I absolutely love the aesthetic of this ice cream shop. The number one thing I love about it is right when you walk in. It has a game on the floor for little kids to play.
Next, I love the fact that they have a non-dairy option like sorbet. On this visit, I chose to get the orange sorbet for my loved one and I decided to get a very smoothie and I asked them if they could put peanut butter in it so it could be like a peanut butter and jelly smoothie. #VeryGood. I love things that are peanut butter and jelly flavored, however, the smoothie missed the mark. It didn’t seem to be blended long enough. It was very chunky all in all I would still order it again. I would just ask that it be blended longer.

The ice-cream was good looked to be a fairly new place. Queen city creamery has great tasting ice-cream. The young lady's who work there were very helpful in ordering. I can unstand a new place can be a little disorganized. No one around much guessing cause there's word not out yet. So this is just my 2 cents worth.

Going through Maryland on a road trip and this shop was suggested on a few lists. Absolutely worth the stop! Ice cream is more like frozen custard and I feel confident saying it's some of the best on the east coast. I got the daily special flavor, chocolate malt, it was creamy and chocolatety but not too rich. Loved it! Prices are fair and they offer a variety of sizes for all appetites. Parking is available in the nearby garage. This is worth more than just a stop, it could be the destination!

Went here to have Ice-cream as our first option shop was sold out.
We tried a few different flavors and liked all of them. The staff suggested 2 flavors, we tasted them, they were good but dint hit the spot on our pallet.
The Ice-creams were really good.
Loved their tag line

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and their homemade ice cream? Absolutely dreamy! 😍 Creamy, perfect consistency, and generous portions—what more could you ask for? I went with the flavor of the day, Pistachio, and it was AMAZING! 🌟 I could tell that it’s a real deal cause it melted quickly. If you’re ever in town, this is a must-try!

Got to experience the ice cream truck during the heritage days festival. While the truck had a limited selection their salted caramel cheesecake was phenomenal and I’m still craving it! Note it was rich enough to only need 1 scoop but so very very good. Decently priced too. Can’t wait to check out the shop or race back to the truck line

Great ice cream and coffee! They also have a lunch menu with deli sandwiches and breakfast items, but I haven't had any of those. It's a really nice little shop with more seating inside than you would guess from outdoors. Not a huge variety of flavors, but the quality makes it worth the visit.

The employee was friendly and helpful. There was a great selection of flavors to choose from as well. We’re from Ohio and discovered this creamy ice cream in May on our trip. So, we made a point to stop by on our trip in July.

Yelp
What a yummy little gem!
We stopped in Cumberland for lunch, and the kids asked for ice cream. We walked a bit and found Queen City. We tried four different flavors and they were all good! My husband was impressed by the Dreamsicle and our little one enjoyed the Cotton Candy. The flavors all tasted "real" - so they are doing something right there.
Service was great, clean bathrooms, lots of seating inside and some outside. Check it out.

Yelp
Came here today for ice cream while passing through Cumberland. The husband got cookie butter and I had chocolate pudding Oreo cookie. Very tasty! Our kid tried some of both. Friendly, prompt service and ample seating inside and out front. We will be back.
