eat these days can easily set you back a hundred bucks, and I'm not about that life right now. What makes this place special is the variety: Pong putt-putt, Trivia putt-putt, Target putt-putt, Wheel of Fortune putt-putt--you name it, they've got it. It's seriously cool, and I encourage everyone to check it out at least once. You might find you love it, or maybe you'll agree with me that it's more of a one-and-done kind of thing. My one piece of advice to the owner? This place is awesome, but maybe consider offering some family-friendly times or pricing during the week when it's less busy. Right now, you're looking at about $45 for the three of us, and the whole experience is over in about 15 minutes. It leaves you feeling a bit unsatisfied, like you could've used just a little more bang for your buck. But I get it--cool experiences come with a price tag
google avatar

Yelp
Putt Shack has the best vibes around, and the food is excellent! I was so impressed by this salad, I have definitely tried to order it to go online before I love the different sections to Putt Shack. Its a great place for all!!
google avatar

Melody B.

Yelp
Great drinks! Fun place cocktails, apps and the Ruby course is my favorite. Vegan options were a plus! Celebrated my husband's birthday and it was nice to go to a spot where we could hang as a group.
google avatar

Alicia B.

Yelp
Had an amazing time here. Love the layout and vibes and all of the games with lots of space and lots of seating. When you enter we were greeted with a great smile. There's an area where you can choose the games and you can also play games and eat or just go to play games. This place is huge. Love the bar areas and great for families. Definitely would be back.
google avatar

Jaimi S.

Yelp
Super fun and interactive activity! I enjoyed the different drinks and high energy atmosphere. Unfortunately, there was overlap with the holes on the different courses which makes it less exciting if you've already done it. I had to wait at the bar for a decent time after my friends all received drinks. The one putt side didn't have a server, so you couldn't refill your drinks before you finished. We were able to get a server on the other side of the courses, but took a long time to receive it. Fun to try at least once, but recommend getting a drink before starting!
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
We had some apps and drinks then did a round of golf. This was our second time and we ended up doing the same course we did last time which was not my favorite. The bathrooms are super clean and the staff were all very helpful. The food was delicious and priced reasonably.
google avatar

Juliana S.

Yelp
This place was pretty cool! Lot bigger than I thought it was. There is a bar and several mini golf courses to choose from. They have Bluetooth balls and courses that keep track of points for you which is nice, and a lot of the courses have a mini game aspect to them so that you can win/loose extra points. The ambiance was super cool, very bar/arcade like. Way more fun then I've ever had a typical mini golf place. They have food you can order and drinks you can order while your playing the courses. I got the Porn Star Martini. It was alright, it tasted really good, but when I get a Martini I expect it to be filled to the brim (ie if they don't do that your missing half your drink). I ordered 2 of the martinis for me and a friend, the guy didnt make enough and then watered mine down with extra syrup to make the drink even, then proceeded to hand us half full martini glasses. (they were $15 each so I wasn't very happy) Other than that I really enjoyed the place and will definitely be back. Probably won't be ordering that martini again though.
google avatar

Payton G.

Yelp
This place is so fun!! It's a great activity to do while still being a bar. Everyone was super nice but it doesn't get pretty busy so you do have to wait to golf or to order a drink for a decent amount of time. But it's definitely worth it!

Crystal Y.

Yelp
It was hard to rate. Food was good, waiter great, putt-putt fun. However, the "greeters", if you want to call them that, need some help/guidance. No smile, no personality, not "people friendly" at all. My hubby dropped me off & came in after me - no one greeted him at all. He wasn't sure where to go or what to do. Give more attention to this side of customer service. The cloak check girl, however, was very sweet.

Yelp
I didnt participate in anything there. However, downtown, there are many businesses that wint allow you to use their restrooms unless you patron there. Also, there arent any porta potties because of the homeless population downtown. But this company isnt above anybody else and they let us in to use their restroom! SO THANK YOU FOR BEING GOOD PEOPLE!!
google avatar

Cassidy B.

Yelp
The vibes were so much fun in here! They have a large bar area you can hangout at and they walk around and ask if you need drinks while you're playing! Definitely want to come back and try all 18 holes!

Yelp
Very crowded on a Saturday night. It's 21+ after 8 pm. The most high tech mini golf course I've ever been to, the ball keeps track of your score and your name throughout the game. Instead of doing typical points by hits, they have additional points and hazards to lose points. The coolest ones had moving obstacles and trivia games. Each game per person was $14 and you cannot redo shots or redo games unfortunately. Pretty expensive for a mini golf course without being able to repeat. The Employees are nice. There were two times when our ball disconnected and we had to get an employee to check it out. It made the wait time pretty long for the people behind us. There was one game with two groups of 6 before us so it was more waiting than golfing. The bar was pretty crowded and it took a while to get help but the drinks were pretty good. The cocktails were about $13-$15. The music and lights were a great touch.
google avatar

Santana L.

Yelp
This place was all around 10/10! The wait wasn't long at all for a Friday night for dinner. Our server was amazing, they were so accommodating & personable! Our cocktails were absolutely delicious and not watered down like it feels most places are these days! The food was spectacular! The menu had some great options, the appetizers were so good! We got the pierogi type egg rolls, OMG, I would recommend getting those! My Caesar salad was HUGE. I was overly stuffed after finishing! My friend said her flatbread was also really good & not too spicy! After we ate we also played a game of putt putt. The games were more interactive and just a cool experience! If you are deciding between here and puttery, I would choose puttshack everytime!

Yelp
Indoor putt putt is a great idea for date night or an outing with friends. Each hole is uniquely designed making it challenging and fun. I also liked that we didn't have to keep score because they did it for us electronically based off a tracker in the ball. This is a highly sought out place in Pittsburgh so you need to make reservations ahead of time. It's in the Strip District so parking is horrendous. There is a restaurant and bar with good food options: pizza, sandwiches, and appetizers. Food was good but service was terrible. They were very short staffed. There was one waitress for the entire dining room. It took us over an hour to get food and very hard to get drink refills. We almost missed our reserved game time waiting for food. To end on a positive note: there is a coat check available

Yelp
The Puttshack is a newer spot in the Strip District with extremely cool golf courses. They have 4 different courses you can play at and we were at the ruby course last night. For food I got the Porn Star Martini and the Puttshack Poutine. The martini was very fruity and delicious. I love poutine fries so anytime I see them on a menu I have to order them. They were super good here. I wish the cheese chunks were just a little bit smaller, but other than that I loved them. The last time I was here I got one of their margaritas and it was delicious as well!! I think this is a really great spot to come with friends for a fun night out or with your family

Yelp
Overall , a super fun place to hang with friends! The put out is split up into 3 courses. We were assigned the Sapphire course and had a lot of fun at the holes. They were actually challenging, even for adults! The cocktail menu was unique and I got the strawberry mule and thought it was yummy. Their appetizer, Buffalo chicken dip, was absolutely delicious. I got their OG burger and felt it was bland and underwhelming. Service was pretty slow in the food area so the servers could be more attentive. Bathrooms were VERY clean (A++). My only other complaint was that during dinner they cranked up the music even louder so my friend and I could literally barely hear each other talk from opposite sides of the table. I'm all for loud music but they made it TOO loud in the dining room area....

Yelp
Pittsburgh - This is a good family oriented place to play a more modern version of indoor mini golf. Automated scoring, good layout. Food and drinks are available. Service was iffy. Worth a visit.

Yelp
We have been to puttshack in different cities and Pittsburgh was a little disappointing. While waiting for our course to be ready, we attempted to sit and grab drinks. It became very overwhelming with the hostess saying sit in a general area and other employees not being happy with us for sitting in that are which were not making us feel very comfortable. The spacing of guest reservations was rough with two parties of guests right behind us while courses on the other side of the building were relatively empty. We had some issues with the ball tech not being able to track our balls and needing to reset. Garbage cans didn't have bags meaning guest left empty drink cans everywhere. Had to use the bathroom during our reservation and they had closed the women's room while members of our party were in the restroom without warning and putting barriers on the bathroom doors creating a game of limbo for us to leave the bathroom. Disappointed in the Pittsburgh location. Hope it was just an off day!

Yelp
Ok spot for a date activity, but it's pretty short. For our party of 2 people, each round of 9 holes took 10-15 minutes. At $14/round per person, that's $60-90/hour per person with tax. Best to go during weekdays before 4pm when your second round is 50% off. The tracking technology is pretty cool, like Topgolf for mini golf, and the designs are creative, but most holes can be completed in 1-2 shots. There are 4 different courses, amber, sapphire, ruby, emerald but there are lots of overlapping holes/puzzles between amber/ruby and emerald/sapphire so I think 2 might be enough. But if you have the moolah, then go for all 4, why not.

Yelp
We wanted something fun and different for date night so we decided to try Puttshack. We had a blast playing golf! We decided to eat there also and enjoyed sitting outside. The food was just okay but convenient since we were already there playing golf. Super friendly staff and great service!
