Had it on the first day of our trip to HCM, it was so good that we had to come back for another go before we leave the city. Definitely recommend it! The chicken here is superb together with its soup. Do not be deceived by clear looking soup, it’s rich, flavourful, and packed with umami goodness. Beef or Chicken pho, both are out of this world and like nothing we’ve tasted before. They were very generous with the mint leaves, which gave it an extra dimension of freshness juxtaposed against the rich stock. The service was excellent, the staff spoke good English and even helped us cross the busy street after.

The soup is clear and flavorful, with a variety of chicken pho options to choose from. I ordered the Pho Ga with organ meats, chicken meat, and unlaid chicken eggs, which cost 95,000 VND. For chicken pho, I find it a bit pricey, but the portion of meat was very generous—I couldn’t even finish it all. It’s definitely a bowl you can share with a friend or partner. Overall, it was okay for me, though I personally prefer beef pho over chicken pho.

It's Pho Noodle restaurant, selected as Bib Gurmend by Michelin. They serve Chicken Pho Noodle. I had Pho Tap Cam. It has so many kinds of meat and viscera on it, so it was like chicken hot-pot... If you are viscera lover, then it was ok, but if not, better to have normal simple Pho.

Wow! What a joy to have such a bowl of deliciousness. By chance I was walking by and feeling hungry, so I dropped in intended to have beef soup then I asked and was told that they are known for their chicken soup. I said chicken soup it is. Besides it’s rich umami, it was packed full of various part of the chicken, meat was slippery tender, savory soup soaked with bountiful herds. 10/10 satisfied. Will be back!

The best Pho Bo and Pho Ga in town This place is always my must-visit place for Pho whenever im back in Ho Chi Minh City. The soup is still the same with years, extremely tasty, meat is fresh (both versions of Pho abo and Ga). Highly recommend for a bolw of Pho with Quay, then ending up with Kem chuoi ... mmmmm super yummy Besode the food, the people who work here is also a main reason for us to come back. They are not only professional but also friendly and fantastic. They remember me n my family, our special request, even i don't come often but every time i pass by they always call me with name and gentle with my kids! Massive thanks to the crew, specially em Thang, anh Tung, who made this place priceless, who always treat me so special every time I come. Wishing you all the best. See you next time!!!!!

Pho Huong Binh's broth is phenomenal, making up for the slightly chewy beef. But what really shines is their chicken pho - the chicken is soft yet textured, with firm skin that adds a rich, fatty flavor. We finished our bowls to the last drop and think their Michelin stars are well-deserved.

Delicious Vietnamese Pho, served in Chinese by the staff, not exactly cheap but worth a visit. No air-conditioning in the shop.

just nearby the pink church.. service is very good and food is great.. we ordered one chicken breast pho 85k and one chicken with organ pho 95k.. the soup was deep in flavor.. and if you like to eat organ you could try the chicken pho with organ which comes with few varieties of organ.. service is good as they asked about whether to have chicken skin or not and clean environment with tissue.. we have 4 pax but only ordered 2 bowls.. they even brought us 2 smaller empty bowls.. so considerate.. and I'm not sure is this common at ho chi minh or not but they even have hair clippers for females with long hair which really surprised me.. friendly staff and boss.. next time we'll try the dry chicken pho because even many locals were eating that and even the boss was eating that when we were leaving.. 5/5
