QDOBA Mexican Eats

I am completely grossed out. I walked in to get a quesadilla. The girl doing something behind the counter never changed. Her gloves came over while the guy was refilling the food with no gloves on. She proceeded to make my quesadilla then a girl walked in from outside, holding an ice cream, put it down and made my sides with no gloves again. I am not confrontational at all. I was debating in my head if I should just walk out or not, but I couldn’t do that. I don’t know why. Because this is so unsanitary and should absolutely Regulated. For food and safety. I’m so nervous about eating this and all the bacteria that I had to discard it. Maybe you need to do some restraining with employees on sanitation. I do wanna say the employees were very nice. But that doesn’t make up for getting food poisoning..

Portions are skimmed! I spent $36 on 2 bowls and some chips and queso. The server/preparer gave me half spoons of everything. My bowls are barely half filled. The server/preparer looked at me after every spoon as if she new it were skimpy portions. The picture I posted is of the limited time surf and turf. I’m beyond irritated with this bowl. I watched who may have been the manager prepare a burrito with full spoon fulls of food, yet this was one of my bowls. I also attached a photo of the chips that came with the chips and queso—not fresh and maybe less than a quarter of the bag had chips. QDOBA PLEASE BE BETTER THAN THIS… I’VE ALWAYS PREFERRED YOU OVER CHIPOTLE, but today’s service was not good! 👎🏽

This is my favorite place to eat, especially the Hispanic girl with braces. she does her job exceptionally well, giving generous portions, and the way she serves me has been the best. I appreciate her service and hope it continues this way.

Used to be my favorite qdoba but recently had a bad experience here that made me change my review from 5 stars to 1. The Hispanic girl with braces helping me clearly didnt understand English and wasn't able to answer simple questions. All front of house employees should be able to understand and communicate in English. She also had the audacity to be frustrated with me because she couldnt understand English. Very disappointed with this interaction and I hope managment realizes the importance of hiring front of house staff that are fluent in English

FIRE THE NEW GIRL. I have been going to this Qdoba for many years. I have gotten to know the cook and the regular front line girl. The usual girl at the front is very nice, always has a smile, is generous with the scoops, and I always enjoy seeing her. She asks about your day, she cares about her clients, and it shows. The new girl is very rude, obnoxious, and stingy. She gave me attitude about every single thing that I asked. At the register, she even spoke to the other nice girl in Spanish so that she could talk rude of me, not knowing that I speak Spanish as well. She is terribly unprofessional and if this is the face of your company, I am disappointed. Do better.

Decent portion on meat, but way underportioned on beams and queso. At least fill the scoop, come on. Was never able to actually get drinks i paid for either. Manager was slowly cleaning the fountain the entire time me and my partner ate there

Loved going to qdoba because they usually hook you up better than chipotle but recently they have been slacking.. especially this location! I got a burrito bowl from this location last night and it was sad. I did an online order—Barely any chicken, no corn elote and no salsa. Didn’t see it until I got home. I have been to this location before and they usually do good but the past two times before they have been barely giving any scoops. I feel ripped off— this is expensive. You could spare to at least fill up the scoop?! Last night might be my last time at qdoba for a while. The picture is the meal from last night…

Clean and looks like new. The staff are very kind and generous. I always visit Qdoba once in a while in Texas, while in Colorado though of visiting this outlet with family and they did not let me down with my choice for lunch. Keep delivering the best guys.

Went there for lunch on Thursday just a bit after 11:15 a.m. Although there were a lot of people working, it all seemed a bit unorganized. I think though it was because they were switching from breakfast to lunch. It took us about 15 minutes to go from entering to ordering and getting our food, while there were only 2 people in front of us. The wait may have also been caused by everyone ordering the new cheese crusted quesadilla, which takes a bit longer to make and the grill needs a scrape down after each. We had ordered a bag of chips and salsa with our lunch and the cashier let me know they were on the house for the wait. That was sweet. We had the cheese quesadillas (not cheese crusted) and they were as decent as always. I would recommend an extra 15 seconds on the grill to ensure a little more browning of the tortilla, and to ensure the cheese is fully melted, especially important of you add some pico. Will be back.

My order was stolen, which the manager was aware of and acknowledged directly, at which point he refused to replace the order and refused a refund. I get that food service is a difficult job (I work in food service myself) but this is some of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life.

Generally feel ripped off when I stop in here. About once a year, I get a coupon or something and come in. This past visit, I made the mistake of asking for queso on my burrito. I got charged $1.70 for about a teaspoon of queso. Glad I had a coupon. I almost walked away without buying the burrito, but I was hungry. Very disappointing.

The worst burrito of my life made by the rudest employee I've ever encountered. The ingredients are all really bland and a toddler could have wrapped it better. The chips must have been made three weeks ago, they were super stale. All in all it was a horrible experience. Avoid this location.

Been frequenting Qdoba for 25 years and this location for the last 5 years. Never had a worse experience. The individual who made my burrito could not have been ruder or more hastily put together my burrito. Threw it in the trash after a couple bites and I am going to find another location. To mgmt.: this awful experience occurred at 12:05pm on 2/16/25.

Burritos are nothing to write home about. But whatever, I knew what I was getting. The reason for this review is the awful service I encountered. The lady making the burrito was beyond rude (Dic 17th around 12:30pm) from the get go. I've never been treated so poorly at any restaurant.

Do not come here. They purposely underserve you. It's like you're paying double vs other places or qdobas.

Stephen always makes my experience worthwhile. Anytime I come to this Qdoba, it isn't too busy, but the food is always pretty fresh. Stephen is extremely sanitary, and there aren't pieces of old food scattered about like other burrito places. I love the transparency of seeing my food and how long it has been sitting there etc. All of that affects the quality. Stephen loves to crack a few jokes, but he gets the work done. I still have a huge burrito he made me that I have had several servings of. This is a go-to spot.

I don't know what I've been waiting for this entire time to try this place. Traditionally I would normally do Chipotle because that all I was familiar and comfortable with my normal burrito order but........ I took a chance and I'm glad I did! This place was incredible from the endless choices to add to my chicken burrito Bowl, FREE QUAC and the great service. I believe the young lady was named Kyle and she was just so patient and had no issue explaining to me the different combos and ingredients they offered. So happy with my decision and believe it or not I'll probably be back tomorrow because that's how great my experience was. Goodbye Chipotle I've moved on to better and free Guacamole!

Similar set up to chipotle but the guacamole is free. I feel like their portions are smaller though. I had a chicken bowl and it was pretty okay.

I'm not sure which one I ate it. Passing thru Denver on way to Estes ...ate at one of those locations...I'm still mad I spent $40 here. The food was just not good. The location was kinda dirty. For some reason there is a keyboard lock on the door. Won't ever eat at one of these again. Anywhere. I'd give zero stars if I could.

All I wanted was chips and salsa. The cashier was short and rude because I tried to use my rewards. His manager was right there as well and did not say anything. His tone was rough and degrading. Learn some customer skills you POS... And, here is your tip....be pleasant to your clients. I will never ever tip this axx!!!!

Compared to the other downtown locations, this is the one to go to. Workers were nice! Food was normal and how qdoba should be.

Last time we ordered from this place, they filled my burrito with nothing but rice and raw large strands of purple onion. We've always been nice when we've gone there, and we try not to be a bother are going at close. Today, I thought I'd give them another chance and ordered two taco salads for my husband and I. The following gradients were missing. missing on both: guacamole salsa sour cream corn the taco salads were terrible without any of the salsas and mentioned items. We order through door dash. I used to really like this restaurant, but these days, they're hiring people that aren't making the food right aren't paying attention to the directions on the orders. They need to get rid of these people and hire competent employees instead of the current employees who don't care about the job or the restaurants reputation. Management please fix it.

Amazing customer services really appreciate them. They took our order very quickly and we're very friendly desposte having to deal with rude customers. 10/25/22

Not gonna lie, I rolled up and ordered a pretty girthy boy. My man wrapped this thing up tighter than a priests hand on a choir boy. Masterful work!

Ordered online a simple bowl and half the ingredients were missing including the protein, and gave the wrong queso. Not sure how that happens, don't recommend this location.

I love Qdoba. It's another of my go-to fast casual places. First time to this location. We were well past the lunch hour so we walked right up to the counter to order our meal. Friendly service. Outdoor seating is great on a nice day. This visit I ordered a naked chicken burrito, with brown rice, extra fajita veggies, lettuce, pico and guacamole! Yum! It hit the spot!!! My daughter ordered a chicken, rice, & pico burrito and enjoyed it thoroughly. For me, Qdoba is good reliable quick food.

This is a great Qdoba! ingredients are always fresh and on point and they are open til close til 11 PM most nights which is great for me. Also, the Manager Kesha, is super friendly and professional. i highly recommend this location

The chicken burrito didn't meet my expectations. It was just okay at best. The staff was not very welcoming or friendly. The lady was confused when looking for my receipt and gave me the last 4 customer receipts to look through.

Hi! I came through tonight to grab two bowls for my staff. One of them is vegan - the Qdoba staff on this shift were SO sweet, patient, and helpful in making sure my vegan girl got what she needed. I'm only disappointed that I was not able to tip on my card!! Please please please fix this - the staff deserve tips for the great job they do, and it's 2022, people don't carry cash as much anymore!

I used to like this location. My last few visits (spread over the past couple years) have turned me off Qdoba in general & this last visit today have officially crossed this specific location off my list. In general: fairly clean & fairly good service... however, parking can be rough, they've taken items off their menu (no more ground beef?!), I got home with over half of my chips broken in pretty small pieces. (Hard to eat nachos without full sized chips) And last time I barely got a third of a bag full. The queso is basically the only reason I come in, but I'll be starting the search for a replacement.

Blows. Chipotle. Out. Of. The. Water. More selections, better tasting selections, and their chicken isn't dry.

This Qdoba In particular really cares about each meal they make and tries extremely hard. The quality is much better than the others I've been to

This location is a dump. We have dined in and had take-out from several Qdoba locations around Denver. Last evening we stopped into this location to pick-up some food to take home after a long road trip. First thing we went to the bathrooms: woman's was out of order, the other was in rough shape with graffiti on the wall (I will spare you the other details.) On the way to place our orders, we noticed food debris and drinking cups tossed on the floor behind the counter. The restaurant was a mess. After all the we saw we decided to go for Indian food around the corner.

opened my take-out bag from QDOBA. pulled my pork burrito out and found the burrito wasn't even wrapped properly or completely. rice falling out. i ordered extra protein so i could understand an almost bursting tortilla..they do pile it in! but it just seems like someone didn't take pride in their job and SERVED this sad, exposed, and torn burrito.

I was invited to a tasting event for the new chili verde here the other night and I really learned a lot. First of all the chili verde (which is Qdoba's version of green chili) is vegetarian. You can make it meaty by adding any of their proteins and we had it with the pork. I also learned that that pork is roasted for 6 hours at each Qdoba location and then hand shredded. Who knew so much time and effort went in to the food here? Now we do. The chili itself has a little spice, but I added the habanero salsa to mine to heat it up. If you like spicy I'd suggest you do the same. It's offered 3 different ways - as a cup (like soup), in a bowl where you can add in beans, meat, sour cream, cheese, etc., and on the side for smothering your burritos and such. If you're in the mood for green chili, but don't happen to be around any of your standbys it's a nice option to have. We also got to try one of their test salsas that I'm begging them to put on the menu. It's made with peaches and manzana peppers. Those puppies are incredibly hot, like burning the back of my throat because I accidentally inhaled at the wrong time hot. And the peaches are a nice, soothing, cooling compliment to it.

It's Qdoba. Yes it's a chain and no it's not authentic. But sometimes at the end of the day I need a quick meal that's relatively healthy (Chicken Naked Burrito, no cheese/no sour cream) or not so much (Chicken Quesadilla w/ sour cream and guacamole). It's an inexpensive, tasty option that's around the corner from my place and that makes me a fan. Oh and they also have that cool new Freestyle Coke Machine!

Is Qdoba as authentic as they come? Obviously not. But their nachos and queso are delicious and much cheaper than eating at a "sit down" restaurant. I'm obsessed with their new fountain pop machine. If you haven't seen one of these yet, you're definitely missing out. Basically it's this crazy pop dispenser that lets you pick a base soda, and then can add any of what feels like a million flavors to it. How American does THAT sound? But as an avid diet coke drinker, I'm not going to try to hide my obsession.

I was making an order online, for delivery, but I was having an issue. I called the restaurant to inquire about it. As soon as I mentioned delivery without finishing telling the girl why I called she told me we don't do delivery, I told her can I finish telling you why I called? she hung up on me. I called again she answered I asked her if there was somebody else I can talk to she said she was the only one there and that she was the manager. I asked her why she hung up on me she said she didn't hear me. but we were talking just fine. she hung up on me again. I called the 3rd time she didn't answer. Very poor customer service and that girl employee is bad for business. Qdoba should do better when it comes to hiring workers.

This location is notorious for not listening and/or getting orders right. Here is one of my favorite examples: Me: I want to order a naked chicken kids meal Them: What side do you want? Me: What sides do you have? Them: We don't serve it individually anymore. You have to order it with a side. Me: I understand that, but that wasn't my question. What SIDES do you have? Them: (Charlie Brown teacher sounds) chips, applesauce, (Charlie Brown teacher sounds) Me: Ok, I'll take apple sauce. Them: Did you say chips? Me: No, apple sauce. Starts with an A. Them: Ok. When I get home, there's NO APPLESAUCE in the bag! Oh well, at least they didn't give me chips.

Qdoba does not honor loyalty card program! Otherwise food is decent. I was at Qdoba on 8/10/11 and was told the entire loyalty program was down and they could not credit your account to get points for your meal. The manager said to keep the receipt and they would credit the points later on. He kept telling this to everybody in line. So i kept my receipt, even though it is just 100 points, i wanted to be sure they credited it. I emailed Qdoba from their website at least 2 times and never got more than an automated response. I called the customer service number about 3 weeks ago and the lady said they had no record of my inquiry. I gave her all my contact info Qdoba card #, date of receipt, store #, etc. She finally said she would have the person in charge of points call me back to credit the points. I never got a call back and never got the points. Terrible service and terrible way to treat your 'loyal' customers. I have been going to Qdoba about twice a month for a several years but no more. I understand glitches happen that are out of their control but they could have handled the situation a lot better. I was not asking for anything like a free meal or anything that was not owed me, just 100 points, which is the equivalent of 10% of a burrito. Yes I am going through a lot of effort, but it's the principal that counts. How many thousands of customers did they stiff out of points??? I believe the pulled pork is the best item at Qdoba. Their chips are good, too. I've had the Ancho chile naked burrito -- good flavor, but if I don't ask they'll add too much sauce (I like the food relatively dry). The staff is friendly. I haven't had cerveza there, but it looks like they can pour you a cold one, selected from an adequate list of options. Overall, this is a good place to stop for a quick lunch or casual supper.

Very disappointed with this location. Wanted to try something new so have QDOBA a shot and was disappointed in my beyond salad and chips and queso. Barely any meat on salad and no lettuce which made it looked "thrown together". Burrito I also ordered had NO MEAT and was loaded with rice. Asked for a refund which they said they could do and even after providing the receipt, they said "we can't find it". Businesses are so quick to take money but so hesitant to refund.

Qdoba has exploded with an abundance of options, which takes away from why I like going to places like this, simplicity. They have 5 different salsas, and 4 different quesos. Though good, its too much! I ordered a buritto bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, and the works. My brown rice was so hard, it felt like I was chewing uncooked rice. The manager made it better by remaking my bowl with rice that was just done. I would say that the queso would be the only reason I come back.

I love queso. I mean, I *really* love queso. Like, a lot. And this is why I am just as much a regular at the Grant Street Qdoba as I am at my neighborhood bar. Beyond the chips and queso, Qdoba is my go-to fast food stop when I decide I don't feel like cooking. They have a decent selection of vegetarian options (unlike most burger joints), and you really can't go wrong with a meal involving queso and/or guacamole. Have I mentioned that I love queso? The staff at this location is always friendly, and it's been clean every time I've eaten there (read: a lot of times). And bonus! They have patio tables so you can enjoy your - what else - queso! and the Colorado sunshine together. Needless to say, I'm a fan.

This place was delicious! We had the 3 for $9 tacos and they did not disappoint. Very affordable and fast service!

All staff the night of Jan 18, 2020 are angels. Especially Trinity. Y'all made my night. If Trinity doesn't get a raise, I'm boycotting management. Bless u

So I'm ordering a TACO BAR for a lunch with 10 people from Qdoba. They make you use a catering hotline. The customer service rep asks me if I'd like to add hard or soft taco shells to my order for $2.50/10 shells. I had to stop the rep. "You mean to tell me for my TACO BAR, I have to order the TACO SHELLS as an add-on?" Yes. A new level of dumb. #Qdoba #QdobaSucks #NewManagement #Braindead #WhosIdeaWasThis

My burrito was so full of grease it was unreal. Shake the meat off a bit so not in a pool in my burrito wrapper when I get home. Foul....and meal ruined.

So I came here because I was really really hungry. Now let me tell you I got a steak burrito and that thang was lookin thicc. I was like gotdamn mami and then obviously the burrito didn't reply because it's an inanimate object and if you thought the burrito would have a conversation with me then you need help. Anyway, I took the first bite and that thang slapped the soul out my gotdamn body!!! I though I was gonna have to call the police because that was straight MURRRDDDDAAA!!!! Rest of the burrito was just as good as the first bite. Also, the girl who made my burrito was finnnnee, I'm tryna mac, let her know.

Qdoba, you never disappoint. Putting this restaurant back on my list of favorites because it is SO delicious!

Was waiting in line for 5 minutes. When an employee off duty jumped in front of me to get her food. When I mentioned it to the supervisor he said her food fell on the floor. He asked me well you would want me to remake your food right? I don't understand. You always help your paying customers first. My employees always come last. Yours should too.

(This is not a review of all Qdoba's, just this one) Don't order nachos. I ordered nachos; both cheeses, black beans, chicken, pico, guac. Pretty simple? Well, apparently the friendly girl behind the counter failed nacho day at Qdoba U. What she served up? A bowl full of cheese, chicken, beans, and pico. Something was missing though; the guac, and the TORTILLA CHIPS! When I got home I discovered the nachos had no chips. Like a human without bones, soup without liquid, or a burrito without a tortilla. I called. The mensa member on the other end of the line explained that, "you can just put the chips on a plate and pour the cheese and stuff over it." (I had also ordered chips and queso...) My faith in humanity has been shaken.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I got a basic burrito and when I got back to work and unwrapped it the tortilla was torn in 4 different places. I could even eat it without the fillings falling out and on to the ground. If I wanted a burrito bowl I would have ordered one. Worst customer service I've ever had. Everyone there seemed stoned or half retarded. Save yourself and go to Big City Burrito or Chipotle. You suck Qudoba.

This is the most dysfunctional lunch spot. At noon, you will promptly be waiting behind every construction worker in the tristate area. Invest in a second register! "Fast" food should not take 20 minutes to order.

I stopped in here today and thought it was pretty well run, the same or better than other ones I've been to around the city, and I got what I always get - three chicken tacos, pretty basic, but it was efficient, clean, and I would go back.

Great customer service today. Everyone was very attentive . The food at Qdoba is always great. A very nice lunch. Thank you.
