REALLY enjoyed this coffeeshop-restaurant-bar combo. Spent a day here while on a forced layover coming from the 2023 holidays.
Coffee: I had a surprisingly GREAT winter latte - rich, thick, beautifully balanced sweetness without being overpowering - LOVED it. Would come back for that if ever in town again.
Ambience/layout: They have a bar with bar stool seating and wine, beer, and cocktails, as well as coffeeshop seating including several large 4-7 person tables and one smaller table. High windows and industrial lamps on the tables contribute to a very cozy vibe that crosses the relaxed feeling of a neighborhood cafe with the mildly upscale industrial vible of a bar. Would be a GREAT place to bring a small group of friends in the evening to play board games and drink wine or beer, and is also a great, casual hangout. It's clearly a neighborhood favorite with locals everywhere, but wasn't crowded at all.
For working, I didn't spot any outlets at all on the lower level, though there is some upstairs seating (I believe also without outlets). This is a good spot for reading, catching up with friends or going on a (very) lowkey first date.
Wine/food: menu that rotates per time of day from brunch to dinner. Dinner is good pizzas, salads, and wraps, all with some thought and good ingredients. I had a salad and the truffle mac and cheese (the latter was v good, the former fairly good but unspectacular). The wine (Matchbook Cabernet) was surprisingly good, although keep in mind these are cheap wines - $11 for a glass of a $15 wine :D, a standard wine bar trick.
Overall, it's not my usual industrial coffeeship digs preference, but I fell in love with the coziness and would come back.
