"Since 1958, this humble stall has been serving phở – Vietnam's national rice noodle soup. Now led by the second generation, it offers phở gà and phở bò with extra toppings such as chicken skin, egg yolk, brisket and tendon. The broth is freshly made daily – clear, light and savoury-sweet." - Michelin Inspector

phở hương bình is bringing next level pho energy to the michelin scene THE BIB GOURMAND STATUS this spot earned michelin's bib gourmand recognition meaning quality food at solid prices that absolutely delivers. it's not a star but basically michelin saying this place slaps without the fancy price tag. THE CHICKEN PHO THAT HITS DIFFERENT the phở gà đùi with dark thigh meat is straight fire. tender juicy chicken and deeply flavorful broth that's been perfected over years. this bowl is an absolute serve. THE LEGACY VIBES this family run spot has been doing their thing for generations. the consistency and care in every bowl is lowkey impressive and totally worth the hype. THE NO FRILLS REALNESS don't expect fancy decor just pure focused pho craftsmanship. plastic stools steaming bowls and happy customers say everything you need to know. THE FINAL CALL if you want michelin recognized pho that actually lives up to the reputation this is your move. that chicken thigh situation will change your pho game forever. don't forget to ❤️.

I feel like a lot of people overlook this place since it’s located by the ultra popular Pho Pasture. Both places are solid but I think this place might have a slight edge. Let’s start with the crowds. If you’re unlucky and catch a time where the tour buses come in to pho pasture, then it’s just pure chaos. I don’t think this place gets that kind of crowd. Food wise, this is more famous for their chicken pho. I’m a beef guy and they’ve got beef pho here too. It’s actually pretty good. The taste is a bit different, a bit sweeter and I’m guessing they have some chicken bone in the beef broth. The soup is actually hotter than pho pasture. I’ve been complaining for years how the soup is just not hot enough at Pho Pasture. No issues here. The staff is friendly. The son is helpful. The mom cooks and slides a loving grab to the husband every now and then. Cute. I tried both the beef pho and mien ga (chicken noodles) because it’s inexpensive here despite the Michelin tag. Portion is small but I was super full with two bowls. Had to walk all the way to Ben thanh to wear it off. 215k was the damage with two coconut. Not bad. If you like chicken soup, give this place a try. The beef holds its own too so don’t overlook this place.

It's Pho Noodle restaurant, selected as Bib Gurmend by Michelin. They serve Chicken Pho Noodle. I had Pho Tap Cam. It has so many kinds of meat and viscera on it, so it was like chicken hot-pot... If you are viscera lover, then it was ok, but if not, better to have normal simple Pho.

Average taste not sure why it’s in Michelin guide Broth is lacking salt and they only have salt&pepper mixed Meat quality is average too. You can still feel the taste of home cook food but missing something

The soup is clear and flavorful, with a variety of chicken pho options to choose from. I ordered the Pho Ga with organ meats, chicken meat, and unlaid chicken eggs, which cost 95,000 VND. For chicken pho, I find it a bit pricey, but the portion of meat was very generous—I couldn’t even finish it all. It’s definitely a bowl you can share with a friend or partner. Overall, it was okay for me, though I personally prefer beef pho over chicken pho.

I had just checked in to my hotel, I was hungry and went for a walk to find something to eat. I cam across this restaurant and decided to give it a try. After going over the menu I decided on the Bò Lúc Lắc (Shacking Beef) with Pasta. I've been in Vietnam for several days now and this is still the best tasting dish I have had. I suggest that you try it! Th!e restaurant looked clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant

The best Pho Bo and Pho Ga in town This place is always my must-visit place for Pho whenever im back in Ho Chi Minh City. The soup is still the same with years, extremely tasty, meat is fresh (both versions of Pho abo and Ga). Highly recommend for a bolw of Pho with Quay, then ending up with Kem chuoi ... mmmmm super yummy Besode the food, the people who work here is also a main reason for us to come back. They are not only professional but also friendly and fantastic. They remember me n my family, our special request, even i don't come often but every time i pass by they always call me with name and gentle with my kids! Massive thanks to the crew, specially em Thang, anh Tung, who made this place priceless, who always treat me so special every time I come. Wishing you all the best. See you next time!!!!!

Pho Huong Binh's broth is phenomenal, making up for the slightly chewy beef. But what really shines is their chicken pho - the chicken is soft yet textured, with firm skin that adds a rich, fatty flavor. We finished our bowls to the last drop and think their Michelin stars are well-deserved.
