I come here a couple times a week for my lunch break. There is one employee Pam that is there frequently and is unbelievably rude every time I come in. She snapped at me and the line of other people waiting that we’d just have to be patient. Her tone and attitude is the same every time I’m in regardless of how polite I try to be to make things easier. I’ve started coming just once a week for lunch to avoid dealing with this employee. I complained to management in person once before but it seems like her attitude is the same. The rest of the staff doesn’t act like this so I don’t understand her problem, but it’s disrespectful.

Staff was nice. The food was a’ight. Ordered nacho with rice. Got one spoon of cheese & had to pay extra for the rice. The rice that soaked it up the one spoon (not scoop/ladle, spoon!) Definitely not returning. I purchased a $4 side of queso. That’s the wettest spot on the plate. Where I poured a small portion they GAVE me, on to it. Staff won. I’m done with y’all. 😅🫶🏼

Employee gave me the smallest amount of protein allowed. When I asked for a little more chicken imon my 10 dollar bowl. The manager said she can put it in a small cup to measure it out. Petty. I was too tired to argue. I had been out all day. Will not be returning. Thx.

My visit today was too tier. The food worker was very polite and super helpful with guiding me on which proteins would be best for my meal choice. I even received a discount because of the cashier's suggestion. I'll be back again.

The Habanero-Lime Steak is a misleading gimmick to charge you more. It's their normal grilled steak with Habanero salsa added to it. I saw an employee remove a new batch from the warmer and add one ladle of the habanero salsa directly from the condiment options in front of me at the ordering counter. I asked them if that was the only difference between the two steak options and they confirmed it was. (I did not order at this location. It's a national promotion, so i'm posting this review at a different location because I don't want an honest employee to get in trouble).

I always go to the one on Woodward & 13 mile. The food is great, and they cook it exactly like I want it. I put a lot of stuff on my double chicken quesadilla, and my favorite line to them, "Grill it like your made at it". Dam it's good. Their food is fresh always. Go check them out!

Why do restaurants install the mobile order/pick up order shelves if they are not put in use I’m literally staring at the order I have to pick instead of it being on the rack and I have to wait for workers who do not have a sense of urgency and are finishing other customer orders ( I also hear a lot that workwrs well the orders are stolen when a worker directly tells me that it’s offensive because they have personally never seen me steal an order and even if they are that is none of the restaurants business the apps will replace the orders and I have heard numerous times when I try to people up a order someone smuggly says the order has already been pick up and that worker goes back to their business like it’s nothing else they can do
