Easily the best deli I’ve eaten at since I left the East coast. The quality of everything Chef Jason serves is phenomenal, fresh, delicious, and looks beautiful too. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and staff is friendly, polite, and pleasant (even when your card doesn’t work on the first three tries...). I will definitely be back!

Chef Jason came by and generously brought us some of the sandwiches they will be serving at PV Deli. Let me tell you that these are not ordinary sandwiches, they are divinely savory and filling. One sandwich I’d like to call out is the Reuben. Normally I don’t go for Reuben sandwiches because they either don’t have enough meat or have too much dressing etc but this Reuben was incredible! The sauce they use is very different; it’s savory and not too tangy. You have to try it when this place opens up, you haven’t had a sandwich like this anywhere else.

Last week a coworker and I dropped in to try it out and we were both stunned by how good it was. I tried the Royale on my first go with PV, and I've honestly never had a sandwich like it before. It might be meat between bread, but just calling it a sandwich seems derogatory. Ham, turkey and bacon with provolone and cheddar slathered in chipotle mayo on a hot butter croissant. It's comfort food. It's huge. And it's awesome. Today we decided to order lunch for the entire office, as I wanted everyone else up here to have a chance to try it out. 11 people, with 10 sandwiches and a salad, and every one absolutely loved it. With delivery starting next week and the crazy number of different sandwiches I have something new to look forward to for weeks. There were 6 Royale orders alone based on the same description I gave above. I joked that I'm just ordering this for the office every Monday. One person took time from eating to remark, "sounds good to me". The silence from the other 10 people was an even bigger compliment. Wasn't worth stopping to reply. Bravo for opening a place with real food in Preston Plaza and not another wheatgrass tofu health shake place.

I have never eaten a sandwich that completely filled me and still wanted to order another. The food was not only incredible, but Chef Jason and his crew were fantastic to be around. They treated us like family the minute we walked in and the hospitality never stopped. If I could eat here everyday I would without a second thought.

I have been here a couple of times to get sandwiches for my fiancé. He loves it. Sandwiches are huge and full of flavor. I finally got to try one for myself. I had a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. It was delicious. Can’t wait to go back for more

I have yet to find a sandwich that beats anything made by Chef Jason. Each sandwich on Chef Jason's menu is so unique and amazingly delicious you will have a hard time deciding on which you love more. 2 Easy Recommendations: -The Royale is what I call the "gateway sandwich". So savory, buttery and delicious every bit you taste crispy bacon, melty cheese and sweet chipotle mayo. -My personal favorite is Bryan's Knuckle Sandwich (which is think used to be called the Flying Pigglet) oven roasted chicken, bacon, basil pesto and creamy avocado spread on sour dough. It is to die for. I used to frequent the original deli in San Angelo, TX and ever since then I have been singing Chef Jason's praises claiming it to be the best sandwiches I have ever eaten.

Only tried one but it was easily the best sandwich I’ve had in texas. Went for the meltdown on jalapeño bread (amazing), gyro meat, and Magical sauce. A lot of different flavors going on when I initially read description, but it all worked and was so good.

Ready to eat lunch at this new spot. Is this sandwich shop just like nearby Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's?
