Noah made our first experience here unbeatable. He explained everything well, lighthearted, and provided tons of entertainment. I really enjoyed his attitude and felt he brought the experience up a level. This is in addition to the good food and available options. Very delicious and great atmosphere as well, I was really impressed with the decoration. But Noah really stole the show. Cheers Noah!

This is, hands down, one of the best hot pot restaurants I have ever visited. The food quality is simply superb and so incredibly tasty. We ordered the beef combo and several other delicious additions—every single item was high-quality and remarkably fresh. What truly elevated the evening was our waiter, Noah. He was absolutely awesome, striking the perfect balance between being engaging and exceptionally attentive. We can't wait to make our next reservation and come back soon!

This is my favorite hot pot spot in Seattle. The food quality is consistently great, and I love that you can choose one, two, or even three different broth flavors in a single pot. The sauce bar is very well stocked with lots of options to customize your dipping sauce. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. I like spicy, chicken, mushroom, and pork tripe broths, and they’re all excellent. Highly recommend if you’re a hot pot lover!

Probably the best hot pot I’ve had in Seattle! The spicy broth is rich, flavorful, and aromatic — just the right kind of heat that keeps you coming back for more. They also offer a great variety of other soup bases if you’re not into spicy food. All the ingredients are super fresh, and the selection is huge — from meats and seafood to veggies and noodles. Definitely a must-try for hot pot lovers

We arrived on Christmas day for lunch, no wait time although it seems some people had reservations. If you are a meat lover and seafood fan, this is a hot pot spot to be. Huge selection of thinly sliced meats and seafood combos (shrimp, scallops, fish, Sauce bar is amazing, literally can mix anything Friendly service

I had a fantastic dining experience at Qiaolin Hotpot! The ingredients were fresh, the broth was flavorful, and the variety of options was impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. I especially appreciated the clean and cozy atmosphere, which made the meal even more enjoyable. This place is perfect for both small gatherings and larger groups. If you’re looking for authentic hotpot with great service, Qiaolin Hotpot is definitely worth a visit!

We just had a really great late lunch at Qiao Lin Hotpot. All of the meat and vegetables were fresh and the golden chicken broth really satisfied. The space is beautiful with large booths made for double dates and business meetings. Definitely a spot we'll return to during the rainy months. Its a little more expensive than we care to spend on a regular basis but perfect for a nicer date night.

We get hotpot often but this place really exceeded our expectations! Generous portions, delicious broth flavors and exceptional staff! 🍲 Will be back soon. Loved the selections at the DIY sauce station and really great drink options. 🍹 Don’t forget the mango sago for desserts! 🥭

1st time going to this restaurant and trying this type of dining experience. The waiter, Tony, was AMAZING. He took his time to show us how the ordering worked, made great recommendations, and was just an all-around nice guy. The appetizer bar and DIY sauces was really good also. The egg rolls, OMG, more please. I loved having the ice cream bar at the end of our meal.

Appetizer bar is amazing. Lots of delicious options and add-ons. Makes sense why the place can get packed quickly.

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by such friendly faces. I loved how they have a happy hour at night because we tried all of their dishes and recommendations at a discounted price and were blown away. Summer really took care of us and helped us choose the trio broth which got us tomato, Tom yum, and chili. All of them were delicious! We got 2 beef dishes and a few sides. We recommend the sweet potato noodles and the money bag fish tofu. This place has such great quality and it was enough for 4 hungry people, even as a la carte! We loved everything about this meal. It was perfect during a cold night in Seattle!

We came around 9pm looking for something to eat and were pleasantly surprised with how fast we were seated. They do have a Yelp Waitlist, which is one of my favorite signs, but we were seated almost instantly. area is clean and very nice--it's something my mom would appreciate. service is also super attentive and kind, and i would honestly give them a 5 across the board. their chairs are also super comfy! sauce bar is also unlimited. They also have a promotion for the month of April where you can get a discount on plates (a la carte) during certain hours, so we came in right in time. meat quality is great! marbling looks great, flavors on point. i loved the broth we got, to be honest, any of them would be great, but i especially loved the base broth and the spicy one the best. veggies are also fresh and good caliber. hotpot is a pretty subjective experience, but if i had to bring my family to hot pot, i'd bring them here over any other option in seattle.

Nice spot for hot pot with quick and friendly service that feels more down to earth than Hai Di Lao. Ambiance is casual and it was surprisingly quiet for a Sunday afternoon. Unlimited sauce/appetizer bar, a small assortment of packaged Chinese snacks, and ice cream are all included with your meal. You can try up to three broths per pot. The tomato and chicken broths are excellent! Definitely order the 1 meter plank of beef as well (their most popular item). The rest of the selection is fairly good but could use some more tofu and fish ball options. 4 stars for value since the portions are pretty small for the price. Note: Happy hour is from 2-4 pm everyday!

Hands down my favorite hot pot place ever! I had never seen the white pepper tripe broth before at a hot pot place and it was sooo good. And they also had some very unique ingredients that I haven't seen at other places (duck blood, duck feet, black tripe). My mouth is watering thinking about the next time I can come again!

Loved the chicken collagen broth the best out of the tom yum and Chongqing spicy broth. We got the $88 meat platter with 6 different cuts. Got a American Kobe beef platter for free since it was my birthday. I brought in a king cake and they were fine with me cutting it and serving it at no charge. Even let us use a plastic knife and scissors. Shout-out to Josh who took care of our table. Ambiance was good. Parking is available at $5 that's in the same building. I just park at Amazon Doppler for free though

Edit: I went with my friend to try the place for dine in. Omfg this place is good. It's probably my favorite Chinese hot pot in the US. It's even better than Haidilao and no wonder it's so popular. Service is good and prompt and after putting my name down on the wait-list while walking over we were seated quicker than expected. The snack/sauce bar is amazingly fully stocked. I love the wood ear mushroom and the beef tripe. One suggestion is to let customers know that getting the snack/sauce cost extra. I think it's worth it but better to inform the customers beforehand. The soup base is very good and authentic. The food items are extremely fresh especially the frogs. I really relished everything. The only thing I didn't like is the fried pork which is interestingly huge compared to other places. 小酥肉好大。 Prices are really not as bad as other places I've been but of course if you are not used to Seattle or California price it can be high. So this is mostly about the take out for mao cai 冒菜 (which is basically Malatang) where they precook the hotpot for you. It's a special #2 set combo where you get rice, a soda, and some additional appetizers with the mao cai. I also ordered the chicken feet. The chicken feet is actually really delicious and very tender. The appetizers are also really great. The wood ear mushrooms are crispy and the edamame is a good touch. The mao cai has a lot of meat in addition to the other stuff (shrimps, beef balls, tripes and blood) and I think the taste is decent and very good for a take out.

Fast and accurate service. Street parking only. Great for groups. They have loads of space. Food is tasty. Their spicy broth is very spicy. It was hard to get anything out of it without getting a chili pepper.

My go-to hot pot option in Seattle. The flavors are some of the most authentic I've had within Seattle amongst hot pot options. I love the $3 flat fee sauce bar, which has stuff like spicy black fungus, marinated tofu strings, and lots of delicious sauce options. Although the broths are so flavorful I rarely end up using much sauce anyways. I love that for the same cost, you can choose up to 3 different broths. A decent amount of options on the menu, which you check off on a paper. Not too overwhelming. So far we've tried bean vermicelli, veg combo, king oyster mushroom, quail egg , bean roll, flat iron beef, pork belly, fried fish tofu, sliced taro, house made cilantro beef ball, and wagyu. for apps/dessert: brined pork feet, fried taro buns - both okay, the brined feet had a peanut taste that was surprising. The taro buns were tasty, but I think they had been refried to make them fresh again, which wasn't great. broths: chongqing spicy broth, golden chicken soup with collagen, herbal chicken broth Out of these, my favorites were the bean vermicelli, king oyster, taro, and beef balls. They're so great at soaking up the flavor, and my favorite broth was herbal chicken. The spicy broth is quite spicy, even at level 1!

I came here twice in one week. Hotpot is the perfect meal on a cold day. We got the triple pot with tom yum, the spicy one, and the mushroom soup. My favorite was the spicy one, but the tom yum was a close second. I couldn't stop drinking the soup. The cuts of meat were really good and there was a good selection of veggies and a sauce bar with snacks and sides. I think the price is well worth the food that you get. We ended up paying around $40 per person including tax and tip and were all full after. If you don't get the super expensive meats, this is pretty affordable hot pot. They have a parking validation for the parking garage next door which was very convenient. The service was great! They provided us aprons and hair ties and kept the broth filled. I will definitely be back next time I am craving hotpot.

At their soft opening, they didn't do a good job. But after a year, they improved a lot. Their staff are trained much better and the food tastes normal now. They provide plenty of side dishes and sauces. Parking is $5 with validation. If you got their membership, you can save more.

Season was our server and he was AMAZING! Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We had a delicious dinner and great conversation with him too. The restaurant is clean, organized and the sauce bar is the best! We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will come back the next time we are in town!

We came in on a whim because another place we were going to go to was really busy but this was a pleasant surprise! The service was good. The servers were all kind and attentive but not too much. They checked in on us every so often to make sure we didn't need anything. I personally like using bowls in hotpot over plates and they give you plates here, but we used the two bowls they gave us with the items we orders instead. I think that worked out much better than when we had the plates! This is a lot a really minor detail, but i loved having a stack of napkins at the table. It really saves a lot of time asking for more than one napkin and waiting. I think that's a really nice touch that I don't see at other places. It terms of food, we enjoyed the stuff we got. The beef tongue was so good and the mushroom platter was the perfect amount of variety. Both broths were good and the spicy broth was actually spicy at a 2 peppers out of 3. I would recommend trying the one chili pepper if you aren't sure about your tolerance. I liked how the place was decorated. It's very fun to look at! I was recommend trying this place out if you're in the area. It's a little on the pricier side but we were satisfied with the amount we got.

The flavors are amazing, the presentation is top-notch, and they even have cooking time suggestions for newbies. It's the perfect spot for a satisfying meal with friends. The scezchuan spice here is insane tho, even spice lovers found themselves tapping out. The place is nicely decorated and feels very similar to Asia.

I was super thrilled to try a new hot pot experience. It is one price for 1-3 broths. A majority of the options are chicken broth base +1 pork broth base ($18) + unlimited sauces ($2.99) The server suggested 3 broths. We got Tom Yum, herbal chicken and Szechuan broth for the third option. The Szechuan was too fragrant for my guest and I. The broths are flavorful. (They add more chicken broth when it's low but it lost the body of flavor we had before..) I definitely enjoyed my meal before they added more broth base. Everything is Al a Carte. All sides range from .99 to $25.00 average. The highest 60.00 (meats) They do not charge the broth price per person which is nice! The bill was $84 between two people. We ordered one side of meat, veggies, mussels, quail eggs, fish balls, 2 rices, 1 udon noodle. (+ complimentary hot green tea) I want to give this place 3.5 stars. I loved the experience. It was affordable. The atmosphere was lovely. Nice seating, clean, organized and bright. Though, This will be a one time experience for me here. Growing up with hot pot at home, it hits much more authentically. I'd rather enjoy it home cooked and it's much Cheaper if you know what you're doing obviously. I was thrown off with the charge of sauces even if it was unlimited. The server also forgot our rice which was thee most important start of the meal for us. But please do try this experience, you won't be disappointed! Your friends and family will have lots of fun :)

Okay, well we went 2 more times, unfortunately if Jay isn't your waiter, the experiences diminishes significantly. Food was still good but this last time they didn't have 2 of the soups we absolutely loved, which is a bummer and obviously not there fault, but the experience diminishes just with the soup not being as good. We Still love it, but sucks if Jay isn't there lol

This hot pot restaurant is not a bad option for when you're in the area and have a sudden craving. For it being right in the middle of downtown, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here. However, it is nice that you can try 3 broths for the same price as one broth. My favorite was the golden chicken broth. We had also ordered the spicy broth and their levels are 1-3 so we ordered the 2 and it was even spicy for my tolerance lol. I would recommend also trying the spicy beef skewers! In all, the service was pretty friendly and helpful and parking in the garage is also validated next door. They also have plenty of options for noodles, meats, seafood, and vegetables so I definitely left feeling very satisfied.

Our family celebrated New Year's with a hotpot lunch and decided to try a new place. We chose 2 broths, one spicy and one non spicy; both were good. The meats and seafood came out beautifully displayed on ceramic cows and elegantly arranged plates. There's a side bar to make sauces, grab appetizers like edamame beans and offered desserts and cut up fruits. There was a soft serve ice cream machine also. The restaurant was decorated nicely and the staff was very friendly . Wait time was short and there's underground validated parking. Love the way meat and seafood was presented on golden cows and beautifully decorated plates.

Amazing! We highly recommend this place located in Seattle Downtown. It's located close to Hai Di Lao, but we highly recommend this place! Food - we ordered the split pot which included a variety of soup bases. We chose Mala Spice and Golden Chicken with Collagen. Both were absolutely delicious! We ordered a few beef plates, veggies, starches, etc and everything tasted fresh. They also have a sauce and snack bar that is ayce. You also finish the night with free ice cream (Kirkland brand). We also ordered their holiday drink, which was matcha and avocado smoothie with strawberry yogurt. This was sooo good! Unfortunately, it is not permanently added to the menu. Service - some of the best folks working here! Everyone was so nice and often checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Overall, I would definitely return when I next visit Seattle.

Found Qiao Lin Hotpot via Instagram so I was super excited to try them out. Sadly, I was disappointed with this experience. PROS: -You have one shared pot. You can split one or two or three and its same price with any broth you get. -If you order a bunch and the food plates overcrowd the table they have a side table where you can place your extras. -The menu is on your phone. You can scan to order at your table and the QR code is linked specifically to your table's cart. -They provide aprons for free while you dine in. -Most hot pot places we go to dont offer takeout boxes. Here, if you cant finish they provide boxes to take uncooked or cooked items home and containers to take your broth(s) home. -There are parking garages available across and next to it. CONS: -The sauce/dipping bar are an extra cost ($3 per person) and honestly without the sauce, the meat and veggies itself taste a bit odd. -Bathrooms are one stall for each gender. Sometimes there will be people in line just waiting for a stall to open. -Heard there was a dessert at the end but never got one. Maybe it was because we never could finish it. Overall, I am willing to try them out again in the future since this business is pretty new (opened in summer 2023). Hopefully next time this place is better. Still pricey for hot pot when i have had better experiences at a similar price.

We were seated really quickly on a Wednesday night. Everything is ordered thru your phone so it gets to you pretty fast. I highly recommend the marinated lamb! It was soooo good! I love the panda plushies they have hanging around the restaurant. The sauce bar does cost extra to use though.

Can't ask for a more unique dining experience, this is one of our favorite hot pot locations in Seattle. Amazing service, delicious food options with a large variety to select from. Ambiance creates for a lovely dinner setting. Definitely recommend.

This is hands-down, my favorite Hotpot place in Seattle due to the customer service, which is very quick efficient and friendly (I even befriend one of the server whose name is Seeson)! The selection of broth is great and every single broth is very flavorful. You have options of either doing one, two or three different broth in a single pot to share with the whole table or you could choose to sit at the bar which can be an individual pot for yourself. Often times I come here with a group of friends or my family with me. It is a bit tight to get six people in a booth, but it works for us. The sauce bar is incredible with the selection they have including desserts and appetizers, such as wood mushroom salad , freshly cut fruits, like melons, watermelon, and oranges. The one time I came there was fried shrimp balls was incredible. I hope they bring it back soon. We often time stick to the Szechuan style broth, and I would highly recommend going with the mild selection and not the hot because it is extremely extremely spicy. Our second best option for broth would be the pork tripe which seems odd, but it's very flavorful. My fiancé, other favorite is the tomato based broth. As always, you get to pick and choose what kind of produce, protein, seafood, starch you'd like to add into your pot. Some of our favorite selections are the shrimp paste, mushroom platter, seafood platter, which comes with muscle shrimp, squid, and scallops for $20. I enjoy the fried bean curd which soaks up all of the broth when you dip it in for a few seconds my mom loves to eat her hot pot with vermicelli noodles, they also have fresh handmade noodles and rice as well. This restaurant is a bit small and you can't fit larger groups in the space but for a downtown location this works for me and I love it here. I highly recommend you try out Qiao Lin! There's parking in the garage in the building, right side of the restaurant. You still have to get a code and pay five dollars but for downtown it's not that bad.

Qiao Lin has a parking garage in between them and Cheesecake Factory. You get 3 hours free with validation which is pretty nice! Qiao Lin gives me Hai Di Lao vibes with their menu (not AYCE) and service. The broths were also very flavorful and delicious. We got the signature platter which has a bit of everything - quail egg, gizzard, tripe, pork hock, shrimp paste, beef/pork meatball, marinated beef, marinated pork, and beef. There was also some veggies and other items. During out meal, there was even a server coming around with snacks and jelly drinks. There's also a sauce bar, dessert area (mango sago), and snack area (wood ear mushroom, veggie egg rolls, pig ear). The restrooms are single stalls for men and women so the line can get pretty long. Service was on the better end however they seemed super busy. There were actually a few items we never received so we ended up cancelling them as it took too long.

This was our first time eating hot pot here while on our trip. It was a great experience! The interior is beautifully designed! The sauce bar is your standard hot pot sauce bar but what was cool was the appetizer options such as fungus salad, edamame and tofu strips. The service was great. We enjoyed all the food and ate sooo much! I loved the size of their hot pot!

I am constantly in search of good hot pot places in Seattle. While Hai Di Lao has been my go-to choice, after a meal at Qiao Lin it is definitely rising the ranks on my hot pot list and has the potential to overthrow hai di lao. During our visit, my friends and I chose the four-broth option, featuring two mild selections (tomato broth, pork bone broth) and two spicy options (Chongqing spicy broth, pepper pork broth). The waiter told us that the pepper pork broth was not as spicy but we found it to be the spiciest of the lot. We ordered the beef combo and the presentation was one of the best I've seen at hot pot. The combo arrived on a golden cow and even had a cool fog experience for the first few minutes it was on the table. Every cut of beef on that platter was a delight, especially the Wagyu. Since the platter was pretty filling we only ordered a few other items: quail eggs, skewers, noodles, and meatballs. These were good but honestly didn't compare to the wagyu from the beef platter. The wait staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout our entire dinner. Their patience was notable especially when they graciously waited for us to finish our meal and didn't push us at all even though we were the last party to leave. I will definitely be back to Qiao Lin, primarily for the remarkable beef platter and the commendable service.

We ordered only the two hotpot soup. I didn't know that both the golden chicken and pepper pork actually had meat in it. The golden chicken had actual chicken while the pepper pork had tripes in it. I still love their golden chicken one definitely very tasty and rich broth. We ordered meat , mushroom, some veggies. The service is good and they were attentive. The parking is just street parking so you need to be creative. We will definitely come back here for another hot pot sesh!

This is a solid 3.5-4.0 for me! Let's start with the awesome parts about Qiao Lin: - Interior decor is on ANOTHER level - feels like you are taken back to China - Option for not 2 or 4 broths, but 3; - Sauce bar that is $2.99 per person has decent apps - think of popcorn chicken and pig ear; - Meats are decent quality; - They also got a soft serve machine; - Option for all-you-can-drink beer; - Some snacks to munch on while you are waiting (or after your meal) You are probably looking at the above and wondering, "Sho! If there are so many good things about this place, why only a 3.5-4.0 rating?" Here's the not-so-good: - The soft serve tastes FAKE; - For the beer options, there's not that many and actually no Asian beers if I remember correctly; - The snacks suck; - On the pricier side; - Some other hot pot restaurants have better sauce bars - e.g. case in point: Happy Lamb's has tasty pickled vegetables and that one soupy dessert with the baby taro and sago The problem with Qiao Lin's debut is that it's a little late to the hot pot game, given that there are already so many comparable options. But, aside from the pros above, the quality is good and service was very attentive. Just a tad on the pricier side.

It's hard for me to decide how to rate this, but considering it was for dinner on Christmas night I'm going to give one star more than I might have on a regular night. They were VERY busy and we were happy to get a reservation for dinner, but the restaurant seemed very harried and busy and crowded, and there was very little order to how they sat people (including others with and without reservations). So our whole experience started off kind of weird, as other parties were literally shoving their way in front of us to get their tables. Maybe this is normal here - I'm not really sure. But it was sort of an offputting way to start the evening. Once we were seated, our server arrived quickly and offered bibs (I noticed nobody else was wearing one in the entire restaurant, so I opted not to use mine either). A quick trip to the sauce bar was a little deflating, as it was VERY messy and clearly hadn't been cleaned up in awhile. Again, being Christmas night, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. The food was quite wonderful, and I will definitely try to give them another shot in the future, as their other reviews do seem quite happy so I'm guessing Christmas night just isn't the best time to get a "real" experience here!

Excellent hot pot with great selections and authentic tasty soup base. It also has great selection of desserts and snacks in the dipping bar. This is my second time here and will definitely come back.

Coming to Qiao Lin Hotpot, I had high expectations because my friends raved about it so I kinda thought it would be mind blowing. I also had read some other reviews on yelp and google too so I was excited. Some of the upsides to the meal was that the atmosphere was really cute with stuffed animal pandas around the restaurant. They had a lot of options for meat and especially the high quality cuts were good. Furthermore, I liked that you can choose up to three broths for the same price as one because some don't do that! In my personal opinion though after eating at a lot of hotpot places, the broths were not super flavorful which was a little disappointing. The servers were nice but nothing stood out really. I still think Chengdu Memory is my favorite place for hotpot in Seattle but Qiao Lin is a solid place. It is definitely a bit cheaper than HDL and Dolar shop! So for all of these reasons I would give them about a 3.8/5 overall. I would come back to try again in a few months to see if maybe I just was not in the mood for the food after seeing the decent reviews from other people.

More of a 3.5 I am going to start off with the good. Cheap 3 hour parking with validation (not free). The broths we ordered were very flavorful, they don't skimp out on the ingredients used to make the broth. Some service was good and some were just okay - nothing too quite spectacular. The meats were good, but I have had better. I think due to its downtown location, everything is a bit more pricey. The sauce bar isn't just a sauce bar, it has the desserts, some appetizers, and the sauces. If it is JUST sauce, I have to say it was a bit underwhelming. I was expecting more options. We had a party of 4 (one being a child) and we were sat at a booth. The distance of the booth seats to the table were a bit far so it made it uncomfortable. Couldn't move the table nor the booth, so we were stuck sitting at the edge and counting on our chopstick skills (skills - elite here) but do keep in mind their chopsticks are long enough to reach into someone else's bowl! The must get in my opinion is the pork balls and if you like tofu the frozen tofu cause it absorbs the wonderful broth. Overall, I would come back. Happy Hot Potting!

Yummy! I have a newfound love for hotpot, and this place did a great job. We made a reservation for 8 ahead of time, but it wasn't too busy when we came on a Tuesday night. This spot does charge for the sauce bar like many other places nowadays, but honestly $3 for unlimited sauces, sides, snacks, and desserts really isn't too bad. They also have really good sides like pig ear, woodear mushroom, and tofu skin! We got the spicy and mushroom soup bases, and an assortment of ingredients. The meter long beef, short rib, pork belly, garlic chicken, napa cabbage, fish fillet, enoki mushrooms, tofu skin rolls, and udon are what I recall but there were definitely more that I missed. Everything was great! I would highly recommend the meter long beef, fish fillet, and garlic chicken out of the selection we had. The spicy broth was quite strong but delicious, and I loved the mushroom one. One of my favorite parts of the night was the desserts though. They have asian porridges (ba bao zhou and mung bean soup) - they were sooo delicious and reminded me of my childhood! Would definitely recommend saving space for these. There's also fresh fruit at the bar too. Overall, this was a great hotpot experience! I would highly recommend it.

I usually only go to all you can eat hot pot places because most non-all-you-can-eat places are scams, but this place is reasonably priced and the quality of ingredients is really good! The soups themselves are very tasty as well but beware, the spicy is truly very spicy. My favorite meat is the fresh cut short rib. It's tender with just the right marbling to give it a fatty beefy flavor. The pork belly is also very good and the amount of meat for the price is pretty generous. Although the meats are great, my favorite thing to get here is the Qiao Lin Platter. It comes with a variety of items so you get a small sample of everything. Braised pig feet is one of my favorite Chinese dishes and this was the first time I've ever seen it put into a hot pot which was pretty cool. I also loved the tripe, various meatballs, and shrimp paste.

I didn't love it. Service over the phone was so rude. We had reservations and we wondering if we can move it, a "sorry there isn't anything available" would suffice instead of a "NO *hang up*". Meat quality was good and broth was good, but service itself was slow. We saw another table order drinks and they advised us it took 45 mins. HARD PASS. Sauce bar cost extra as well. It's clean inside so that deserves a mention. On the louder end, with it being crowded. I feel like Seattle doesn't knowwwwww what good hotpot is, so maybe for their standards it's good? I wouldn't come back though.

I have no issues with ANOTHER hot pot spot in the area. It creates better competition to keep some of the big players humbled. I enjoyed Qiao Lin quite a bit from the sauce bar to the unique take on classic items like the 酥肉 crispy pork. Service was nonexistent but I didn't expect much anyways. The pot was large enough where broth refills weren't necessary. The host was pretty friendly though. I think they have discounted parking, which is helpful for the area it's in. I highly recommend making a reservation because this place can get quite busy. The fact that my uber driver can seamlessly drop off someone coming to Qiao Lin and pick me right up from Qiao Lin... he was having a good day. One tiny complaint... this place was so cold for no reason. I had to keep my down jacket on for 20+ minutes and even the boiling hot pot broth didn't help much. I was hesitating to eat the soft serve at the end--ooh maybe this was a business tactic ;) Will come again to try more items!

We put our names on Yelp waitlist at 5pm, it told us table was ready at 6, but we didn't get seated until 6:45. Wait time is super unreasonable, so adjusting to 4 stars. There's also not much space to wait around in the restaurant. We also saw some people who had reservations still have to wait a while since they were seating folks on waitlist.

Came here with some friends for lunch. It wasn't busy so were seated immediately. The restaurant feels a little crowded but it wasn't overly so. I let me friends order so I'm not exactly sure what they got. But everything we got was pretty good. I think that the spicy broth is much better than the tomato broth but it was a little spicier than I could handle. I still did not use the tomato broth though since the spicy was just so much better. The dried mountain jelly vegetable was really good and I would definitely recommend. It's texture is really good and it soaks up the soup pretty well. We ordered three portions of meat(two short rib, one seafood) and that was enough for the 3 of us. I ended up drinking a lot of water from the spiciness though so that took up a lot of space in my stomach.

Craving for some hot pot we came here to satisfy the craving. Looking at the reviews we were expecting it to be good all around, but upon entering it took a minute for the greeter to acknowledge and point us in the right direction to queue for a table, which admittedly wasn't too long. To be honest, I was a bit confused when it came to ordering. The menu wasn't clear about how to order or what came with each dish. But once we got our soups, I have to say they were pretty good - the ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful. One of the things I loved about the restaurant was the condiments bar. It's a great concept, and the panda theme added a fun touch to the overall ambiance of the place.

Jhin was our host and he was the best helped. He b explained the process in ordering our soup, he followed by coming to politelly checking up on us several times and ensured that we had a nice experience. we did! The restaurant was very busy and noisy but i noticed all the workers managed to smile and serv the patrons with courtesy. Jhin took time and patiently guided us through. The end result the food and the soup was delicious. We will sure be back. Just be willing to wait some time for a place to seat.

My Favorite Hotspot in Seattle This place has quickly become my favorite in Seattle--way better than Hadilao hotpo! It's more affordable too - I have never paid more than 35$, and they even throw in a free ice cream sandwich and ice cream. The vegetarian options are plentiful, and the mushroom broth is pure comfort--like a warm hug from your grandma. Just skip the spicy soup; it's a bit too intense. The all-you-can-eat bar is fantastic, with delicious wood ear mushrooms, fresh fruits, and an array of tasty sauces. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

This place is sooo good. They definitely have the most flavorful hotpot broths of all the hotpot places in Seattle. Service was fast and professional. They have really cool decor. Lots of dessert soups and ayce free icecream. When we went, there were icecream sandwiches and vanilla chocolate dipped icecream bar. The sauce bar had a good selection of sauces to choose from. Also had pig ears which is rare to see and they were so good. We had the spicy broth and tom yum broth which were both great. Would def come back.
