"Long a favorite destination for food and views in Sea Pines, Quarterdeck underwent a complete remodel in early 2022 and reopened to rave reviews for the new nautical menu and decor, as well as the expanded expansive 270-degree views, a rooftop oyster bar, and the Quarterdeck Market, which features a raw seafood market and grab-and-go items. Fresh local shrimp still shines here, with possibilities including the shrimp Louie and local charcoal-roasted shrimp." - Lynn and Cele Seldon

Google
Great food with a great view in a beautiful part of Hilton Head! For apps, we shared the gator bites and charcoal roasted shrimp. For entrees, we enjoyed the local catch over sweet corn-blue crab chowder, South Carolina grouper rockefeller, and the daily fresh catch. They have a good sized drink menu with some fun cocktails. Our waitress was great. We sat outside and enjoyed the sunset.

Google
We had a lovely dinner there after trying to get a reservation. The restaurant looks amazing with the beach view. Food was lovely. I got the shrimp and grit which was good. The corn bread and calamari were pretty good too.

Google
Best restaurant on the island. Go try it! Food, service, atmosphere is on point! Our host Aldane was on point, friendly and is an expert all around! We ordered the sea bass, Mahi sandwich, and the kiddos enjoyed some quality kids meals! Best fish we had during our visit and the kids loved their meals (Pasta and Fried Shrimp) A must try!

Google
Although I do not recommend it, we came in with a family of 8 without a reservation on a Saturday night and the staff accommodated us within a few minutes! The atmosphere was exactly what you look for on HHI and our server was great. I gave 4/5 stars because my son’s grilled chicken was pretty dry and my swordfish was also a little dry. Overall a great restaurant and I would definitely go again!

Google
Great food and atmosphere! We enjoyed the sunset while eating our meal and it was a great time. Also very pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes. Pictured are the alligator bites, octopus dinner and swordfish special.

We arrived a little before closing time and were seated promptly. They offer excellent options for kids. The salad was very fresh, and the charcoal shrimp were delicious.

Google
Great spot with a gorgeous view of the harbor. We had a few apps and drinks. The SC oysters were amazing, nice and fresh. I had a specialty tequila drink with a jalapeño rim, pretty good! Overall this is a great option for you if you’re in the harbor area!

Google
Loved it so much we went twice. From the staff, to the oysters, salmon, gator bites and desserts. This place was hands down the best meal we had all week!

Yelp
A must visit while on Hilton Head! Perfect for a date night. Our waiter, Tyrese, was exceptional, our food was phenomenal and the view was outstanding! We went for my birthday & they went above and beyond!

Nancy S.

Yelp
I would like to recognize R.J.... A real asset to Quarterdeck. R.J. did a superb job in bartending as well as assisting us with menu options. The food was great! Nanc had the Shrimp Louie and Rob had the gumbo and the Tuna Poke. Delicious!

Haley Y.

Yelp
Our food was amazing, and came out so fast. The Chicken Alfreda is some of the best I have ever had. Oksana was our waitress and went above and beyond to make our dining experience one we will remember.

Lisa W.

Yelp
Great place to eat! Food, service and the view were all fantastic. Highly recommend making reservations. Our waiter, Denzel, was on it from start to finish. Our group of four split 2 appetizers: the hush puppies with honey and the corn with cojita cheese. Both were amazing. The presentation of the corn was really unique (like cobs split into curves) which made them easier to eat. For the entree, my husband got the swordfish and I got the chicken pasta Alfredo (I'm not a seafood eater). Both were excellent. Our table also enjoyed a few rounds of drinks, and Denzel never let our glasses stay empty. He was really a great waiter on a busy evening. Would definitely come back here. Note that there is a roundabout immediately in front the restaurant/lighthouse to drop off anyone who may have mobility issues. Parking can be a bit of a walk, but very accessible drop off and ramps into the restaurant. (Impressive for such a crowded area.)

Yelp
I want to give 5 stars but our initial encounter was a bit rocky. We made reservations well in advance to get the general area that we desired to view the beautiful sunsets while enjoying dinner. We were seated on time and we followed our hostess to our would be table. When we arrived at the table a party was already seated there. We then awkwardly waited around the bar area for some time until seated. Once seated, the experience was top notch. Service was great. The food was excellent as well. The local charcoal roasted shrimp were amazing and are a must try. I tried the Thai Crunch salad and Gumbo. I can't wait to try the salad again. It was the perfect combination of flavor and texture. My wife spoke very highly of the chicken Alfredo. The sunsets were amazing and put the cherry on top. I would recommend sitting outside to soak in this spectacular view.

Yelp
Ahoy, fellow food adventurers! If you're ever sailing the culinary seas of Hilton Head, do yourself a favor and dock here at the Quarterdeck Restaurant for a meal that's nothing short of a treasure trove of deliciousness! Upon arrival, I decided to embark on my island escapade with the Island Dream cocktail. Let's just say it was more like an Island Dream-come-true! My husband, the fearless seafood explorer, dove into a plate of smoked oysters, setting the bar high for the meal to come. But wait, there's more--he followed it up with the blackened mahi mahi sandwich, which was so amazing he practically considered moving in. Our two young buccaneers, always on the hunt for the best grub, opted for the kids meal pasta with red sauce. Their verdict? "5,000 stars!" they declared, with their mouths full of French fries, which were apparently so amazing they considered starting a fan club. As for me, I navigated the flavors of the Thai salad, and boy, was it a flavor fiesta! Each bite was an adventure in its own right. The ambiance at Quarterdeck is nothing short of stunning, with a beautiful view of the harbor that makes you feel like you're dining in paradise. And let's not forget our server, a summertime ambassador from Jamaica, who was so thorough and attentive, it felt like we were the only ship in the harbor. In conclusion, if you find yourself in Hilton Head, drop anchor at Quarterdeck for lunch or dinner. You'll leave with a belly full of joy and a treasure chest of tasty memories. Highly recommend!

John C.

Yelp
Great lunch at Quarterdeck. Views are beautiful. Mahi Mahi sandwich with a small salad was fresh and delicious. Blackened Mahi was perfectly done - a little spicy on the outside and moist on the inside. Wife had shrimp and grits which she said was very good. Service was very good - we got exactly what we ordered. Some entrees are a little pricey for lunch, but our meals were very reasonably priced. We have now put Quarterdeck on our list of restaurants to visit on every trip to Hilton Head.

Yelp
Best spot to eat in harbour town, live music was awesome, food was great and atmosphere with family was very memorable. The details. The wait for inside was an hour and a half, luckily we were seated outside with no wait. The fan above us was broken, it was pretty hot, but the rest of the experience made up for that. Our waitress was really our only "complaint" But don't get me wrong, overall service was top notch. Ill explain. I'm a server and a chef, so I can't help but be picky when it comes to food and service. The best service is when you talk with your guests, get to know them a little, atleast ask if they've been here before or visiting etc. Creating some connection is key to 5 star and big tips. Her service was good, refilled our waters but forgot my moms. Only talked to us to order food and ask for refills on alcohol. Suggested the most expensive item the filet and lobster lol. Mom gave in to an extra drink after being asked and she forgot to bring it. Couldn't turn fan on because it was broken. Little things like this matter. Now the service in general though was great. Managers always walking around asking how everything is. Food and apps came out quick, by other servers I should add. Host seemed a little sassy, could smile more. And 10 workers were at the host stand so not sure what's up with that. Let's get to the food though. Refreshing knowing you're getting good quality for fair price. Started with the gator bites of course, very good, sauce was awesome, peppers were great touch. Next tried crab soup, came out super fast, pretty solid aswell. Good flavor, crab was soft. Some red pepper flakes would have made it even better. Then for the main courses, came out pretty quick as well. I ordered the chicken alfredo. The chicken was so flavorful, the pasta and sauce was solid. Noodles could have been cooked a little longer for my liking, bread was meh. Mom got the grouper, very good. Dad got the swordfish with crab cake, beautiful presentation. Pretty good aswell. Sister for the fried chicken. Fries were little deflated, didn't eat the veggies, and chicken was good! Shout out to the live music performer, he was so good and so nice, deserves more exposure. Overall, very safe bet coming here. Lots of menu items that look good to try, quality is there, service is there, atmosphere is there. You can't go wrong. Looking forward to coming back next time!

Yelp
We ate at this location in Harbourtown on a second trip to Hilton head Island this year. It was not quite as good as the first experience; but, it was still good. Valerie was our waitress and she was good, efficient, professional, and helpful. I again had the tried and true fried chicken sandwich, which was excellent. My wife had the Atlanta salmon (GF) and it was only average. We'll be back to this restaurant on our next visit to HHI.

Margaret Y.

Yelp
We visited The Quarterdeck very early on during our our most recent trip to Hilton Head. If I had known in advance what a nice place it was, I probably would have opted to save it for later in the trip to optimize our enjoyment of the dining experience here :-) Tip: Portion sizes are very generous The four of us made several different menu selections and none of us had any complaints about the quality of the food, the tastes, or the presentation. My favorite dishes from our 1st visit were the shrimp and grits and the fried shrimp. This is a good place to get dressed up, then request a table overlooking the dock on the water. Note that to get here, you've actually got to into Sea Pines.

Vita B.

Yelp
We were walking around and decided to stop by here for lunch. They had good options for our kids. We sat out outside on the second floor and the view was amazing with nice breeze. Our server Kuldeep was awesome and helpful. One person with shellfish allergy and he was able to help us to accommodate for allergy. Also surprised our twins with brownie and ice cream for their Bday. The views and service and atmosphere is solid 5 stairs . The food was ok maybe 3.5-4 stars . But we only had lunch items so maybe dinner options are better.

Elliott L.

Yelp
We were driving around sea pine, I opened yelp and I saw this place. It seemed nice so we checked it out. We were seated immediately outside and there is a fantastic view. The menu is a blend of American foods with seafood. The staff is nice and the food is a bit pricy. I got the swordfish, which was the fish of the day. The actual fish was delicious but the cause tainted the taste. The potatoes on the side clensed my pallet and helped combat the flavor. Overall a nice dinner with a phenomenal view.

Libby V.

Yelp
I love this restaurant so much! Every trip to Hilton Head this is a highlight. Grab an outside table with a view of the ocean and enjoy great eats. My favorite is the Lobster Cocktail...it's huge and so very good. A glass of wine really sets it off. And I had one of the best salads of my life here! Love watching the boats come and go. And service is always top notch!

Jill B.

Yelp
We went out for date night without the kids and since we went early there were tons of kids around us. The kids were crying and throwing plastic boats on the ground but the food was awesome. The service was good and the food was great. The oysters are my favorite appetizer and I like the salmon so I got it again the second time we went. The ambiance is great. We went outside and sat on the couches outside that were more comfortable and had a great view with the boats and sunset over the water. We will be back next time we go to Hilton Head.

Curtis J.

Yelp
I'm going to start with the ambiance. Just breathtaking what they have done with the new restaurant. Beautiful, scenic, the round bar looks awesome. Outside seating a must. The service. Reilly was perfect. She was on her game, very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. All she needs is a name badge. Just kidding! She was great! Now the food. The menu was specific one page. We had all sorts, chicken Alfredo, oysters, calamari, all delicious!!! Great place to have my birthday dinner!

Natalie H.

Yelp
This is my new favorite Hilton head restaurant. The view and restaurant is beautiful. The food was amazing and super fresh. The menu has a good mix of things for everyone. We can't wait to return.

Danny G.

Yelp
Ambiance is incredible! Food and service were fantastic! And then there's the sunset...wow!

Lisa D.

Yelp
The Quarterdeck was fantastic! This was our first time visitng Hilton Head & this restaurant did not dissapoint! The food was excellent as well as the service! We had the Local Charcoal-Roasted Shrimp appetizer. My husband had the Rockefeller Grouper. I had the South Carolina Scallop special served with potato's au gratin, ember-roasted local vegtables, & an ember-roasted lemon beurre blanc sauce. Our Server Oksana was amazing! She even took pictures of us outside in a few different area's so we had plenty of pictures sourounding us with all the senic views! We look forward to coming back next time were in area!

Olivia Y.

Yelp
This was on my to do list after researching harbor town and I'm so glad we came! We came by for lunch without a reservation around 11:45 and were promptly seated. We requested inside since it was chilly and the gorgeous views from the second floor were amazing, even indoors! I ate the calamari appetizer and crab soup both which were delicious. My spouse got the fried fish sandwich which was huge and my toddler got the fried shrimp. Service was quick and attentive and they do have high chairs. It's very popular for dinner and it can be quite fancy if you want to make it an occasion- so do yourself a favor and make a reservation and go just adults if you can :)

Londan Michelle H.

Yelp
You definitely come here for the ambiance. Having dinner on the deck overlooking the sunset is absolutely unmatched for vacation dinner. The service was wonderful as well. The drinks were tasty and great pours. The food was okay. The calamari was the best part of the meal. My potatoes and mixed veggies were severely undercooked and my steak was bland. Not the highest quality steak either for a filet mignon, so that was pretty disappointing considering the Bertie meal cost.

Lee W.

Yelp
We came during the week for a sunset dinner. Make sure to make a reservation. There is a large second floor bar and dining room with sweeping views of the water and harbor. Service was very attentive and nice. We ordered the greens and seeds salad, she crab soup, and burger. Our friends had shrimp and grits and chicken Alfredo. We were all really happy with the food. Delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back when we visit again.

Lyssa C.

Yelp
If you are going for the view it's 5 stars! We sat at the bar and were greeted with a smile. We all ordered drinks and we were delivered waters as well. I had some questions since I have to eat gluten free and he was able to answer for me. They do not have a lot of options if your GF, which stinks but he at least was knowledgeable about what I could have. I ordered the filet and it was cooked perfectly. The truffle potatoes were out of this world good! My only complaint would be the veggies. They were smoked which I usually like but it was almost like the smoker was not ready yet. They had a horrid aftertaste. I would still go back just for the view.

Beth E.

Yelp
First, the ambiance here is fantastic. The windows everywhere, the color scheme and overall decor is top notch. There are several bars and tables everywhere in this huge restaurant. We had a nice table, and I started with a lemon drop martini. It was very good. Our server was wonderful. I struggled a bit with the menu as I am a somewhat picky eater. Fish is not high on my list of foods I like, but I settled on the salmon, served with risotto and asparagus. But first, I ordered the she crab soup, which I seldom see on m us. The soup arrived nice and hot and was extremely good. We waited what I felt was the appropriate amount of time and our entrees arrived, again, nice and hot. My dish looked very nice. Our server had told us if there was anything wrong to bring it to her attention. Being that we were with another couple, I couldn't make myself do that, as it is disruptive to a meal. My salmon was cooked way less than I like it. The inside was a bit slimy, so I just ate around the edges. The risotto was extremely good, and thankfully filling. The asparagus which looked grilled, was limp and lifeless. We did get to see a beautiful sunset, and had great service, but both my husband and I weren't thrilled with our meal

Anna C.

Yelp
FINALLY - the hunt for great food on HHI has come to an end. Quarterdeck is the only restaurant that's worth both the time and the money. We sat at the bar (Gee is fabulous and such an asset) and had oysters to start. The Thai crunch salad is dressed to perfection, and so well balanced. My husband and I split the red fish with potatoes au gratin and it was amazing - we were so impressed. Truly, all other restaurants are just tourist traps with less-than-mediocre food and sky-high prices; Quarterdeck is WONDERFUL and bonafide treat. And seriously, Gee is the best.

Caroline J.

Yelp
The service, y'all. The SERVICE! Every single person in that restaurant was friendly, engaging, kind, and legit a pleasure to talk to. Each and very single one. I am blown away by the service standards here, and I am really impressed by this staff! Every time I go I feel safe eating here with my gluten allergy. 100% safe. There aren't a ton of GF options, but the menu isn't huge, so I'm not totally shocked that there aren't a lot of options for those with a gluten allergy. I have gotten the salmon with risotto, but this time I had blackened salmon with fingerling potatoes and roasted vegetables, and it was so good! I appreciate that they let me get the salmon medium rare, because I still like it squishy! Tender, flaky, not overly seasoned, and delish! Potatoes and vegetables were standard, but they were good! Hubby had the fried shrimp platter, and it was good! Dad got the shrimp appetizer, the half, and it was big enough for 2 people easy. He also got the she crab soup and ate every last drop. Kiddo got the burger, nothing wild, and the fries. Standard and solid for sure. The prices are a little high IMO, but you're paying for excellent service and those VIEWS! Restaurant is very clean, beautifully designed, plenty of windows, and again, THOSE VIEWS! You can't beat them! Our fam has come here for decades, and we're excited about the direction Quarterdeck has taken!

Molly G.

Yelp
The quarterdeck has the best views in HHI! They have ample seating for large groups in their back dining rooms. We loved the privacy of the green room! The food tasty and very seafood focused! Our favorite was the warm crab dip with butter saltines! The servers are attentive and are happy to help with dietary restrictions and allergies! The Shirley temples & mojitos were great while we waited on our table.

Greg E.

Yelp
Atmosphere - very good! The restaurant has floor to ceiling glass with a great view of the water. There is a very large bar that has ample area for dining. Service - Excellent! Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Food - A miss. I ordered a cup of the She Crab soup and the broiled group. The soup was delicious and ample crab meat. The grouper was undercooked and fairly bland. Overall Value - Just OK. given the service and atmosphere,

Erika A S.

Yelp
This was place was fantastic! We got red wine sangria to start, tomato & burrata salad for appetizers + the crab soup (yum), and we all got different entrees. I had the crab cake sandwich and I swear the best fries I've ever had. Our server was great so was the view!

Chelsea M.

Yelp
Visited Quaterdeck on a Sunday night. I was able to get seated quickly without a reservation. It was decently busy. The ambiance inside it beautiful, and includes a lot of windows so that you can enjoy the amazing view of the boats and the dock. The servers all seemed to genuinely love working there all wearing smiles and can-do attitudes! My server was very attentive and checked on us often, she was honestly so sweet. As far as drinks I ordered the Lavender Mojito Spritz and The Watermelon Wave. Both drinks were perfectly crafted and delicious. For appetizers I ordered the She Crab Soup, Aligator Bites, Roasted Oysters. These appetizers were amazing! Flavorful and not too heavy. These were the best alligator bites I have ever had in my life! For entrees I order the Crab Cake Sandwich with shrimp risotto and the Redfish which was topped with a crap cake and served with fingerling potatoes and a beurre blanc sauce. I would come back over and over again for this. Great portion sizes, great plating presentation! Overall I am so glad I stopped by! From the sweet servers to the food I was pleased and would visit again! Perfect for an intimate date night.

Richard A.

Yelp
We had perfect service from Patrice. I sure hope I got her name right. She hails from Jamaica, I think. Perfect service. Thank you. What would Hilton Head be without immigrants? Thank you, Kamala. Trump wants mass deportation? No, no, to the hell naw. Salty Dog had amazing Indian waiters. Harris Teeter is staffed with awesome latinos. SC is a melting pot. love it

Andy M.

Yelp
Best meal we had during our stay in Hilton Head. Oksana was especially excellent. Can't beat the view or the food!

Sarah M.

Yelp
Highly recommend. The food and service were incredible. Had a beautiful view of the harbor and we walked on the pier after dinner. The restaurant is very handicap accessible with ramps throughout and an elevator inside.

Dawn P.

Yelp
First time on Hilton head and this was the place we chose for our first meal. Wonderful atmosphere up on the upper deck- fantastic food and the best bartender/server ever-

Chris C.

Yelp
My absolute favorite restaurant in Hilton Head, SC!!! Reservations are a must...Food. service, and atmosphere are EXCELLENT...5 stars.

Heather H.

Yelp
Great first dinner at Hilton Head for the week. It was perfect weather to sit outside on the patio. Plus the perfect view to watch the sunset. For appetizers we got the Hushpuppies and She Crab soup. The hushpuppies were delish topped with a local hot honey. For entrees we got the salmon with seafood risotto and asparagus. The salmon had great flavor topped with pineapple risotto. However, the asparagus was tough and very bland. The shrimp cocktail had good flavor as well. I really liked the cocktail sauce and remoulade. We would definitely be back to try some of their tasty cocktails..

Ron H.

Yelp
Top three in Hilton Head. Carefully selected upper level deck for full sun dining today. Babette, our accomplished and very pleasant server from Pittsburgh is delighted to serve at Quarterdeck - her daily commute is often interrupted by traffic accidents. Babette suggests the Reuben Grouper sandwich, which often appeals to our taste; however, today it will be the Calabash style, Adluh flour-dusted; served with french fries, creamy Asian slaw Captain's platter -- Lot to recommend with Calabash style. This is perfect for us today. Water views are rare for Hilton Head restaurants, and Quarterdeck offers great water views inside and out. In many ways Quarterdeck reminds me of Savannah's Pink House. Quarterdeck is a perfect date night with your wife. The tariff is appropriate for the fare.

Katie E.

Yelp
Such a great experience and great dinner spot in Hilton Head! It's right on the water and the views, especially at sunset were amazing! We sat outside and it was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend making a reservation prior. We needed a reservation for 12 but made two reservations for 6 and they were able to accommodate us at one table! We didn't have to wait long to be seated and our server was fantastic. It was her first week on the job and she didn't show it at all. She got every order correct, was so sweet and nice and we didn't have to wait long for anything. She offered to take a group photo, and made our dining experience so much better. The food was also great! I had the sweet corn hush puppy fritters as an appetizer for $7.50 and the salmon on risotto $30 as an entree. They were able to switch out the vegetable for me and it was very good. Not a huge portion but definitely filled me up. You do need to pay to get into the area where the restaurant is but if you're in Hilton Head it's definitely a go-to spot!

Andrew B.

Yelp
They didn't have any fried options or filets...that's half the menu. The ambiance was fantastic...and now we know why we were able to find a seat so easily; nobody wanted to eat here. The drinks were tasty, and that was the highlight. After asking the server, we learned there were computer issues too. The service was OFF. Everything took long to come out. My recommendation: take less reservations and/or reduce your prices. We didn't come here to pay top dollar to have subpar service (after paying just to come to this part of the island!). Okay...and now...we just learned the items we ordered (chicken Alfredo) are out and have been for hours. We left.

Sara H.

Yelp
Yummy yummy yummy! Everything was delicious here. Loved y selection's and my friend had perfectly cooked scallops.

Morgan C.

Yelp
Absolutely gorgeous view and delicious food. We had a reservation and were seated upstairs right away. The views and overall decor/aesthetic is what you think for "waterfront dining". Service was excellent, quick and friendly as well. We split the firecracker shrimp and fried calamari to start, as well as 1/2 dozen oysters. I opted for the market fish imperial which was incredible - the sauce was fantastic and the fish was something I'd never heard of. Hubs got the lobster Thermidor which had a smoked/grilled taste. We will definitely return on our next trip to HHI!

Katie L.

Yelp
Great food and drink, very fresh and flavorful. I would say it's a little overpriced for the quantity/quality. Great spot for fresh seafood and in a great area!

Stephanie N.

Yelp
Prior to the 'business owner' comment, a manager reached out to apologize for our experience and invited us back for lunch. We again had great service, this time from Alex, a beautiful view of the harbor, and a nice lunch. I appreciate the follow up from Max and his efforts to correct the situation. It was very unexpected. However, while I understand as the 'owner' noted in her comment that seating requests cannot always be accommodated, I still feel that based on the situation an effort should have been made (even if it required us to wait) to be reseated. The overserved guys sitting at the bar began joking about whether they'd be kicked out or not - obviously aware of their own behavior. If I wanted to take my kids to the bar, I would, but we planned on a nice dinner out.

Ali K.

Yelp
Food was amazing and the service was even better! We had Oksana as a server and she was beyond great! Thank you Oksana for making my birthday special and enjoyable!

Victoria A.

Yelp
Service was perfect and the restaurant is beautiful inside. My fiance and I were sat on the upper deck outside, it was raining out but the deck was covered so it was perfect! Amazing view of the ocean, boats, and dolphins jumping out of the water! The food was perfect, highly recommend!

Melissa R.

Yelp
Fried shrimp was probably the best thing. Husband had the seafood platter with catfish and shrimp, he subbed out the oysters for more shrimp. I had the 1/2# broiled shrimp with vegetables and potatos a gratin. The potatoes needed seasoning, the shrimp and vegetables were mostly flavored with butter, pretty good, but could use some salt, garlic and Cayenne if you feel so inclined. The bartenders are attentive and keep you refilled. The view from the top deck bar was my favorite. There is an elevator for accessibility, and larger single room clean bathrooms.

Kevin N.

Yelp
What a treat it is to dine at the Quarterdeck in Sea Pines Harbour Town. No matter if with spouses, family, or friends it is always a wonderful dining event. We love stopping in for a afternoon cocktail with Tony the 2nd floor bar tender. He always greets us and provide terrific service. The Quaterdeck's sweeping views overlooking Calibogue Sound are absolutely stunning- especially for a fabulous colorful low country sunset. Whenever we have a family member or guest visiting HHI, we always treat them to a delicious lunch or dinner at the Quarterdeck. Our niece was in town for a visit and we hosted her on the second floor by the window over looking the sound for a stunning and delicious sunset dinner. We started with Prosecco, then ordered Ahi Tuna Poke and 1/2 dozen Oysters on the Half Shell for appetizers. With dinner we ordered a terrific bottle of red wine, QD She Crab soup and Thai Crunch salad the moved on to the Swordfish Imperial, Filet Mignon, and Filet Mignon with Lobster entrees - all were hot, well presented, and of course delicious. Vladimir, our server was top shelf while we enjoyed our dinner and sunset. Cheers to Quarterdeck's entire staff for continuous outstanding cuisine, service, and ambiance.

Amelia M.

Yelp
Food was great - shrimp and grits/elote fingers were delicious. Our server Riley was 10/10.

David T.

Yelp
The executive chef called to discuss my review. He was empathetic to the situation and owned what happened. Invited us back and we had a fantastic meal. Glad they worked it all out!

Brittany F.

Yelp
My friend and I had a lovely dinner at Quarterdeck. We walked in without a reservation and were able to sit at the first come first serve tables near the outdoor bar. The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, and our server, Beth, was welcoming and kind. 10/10!
