Convenient location is the Urban Plaza. Parking is free for 4 hours with validation and there's plenty of space. Produce is fresh. Peaches are sweet and juicy. Prices are fair.

I used to be regular for over 6 years, leaving at least 1.5K on groceries every month, but the place has gone downhill in the recent couple of years. First of all the staff is not as nice as they used to be, and second the quality of the goods is not better than anywhere else but the prices are at least double. I know it is Kirkland downtown and a lot of rich techies work and live near by but the prices for mediocre quality products are unjustified so I am taking my grocery shopping somewhere else.

Dear [Store Manager / Corporate Office], I’m writing to bring attention to a concern I’ve experienced as a frequent shopper at QFC. I’ve noticed that the store has implemented a policy to help prevent alcohol theft, which I fully respect and understand. However, what concerns me is that the policy doesn’t seem to be enforced consistently with all customers. For example, on multiple occasions I’ve observed that certain customers are politely handed their alcohol purchases to take to the register, while in my case, associates have insisted on carrying the items up front for me. I want to be clear that I have never taken anything without paying, and I have always been a loyal customer of this store. The inconsistent enforcement of this policy makes it feel like decisions are being made based on how someone looks, rather than a uniform standard. That type of selective enforcement is discriminatory in nature, whether intentional or not. I even have video evidence showing this difference in treatment. Associates including Jessica, along with another staff member whose name I don’t recall, have been involved in these situations. I’m not someone who usually raises complaints, but if a policy exists, it should apply equally to every customer. I respectfully ask that the store review this matter to ensure policies are applied fairly and consistently. Thank you for taking the time to hear my concern. I value this store and hope that all customers can feel equally respected when shopping here.

I’d give a higher rating but I’m tired of all the dogs this place allows in. It is against the rules for good reason. And these dogs are clearly not service animals. Today I saw three dogs in there at one time. How does that happen without a single employee doing something about it? I love dogs but they should not be roaming around where I buy my food and certainly not approaching me. This store really needs to do something about this. Would this behavior pass an inspection? Would inspectors be okay with dogs coming and going in this place? I doubt it.

I was going on a long vacation and one of the little kids with me really likes a specific type of sausage that QFC sells. I wanted to get at least a dozen packages of that type but there were only three in the breakfast sausage section. I looked for help to see if they had any more in the back. That's when Curtis (I believe from the meat department) more than delivered. They were all the way in the back of the freezer. He had to move pallets to get to them and he did. I ended up getting all dozen packages, and I'm certain that that little girl will be super happy. Way to go Curtis! You're awesome!

Best location of this NW grocery brand! Beautiful store layout and helpful staff makes it a joy to shop here. There is a fresh feel and design to the store. The physical location is the only drawback as it is difficult to find and the parking situation is challenging. It's underground pay parking, although they do validate at check out, it's easy to forget as it's not the norm.

Clean store, good selection but... I dropped my key somewhere in the store. I stood there 45 minutes waiting for it to be turned in. An employee had found it & didn't turn it in! I Wife came & we got the spare. Then someone said it was turned in but they still had to look in multiple places to find i!!! No process & horrible employee.

Lady who worked there made me feel very uncomfortable just because I had a backpack?? (I assuming). Anyhow, I went to PCC next door instead where the atmosphere was much more relaxed. I'm not sure why you would take your job so seriously, but the Kroger Police can just leave us hard working, honest individuals alone...... PS The photo is the stuff I bought at PCC instead.
