Tried their oolong milk tea with boba. I like that the tea was strong and the boba were chewy. Unfortunately, the drink wasn't cold enough. Thus I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I will try a different drink next time.

Google
Really nice little tea place! Place is run by an older couple who are really helpful! They mainly speak Cantonese but can also speak English when given time, especially during payment! I like their milk tea selection as well as some other drinks they have as well! They did some nice remodeling prior to opening and is a pretty nice place to hang in the night! They close at 10 P.M though. Overall I might come back here, provided I can see this little tea shop!

Google
I'm not a tea drinker, but my son is and we went there to see the newly opened place. I had a Mango Smoothie and my son got a Thai tea. The Smoothie was great! The owner explained that the name indicates there are other drinks besides tea by naming it QQTeaPlus. I will definitely stop by again and try some of their other drinks!

Hm. I got to say I'm not sure what to say...we went in and an older women helped us. She didn't look like she understood what I was ordering...and when she put the drinks in the system, she was looking at the menu for pricing....so I think maybe the owner had their Mom/Grandmother maybe run the shop since it was a "slow" time. Sad to say, the matcha milk tea drink I had tasted horrible...couldn't even finish it....looked really good from previous pictures too....oh wells...

I am happy to have my favorite drink, Starry Night, everyday in this small nice and clean tea house, called QQ Tea Plus. Actually the tea house is my neighbor and I walk into the house several times a day. I saw so many people coming in for iced tea and others. They have good business.

Very good tea. Small nice shop with friendly staff. Stop by if you get a chance.

Yelp
Tuesday afternoon around 3:30pm No wait. Customer service was nice, and suggested an item after telling him what I have at other boba places. Only 2 cups sizes. Prices are fair but still pricey. It's not too sweet, mixed with small and large boba pearls. Signature #5. Establishment was clean! Parking lot is kind of tight fit for bigger vehicles but workable.

Yelp
UPSIDE: They're quick and it was easy to order. I can appreciate a simpler menu without a million different flavors - just stick to the basics and do them well! I was very satisfied with their brown sugar boba and the few sips of the lychee tea before my family drank it. The ipad at the counter makes it easy to order - if there is a line looking to the right next to the claw machine, there's another ordering station. I watched a lady win 4-5 stuffed animals while waiting for her order! That was pretty amazing. LOL! DOWNSIDE: Parking here is terrible! Not only are the stalls limited, they're TIGHT. Best to bring a buddy so someone can jump out and grab the drinks while the other waits in the car. Pre-order online will make it quicker too
google avatar

Yelp
I came here to try the XL boba but they were unfortunately sold out. I got the peach tea with cream mousse instead and it did not disappoint. Their regular tiger sugar milk tea boba was great as well. I like the little kiosk with the iPad where you can order instead rather than waiting in line. They messed up our order by giving us a regular size instead of a large, but apologized and quickly made us a new one. There are also claw machines inside where you can play while waiting for drinks. The downside to this location is the tight spacing. Parking can be difficult and if there were a long line, you'd have to wait outside for your order since the store is so small.

Yelp
I just get the #2 only--- good enough for me!! Located in not the usual, typical asian strip mall, right next to a law office, small little order counter area, gets pretty packed fast theres usually a line out the door-- thus why I only come here during the weekdays right before or after the lunch rush. I tried the latte version-- doesnt have enough brown sugar
google avatar

Alvin C.

Yelp
Glad they now have a Tiger Sugar here in Las Vegas. They have multiple locations. The other one on the strip and this one in Chinatown. This location seems to be a couple bucks cheaper. My 'go to' drink is the Mango Sago. Service was good. They don't have any tables inside so it's all take-out orders. This one is located in a plaza and parking seems to be busy. We got lucky with a parking spot.
google avatar

Yelp
Tiger Sugar is a good dessert spot, me and friends made our way over after dinner and it sure hit the sweet tooth. The guys behind the counter were kind enough to help us make good choice of drinks, courteous for sure. You make your own order on screen, get called your name and that's it! you're off to enjoy and nice sweet drink. There's a bench to sit while you wait and a claw machine to play with. Give them a try! I'm sure you'll like it.
google avatar

Anieda C.

Yelp
I got the MO1 Black Sugar Mochi Bobo with Cream Mousse and it tastes pretty good. It's sweet and creamy(how I like it) and I like the mochi topping too. I will come back and try their other drinks ! I read that the Mango Sago is pretty good, so Im definitely going to try that.
google avatar

Ed T.

Yelp
Love the mango sago pomelo - although you cannot customize this drink. This plaza's parking lot is very crowded due to the popular dim sum restaurant next door, but there wasn't a long line here at TS.

Yelp
Came her after picking up food from Fuhu shack and pepita's and was so happy to get my hello kitty cup holder dpecial collaboration between hk and tiger sugar ordered th my fave peach green tea with aloe 50% sugar which was yummy the only thing is I think it's a bit too loud in there for the employee to hear because I ordered a second drink to try since it's limited time offering but he didn't hear me and gave me two of the same drink otherwise everything else was great! fast service friendly
google avatar

Richard M.

Yelp
Addictive, fast, reasonably priced. What else can you ask for from a bubble tea shop? If only their POS (Point of Sale) system doesn't force you to tip the staff...

Yelp
This was one of their first locations out in LV and it's in a convenient shopping center with easy to find parking on most occasions. I have come here several times before and recently popped in to find that there were no more cashiers taking orders instead we were greeted by a computer. No one said hello or greeted us from those making the drinks. The cost to the boba (#5) is about $6.25, which is a little expensive for me granted 50% of it is filled with ice. On top of the expensive beverage the computer (mind you SELF CHECKOUT) asks you for a tip... this was so awkward since no one even greeted us and I keyed in my order myself. The interior is small but mighty, they are quick to get drinks out and the boba is delicious. I do find myself coming back here often.

Yelp
Would you kindly provide a refund then? My purchase was made on March 9th, amount of $7.90 Last name Yan

Yelp
Was craving boba in Vegas and found this place! All the options on the menu sounded so good but went with the pudding one! It was delicious and flavorful! I loved the amount of pudding it had and the boba was warm and super soft! If only I lived closer to Vegas, I would definitely want to try all of the flavors!!! Definitely recommend! The only downside is the parking lot outside! It seems to be always busy as there are many restaurants & shops in that shopping center.
google avatar

Maria N.

Yelp
I ordered taro and there's no Taro in the boba and the creamer the milk and all the comments to make the drinks are all out in the open and not in the fridge cooler so it's been sitting outside omg not recommended
google avatar

Jizelle O.

Yelp
BEST BOBA IN VEGAS! Besides Brew Tea Bar (which is my favorite for taro milk tea and slushees with boba), this spot is definitely on top of the list. The Black Sugar Boba is so bomb, the boba is so soft and almost melts in your mouth. The taste is amazing. Always a go-to when in Chinatown after some bomb AYCE KBBQ or Sushi. It's lit!

Yelp
I was order 1 hour ago. And Red bean taste sour . Terrible . What's i need to do for that? ‍‍‍

Yelp
I've always wanted to try Tiger Sugar, and this was my first time seeing one, so of course I had to go! Upon entering the establishment, you're greeted with several menus listing a wide array of drink flavors! With so many to choose from, it was difficult to decide on just one. When we went, there was a line, and the store is rather small, so it was tight with so many bodies crammed into one space. After making your decision, you use electronic kiosks to self-order. You can tap to pay at these machines! To upgrade from a small to large, it's an extra $1.50, which is on the pricier side. After paying, you wait for them to call your number, and you pick up the drink. The wait was kind of long, but they were busy, so I understand. That being said, I think they are very short staffed. There were only two people working, and there was a whole crowd of customers. As for the drink, I got the R1 brown sugar boba milk + red bean with cream mousse. The drink is so pretty! Definitely picture-worthy. The flavor was delicious, and it was somewhat unique, which I really enjoyed. The boba was somewhat small, though. Overall, I really liked my drink! That being said, Tiger Sugar offers so many flavors that I'd probably try a different drink next time. Needless to say, I would definitely come again!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this boba shop for a while now and when I went to Vegas, there was one close by! I ended up being the only who wanted one, so I got the signature drink, which is black sugar boba with pearl milk and cream mousse! It was really creamy and refreshing! If you like brown sugar boba, this is the best place to get it! I went to Tiger Sugar again in Orange County and got the one with pudding, which I liked even more!

Yelp
One of my favorite treats in Chinatown! I absolutely love getting a coffee here when I'm nearby. I usually get the C-1 with oat milk - I think it's a brown sugar coffee with boba. The service is fast and I've always found them to be friendly and patient, especially when it comes to explaining their menu. Tiger Sugar is located in a small strip mall in Chinatown, but has plenty of parking. The store is quite small, but you're in and out so fast, it almost doesn't matter. I'll be coming here for years to come!

Yelp
I've been on the fence with this place cus sometimes they're excellent, but not today. First off, they'll pick up the phone, but won't take the phone order. They'll advise you to order online, which had a higher price. Why pick up if you won't take the order. Poor management. Today, I order our usuals.... my bf had the mango sago, and I had an oolong ice tea with boba. Right away I noticed their large is now the size of a medium. They also now have it in a paper cup, so I don't know what they put in the drink. I never asked for lemon, yet they put 3 slices, which took up a lot of the bottom space. Feel like they jipped me of boba and tea by adding these lemons. Don't think I'll be back for a while with this disappointing visit.

Yelp
The nephew really wanted boba after lunch and a round of arcade playing. Since he's still a young'un, his go-to is any brown sugar milk drink with boba. The equivalent at Tiger Sugar is the black sugar boba pearl milk with cream mousse ($5.79), which he got without cream mousse. I also ordered the same thing, same medium size. You can upgrade to a XL size for $1.50 more. For the black sugar series, they are not able to customize the sweetness level at all, which is a bummer as I don't like my drinks too sweet (same goes for the nephew!). The drink hit the spot on a hot 100+ degree Vegas day, though both nephew and I had to carefully sip from our straws so that we don't choke on the pearls (which are half the size of the regular sized boba). One nifty perk was the free Tiger Sugar bag of popcorn with our $15+ order. We were lucky that the parking spot right in front of the store (which had a sign that it was for Tiger Sugar customers only) was open so we swooped in and waited in the car for the line to die down while we looked at the menu photos on Yelp online to pick out our order. The drink was good, but pricey. 3 stars, with an extra star for bumping a BTS playlist while I was inside.

Yelp
My go to spot to satisfy my craving for sweets. I always get the same thing, P2 that has boba, pudding, & cream mousse. Parking is a bit tight but I always manage to find one or two empty spots. Definitely give this place a try!

Yelp
Heaven is in my hand. Milk tea that is a franchise Not every branch can brew well. As long as there are raw materials and ingredients used together, but this branch is good

Yelp
I wanted to try the new hello kitty drinks I was so excited until I got there. The customer service was was rude. I stood there at the front to have my order placed and to ask a question and they looked at me and just kept talking like I was invisible. I stood there about 5 minutes they didn't acknowledge me or even try to help me so I left and didn't order . This service was terrible and I won't come back again .

Yelp
UPDATE: This restaurant has their store listed as a grocery store on credit card platforms! This means any credit cards used for dining should NOT be used here! They are scamming you. Don't give me wrong, I really like Tiger Sugar as a chain and they make really solid boba, but there's just a few reasons I can't give it a 5 star. I'll start with all the good. First of all, the quality is unreal. Their Tiger Sugar boba such an amazing flavor, and the fact that they not only put these fun creams in the drink but also give you varying sizes of boba makes it such a fun experience. The quality of the boba itself is incredible. They are super fresh, chewy, springy and sweet. They also don't hold back on how much they put in the drink! The only reason I can't get it has five stars major limitations on customization. They have only two or three different flavor choices in total compared to other tea shops that have dozens. Additionally, you are unable to adjust the amount of ice or sugar in your drink. I'm a big fan of going less ice, 50% sugar, but you can't ask for adjustments here. Overall, this is a really tea shop, If they could improve there customization process, they would be an easy 5 out of 5.
google avatar

Nina Y.

Yelp
Good boba with fast service and has a self ordering kiosk inside which I find is convenient.
google avatar

Deanna N.

Yelp
This location is located in a small shopping center with difficult parking. I only thought to come here because there's always a long long. The place is smaller than it looks on the inside. It looks like it's designed to fit 6 people in side and intended to just order and go. There's no where to sit. You can order through a person, online ahead of a tablet. There's a decent amount to choose from. The boba in the drink taste amazing, but they're smaller than your usual boba. I'd come back to get a different flavor!
google avatar

Grace P.

Yelp
We love the dim sum restaurant next door, so get a boba every single time we come. Order is easy, they can't adjust the sugar level but the sweetness of the drink always make us relax. Plus I can't half the sugar make my boys much happier... The waiting time is acceptable even during the Christmas holiday. I almost tried all the drinks. Love them.
google avatar

Kucing G.

Yelp
Hands down the worst drink and biggest ripoff I've ever had from any milk tea place. Over $8 for the milo milk tea, over half of it was ice and it tasted mostly like regular milk cause they couldn't be bothered to blend the powder. I'd rather get canned boba from 99 ranch.
google avatar

Jen N.

Yelp
I wanted to update that this is still my favorite spot and I recommend this to everyone I know. Anytime I want a little treat, I find an excuse to come to Tiger sugar. The boba is so good and the last time I went (couple days ago) the boba was so warm, it paired so well with the milk tea. On a hot summer day, this is so refreshing. I love that they've added oat milk as an option! This. Place. Is. The. Best. The service is great in my opinion. It's awesome boba and the product speaks for itself. I come at different times of the day so I always see different staff and they've always been nice. Tip in case it's busy: order on either of the screen ordering machines. A lot of people don't use them for some reason.
google avatar

Tony L.

Yelp
I order the black sugar milo which is my go to drink for after work. Taste Pretty good to me. I order with the screen and order was pretty quick.
google avatar

Ann M.

Yelp
Parking is horrible but they do have 2 front reserved parking for those who are buying from here. I usually get b Black Sugar Black Tea with Boba with Full Sweet The TG Mango Sago is my fav! Lots of sago and not overly sweet.
google avatar

Quinn T.

Yelp
Quick fast service. Friendly staff and their drinks are petty good. We order 5 different from drinks. The only one I like is their Taro with the least requested sugar and it just as sweet. All the others are too sweet and sugary - I recommend that they have an option for people to reduce the sweetness. However, within an hour all the people who drank had diarrhea. Maybe something else and an not going to reduce my rating this time.
google avatar

Courtney E.

Yelp
This place is so cute inside! A friend of ours who is a local brought us here for boba tea. We weren't disappointed. The boba was very chocolate-y and the milk was sweet. This is definitely a great, quick treat for boba lovers!
google avatar

Chantalle U.

Yelp
I will always say yes to Tiger Sugar if anyone asks if I want to go. My first visit I'd been blown away and that was before I knew they had no dairy milk! I had the Brown Sugar Lemon Tea with Boba. The second time, I ordered their #1 which is a signature drink: the Brown Sugar Boba Milk sans Cream Mousse substitute with soy milk. I don't think you can go wrong with this menu. Check 'em out!
google avatar

Abby M.

Yelp
Delicious!! Absolute must try if you love brown sugar milk tea! I love the mini bobas
google avatar

Yelp
Honestly really wanted to like this place, but there were just so many things that made it really difficult to want to come back. 1. Literally all of their drinks are very similar. You can't change the amount of ice, sugar, milk or cup size. They're set all the same and there are no other additional toppings other than boba and pearl boba. They have a few other tea drinks, but nothing like your typical boba places. 2. It is SMALLLLLL. It is cramped and it is in an area where parking is horrible. Cant blame them on that, but the way they set up their joint really makes it hard to just come in, order and wait for your drinks. They have several of workers in the back and one cashier, but it can be pretty slow considering you guys only have one milk tea flavor lol. 3. Drinks are bland. Again, it's unfortunate when a drink is filled up to the brim with ice. I bought the milk tea with no boba or cream (just the drink itself), within 5 sips, it was all gone. My boyfriend's drink tasted watered down. It looks good! Don't get me wrong, but there's no flavor. I kinda expected it when there's a huge line going out the door and people are waiting 10-15 minutes for their drinks. Would I come here again? Probably not. Would I recommend it? Most likely not. Sorry, but there are SO many other places in Vegas to get boba that taste so much better and are worth the money. Especially places where you can adjust the cup size, ice amount, etc.

Yelp
Not gonna lie, was pretty disappointed with my first Tiger Sugar experience. As a self proclaimed boba connoisseur, I'm extremely familiar with all the popular spots in California despite not having had many of them. Tiger Sugar is one of these spots that I've looked forward to for so long as a Washingtonian. This experience, though, made me very indifferent and I wouldn't be interested in one closer to Seattle. It's not bad or anything, just simply an average brown sugar milk tea. I'll start by clarifying "boba" is large tapioca and "pearls" are mini boba. This was something confusing to my group but I found out through other reviews. I also noticed the employees measure the ice in each cup, so they are definitely consistent. That's a positive (little variance between visits). Anyway, you come here expecting to order brown sugar drinks as that's the namesake and specialty. With that in mind, I knew to expect the milk with sugar, but wanted to discover what made Tiger Sugar so popular. I've yet to understand. Don't come here expecting to try standard teas or milk teas as this isn't the focal point. I personally opted for the #5, tiger sugar with boba and pearls as it seemed popular with customers in front of me and gave me an opportunity to try both toppings. It's not overly sweet after shaking, which is a good thing for me. However, again, nothing differentiates this from other brown sugar milk teas. Boba is chewy, sweet, and soft, but not like a mochi texture (i.e. the brown sugar at The Alley). $6 for a smaller sized cup is also unappealing. There's no larger size and the standard cup is smaller than normal size cups while being the same price.

Yelp
If you want a fix...any kind of fix. Then just get any of their drinks will do the job. The P3 is my family's favorite. Bring a spoon because the flan kind egg pudding they put inside may not fully fit inside the straw. Great drinks/desserts!!! Parking is tight so order ahead.
google avatar

Kevin S.

Yelp
Hand down- The best boba place around. Oh well you look at that, it rhymed! My boba of choice is the signature black sugar boba with cream mousse. My only issue is that the boba is small. You are not allowed to modify the sugar, ice, or the boba. I am not a big fan of small boba because I sometimes swallow them when I'm trying to enjoy my drink. I've been to well over 40 different boba places in my lifetime and despite the small boba and the zero chance of modifying my drink, this place is one of my top 3 boba places of all time. Go and get ya boba today! Dang.. I love boba...
google avatar

Christina L.

Yelp
I love this place! I went to their CA locations and they're all pretty consistent. I love how chewy their boba is and how creamy their drinks are. One of my fav

Yelp
I've had tiger sugar bookmarked for a while now, and I finally got the chance to try it out. Tiger sugar is located in a big plaza in China town with lots of parking available. The interior is small and not meant for sit in. I came in around lunchtime time and luckily beat the rush. [Service] Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. I told the cashier it was my first time here, and she told me what people usually get and what was popular. The drinks came out extremely fast! [Drinks] I got the black sugar boba with tiger pudding and cream mousse. It was amazing! The boba was perfect and the tiger pudding reminded me of flan. The drink was not overwhelmingly sweet even though it looked like it would be lol. I also wanted to try the popcorn they had and it was good too. Reminded me of caramel popcorn. I will definitely be back to try out their other drinks. Solid 4 stars from me! I'd recommend this spot to anyone that wants great boba.

Yelp
you can never go wrong if you like BROWN SUGAR BOBA DRINK!! A bit over do allowing how many in at a time. When the weather is like 120 outside! The drink was so good! Taste the same as in Taiwan!!! WILL DEFENTETLY BE BACK NEXT TIME IN VEGAS!!

Rhe A.

Yelp
Wow I haven't left a review in a while but I am always so bothered when I come in here. Their drinks are so good but their service sucks and I am convinced they put a self order iPad so they don't interact w their customers. Was asking questions about the menu-- which the girl Worker looked like she was hiding n did not want to interact. She looked at me annoyed and told me my answer like I was dumb. Here at around 8:19pm tonight. I always try to give it another chance cus like I said, drinks are hella good, but the drinks are not worth the bad service. Someone pls teach these kids some people skills lol
google avatar

Christopher K.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite boba spots in Las Vegas when I'm feeling brown sugar boba. The place is small and usually packed but they move fairly quickly to get the orders out to everyone. They used to have a cashier that would greet you and take your order but now it's all through a machine when you order. I recommend the brown sugar with small and large boba also known as the pearls.
google avatar

Angeline M.

Yelp
I have to say Tiger Sugar is my favorite boba shop but I did not like my drink from here. Put in an online order for a large Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Milk With Cream Mousse and Oatmilk, tasted too sweet and generic. Despite this disappointing experience I will continue to go to Tiger Sugar but probably not this location.

Ali’s L.

Yelp
The handle was good for holding the dink and had lots of good flavours And they are so kind did not take too long
google avatar

Noemie M.

Yelp
Good spot especially after eating at a restaurant. Drinks are really good, not gonna lie about that. I wish the workers are a little more helpful especially when we are trying to figure out the difference with the menu. We are so used to regular milk tea and Thai tea that's why.

Alex D.

Yelp
This is the first place I tried boba and I feel in love. Their boba is so fresh and flavorful. I ordered M1 with oat milk. They were very fast and accurate. The lobby area is small and can get crowded. Same thing with the parking lot it's a tight fit at times but so worth it. Definitely recommend and I will be going back when closer to this side of town!

Yelp
In the search for boba tea, tiger sugar has you covered. They gave me a great recommendation based on the flavors I was looking for.
