I was sad to hear that one of my favorite diners is going away. For almost 30 years the Queen Anne Café has been a go to diner for local residence’s as well as for myself all the way from Redmond Washington. Wednesday, January 29, 2025 will be the last day to enjoy this wonderful diner. If you have a chance, please come enjoy the atmosphere and great food and service. Places like the Queen Anne Café, your typical Ma & Pa small time diner is becoming harder and harder to find. I’ve always enjoyed the food here. My favorite is the 8 ounce New York Steak served with three eggs, hash browns, seasonal fruit and toast all for only $20.95. Come and enjoy it before you should’a and could’a but didn’t. I understand this diner will be replaced with a pasta restaurant. How sad.

Came here for a Sunday brunch and I took a half a turkey sandwich, a side of the soup (lentil) and a short stack of pancakes. I liked the soup and pancakes. My wife got the veggie omelette which was decent with a side of hash brown and sourdough toast. Overall a great experience, service was good and the place was not too busy.

Google
Great brunch! I had a hard time choosing what to get but settled on the house omelet, which came with hash browns and bread. I also ordered a mimosa that was made with fresh orange juice and was huge! Would definitely recommend for the friendly service and great food!

Google
Great cozy cafe/diner! We went on noon on a Saturday and were seated right away. The staff were very quick and friendly, I got the California Benny and it was great! Pretty typical breakfast menu but they seem to do them well. We were able to find street parking a few blocks away no problem.

Google
Service was great. Food was not great. The hashbrowns looked great but were somehow very wet and mushy - even the outside was not crisp. The scrambled eggs were ok. The rye toast wasn't bad, but it was somehow way too dry without quite being burnt.

Google
A very classic diner/cafe feel and dishes in this local spot. Great spot for breakfast or brunch—and there is even a little bar in the back. We had the classic eggs breakfast, waffle, pancakes, and one of their omelettes—all were great. Friendly staff and fast service, and now open on Mondays too! 👍

Google
Visiiting from the Lone Star State, this place reminded me of the great local diners in a small town. Food was outstanding, service friendly and attentive.

Google
This was the best and freshest breakfast I've had in a very long time! The fruit was so sweet and fresh, the waffle was freshly made, the muffin wad perfectly crisp, and the omlete was more than filling and just enough of every topping! We're coming back during our stay in Seattle and recommend it to anyone who is a breakfast junkie like me! I'm excited to try their other dishes! Thanks again! Oh and even the coffee was yummy!

Yelp
Let's start with the good, the service was good as our server was very attentive and friendly. The food though is a different story, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. The pancakes had a strong cake texture that was dry and the maple syrup wouldn't penetrate into the inner layers. The chicken burger was decent, but nothing outstanding. If you stop by just don't expect anything phenomenal.

Yelp
This is a cozy spot for a weekend breakfast, can't really go wrong with that! I had already eaten breakfast but enjoyed the french toast as a sweet treat!

Yelp
Love it. it's got that Diner feel and serves up excellent breakfast. I'm never disappointed with the breakfast when I come here. Their portions are large and will not leave you hungry. Been here a few times but The last time I came here, I got the Fresh OJ (which is a must) and their special blueberry pancakes. SO good. So sweet and flavorful and the blueberries were totally in season and perfect. Really hit the spot. Other people got their waffles and fried chicken ....everything was quite yummy! It's a great place to stop by for a yummy brunch and it just felt calm. After, we were able to just walk down the Ave and it was a great day.

Yelp
Cute diner with friendly staff! Smelled a bit strange first thing in the morning, but they have been cleaning. Food was hearty and tasty, except for the biscuits. If you come a place with high biscuit expectations, order toast instead. I recommend the rye toast, SUPER yummy

Yelp
The food was excellent, and the service was even better. We recommend this place for everyone for breakfast. Steve was especially attentive.

Yelp
I often come here for breakfast, we love the food. I have tried the lunch options as well a few times and have never been disappointed by anything on the menu! The service is great, the people working here are so nice and create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere! Absolutely recommend this place.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time out of the blue. We were in the neighborhood and got hungry. Ordered California omelette. It wasn't the best, it didn't have a wow first bite (tasted like Dennys) and the hash-browns was crispy looking on the outside but very mushy and not cooked enough in the inside. Pro: Lots of parking in the old Safeway lot across the street.

Thomas M.

Yelp
Average diner food, hit the spot but nothing spectacular. Pretty spacious and friendly vibe. Coffee was weak is my only complaint.

Yelp
Your scenario about how I was treated at your restaurant is complete fabrication and bullshit. I was not talking on my phone I was simply playing a game to pass the time when I notice the older white couple being taken care of as I had just been discarded. There was no 5 minutes scenario ever brought up to me. Novone considered me after I was discarded. I had to walk up and ask what was happening and why I was discarded and the white couple was not. I spent 16 years in restaurants as a waiter, cook, assistant kitchen manager and kitchen manager. I have been involved in opening a dozen restaurants. I just wish people could accept responsibility for their actions in their mistakes! But since you folks haven't come to terms with that I will continue telling everyone I know how I was treated at your at your racist restaurant

Bryce W.

Yelp
If I could this place 0 stars I would. We waited over an hour to get our food, after ordering immediately. As I'm typing this I still haven't gotten my food and probably won't ever. Just go anywhere else I promise you'll be happier

Yelp
A super uncomfortable experience. The grill wasn't working in the back for maybe 10-15 minutes, so our server came to tell us and other customers that it would take a bit longer for our food to come out. My friend and I told her it was no problem. As soon as food started being handed out to other tables, I started hearing yelling in the back. I couldn't decipher what exactly was being said, or who was yelling, so I shrugged it off. Lo and behold, the next thing we know we're hearing the yelling again and louder this time. I look back and see our server dropping f bombs at the cook. I turned back around but the swearing continued because he had taken too long on a particular dish. It was so unprofessional to hear a server (white woman who just wanted to make good tips) yelling and cussing at a cook (only one Black man who only receives hourly pay). Racist, uncalled for behavior. It was not his fault the grill wasn't working therefore prohibiting him from getting food prepared in a timely manner. And this is exactly why so many line cooks, prep cooks, and cooks in general are quitting their jobs!!! We understand she was stressed and had sympathy, but after learning that she had cussed out a cook, my friend and I did not feel comfortable in the space any longer. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was yummy (all thanks to the cook)! We will not tolerate racist behavior and therefore will not be returning.

Yelp
This is a very good, and very basic dining experience like your typical diner. The exterior is nothing to boast about, but the interior feels comfortable, clean, and has nice lighting. It's definitely a surprise in comparison to the elevation of the restaurant. I ordered the number 4- the 2 slices of French toast, bacon, sausage, and eggs- it was excellent (and basic- you get what you think you're getting) and a great portion size. I didn't feel sick after, and I'm definitely not still hungry, but have room for my mocha . My husband ordered the breakfast burrito. He was disappointed by the lack of flavor and that the hash browns were not actually inside the burrito, but keep in mind he got no chorizo and no cheese, so I'm pretty sure he omitted the flavor by accident. The health rating is a 'good' and the bathrooms are clean! Overall, you won't be disappointed (most likely) and you won't be wow-ed, but you'll leave happy.

Yelp
I came in by myself on a Sunday morning and was seated immediately. They open at 8 and this was around 8:30- not crowded at all but by the time I left it was picking up. The atmosphere restaurant reminds me of the 90s in all the best ways. Nothing was outdated- it just feels so cozy and warm in a way a lot of new spaces don't. My waitress had me set up with coffee as soon as I sat down and my food came out quickly. The waffle was super tasty and my bacon was cooked to perfection! 10/10 experience- I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Mimosa amazing. Food average but fun local spot you should try. I had the eggs Benedict. It was average

Yelp
Great breakfast! Chill vibe, good music, and super friendly staff. A short distance to the Fremont Troll.

Yelp
The morning after I arrived in Seattle, my friend woke me up and said "we gotta get some food - this Queen Anne Cafe place looks good!" We rushed out the door of our friend's house on Dexter Avenue and made the trek up the steep hill to the Queen Anne neighborhood. Aside from the Taco Bell the night before and the Tacos Chukis quesadilla I had immediately after I arrived in Seattle, my burger and fries and random side items was my first full meal in Seattle. The food was delicious and our server was very soft spoken and kind. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed, which was nice since the day before me and my friend had spent the whole day flying across the country, landing, and then immediately going to a concert. My one and only visit to the Queen Anne Cafe was a year and a few days ago. I'm back in southeast Georgia now, but I can't wait to visit during my next trip to Seattle!

Yelp
Adequate diner food. Massively understaffed - we felt terrible for the waitstaff who were running around the restaurant with way too many tables: if you're there for brunch, you need your coffee in relatively short order, and they were just too understaffed and so we sat at our table waiting for coffee (even before our order was taken) for 15 minutes, and even then we had to flag someone down and ask, politely, for caffeine. Staff was lovely and helpful but very, very harried and overwhelmed. Hash browns were crispy and cooked in long-dead cooking oil that had a strong off flavor. It takes a lot for me to not eat my hash browns, especially when my huevos rancheros three egg dish looked like a scant two, but I couldn't eat them even with copious ketchup. The rest of the meal was nondescript. Spouse's meat lover omelet was "ok not great" - also heard "I wouldn't go back." We were here several years ago and really enjoyed it, but between the staffing shortage and food quality... we'll try other places instead of returning.

Yelp
Mediocre food on a quiet Sunday morning. Nice waitress but not terribly well informed about the menu. The complimentary hair in the hash browns was an unwanted extra.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place. A local breakfast place with good prices. Fact is that they were very slow in an empty restaurant. When I got my French toast it was cold and under cooked. Waitress was pre occupied and pretty much useless. I was never felt welcomed. I rather go to Mc Donald's.

Ashley F.

Yelp
Came at 12:30 on a Tuesday. Moderately busy here. Amazing service, delicious sandwich (Wonder Bird) and crinkle fries and coffee. Perfect '90s diner vibes. Exactly what I was looking for!

Nishad N.

Yelp
Not sure why it's only 3.5 stars. Been coming about once a week for a couple months now ever since I moved up to seattle from California. The 3 French toast are my go to's paired with the hot chocolate. Love the old timey feel of the cafe and nice that it's located in the middle of downtown Queen Anne . All the waiters and waitresses have been amazing and very kind. Will keep coming back for years to come! Need to explore the menu more, but the French toast, hot cocoa, and coffee is made to perfection.

Yelp
KZOK rock music all day long. Food ok, , but Hard rock at a local cafe is not relaxing.

Yelp
Our favorite breakfast spit, Queen Anne Cafe is a neighborhood spot with terrific chow! Kind of old-school, with perfectly cooked over medium eggs and actually crispy hash browns. The service is excellent, and if you go often enough, they take the time to get to know you. The California Benedict is my favorite, with crispy grilled English muffin, soft and sweet avocado, and great hollandaise. I love the friendly atmosphere to go along with the really great breakfasts. Make sure to glom on that jam on the grilled biscuit. Highly recommended!!

Yelp
Like walking back in time to the 1990s, I thought I might see an episode of friends being filmed in this cafe. All the hits: bottomless coffee, hash browns, good fruit, bloody Marys, greyhounds, and salmon Benedicts. Come hungry and with some time on your hands. You won't have to wait long for your food but you'll want to take your time and slow down your morning here.

Yelp
Queen Anne Cafe is so close to where my husband and I live, it is our go-to place to pick up brunch, before COVID and during COVID! We actually have never sat down in the restaurant to eat before, as we always just pick up to-go and eat out of the comfort of our home since we live so close by. 1) Eggs Benedict - This is my go-to for brunch in general, and it is one of the few things I have ordered from Queen Anne Cafe. They give you a generous amount of hollandaise sauce, something that is usually always lacking whenever I order Eggs Benedict for brunch. The eggs are always perfectly poached too, so no complaints there! It is also served with hash browns. Also, when you order to-go, they put your order on a piece of foil, so the sauce doesn't make the box soggy/soft. 2) Chicken Fried Steak - This is my husband's go-to here! It comes with 3 eggs (cooked per your request) and topped with country gravy. The portion size again, is very generous, and because it is so good, my husband always finds a way to finish the entire thing (an impressive feat in my opinion). Whenever I have come here to pick up my order during COVID, I'm always saddened to see the very few people that are inside dining in at the restaurant. Please show this restaurant some love and stop by for some brunch! You will not be disappointed. :)

Yelp
I ordered French toast with sausage, bacon and over easy eggs. French toast was not good because the grease of the scrambled eggs were on top of it. Theres no powdered sugar as french toast should have, no maple syrup either. There's 2 slices of fruit thats on top of everything, presentation is not there and i ordered over easy eggs and i got scrambled, he even repeat my order to make sure he got it right. It looks like everything was just thrown in the take-out box.

Yelp
simply put... servers need to NOT head back to the kitchen and (literally) scream at the cook, swearing and dropping multiple f-bombs again and again, while diners are seated neatby. especially if/when the diners are KIDS. why did the server do this? my child politely reminded him that he'd ordered 2 sausage links but he only got one. ruined the breakfast for everyone involved. QA cafe used to be a family favorite. now? no thanks.
google avatar

Vipin S.

Yelp
I am giving it a star as the owner is a dick. They never stay open when they are supposed to. But, I want the owners to read this. A vegetable omelette does not mean a ton of Avocados and no other vegetables and a Ton of cheese. Dude you have to have to some onions, peppers and tomatoes. Please use those in the omelette. If you don't I am coming back and will give you a one star!
google avatar

Yelp
This is definitely my favorite local restaurant. Always consistently great food. My favorites are the breakfast burrito (add avocado) and the california burger. It's certainly nice they do both breakfast and lunch items all day! Extremely pleasant and attentive service. Friendly staff that inspires me to return!

Scott N.

Yelp
I enjoy the Queen Anne Cafe every time that I go there. The staff and the owner Nick are great. They care that everyone who goes there has great food and a great time there. I like to meet friends there and show them a real cafe with great food in a an amazing Seattle neighborhood. Thanks Nick and the staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
This is our neighborhood family meetup place. Before we go to Games Night at Blue Highway Games, or over to Coe or Scoops (R.I.P.) we hit up QA Cafe for dinner. Their soups rule! The veggie soup is may favorite - no fillers like rice or barley or noodles; just lots of veggies in a rich stock. Their lentil soup is really hearty too - who'd'a guessed? For salads, the kids like the taco salad because you can eat the bowl; I'm more partial to the chef salad or the chicken caesar. Main dishes? I go for the chicken cordon bleu and substitute extra veggies for the potato. Excellent! They have a nice small beer selection and the wait staff have been great every single time we've been there (~30 times!) For a family oriented cafe, I have zero complaints. Be sure to check the specials board. I've heard this place subsists on its breakfast business; I've never tried it!

Eric S.

Yelp
Really disappointed, seems like a busy place with good reviews but our experience was not a good one. The coffee was really tasteless and off-putting. We thought it might have just been a bad batch so we asked for a fresh cup and it was just as bad. When our food arrived the hasbrowns were hard, not crispy, but hard on the outside and cooked to mush on the inside. The fresh veg scramble was bland and looked like it had been under the heat lamp too long. Thw staff didn't seem to care that we were unhappy
google avatar

Kevin W.

Yelp
Mediocre breakfasts are so sad. Soft, flavorless hashbrowns. Overdone steak with no steak sauce. Not warm toast. But hey, they made good scrambled eggs Coffee was not terrible and the server was nice. Skip this spot.

Yelp
The best diners are spiritual awakenings: life is made worthwhile, meaning is found, clarity is achieved through a revelationary Monte Cristo as the Sunday morning sun shines through the window. Queen Anne Cafe is not this sort of diner. It is, however, one of the better hangover cures in upper Queen Anne, one of only a handful of places around my house just off Boston Street I would consider going the morning after a night out instead of crankily making pancakes at home. I've been a few times since moving in this summer -- all around noon on a Sunday, all preceded by at least three strong cups of coffee at home -- and I have enjoyed the food I've gotten here. As mentioned before, their menu isn't quite up to snuff with my mother's weekend-morning challah French toast, but their food is still quite good. Their Reubens are greasy and flavorful, their omelettes hearty and filling, their coffee cheap, strong, and surprisingly tasty. I cannot in good conscience give Queen Anne Cafe a five-star rating, as -- like any good Jew -- I fundamentally distrust any diner which does not serve matzo ball soup, but if they were to offer even a decent dish of this stripe, I would certainly consider bumping up my rating. The environment of the restaurant is also a plus. The carpeted floors feel appropriately homey, the windows are large and let plenty of sunlight in, and the vinyl booth seating is just sticky enough to make me feel at home without being gross. The staff is pleasant, and I'm impressed by how patient they were with our groggy, hungover selves as we took far too long to pore over the menu on a busy weekend morning. It's a smidge expensive for diner food ($18ish including tax and tip for coffee and an omelette) but that's less the fault of the diner and more of its location. If you're looking for the best hangover cures in Seattle, there are better places if you're not already in the area, particularly Morsel in the U District and The Fat Hen in Ballard, but Queen Anne Cafe is the best I've found just west of Union Bay.

Micah V.

Yelp
I should have known this place wasn't worth going because at 11am on a Sunday there were very few people. I asked the waitress what she recommended and she listed everything on the menu which was red flag number 2. I got the salmon Benedict with a biscuit and my girlfriend got an omelette if some sort. The salmon was neon pink and way too fishy while the biscuit (which was their "special" that day) was a literal hockey puck. I was really disappointed because Queen Anne has so many good restaurants but this was probably the worst breakfast I've ever had.

Phoenix T.

Yelp
I've ordered to-go from here multiple times and generally like the food however the last and only three times I've physically gone to the restaurant and/or had to interact with employees it's been horrific. As I was trying to exit the door THE FIRST TIME I went to pickup order a group of very typical looking adults and older teens from Queen Ann all shoved past me so I said "Can I please leave?" -- the woman of the group started yelling at me from the sidewalk and the employees rolled their eyes at me through the window. Maybe just a random incident. THE SECOND time I interacted with staff I let them know I was missing items and I don't think I've ever had a more disrespectful interaction, the whole call was rude. To top it off they acted like I was trying to cheat their restaurant by getting fruit instead of bread (that I can't eat because I'm gluten intolerant) even though they've substituted it multiple times before without any issue or any mention. So weird. THE THIRD time I went to pickup up my order and accidentally grabbed the wrong order. I came back in and said "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry, I grabbed the wrong order" I was quickly cut off with eye rolls and snapped at like she thought I was a delivery driver or something so I tried to move past it and just asked if she could check on my order but she cut me off and again and snapped at me telling me that's not "Her problem, that's for the kitchen, etc." So when I went to re-order my food since there I had an accident while ordering I was quickly snapped at and said not to yell at her or her employees. I was appalled and quickly summarized what happened and she apologized then admit she didn't know that and that the other employee is known to be abrasive. While I ordered I asked to remove the toast and she OFFERED fruit as a replacement. The same thing the other employee chastised me for. As I was sitting there waiting I saw that they were noticeably smiling and talked to in a much higher pitched voice in a pleasant manner to white customers. So either the service is really that horrific or these people just hate Native American customers. Or, both. I'm literally just trying to order food.

Yelp
Underwhelmed by this place. Some items on the menu were incorrect/confusing. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it stated that it was with beans and hash browns, when the meal came they were on the side (no reference on the menu stating that they were on the side). Burrito itself was bland and they gave the beans flavor by adding salsa to it. There was already salsa in the burrito.

Yelp
This place is PERFECT for breakfast! I wish I would've taken a picture of what we ordered, but we gobbled it up so quickly! The huevos rancheros were divine and the French toast was on point. Also, the staff was super attentive and friendly. Will most definitely be back! Thank you Queen Anne Cafe!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Came in from the rain to enjoy lunch at this comfy cafe. I really enjoyed my taco salad. Taco salads can be generic, but they hand make the shells, and the ingredients were the perfect combo of flavors. Service was warm and friendly. I would definitely return!

Yelp
How I heard of this place: A good friend of mine, and a United States Navy Veteran raves about the Veteran's Day deal (free breakfast) each year. This year, I had the opportunity to join him and our significant others for a Veteran's Day breakfast. Type of cuisine: A diner with everything from country-fried steak on the breakfast menu, to hummus and pita bread, burgers, gyros, salads and pastas. Your all-in-one diner experience at the top of Queen Anne Hill. Ambiance: A neighborhood cafe, only slightly updated from the 1970s, with booth seating and chairs and tables, yellow walls and sparse decor. Comfortable, cozy and perfect for families! What I ordered: Knowing we had a full day of eating ahead, I opted for a simple Brown Sugar and Milk Oat meal ($5.95). My husband selected the Denver Omelette ($12.50) with diced ham, onion, green pepper and cheddar cheese, served with hash browns. Our dining companion chose from the Breakfast Special menu, the Huevos Rancheros ($10.95) with hash browns. What I loved: Delightfully surprised by the oatmeal, I was pleased with the consistency and flavor. The bite of omelette I tried from my husband was tasty, but the perfectly crisped yet soft hash browns truly stole the show. Why I loved it: A simple and true neighborhood diner with less than that neighborhood prices. Cost: Average ($10 - $13 per breakfast dish)

Yelp
Really good straightforward diner food. The pancakes were fluffy, the hash browns were extra crispy (my favorite), and the juice tasted freshly squeezed!

Yelp
This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Seattle. Their spinach eggs Benedict is sooo good, I order it every time. The hash browns it comes with is also great. They have the best hollandaise sauce. My husband tends to order the lumberjack, or the Benedict. The staff is always super friendly too. We eat here almost every weekend, lol.

Yelp
Worst coffee and bad breakfast everything. Let me try to describe how massive a failure in coffee this is. Now when people say "dirty water" in reference to drip coffee that they get at substandard places, that they are exaggerating is implied. Not so here. At this establishment, everything is horrible mockery of easy food. Was it because someone was filling in for someone who actually knows how to cook things on the day after the drinking holiday? I should remember this occasion on times where I hesitate in my instinct to just straight up leave after tasting coffee where they decided that they can use a third as much coffee grounds (I'm only guessing at how you can screw up something as simple as boiled bean powder) in, I must assume, the thought that one will then maximize their profits. If I had left right away, I wouldn't have been treated to the garbage fruit plate, the omelette of fake eggs, oil, and three times the cheese I would expect in a table-sized plate of nachos with a couple of chunks of veggies, and paired with undercooked potatoes and toast. All of which is top dollar, of course. This place is full of people eating garbage I wouldn't wish on anyone. Ordering anything here with more advanced cooking requirements than bread in a toaster is a dire mistake. Have a salad if you find yourself trapped under something heavy here. It's the only thing that looked good and, if their chicken was pre-grilled and out of a bag, you likely won't notice.

Yelp
Queen Anne cafe is a pretty solid choice for breakfast and brunch. Set along the Queen Anne strip, it has a nice, homey decor with a number of tables and booths and wide front windows for people watching. The design does have that mildly ornate, but slightly faded feel though. As for the food, I can only comment on breakfast here. Went with the Denver omelet with hashbrowns and wheat toast. I'd call all of these pretty much middle of the road for diner fare. The omelet was respectable, although a bit generic: think IHOP here. The hash browns were a little more tasty with very slight seasoning and the toast was, well, toast. But none of these were below average here. The waiter was notable and almost enough to pull the review up to four stars by himself. Attentive without being intrusive ("How was your meal" "Fine, you just asked me 15 seconds ago"), coffee refills were frequent. Everytime he made a trip past the booths, you could see he was looking over all the patrons items to see if there was anything that needed topped off or fixed. Kudos.

Yelp
The service and food were great. This is definitely going to be our go-to spot for breakfast when we return to Seattle to visit our daughter.

Yelp
This place ruined my no-carb diet. But I don't blame it. You gotta do what you gotta do. And if I see a smoked salmon omelet with hollandaise sauce on top of it, complete with hash browns and a choice of bread (I got the english muffin) on their menu, then gosh darnit, I am going to order it. And I won't stop eating it until I finish the whole thing because you know what? It was delicious. And huge. And totally worth the price. My friend and I went there a little after one, which I think was the smart thing to do, because I hear it get's pretty busy. We quickly got a comfy little booth at the back, and I didn't mind hearing the inner-workings of the cafe going on all around me. Stuffing my face kind of distracted me from everything that was going on around me.

Yelp
Came here a few weeks ago on a Sunday morning. I very rarely get breakfast. I'm more of a lunch kinda guy. I decided to mix it up a little so I ordered a short stack of blueberry pancakes. They were absolutely delicious. Copious amount of blueberries. Served with a generous dollop of whipped butter and plenty of maple syrup. Coffee was decent and refilled regularly. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Decor of the restaurant was nothing special... but it was clean and comfortable in the dining room. I'll be back to try more off the menu.

Yelp
This is not the place I would be returning back to. I had an order to go; from the start the gentleman was very kind at first, I proceeded to order and asked a simple question about one of his foods on the menu; not to mention I found on "google." I ordered my food drove to the restaurant, with the expectation of one price, in which was on google. I kindly stated there was an error on the price of the order; therefore, he ran and brought re-enforcements to his rescue. The lady who came out to his rescue was very confrontational and cold to the situation. She told me that I had to call Google because the prices were wrong, actually either your owner or supervisor should be the one to contact them, not a customer. Even after showing them, the webpage that was on google. I felt they wee like "the hell with you." So therefore, I did what any customer would have done. I told them in a very nice manner "you wasted your time because, I don't want your help and I'm not going to eat here... with a very rude and unwelcoming voice she grabbed the food off the counter and demanded me to leave... ouch!!!!
