We were so pleased to be able to get a reservation at this restaurant - we had read lots of good things about it, but it wasn’t good, it was magnificent! From the moment we arrived, we felt like not just a welcome guest, but as if I was sitting at the table of a friend in their home.
The oysters were so fresh and delicious as well as the lobster bisque. My main course of halibut was to die for as well as the filet mignon - And the apple and maple cheesecake with caramel was to die for.
Our server, Hugo, was such a delight. He didn’t just serve us food, he gave us an experience. He knew us so well by the end of the evening that he knew exactly what wines we would like. It was a beautiful way to end our short stay on the Magdalen islands - and we will be back!
