The airport in Houston allowed this restaurant to displace almost all of the seats for the c1 and c2 gates. Then, even though they had plenty of seats available, kicked me out of them for not ordering food or a drink. Terrible service and it's ridiculous that the Houston Airport allowed this. It would be different if there was ample seating elsewhere.

I’m literally writing this from my table at this restaurant. Reasonably priced spot for bbq in an airport. I ordered shortly after 9pm. I ordered the Q Sliders, which comes with 3 sliders, coleslaw, and pickles per the menu. Mine came with chips instead of slaw. You can also choose 1 of each option, chicken was out when I dined so I ordered 2 brisket and 1 pulled pork. The brioche bun was buttered and toasted well. The pork needs a lot more flavor. The brisket was burnt/overcooked. A 24 hour BBQ restaurant should never serve burnt/inedible meat. Server was nice, but I’ll never return.

Good grub, but the POS ordering system makes the whole thing feel like a self serve McD and takes away from the meal which is positioned upmarket. Much appreciate the staff attitude and helpfulness. Most drinks sold separately.

As a non-Texan, but someone who’s been to places like Terry Blacks. I thought this place had great food. I ordered the two meat platter with brisket and sausage and i thought it was good. The sides were good too (potatoe salad and green beans). The waitress was very nice and welcoming as well. Paying was seamless online, however had ads afterwards which was annoying. Overall great experience.

Man people giving this place bad reviews are crazy or never been in an airport before. Was planning on spending a million bucks at Pappadeaux but stopped here instead. Was pleasantly surprised at the BBQ, and the Mac n Cheese was top tier…. And 50% off the bourbon shot on boilermakers? Lets go! Tommy was awesome as well. Thanks for taking care of me brother!

The best part about this place is the location. Got chips and guac with a mixed drink. The drink would have been the worst part but fortunately for them, the server couldn't be more useless and unfriendly. I had to say hello as she was walking away. Bro. Guac was... Fine. Chips were stale, too much lime in the guac, bloody mary was just poorly made and the server was about as friendly as my ex wife. If this was anything except an airport bar, I would be yelling at the manager for a refund

It is decent BBQ. The brisket was pretty juicy and I didn't put a drop of sauce on it to enjoy the flavour. The pulled pork was just ok, but much better after a dunk in BBQ sauce. The toast was perfectly buttery. Ordering through QR code was super simple. Country music is not my thing and they have it blaring at high volume. No problem with noise cancelling headphones, and since you can order via QR code, no need to listen.

We ordered beer (16 oz for $11, pretty typical for premium craft beer in a US airport) and split a pulled pork plate with baked beans and green beans ($24.99). The pork tasted great, though a fair amount of it was fat that we couldn’t eat. We loved both kinds of beans. We’ve been here before, and it was just about what we remembered. We will come again. Do be aware that when you walk up and sit at the bar expecting to order, the bartenders may not immediately acknowledge you. This is because you order and prepay on your phone using the QR code at your seat. It may take a few minutes before your drinks arrive. Once the staff started engaging, they were friendly and helpful. I do wish they would greet us on arrival, as it sets a rather impersonal tone.
