"Chef Alan Geaam has added another string to his bow with this vegetarian Lebanese restaurant. Behind the stoves is Zeinab Hachem, his niece, who was trained by his mother in the subtleties of traditional Lebanese cuisine. Some of the dishes have already secured iconic status, such as the vegetarian shawarma with celery and mushrooms, or the daoud basha – lentil balls with almonds and spices, served in a tomato sauce. The affordable menu also features their own take on authentic Lebanese flavours: vegetable freekeh; vegetarian soujouk (sausages) and signature creations such as mama ganoush (cauliflower caviar). Reflecting the cuisine, the minimalist decor is adorned with natural, plant-based materials. Booking essential." - Michelin Inspector

Went there with a larger group of 9 people, the staff was super nice and very accomodating, only to then surprise us with the absolute magic they made in the kitchen! The food was incredible and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, 10/10 would recommend to any vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian out there!

The staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and the food? Just wow. Every dish is bursting with flavour, and their vegan options are truly impressive — delicious, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the vegan food are this good. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great food and kind people. Can’t wait to go back!

Such a great spot for vegetarian food! Service was great - super friendly. Loved the labneh!! The vegan chicken shawarma was delicious. Highly recommend :)

Some of the best flavors and combinations I’ve ever tasted. Try a selection of dishes and ask for recommendations from the server. Sometimes vegetarian can be bland but I can say with confidence that each dish had their own unique incredible flavor. Having eaten all over the world, this gets an easy place in my top 5. I suggest making a reservation well in advance!

The restaurant was empty for the hour that we were there. This is a shame as the food was very good. The only disappointments were the temperature of the food as pita bread and moussaka were not warm as expected (used to eating puffed steaming pita from the oven in our local Lebanese). Green hummus and the Dessert Mafroukeh were delicious. The server was very attentive. I would have liked it even more if we were warned of the quantity of the food. It was too much for us but the server was kind enough to package all left overs. Non alcoholic drinks were decent. Must try for vegetarians visiting Paris, but takeout may allow you to eat the food warm. It’s about 10 mins drive from the louvre.

Qasti Green offers a pleasant vegetarian Lebanese dining experience in Paris. While the food is good, it doesn’t quite live up to the hype of a taste revolution. Apart from the standout green hummus, the menu sticks to classic offerings. However, the superb service makes for a delightful visit. A nice spot for a satisfying meal, but don’t expect to be blown away by culinary innovation.

Really good food. The dishes packed real flavour and every dish was a perfect compliment to the next. The staff were really attentive and friendly. Would absolutely recommend going there for a Vegan/vegetarian meal. The music playlist was cool as well.

I was so impressed by the creative menu of this restaurant! And the flavors are so rich and delicious! All of the food was vegetarian, AND the Shawarma and Chiche Barak taste exactly like the meat version!! I would also recommend the Baba Ghanouj and Chaussons Feta. A restaurant to visit for Lebanese food with a real vegetarian twist.
