I was greeted the minute I walked in the door. Restaurant was super clean and tidy. Food was hot and delicious. I even witnessed the staff joking with eachother. Such a great atmosphere to dine in. Keep Up the good work!!!

Staff was nice. The food was a’ight. Ordered nacho with rice. Got one spoon of cheese & had to pay extra for the rice. The rice that soaked it up the one spoon (not scoop/ladle, spoon!) Definitely not returning. I purchased a $4 side of queso. That’s the wettest spot on the plate. Where I poured a small portion they GAVE me, on to it. Staff won. I’m done with y’all. 😅🫶🏼

The staff here makes me want to jump on google and leave a review everytime. Great people and clearly have been showed proper training. Thanks qdoba and team.

Kiara helped me out at was amazing. Realized the wrap was dry when wrapping and remade the entire burrito rather than just letting me get a dry one.

I loved this location, the staff is very sweet and helpful this is my first time coming and I loved the food. I will be coming here instead of chipotle from now on!

I haven't been to many Qdobas. Its like a Chipotle... maybe better. On 10/31 they had bogo specials. I was hungry. I got a burrito with my toppings of choice. They arent stingy with portions. Employees weren't warm or friendly. It could be they were under staffed for the promotion. I got chips and cheese salsa too. Those were good. The chips were light and crispy. Cheese dip was good too. My burrito not so much. I hate a cold tortilla. Restaurant was dirty. Dirty floors and tables. They have specials in the app but its always tied in with making a purchase.

This is a nice grab and go place for a big burrito. I went with the flour tortilla but you can also just do a bowl if you're doing keto or paleo.I did steak which was a bit chewy but juicy enough to make it taste good. You can choose from brown or white rice then there's corn, peppers, pico, guacamole (no upcharge) queso and a ton of different sauces to choose from. I ended up with one of each on the side and did a spicy sauce dip of each. I'd say the verde is the best. The location is clean and the staff was cool. I'd recommend this place for quick food that's not burgers and fries.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this Qdoba. Today I ordered through my app because I had a bogo coupon. I finished the order in the parking lot and walked in and asked the cashier to please put my guacamole on the side. Since no one else was there, he said hold on I'll get your order together since you're here. I was out of the door with my order less than five minutes later. Great customer service. I had a chicken bowl with queso and rice and beans and fajita veggies and cheese. They even have fresh cilantro that they added. Delicious!!

I ordered ahead of time online and purposefully came 10 minutes later than I had indicated my arrival would be so I didn't have to wait. The order was ready for me when I arrived, and it was easy to find so I didn't have to wait in line. Quick fast and delicious is how we like it folks!

This place needs a good bath and possibly better management? Not very clean, staff isn't that lively / friendly . Food was disappointing. And it was such an odd experience , it's the middle of September and they were playing a Latin Christmas playlist .

Why would you give someone a quesadilla and not put any cheese in it? This location is on and off online order only, so we weren't able to see them making our food. I was very disappointed when I got home and tried to cut my quesadilla, only to see that all the toppings were falling out of the tortilla. We tried calling to complain, but no one answers the phone. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I've been to Qdoba 500 times, never in my life have I had an experience like this. I get a burrito with beans, rice, ground beef, and cheese, THATS IT. After getting the most disrespectful scoops of my life, I asked for an extra scoop of cheese, they actually charged me extra, this is after I got the worst service of my life, and argued with the workers about a scoop of cheese, as I get charged $12 for 4 ingredients and a tortilla. For a second I thought I walked into chipotle, that's how bad this was. Anybody working at 7pm Friday Jan 31st, all should be trained again, or fired. I will never in my life walk into this establishment again.

Eh, it was ok. The burrito was fine. The restaurant was mostly clean. Some stray trash on the floor. The service was less than stellar. I've come to expect people not being able to communicate, being disinterested, acting like zombies, etc. Wish it was different. I guess for a $14 burrito and pop, it might be nice if the business seemed appreciative and friendly--not that it's a hassle to, you know, perform the service I'm paying for. Doesn't really make me want to go back.

I created a Yelp account just to give this place a review. The staff is horrible. I love Qdoba in general, but this place just sucks. The portions are bad and the staff automatically treats you like garbage when you walk through the door. Try a different store.

Terrible customer service. You pay extra for every you add and they fill up maybe half the bowl. just terrible all around. I will jever come back to this location.

I have only ever eaten their chicken burrito bowls here. Such a convenient way to eat your heavily topped Mexicanish dish in one easy and mess free vessel. The adobo chicken pieces were decent, not too dry. The sauces and salsas are okay as are the veggies. I do tend to like more stuff all in my burrito to give it a ton of different flavor profiles. The overall burrito bowl wasn't too bad, it didn't blow me away or impress me as some other franchise counterparts is all.

The food, the service, the ambiance, all wonderful. The most beautiful Qdoba I've ever been to. Greg, the manager, was so kind. All of the staff was wonderful. Food was great. I only wish I lived closer so that I could go there more often. I highly recommend this location.

every time i've come to this location the staff is so friendly! tonight was no exception. Destiny was very helpful and kind in preparing my food. she was understanding about my food allergy and made sure there was no contact. the food is always delicious and the establishment is clean as well.

Tasty and large burritos with quick service! This location is right near where we live. Which is a good and bad thing (good because our wonderful Qdoba is close but bad because I know we shouldn't be going out to eat that often!). I usually get the steak burrito. At each station, I get a large scoop of the ingredients I want (steak, cheese, lettuce, pico, queso, white rice). Then, I get to go get my drink from the Coke Freestyle machine, which has all of the possible flavors loaded inside each time I have come here. It's rarely busy, so you have a good chance at getting a table that suits you and your group.

Disorganized mess. Just raise their prices again. Are used to be a frequent customer. There's eight workers but they can only wait on one customer at a time. Allow this guy who was on the phone talking to people while he is on the phone to bounce back-and-forth between all three stations where people could order food at. After over 10 minutes I gave up and figured there's better options out there, like panda express next-door or a nice bowl of cereal at home. This is the second Qdoba in the area that I used to go to that was great that is really falling off in the last 12 months. Sorry to see this brand circling the toilet bowl

Had a great lunch time experience. The restaurant was very clean. The folks who made my burrito were friendly and did a really great job. The lady who wrapped my burrito was a pro. The food was good, and it all tasted really fresh. I'll be back!

Really great service from Greg this evening. We stopped in and the store was only taking online orders , when we tried to place our order on the app it gave an error and said the store was closed. We showed Greg and he jumped right on taking our order - made both our bowls, made fresh chips for our queso and even showed (the possibly new employee) how to enter our reward on the register. They were very busy and he essentially was running the entire line while training. We left happy and will be back thanks to Greg's great service. Also the food was fresh and delicious!

Delicious food! I love the bowls and am never disappointed. Their lime cilantro rice is awesome!

First off, the employee who made my chicken quesadilla walked out of the building and didn't return, I then had to ask an employee to get my burnt quesadilla out of the press, which he still served me. I also ordered chips and queso and the manager handed me a grease filled bag of chips that had probably been sitting for 12 hours. This might be a convenient location but the quality is not up to par.

Terrible service didn't even ask for sour cream she just put it on. Had to wait 10 minutes because she decided to add it on for no reason and remake my burrito and then she didn't even close it properly. Terrible attitude. Terrible service.

Staff was very unfriendly. It was very apparent that they did not want you to be there. The staff was very focused on online orders coming in but paid zero attention to me. It was not crowded. They were out of black beans, veggies, and more. How are you out of these things as a Qdoba location on a Saturday? The food was very dry and was not consistent with Qdoba's standards. Hard for me to vouch for Qdoba over Chipotle anymore after this experience.

One star because of the ludicrous pic saying "hey guys, just a heads up we are only doing online orders". What? So like. I can't go in and order? Unbelievable.

I have been here twice now, first for the Yelp preview night before their official opening and again for lunch today. I must say this location is nicely done. If you've been to a Qdoba before you'll notice immediate the new interior design. The decor is modern, sleek and inviting. Tables and booths in all shapes and sizes and just a more upscale feel overall. The menu remains pretty much the same with the addition of the knockout tacos which were released a few months ago. While I did enjoy the knockout tacos I had on preview night, I am a sucker for their burrito bowl. I like being able to customize my own bowl with the ingredients I like best, and their new tequila like chicken is awesome. I don't drink soda but that fancy pants Coke machine is pretty cool. For non soda drinkers like myself there are still lemonade, sparkling water and iced tea options. I know this sounds super weird, but do check out their bathroom before you leave, it's the fanciest fast casual restroom on the planet.

Ordered for delivery. Driver didn't text as instructed, the food was cold and missing an entire entree. Really not worth $12 for a small burrito. First and last time for us.

First time in one of these Mexican food chain locations, and I'd come back. Not great, but definitely good. I went for their three-taco special ($9.00), and the ones I picked were: Drunken Yardbird Taco Triple Threat Taco Mad Rancher Taco First of all, just as a sidebar, I've never heard anyone refer to chicken as "yardbird" in conversation, except in Mississippi and Louisiana. In that part of the country, it's common slang for chicken. I was surprised to see it on a Mexican food menu in a chain restaurant. Back to the subject at hand - the tacos were good, particularly after I put hot sauce on them. Fresh ingredients, and stuffed full of those ingredients. Three tacos and a drink cost $11.87, so not bad from a financial perspective. The place was very tidy, and very clean. Service was fine. I liked it. And, I'll return.

2 out of 3 times our order was sigwrong.......thankfully Grubhub gave us a refund but totally unacceptable . UPDAMake that 3 out of 4 times WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION??????? ONCE AGAIN. We have it another try. This time our order was cancelled after 20 MINUTES of placing it. We're done with Qdoba

I didn't get everything that I ordered in my takeout. Food was cold. I was not late picking up. Should've gone to Taco Bell

Don't ever go here , bad food bad service , I would give a zero out of 10 no stars. Work down the road came in 3 times never again , staff rude , food is smaller then Taco Bell portions and more expansive

Probably one of the best Qdoba's I have been to. This location was clean and the staff were competent and pretty friendly (and tolerant of my loud, cranky kid.) The food is pretty standard for a Qdoba, which is to say pretty good when it comes to fast and relatively inexpensive Tex-Mex fare. The only thing I would change is the cost of the tacos, but the burritos still seem to be a decent deal.

Called in an order around 8:15 pm that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and didn't leave till 9. They ran out of chicken and the employees were in a rush to leave and started cleaning. One staff dumped buckets of water behind the counter while the food they had prepared for me (while waiting on the chicken) was still out. I'm pretty positive at least one of the staff was high as a kite. Food completely fell apart as we were eating it and honestly, I was a bit horrified thinking some of the water from the floor got onto the food. Definitely not returning to this location and highly (haha) would not recommend anyone coming an hour before closing time.

Honestly, you could find a better Qdoba. Lately this one has gone downhill. I like Qdoba in general but the lack of motivation at this one is showing recently, if you order pick up the portion is half of what you'd get if you order in-store. When you are in-store they are verbally short, forget items/mislabel items. Overall lacking.

Am give one star best cause of how I was treated cause how was to know it card only and they don't take cash when didn't say anything on door and lady said it did she call me and friend out in front of everyone with was rude we able get are stuff but still didn't know it was card only so yeah very rude service

This was my first ever experience at Qdoba and it won't be my last. We ordered online and picked up a perfectly prepared order that was ready when I arrived. The queso was the bomb, as was the guacamole. We got 3 burritos, all different, all correct. The food was all fresh, warm, and fantastic. The staff on tonight should be applauded and recognized for hitting it out of the ballpark, too much negativity on here.

It all would have been great and they would have 5 stars from me, had she not over done my quesadilla. My lunch was a carry out lunch so I didn't look at it until I got back to work and wasn't able to return to complain. Everything else about this place was awesome. Decor: The look of this qdoba was really well put together, it has a feeling like you weren't in a typical fast food restaurant. A great way to change things up and be an unique experience. Staff: The staff was courteous and helpful especially too my friend who hadn't ordered a quesadilla before. The lady there saved him by telling him not to get guac inside it cuz they cook it and the guac won't be fresh anymore. Also the guy at the register was helpful and let me get my rewards points even after I had completely checked out. Food: Once I got past a tiny bit of that burnt flavor on every bit it was good food. I'm sure the lady didn't mean to do that and didn't notice it because of the lunch rush. My friend he saw her look art it and still pack it up but I chose to not believe that. Everyone makes mistakes, even great Qdoba locations.

Today I placed my first online order for curbside pick up. Instructions on the email seemed pretty clear that I should call when I arrive. I called and they answered after 10 rings and were incredibly rude. I was told "your order is not ready", not that they even asked who I was. I was trying to tell the rude woman that the email does not say anything other than to call when I get there but she basically hung up on me. Guess I'll drive out of my way to the Oakland mall location in the future and give them my business.... not ready on time either. Why make me choose a time at all if they can't make it happen?

Asked for a veggie bowl twice. When he asked what protein I said veggie again. He said they were out when there were clearly veggies in the tray. I asked if I could have the rest that were left and he frowned his face and if you want them and shrugged... I told him I was confused as to my request and his response. I got the veggies. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to this location if getting some cut up veggies causes so much confusion. The chips were extremely stale.

Very disappointed I placed an order for pick up at 7:20 I arrive at 7:45. The doors were locked no one will come to the door or answer the door the sign says they're open till 8 o'clock the staff kept looking at me funny because I tried to get in as I watch several of their customers go through the same thing none of us understood why they took her order than lock the door!!!! I called on the phone and got a real sarcastic answer that they stop making food and letting people in at 7:30 they have to clean up the restaurant to be out of the building by 8 o'clock??? WOW!!!!! Once again I don't understand why a high-volume restaurant would close early during COVID-19, and when they took my order why didn't they tell me I had it to be picked up by 7:30??? There's too many other options out there for Mexican food I really recommend you take this one off your list!!!!

I wish I could rate this place every time I come in because every single worker is inconsistent. There is no consistency with portion size, anytime I get something to go it's all slipped around and leaking out of the sides. Whenever I order nachos sometimes I have to order an extra side of chips and queso just so they will give me enough chips to eat the pound of toppings they put in the bowl. Also, I have come in multiple times where the worker told me he/she didn't know how to make the chicken fajita nacho.... are you serious it's in the name. The bar is set pretty low at this location.

I was at the soft opening of the brand new Qdoba on Woodward Ave for Metro Detroit Spartans. We had the option to order whatever we wanted! It was a great event. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with bacon, corn and chips and guac. The food was delicious. The decor was nice and very trendy. I'm loving the newly designed Qdobas. I would definitely recommend this location.

I love this location. Always friendly and helpful staff. Food is always good. The consistency is predictable which is nice in a chain location. I can't say a bad thing about this location.

This use to be my favorite location in the Metro Detroit Area but the last two weeks have been terrible. Their pop machine is down and has been for two weeks, they don't have lids so they wrap your food in foil which then spills on the way home and they are out of drinks for the kids meal. I won't be going back to them until they get it together.

This is my first time to Qdoba in a while. I got a chicken and veggie bowl with black beans and rice. When I got home to eat, it seems like the black beans were burned and they were hard. When I am chewing they are hard i had to take out of my mouth. My food is good other than that but i really can't enjoy my food because of that. Please don't over cook the beans where they do smell burned. Thanks.

I visited this location recently with a taste for 'Mexican' food. It just seemed off from previous Qdoba experiences. Nothing firing on the grill, yet they were out of stuff on the line, like grilled veggies. The line was unkept, just really kind of nasty. Take a rag and wipe up the spills. It was not busy so that could have been done while the servers were just standing there. Also the self-serve soda fountain was not in use and probably had not been since COVID outbreak, but it was gross with dried soda all over it. How long has it been like that? This caused me to question the cleanliness of the entire operation and management, which was there. They are in a good location on Woodward but they need to get it together.

Placed on order on Saturday, November 28 at 7:23pm via Qdoba website, walked into the store at 7:37pm, all of the lights were off and was greeted with "Sir, we are closed." I mentioned to the employee that I was there to pick up an online order. He then stated, I cant fulfill the order and told me I would be refunded. No apology. I am never received an email stating the order could not be fulfil, I was greeted by employee that didn't want to do their job and still haven't received my refund for my order. Not to mention that the store was open to 8:00pm on Saturdays.

Did NOT fullfil my order - asked for cheese and sour cream and it was let off. Love Qdoba, but will NOT order from this location ever again. Have tried 3 times and my order has ALWAYS BEEN WRONG - take my suggestion and do not order from this location!!!!!!!

Three staff members on the line not wearing masks correctly, not covering noses. Really disappointing.

Given a burrito with no chicken and lots of unfriendliness by the staff. The place was filthy too. Never going to step foot in this restaurant again.
