Truly the best meal we had during our two week trip in Italy. Giancarlo, our waiter, was the epitome of service and was welcoming, funny, and exceptional. Our food was thoroughly excellent - not a single negative thing to say. My partner, who usually detests fish, loved the octopus. Should we come back to Cefalù, we will be sure to eat here again.

Great foods, wines and services. I can’t forget how soft the touch of napkin it was. They really pay attention to details those creating a subtle ambiance for their guests. A truly quiet luxury.

What truly sets Qualia apart, however, is the outstanding service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. Every recommendation was spot-on, and the timing between courses was flawless, allowing us to savor each dish at a leisurely pace. Qualia isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience! Great restaurant, great service and staff. A more elevated experience, w a focus on small production wines local to Sicily and Italy. Really happy I came during my time in Cefalu, off the recommendation of a friend. Definitely worth a stop for a great meal, and great wine. Make a resy.

Last evening in Sicily, and I was fortunate enough to end with an exceptional surprise. I had no expectations as such, other than a recommendation based on the natural wines served. It turned out to be a great evening. I’ve been to Noma twice (only mentioned as some sort of reference), and I can say that the dishes here were not only executed perfectly, but caught me by surprise and tantalized my taste buds! An outstanding use of local ingredients. The service was just right, and Carlo brought a smile to my face. The wine suggested was also spot on and rang some new bells in my head. Thank you and I look forward to return again.

We walked by yesterday and noticed the restaurant looked beautiful. We decided to go today for dinner. We were the first to show up and the host greeted us warmly. The service was attentive, warm, and friendly. Their wine recommendation was on point and they also recommended we get the octopus dish (available year round) and boy were they right. Overall, an excellent experience and some of the best food you can eat in Cefalú!
