Very disappointing and unprofessional cargo handling experience. I shipped my cargo from Amman with Qatar Airways and paid the full amount there. After arrival at DFW, I was delayed for more than 4 hours, sent between different offices, and forced to pay additional undisclosed fees to other companies. Staff were unhelpful, unable to explain the process, and the online payment system was not working properly. I was even told my cargo would be delayed for days unless I paid again. I lost time, missed work, and paid hundreds of dollars extra with no prior notice. Completely unacceptable cargo service. I have receipts and proof of all payments.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with the arline itself but the agent at the airport when I was flying out of DFW was ridiculous. We were a family of 5 who was allowed 10 checkin bags. This guy name Subham who also happened to be a supervisor made us waste atleast 45 mins of our time just dropping off our bags. He felt entitled to treat my family & made threats after wasting over 45 mins that I will not let you board your flight since you are coming in late. I want Qatar Airways to look into the staff at DFW airport & get some sensible people behind the counter. Traveling with kids is hard enough & then when you are allowed 10 bags you should be able to checkin your carry on bags if you dont want to carry them along. I feel like he ruined my trip for me & my family by acting entitled. I will think twice before traveling with Qatar Airways in future

Always happy to travel in Qatar Airways. They serve good food, disciplined staffs. Flights are near and tidy, quite space we get even for economy class. Ohh, soon I'm going to travel again..

Overall had a very good flying experience, generally better than with US carriers. Minuses (mostly non-flight stuff): the gate/check-in agents were rather desultory, and the check-in process was prolonged (my check-in was very smooth, though). They also ask you to be ready to board one hour before the flight, but there is an extra waiting time there, too. Roll-aboard carry-ons have a smaller restriction than with most other airlines (19 inches maximum dimension). A330s may not have charging ports for you to use. Pluses: onboard service was excellent, and the flight attendants visibly made extra effort for the passengers—perhaps the best part. The food served on board was above average, too. In-flight entertainment was decent. Lavatories were decent.

Me and my wife travelled Business class on Qatar airways ,for our vacation ,in March/April. We travelled on flight QR732 from DFW to Doha on 19March.And returned on flight QR729 on 17April from Doha to DFW. The flight attendants were very inattentive. They acted like we were bothering them .They hung in galleys and did not attend call lights. My dinner tray and dirty dishes were not picked up for nearly an hour. Even when I went to the galley and saw 5 or 6 flight attendants standing there, eating and chatting. I asked them to pick up my dirty dinner tray. They still didn't pick it up for 30 more minutes. The food was very horrible tasting. It was splashed on plates carelessly. It was in very small quantities. It just did not feel like Qatar airways Business Class food or service. Definitely it was a very third class service in Business class. I requested to be woken up after 8 hours( 16 hour flight) ,so I can eat and take medication with food. The flight attendants never woke me up. I woke up myself 3 hours before landing. Both the long haul flights ,going and coming back , were horrible flights. Pajamas were out DFW-DOH. And never offered pajamas from DOH-DFW flight. And we paid a lot of $$$$$ to get good service ,good food and good rest. Qatar airways need to reimburse us for these horrible flights and horrible experience. We travel a lot and definitely this was Not #1 Airline food or service. Shame on those flight attendants to tarnish Qatar airways Image . Shame ,shame, shame !

Horrible airline. Flight attendants with attitudes & catering to specific nationalities in the same economy class but ignoring others. Uncomfortable seats, food was ok but not great depending what you ordered. Wheelchair service was never at the gate waiting on me & i had to walk on a bad foot alot for long distances. Wifi on the plane never worked & my flight was over 14+ hours. Not fond of this airline ; would recommend another for their prices & lack of quality service. Not to mention they ruined my brand new checked in luggage i just bought. Whatever they had it transferred on stabbed holes thru the hard shell. Filed a claim for the damaged luggage and sent pictures and they had the nerve to reject it saying its normal wear and tear! Since when are two giant holes stabbed into a hardshell of a suitcase normal??!! I wouldnt recommend this airline nor will i fly with them again.

I booked a Business Class ticket for my parents expecting a high standard of customer service, but the experience at DFW airport with Qatar Airways was extremely disappointing. The station manager, Mahir, was not only impolite but shockingly unprofessional. His attitude toward customers was dismissive and lacking even the most basic courtesy or management skills. For a premium airline, this level of service is unacceptable. I witnessed him treating multiple customers with the same disrespectful tone and lack of empathy, which reflects very poorly on the airline's brand. It’s especially frustrating given the premium price I paid for what should have been a seamless and respectful experience. I’ve flown with Emirates multiple times and can confidently say their staff is far more courteous, well-trained, and professional. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I will strongly reconsider booking with Qatar Airways in the future.

Five star flight experience in a q suite, but a three star experience tracking down our luggage that missed our connection in Doha. If you have an opportunity to fly in a q suite, just do it. Amazing service and great food and wine. Was able to get a decent amount of sleep as well. We selected the E and F rear facing seats. I have to echo the comments of others though that the responsiveness of the airline is sadly lacking when it comes to lost luggage. Very difficult to reach a live person - we do have a happy ending as our bags arrived three days later and we did finally get some outreach from both the live chat and the local Dallas team confirming the bags would be arriving the next morning. We were told by the live chat that because our claim was submitted "manually" at the airport on paper we were unable to track it online. Created a lot of stress and frustration but our air tags kept confirming the bags hadn't moved from Doha, which helped me continue to politely push them for resolution. Be persistent - I did live chat sometimes 4-5 times a day. Get a copy of what you submit (if you don't do online) and the local phone number to keep leaving messages. It was a quirky situation that led to the missed connection and we would likely fly them again if given the chance - maybe with carry on only!!

I've always heard that Qatar Airways is one of the best, so I went out of my way--driving from Austin to DFW--just to experience their service. Biggest mistake ever. My flight to Phuket is extremely delayed, and instead of offering real solutions, their customer service is completely useless. No rebooking options, no real assistance, just empty apologies. Meanwhile, I'm losing money on my hotels and connecting flights, and now I'm being forced to cut my vacation short because they refuse to accommodate me. This isn't just an inconvenience--it's a disaster. I paid a premium expecting world-class service, but what I got was zero accountability and the worst customer support I've ever experienced. If you value your time, money, and sanity, DO NOT FLY QATAR AIRWAYS. They clearly don't care about their passengers, and I will never book with them again. You've lost a customer for life. I will urge others to never fly you. Do better.

As much as I loved the in flight and in the air experience, the handing of my bags in DFW was a nightmare. I had to change my flight from a BOS connection to a direct flight from DFW. Even though the ticket agent told me that he personally went and transferred my bag, I still have not received my bag in my final destination. I am in Saudi Arabia for a business trip and I do not have any of my apparels for my meetings. My bag is still showing it is sitting in BOS. I was told in DOH that the tag was either deleted or it was never entered. In DFW the agent told me to track it with my AA tracking number, but he still deleted the tracking in the system.

Where do I start... Flew from DFW to Sez, long haul flight.. Full flight, Cramped seats no leg room. Unhelpful staff. Fed chicken curry for dinner, vegetable curry for breakfast. Overall awful flight.

This airline gets your money without serving you. If you could get your extra baggages online, good for you. They didn't let me to get them to pay more by the flight. Qatar airways is as bad as the country where it comes from! Fly Emirates, they treat you well.

Worse customer service! I just spoke with SIMRAN in quarter air line regarding the 80 years old passenger who is waiting @the gate for the next flight. Just wanted to know why did they change his seat. SIMRAN was not helpful and his supervisor was unbelievable worse then her. They wast my time over an hour on Sunday March 10,2024. Another issues, quarter air line always says call American airlines because we just operate the ticket, but ticket sold by america airlines,then American airlines say we don't have there information call quarter airlines to help.No one take responsibility! I am very disappointed.They are not cooperating with each other.

I just flew Qatar to Thailand from Dallas and had a great flight. Especially the last leg from Doha to Dallas. The flight attendants were curtious, professional, and moved with a sense of purpose. I wish our American flights were as nice.

Where do I begin! Flew from Dallas to Doha, 13 hour flight of pure misery. Had a huge guy in middle seat who had to have his arm rest up, to fit in the sit, one leg in my space and the other leg in the other persons space. So spent a lot of my time walking the aisle.... Since I was squeezed against the window, flight was full according to flight attendant, so they could not give me another seat.... The plane was full of Indians traveling to Mumbai, so it was curry all the way. Don't get me wrong, I love Indian food, but curry all the way was a bit much! I am currently waiting to board the plane for my trip back to Dallas, I have a feeling it's going to be curry all the way back! Would I fly Qatar again, I think I'll pass. So finally landed in Dallas, flight from hell, kids running up and down the aisle, jumping on seats, kicking seats! Food horrible! Did not eat the entire 17 hour flight, splitting headache, got 500mg of Tylenol from flight attendant. Bathroom floor soaking with water, and toilet paper everywhere.

I travelled Qatar from DFW - Doha - Delhi on 12/17/2022 and upon arrival at Delhi airport missed one of my baggage with all my clothes in it. At the airport they said they would deliver my suitcase to the hotel in 2 days. I came back to Dallas. It's been 5 weeks and I still have not received my luggage back.There is no phone number to contact and through email after brief correspondence the person disappears. I am Very unhappy with the customer service and a lot of inconvenience caused from my lost baggage. when I use the baggage tracker it says We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to ensure the safe delivery of your bag and Similar baggage found. For further assistance, please contact Qatar Airways Baggage Services. Where and how do i contact Qatar Airways Baggage. I submitted my claim for my lost luggage too. No compensation paid and no baggage delivered.

Paid over $5000 in tickets for my family and I. Arrived to DFW approximately 4 hours prior to flight due to inclement weather delaying my connecting flight and deciding to drive and skip first flight to DFW. Upon arrival the Qatar airways ticket counters were open. 3 of us stood in line for the flight departing in the evening and as we got to the front of the line we were informed they would be closing the ticketing counter until 2 hours later. I simply needed a ticket and was checking no baggage i asked why not and they said they were closed. It was approximately 17:48 so not a time for a reasonable break time such as 18:00. Instead Qatar airlines made me wait outside the terminal in a lobby that was less than 50 degrees for 2.5 hours until finally giving me a ticket to get through TSA.

I recently visited DFW Qatar check-in counter to check in on my mother for her international flight. The customer service that was displayed by the associate was very disappointing. Not welcoming, no compassion, and no sense of customer service. First and foremost I was told to tag my own bag, which is usually done by the associate, but looked past that. After the bags were tagged,the associate handed the boarding passes to me. I told her that my mother needed an aisle seat since she frequently needs to use the bathroom. She said that was not possible as the flight is full. I said I understand but if there was an available open seat could she switch it for my mother..she said no. There is nothing she can do. She further went on to point out to me that everyone in the long line behind me had pre-selected the seats so all seats were full. This is not true. As I was also in line and I had not preselected a seat for my mother. There were plenty of people that were not checked in yet so I am certain there were still open aisle seats. She made it a point that she would not do anything about the seat. My mother was visibly upset and the associate just handed over the boarding pass and yelled next for the next customer. I understand travel is always rough but if the associate is working in this type of business then they need to act with some compassion and care for customer service. We were rushed off and I asked the associate for her name but she refused to tell me. The information is from checking in at the Qatar counter at DFW international airport terminal D on Tuesday 12/13/2022 around 11am at counter 15. Associate was a young African American female in gray cardigan uniform.
