AYCE that offers the usual meats as other similar places. It’s quite spacious but for some reason they kept service confined to the smaller side, so there were people walking in and having to wait. I think the staff needs better training: we had a toddler and they constantly placed raw meats and hot foods within reach. Even if we were prepared to make sure the child was safe that should also be part of their safety plan. At the end of the meal there was supposed to be ice cream but it was not offered, but I saw another table was served so we asked for it. The entrance has a lot of those claw mini machines to entice kids. We got zero luck.

Absolutely Outstanding Korean BBQ Experience! I recently dined at Q K-BBQ in Buena Park with my family, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of the meats was top-notch…super fresh, tender, and flavorful. The lobster tail was a delightful addition, offering a unique twist to the traditional KBBQ lineup. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured our grill was always clean and ready for the next round. They even offered to cook the meats to perfection, allowing us to relax and enjoy the meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. The side dishes were plentiful and complemented the main courses beautifully. I highly recommend Q K-BBQ to anyone looking for a premium Korean BBQ experience in Buena Park. Meats were excellent and very tasty. Sides were also great and its all you can eat, can't beat that. Service was amazing and I like the fact that they continually change the grill as it gets dirty. Bonus my son loved it to and he is a tough judge lol.

Food is good, but Korean BBQ is always good—let’s be honest. The real issue was the service. At an all-you-can-eat place, you’d expect servers to come around more often, but in the two hours we were there, they only took our order twice. Four adults ended up receiving only eight plates of meat total because we could only order four at a time. It also took about 20 minutes after our grill was already turned off to finally receive our check. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so I’m not sure why the servers kept disappearing. And it wasn’t just our table—I noticed another group completely done eating and still looking around for help, with one man visibly frustrated. Overall, good food but disappointing service.

Incredible Experience from Start to Finish! This Korean BBQ spot is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly, fast, and super attentive. The quality of the meat was top-tier, everything was fresh, well-marinated, and full of flavor. The grill was clean and changed regularly, and the staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s the perfect place for a fun night out with friends or family. We celebrated a birthday with kids and they had a blast. Great vibes and unbeatable taste. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I’ve tried a decent amount of places of ayce bbq places and this ranks as one of the worst ones. First off, we were celebrating friends birthdays so we brought a cake - we asked them to put it in the fridge and they took it to the back. By the time it hit the table the normal cake was melting. We asked if it was in the fridge but I think they lied based on the state of it and that the box was warm. The meat is mediocre - the best is the galbi. Everything else was meh even the brisket which is sad. Banchan was meh. Service was meh - I don’t think they have a good system down. The appetizer order goes into the iPad - everything we tried from the chicken to the soup was bleh, and the fries were almost raw. The only good one was the kimchi fried rice. Portions are super small but I guess that’s fine because they’re not got. It was unclear how we got meat - we had to ask multiple people and it took a while to get our orders. It was a hit or miss - sometimes it would come quickly or just not at all. After the first orders, they started giving our 4 people table just 2 pieces of galbi, unlike our other table which was getting 4 pieces. Idk if they thought we couldn’t eat as much or what but after I clearly asked for 4 pieces - the server said he would put a “double” order. Clear BS. After I asked for a Not great for an ayce place. Idk IMO this place is a pass.

First off I have to say, I wish I had found this place sooner!!! This is by far one of the best Korean BBQ in OC! We didn't have one bad item- we, well I opted for the supreme menu because how could I not have lobster! best part is taking your partner who doesn't eat seafood and getting to eat two! If you love seafood that menu is for you because the selection of seafood choices is top tier. The meats were high quality and even marinaded meats were yummy and I'm not typically a fan of those. The staff was highly attentive and even when a big party arrived we were never forgotten. They were friendly and fast, never missing a beat! The restaurant was clean and at that point what more could you ask for! There are 3 options to select from for your menu- and what I did like is that even if you select the basic menu you could pay to add some items- that's a unique option which I liked. Do yourself a favor and stop by to show this Korean BBQ restaurant some love, I don't think you'll be disappointed !

+ Service was good, they were attentive to our needs. - But servers tend to forget certain menu items we asked for (since they get orders by memory at times and they check other customers as well) -- so we understand it. We had to remind them about what they forgot. The beef brisket (a staple of every KBBQ) -- first thing we ordered -- didn't arrive til almost halfway of the meal. + Food was great. + The wagyu belly was sensational. + Lobster tails were good as well. - Scallops were served FROZEN -- so we weren't a fan of it. - Japchae was wayyyy too salty. + Other sides were good. - Never asked for the bill (yet) but they suddenly brought it, placed it on the table and said thank you for eating. I thought that was off. Wasn't even 90 minutes yet. - Was a rainy day. Horrible drainage system where the restaurant is. Pool of water in-front of the parking. Not sure of returning. Lots of KBBQ in Buena Park. Lots of things were "off" today.

As you know, living in Buena Park means there's a lot of kbbq spots in the area. This has become my new favorite spot because the service is so good. The attitude and vibe of the place makes you feel wanted. The whole staff is nice and efficient. The orders come out fast and they are quick to change your grill without asking. There are days where you feel like premium and there are days where you just want the standard, and picking the standard doesn't mean you're getting the bottom of the barrel. Everything is still so tasty and fresh. The place is very clean and open. I like how they don't try to pack a bunch of tables to try to get more patrons. Please keep up the good work.

Had dinner here with family two weeks ago. From the start of service to the end of our meal, everything was and everyone was on point. We were seated fairly quickly, especially for a Friday evening, and drinks served within minutes. Staff were pleasant, friendly, patient, and accommadating. The side dishes were perfect compliments to all the meats we selected. My favorites were the spicy marinated pork and beef. Pricing was reasonable. Atmosphere cozy and decor interesting. Music was not obnoxiously loud.

Great service, plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant and it felt cozy inside. The quality of the meat wasn't top tier and the portions weren't the biggest but the taste was still good nonetheless.

Kind of a hidden gem, this place has delicous sides and good meat quality for it's cheapest menu price at $25. The service is good and always walks by to check if you want anything.. The place itself is kind of dirty especially the bathroom. There's also a lot of free parking in the back.

Amazing spot! I had my bday lunch here. I wanted a kbbq place with steak and lobster and let me tell you it was so nice not going to la I went on a Saturday afternoon it wasn't packed no wait it had parking staff was very kind and accommodating. The meats were excellent. Recommend will definitely come back

After a fun (and exhausting) day at Soak City, our group of family and friends rolled into Q K-BBQ on the 12th and what a perfect post-waterpark treat! From the moment we walked in, we were vibing with the decor, the music, and the welcoming ambiance. It's a fun and lively spot, but also super kid-friendly. we had a 4 and 5-year-old with us, and they were totally entertained, especially with the toy claw machines right at the front. Such a smart touch for families! We went all in with the premium all-you-can-eat option and were honestly blown away. The kimchee fried rice? Ordered it twice, it's that good. As for the meats, we had Galbi, Brisket, and Wagyu Beef Belly, and every cut was fresh, flavorful, and high quality. You can really tell when a place takes pride in their ingredients. No overly fatty scraps here, just tender, well-prepared meat that cooked up beautifully on the grill. Drinks? We tried all the flavored sojus (peach is the winner!) and even went for the makgeolli, which was like a sweet, lightly sparkling wine such a fun surprise and so easy to sip on. One of the biggest highlights though? Meeting Brandon, the owner. He's genuinely warm and made us feel right at home, the kind of host you'd happily invite to sit and eat with you. The staff kept the energy high, were super friendly, and stayed on top of everything, which is impressive for a busy weekend. To wrap it all up, the ice cream at the end was a sweet finish, and watching the kids get excited about another round at the vending machines & winning toys made the day even better. I came here for dinner on a Wednesday night and was seated almost immediately for a party of 2. The table and surrounding areas were very clean and the banchan spread had great kimchi, potato salad, and fish cakes. I really enjoyed that this kbbq spot had a chimichurri style sauce option to stand out from other places. We opted for the mid tier option and were super pleased, my favorite meat option was definitely the short rib. Both times we ordered it, and for every protein, the quality was great and we got hood cuts of meat with very little fat. The service was super quick and staff was very kind, we were checked up on often, had our grill changed as needed, and anything we requested came out quickly as well. I love that this place also uses a piece of steak fat at the beginning of your meal to prep the grill- it definitely helps and is such a nice touch!

This is one of my husbands and my favorite places to come and eat KBBQ. It is super close to the theme park but that's just a plus. My husband and I have been coming here for at least a year. The wait staff is super friendly and are awesome people. The food is amazing as well, hence yet another reason why we come so often. They play some super awesome music and some more recent hits too. What is super fun too is that if you tell them that someone is celebrating their birthday they will play a birthday song over the speaker.

I'm surprised at how positive the reviews are for this K-BBQ spot. I chose the $45 Supreme menu and was extremely disappointed by the meat quality and honestly feel kinda swindled. The meats are labeled as "prime" and the price upgrade implies that better quality meats are used, but it really felt and tasted like USDA Select. The Prime Q-Steak, which is limited to 1 order per person, looked like a thinly sliced USDA Select beef shoulder with some seasonings, a pineapple slice, onions, and quarter teaspoon of butter. I wouldn't call it a "steak" per se, because it's the same thickness as 2-3 pieces of thinly sliced pork belly on stacked top of each other. The wagyu beef belly was served with such a thick perimeter of fat that we trimmed it off to make it edible. The premium beef tongue was very lean and rubbery, which made it feel more like a Standard menu item than a Supreme menu item. The steamed egg did not seem freshly made because it arrived at our table looking deflated as if it were already sitting for a bit. Either that or they just make it really dry there. Our server forgot our water and misplaced one of our orders at another table. The cherry on top for us was the free dessert, which was freezer burnt vanilla ice cream. The best items were the thinly sliced pork belly, lobster, flat iron steak, and Korean fried chicken. The gambijjim was really tender, but the broth was too sugary. The other meats were forgettable. If you still choose to eat here, choose the rainbow sherbet so that your plastic spoon doesn't break mid scoop.

Honestly, I was so impressed! The meat quality was way above what you usually get at AYCE K-BBQ. The staff was super attentive and the vibe was perfect with good music playing.

From the moment we got here, Onder was so understanding. We asked to switch tables due to us wanting more grills and they said yes without hesitation. Kim, our server, was quick to service us, bring us our drinks and ask us which meats to bring us. They both helped us throughout the night, filled up our side dishes when we asked and were so kind and friendly. I have came here 4 times and I will always choose this spot as my #1 .

We came here on a Friday night and had a great experience. The decor was super cool -- I loved the art on the walls! We were greeted and seated right away, which was a nice start. We decided to go for the premium K-BBQ option and wow -- it did not disappoint. The wagyu beef belly was definitely my favorite, and the marinated short rib was also delicious. Overall, I really like this place and would definitely come back. I think it's a great value for the quality and freshness of the meat. If I had to point out a couple of downsides, the beef rib finger was pretty tough, and the mac salad was really dry and lacked flavor. But all their pickled dishes were great!

I came here a few months back with my family and had a really great experience. I think they started off with a lot of social media hype that has since died down which is really unfortunate. We're not big kbbq people and have tried a handful of other places and Q KBBQ really knocked it out of the park compared to other spots in terms of value (looking at you, Gen). The service was also top-tier. Really wish I had friends interested in AYCE so I could swing by here more frequently, but my once-a-year attempts at eating ayce with friends or family will definitely be here.

BULDAK DREAM COMBOS COME TRUE The NEW AYCE Kbbq @q_kbbq comes to Buena Park and wins my foodie fantasy heart! I have not found a spot that offers all types of @buldak_global ramen at any AYCE KBBQ spot and then have the option to smother melty corn cheese, then lay that already yummy spicy corn cheesy ramen on top of melty cheese fries, then stack chopped kimchi, freshly grilled Korean meats like LA Galbi and Brisket on-top and to finish it off, add grilled LOBSTER !! Q K BBQ is probably one of the better AYCE Korean BBQ places in the area. I was curious about this place since they opened and the opportunity last Sunday to come check it out. I came with one other person during lunch and since it is new it wasn't busy. They had two different menus to choose from. They had their Standard ($38) and the Supreme ($45) menu. Both options looked good since they both had plenty of options on each. We ended up choosing the Supreme because it had tongue, lobster tail, and buldak ramen on the menu. But the regular Standard menu also looked good because it also had lots of good choices. Both menus had plenty of meat choices. When we sat we were given sides. All of them were good. For sauces they gave us chili sauce, sesame oil with salt and paper, and chimichurri. I was surprised they didn't have the usual korean BBQ sauce but I was very excited they had chimichurri instead. For the Supreme menu we were able to get the Prime Q steak and Lobster tail which was limit one per person. Both were good. We thought we would enjoy the tongue but it was alright. The rest of the meats were pretty good. Some portions were large and some were smaller. My favorites included the lobster, jowl, and the Prime Q steak. Some other items I ordered that I enjoyed was the spicy buldak ramen which is super super spicy. And I also enjoyed their corn cheese and onion rings. But everything was pretty good. Service was excellent. They made sure to keep checking on us and got whatever we needed. Our waiter also made great recommendations and answered all our questions. The food also came out quick and drinks were refilled. The inside of the restaurant is spacious. There are two sides and both sides were pretty big. It's definitely great for large groups or smaller ones. Parking was easy since they had parking in front and I think in the back as well. Overall, we had a great experience and I would recommend it to family and friends.

A Perfect Treat After a Day at Knottsberry Park -- it's worth being its own destination to be honest. I stumbled on this spot after a long day at Knott's Berry Farm, and I'm honestly kicking myself for not knowing about it sooner. I just had the entry-level meal, and it was incredible--we're talking portions, flavor, freshness, presentation, and overall vibe. From what I saw of the premium menu options going out to other tables, it's clear this place isn't playing around. If you're even thinking about upgrading, it's worth it. Next time, I'll be showing up hungry and skipping all the overpriced park food entirely. The tables even welcome you with traditional bon Chan (snacks) that make me hungry as I'm writing this. Total hidden gem. Whether you're winding down from a theme park day or just passing through the neighborhood, this place is 100% worth the stop. Incredible value, great energy, and food that actually leaves you feeling glad you came.

We were seated immediately upon arrival and from then on the waiters were very attentive and knowledgeable. This review is long overdue! I've been here twice now and both times have been great. We got the supreme menu and it came with a good amount of selection. The appetizers are ayce depending which menu you choose, I recommend the Korean fried chicken and steamed egg bowl. The items that stood out the most were the Q steak, Galbi, and wagyu beef belly. All oh so good! They also had lobster tails that were juicy and tender. They're on the smaller side but very very tasty! This is definitely my new K-BBQ spot. The sides are good quality, the service is on top of it, and the meat quality is definitely premium.

When we arrived, the restaurant was surprisingly empty (like, we were one of maybe three tables). This restaurant has been open for about a year and they're still trying to get their name out there, and I was honestly blown away that this place wasn't packed, especially on a Saturday night. First of all, the vibe of the restaurant was so cute and comfortable. There was a mix of charming decorations, great music and the restaurant was so clean. Secondly, the service was fantastic. We were helped by a man who I'm assuming is the owner and he was so incredibly kind and attentive. Even when we were the last table and they sadly had to close the kitchen early due to lack of customers, he made sure to go above and beyond giving us everything we needed and more. Finally, and arguably the most important part, the food. I have been to probably a hundred kbbq places and this was hands down one of the best experiences. All the meat was high quality, and all of our group's favorite cuts were available. The bonchon was fresh and flavorful, and the side dishes were some of the tastiest I've tried ever (please please please try the soy garlic chicken!) I highly recommend going for the premium AYCE option ($37.95), but even the standard option is an incredible deal at $25. Everyone who craves a seamless, enjoyable and memorable kbbq experience has to check this place out!!

We selected the premium menu. A lot of options. The meat quality was really good. The sides were great. I loved the kimchi fired rice! We were sat down quickly and our waitress and other servers were constantly walking by and checking on us. The service was great. A family friendly restaurant. The ambiance was nice and relaxing on a Sunday. Will definitely be returning and bringing friends with.

The food here is amazing. The supreme is the best bet. With the supreme you get a steak, and a lobster tail. This is the only place I've been that has 2X spicy ramen. A twist is the taco kit. Korean BBQ tacos are delicious. I really liked the Korean fried chicken. This is the best AYCE Korean BBQ I've been to.

Wow!! I'm definitely blown away with this place. My fiancée and I were looking for a kbbq spot near us and we definitely weren't disappointed. We got the premium menu, and gosh the variety was crazy. Our waitress, Kim, was so nice and her hospitality was so welcoming. Love her! Shout out to the manager, Dong!!! Will definitely be coming back again

My family and I selected the 45$ menu and it was definitely not worth the hype. My brother saw this on social media by food influencers -- don't be fooled y'all. The two stars is mainly for the service, we appreciated how friendly and attentive everyone was. Aside from that, we would never come back here.

Saw this place on social media and wanted to give it a try that drew us in with lobster tail (one limited per person) and the taco kit. Arrived Sunday night w/ no reservation and no wait time. Parking is small but easy to get parking if it's not busy. Food was def amazing, we got the supreme and I must say their quality of meats is top notch: bulgogi, beef brisket, and short rib were our fav! Followed by the green sauce for the taco kit and loved the brisket sauce. Service was good; it's a new place that opened 3-4 months ago so they are getting their groove. They changed the grills frequently, refill the drinks, took away empty dishes, and asked if we wanted another round. Only down fall is they forgot my radish paper :( after asking twice but it's okay. :( Ambiance is standard and clean. Music was minimal. We will come back again!

The Food and Service was amazing, Daisy was our waitress and she was on it, we never went without. The food was awesome everything delicious especially the seafood. Daisy will be the reason we come back.

Maybe our 2nd or 3rd time being here & our server (Karston or Carsten) remembered us! Not only that but he was an absolute gem every time. The servers help us choose what we want to order when we can't decide, if you're not sure how to cook some of the meats, they're always willing to help. Go HUNGRY because the premium/ supreme vs standard, it just makes sense to get the supreme because you get amazing meat options. The sides are delicious, the vibe is great. They always have music playing, servers are constantly coming around to see what else you need. The drinks are nice & cold. Our newest fave place to go eat.

went here recently for a birthday celebration and i definitely wasn't disappointed! they have so many different appetizers and premium options for their high tier menu, some of my favorites were: lobster, beef tongue, and scallops they have all your classics like pork belly and brisket too which you can't go wrong with i was pretty satisfied with everything on the menu, some of the appetizers are a little subpar like the kimchi fried rice which lacked flavor but overall, the experience was still a 10/10 our server was the best and so attentive! they also have little claw machines in the front which were nice to try out and play they also offer ice cream at the end of your meal

Newly opened ayce kbbq! Went on a Monday and was not busy but the staff were so attentive and friendly. Absolutely great service and food was amazing. Top quality meats and offer lamb steaks, lobster tails, scallops, galbijim stew and more that are not often found in other kbbqs. Would highly recommend!

My Wife and I have been coming here for the past year and the meat servings and portions have been perfect for us. We always get from the Premium Menu and its a great value for the meats we choose. Our server Onder has always been soo kind and always remembers us even down to the small details he remembers our preference. Very attentive to requests and quick to deliver. If you get him as your server you'll have a great experience as he's very careful and takes his time to explain the menu if its your first time. The place itself is decently sized tables are always prepped and ready as you walk in, there will be a slight wait if they need to get it ready but for the most part theyre very quick in seating you at your table. Ambiance is very chill and mellow, depending on the time you visit you'll either be jamming to the music or watching sports on the TV. Food and Sports? Win Win for sure! Theres 3 parking spots in front with 2 disability spots right by the door and more parking in the back. Give it a try for yourself, anything is always worth a try once, sometimes its a bust but this place, for me, Q KBBQ has earned our business for sure.

Came here after seeing good reviews and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the staff super friendly! The meat was fresh, tender, and it came with good portions too. The wagyu, spicy brisket, and pork belly were our favorites. The sides are amazing and different from other places I've seen. The fried chicken and kimchi fried rice were so good. The staff were so nice and didn't hesitate to give recommendations or change the grill. They have a big selection of Soju, and fun specialty drinks as well. It's a great place to come even if you are not visiting the parks. We will be coming again to try the Supreme with the lobster!

If you are going to Knott's this is a great treat walking distance from it. The all you can eat allows you to sample so many different things. The servers were all friendly and helpful. We did order a few things that we had to re-order, but no big deal. My wife and son loved the pork jowl, they said it's the best they've ever had. It's a fun place for groups, and my son got to watch the football game as he ate.

Cool 1st Experience Was excited to try a new Korean place with my daughter and we weren't disappointed. I think we paid $44 per person - which is that expensive - and we had lobster, shrimp, waygu and of course brisket and some kind of beef I can't remember but it was a very comfortable, yummy & fun visit. Service was quite good. Flavor enhancers: butter, salt, chimichiri, etc. etc. We had rice paper, too. Would return.

Honestly this is the best K-BBQ ever! Little wait time and the best servers ever!! Shout out to Ondre and Mary they do such an amazing job checking in with all tables! Vibes are always so immaculate !! Definitely recommend!

Great AYCE KBBQ spot! The meat selection was excellent and the wagyu beef belly was the star. The service was great and Under took care of us all night. Overall great experience that will be part of my restaurant rotation!

My husband and I have been coming here for awhile but I'm just glad its an actually kbbq I enjoy. Food is great, price is reasonable for the flavor and types of meat you can choose from especially depending which category you pick from including the appetizers. Service is top notch. Gotta give a shout out to ONDER, he and another gentleman always recognizes us when we walk thru the doors and take real good care of us. As for ambiance, we normally get seated on the "Good Food, Good Mood" side; Colorful fluorescent wall decor side. Again its a great place to come and try, in the heart of Buena Park literally a walk to Knotts Berry Farm. Thank you for always having us enjoy the food, cant wait to be continuing guest to your restaurant!
