This was our second night at a Quality Inn in 2 days of travel.||I must say I was not impressed with this property. Upon arrival, I wasn't even offered a "hello", all that was said was, "Can I see your ID?" As the youngman was just starting my checking, he took a call on his cellphone. Now, with that being said it was a short call could have been business, not sure, but he answered, "Hello," not a formal "good afternoon, Quality Inn." Check-in went smoothly other than that. Maybe he was having a bad day. Who knows. Although being in guest relations management, I was not impressed, and neither should this company be.||Our room was clean, and there were no issues that I saw. Our friends room had a wet chair so was unable to sit in it, and our other friends room had a chair that smelled of urine. Beds were comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the room area.||The pool and hot tub were fabulous and super clean all around.||Breakfast was not super impressive. Slim picking compared to our last Quality Inn stay. Clean dining area and staff was lovely but, oh my goodness, it was so hot in there you couldn't stay and eat comfortably. I felt bad for the staffer on hand.||I personally would not stay at this property again. It definitely did not stand up to the Quality Inn standards I've always experienced in the past.
